Such a beautiful apartment. Excellent location, exceptionally clean and wow, just wow, the attention to detail to ensure guests are made to feel welcome was second to none. The communication was outstanding, everything has been thought through.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, we both slept really well.
Cannot recommend this apartment and the Whitby Muggles high enough.

Loved everything, last minute booking for an anniversary for myself and partner as she loves Whitby and we were so glad we booked here. Literally 10 minute walk down hill to the harbour. Host was super friendly over text messages, which made us feel we were renting a mates apartment. Instantly fell in love with the quirky decor and never have we ever had so much welcome goodies 😉 what can we say, Above and beyond, well done and thankyou. We will be recommending highly and definitely be back ourselves. 5* rating.

Only negative was no parking on site (I booked last minute so didn't notice this on details) so it's not the hosts fault but mine.. Not a major thing as parking was a short walk, but off loading bags first from car outside property was tricky as it was right outside traffic lights. Like I say not major but if I had to pick a negative this would be it, But it wouldn't stop us rebooking here again ☺️

Wow - 15 Prospect Hill has totally ruined UK short stays for us: as I am sure nowhere will ever match it. The service and attention to detail, the facilities, cleanliness and a ridiculous amount of little extras and thoughtful touches made our stay perfect. It’s also only a 10 minute walk into the centre, so even on a rainy evening it’s no great bother. Absolutely superb. I’d recommend to anyone going to Whitby.

Really helpful and responsive host. Comfortable ground floor property with excellent attention to detail and characterful decor. Exceptionally well equipped with every possible requirement/contingency covered - there is no over-statment here, they really have thought of everything! All the facilitiies and laundry were immaculately clean, well ordered and nicely presented. Location allows a short 15 or so minute walk into Whitby. Alternatively, there are regular bus services running to places such as Robin Hoods Bay and Scarborough that can be accesed a short walk from the property. I would recommend with hesitation if you're looking for a pleasant/comfortable stay in Whitby.

My husband and I are a well travelled couple we have stayed in many Air bnb this one is magnificently the very best by far beautifully decorated gorgeous quirky features the best bed we have ever slept in the owners of this property absolutely have their guests at heart perfect hosts who obviously love their job fabulous location just everything was perfect spent 8 nights and really did not want to leave we will definitely be back don’t let the parking issue put you off this property you will get parked up this property is also well worth every penny that you pay for it Thank you so much for hosting us Xxxx

Stylish comfortable flat about a 10 min walk to Whitby Center. The hosts go to every length to provide you with a good stay: goodies like Prosecco, crisps and biscuits, as well as eggs and milk and so on in the fridge.
On the slight downside the flat is a little bit out of the town and is on quite a busy road but the noise is not bad at all - I’m a light sleeper but no problems getting a good sleep. This should not put you off as this is a great place to stay in Whitby.
The hosts were very responsive. There is free parking nearby, about 3 minute walk.

Fijn appartement in mooie omgeving. Een hartelijk/attent welkom met extra's: kaart, ontbijt en ander lekkers.

Eigenlijk niets. Je kon niet parkeren voor de deur maar genoeg parkeerplaatsen dichtbij (geen kosten) en je kon wel in- uitladen voor de deur dus wij vonden het geen probleem dat we niet bij het appartement kon parkeren.

Absolutely everything was perfect and I cannot rate this property any more.
We have great contact with the hosts who make sure we had all the necessary information for our stay. The Welcome Booklet provided had every bit of information you would need and more!
On arrival we found some very nice additional extras in our room, the bits we had forgotten to take with us! Sometimes it's these small pieces of detail that make your stay.
Location was great, just a short walk into Whitby and again, details on how to get there was neatly written in the welcome pack.
The room its self - Wow, pictures do not do it justice. Very comfortable living area, well provided kitchen with everything you need and the bed was super comfy and very big :)
We will 100% be back if this property is available on our next trip to Whitby.

This is an absolutely gorgeous flat! We really appreciated all the small touches provided, the owner has really thought about all the sorts of things you might need in a holiday let but probably forgot to bring. It’s spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and in a fabulous location. Whitby is just a short walk away (downhill, but the walk back is a bit tiring!). The kitchen is well stocked with equipment and had a comprehensive welcome pack. It’s easily the best airbnb we’ve stayed in. We stayed as a family and the bedroom is also massive compared to a lot of places which made it easy to fit our daughter’s travel cot. Can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Was lovely that the owner had left us bacon ,eggs bread and other condiments and a bottle of Prosecco,I suppose it compensated for the parking,it’s on a main road and couldn’t get parking for a good while and had a good walk back with our cases and shopping.

I didn’t like the rugs ,one in living room was dirty and there was dirt underneath it and the rug at bedside was threadbear floors could of been cleaner,bed was very comfortable and was some lovely touches.

What a beautiful apartment! Perfect for myself, husband and 2 year old. The bedroom was huge! Plenty of space to put a travel cot and a pram!
The location was great, playgrounds near by and a lovely 10 minute walk to the centre. Parking wasn’t a problem at all, we found spaces on roads nearby easily. Oh and the bed was super comfy!

Stunning apartment, very stylish and very well equipped. The owners attention to detail is faultless with everything you could possibly need. Welcome drinks with Prosecco, breakfast items and treats greatly appreciated! A lovely place to relax, chill out and explore Whitby and the surrounding coastline. Huge comfortable bed, slippers and Netflix a bonus too!

No on site parking but we knew this before we booked, found free parking close by so no issues.

The decor is unique, the attention to detail faultless, and the thoughtfulness of the hosts is obvious throughout. We were very happy to find bacon and eggs in the fridge, and the box of emergency toiletries was so considerate.

Has to be the best apartment we have ever stayed in, everything was of a very high standard and all the extras were much appreciated. The owners have put a lot of thought into making sure that you have everything you could possibly need - from cool bag, picnic items and beach towels to 2 sizes of umbrellas. Also wine cooler, ice bucket and slow cooker along with toiletries you might have forgotten and hair straighteners as well as hair drier.

Not happy that the check in time was changed to 4pm after we had booked by the managing company ( although the owner did contact us on the day to say it was ready sooner than that)

The owners had thought of everything. They had supplied things for breakfast, biscuits and prosecco! The place was beautiful and it was immaculate. It was very tastefully decorated and was a great size. Location was perfect and it was a very short walk into town. We were able to park easily nearby, thanks to excellent instructions left in the apartment. I really recommend this place very highly. You definitely will not be disappointed.

That I had to leave. It was amazing. I wouldn't change one thing about this place.

Such a beautiful apartment! We could not have asked for anything more. The apartment was spotless and felt very luxurious! Well positioned and close to the town centre and tourist spots.

Do not let the parking put you off as there are lots of streets nearby where you can park for free. We found parking on a residential street behind the apartment and it was no problem at all, even with a baby and all of his 'baby stuff'.

We will definitely be re-booking for future trips!

Only that the car parking can be an issue as there is no allocated car space, however some little streets nearby can offer spaces if you are lucky.

Amazing location with fantastic little extras so worth the money! The only issues I would say is parking and early check out time. However there are some great tips in the info left by the owner for parking. Apartment is so beautiful, we didn’t want to leave!

Great apartment and great location. The apartment is decorated to a high standard and every single detail is well thought out. It didn’t feel like somebody else’s apartment, it felt like a home which is very rare. The amenities the apartment had to offer were fantastic and they thought of everything possible. On arrival there were a few essential food items which was really well needed after a long drive and muchly appreciated. Hosts were great with their communication and check in was very easy to do. The welcome pack (folder) had loads of information regarding different aspects - where to go, what to see, what to do if this happens etc.. very helpful and useful.
The apartment is only a 10-15 min walk into the harbour. Pannett park is a must see too and only a 5 min walk from the apartment.
Although there isn’t parking you can always ‘park on my drive’ with ease around Whitby which we did for our stay.
Parking wasn’t an issue for us so don’t let it put you off.
Perfect stay, perfect hosts.

This was the most well stocked AirBnB I have ever stayed in. The host went and beyond.

It was clean, comfortable and literally had anything you could have wanted.

Nice area a short walk to the park an easy to get to the beach as well.

I would absolutely stay again.
