Good location for supermarket and shops. Enough space.

Terrible ventilation, range hood did literally nothing. Set the 2 smoke alarms that were right next to each other off at least once a day while trying to cook and one night someone in the next apartment set the entire buildings smoke alarms off. Impossible to contact the property management to get them off. When finally contacted I was asked to reset them, I had left the property at that point, considering it wasn’t my fault, should have been handled better. Cooking utensils were lacking. Floors were uneven. Bedding could have been cleaner. Overall just not great

Walking distance to shops and beach

Dust and spider webs everywhere. No lightbulb in one of the bedrooms. Loud heavy door between hall and kitchen that would slam behind. Weird creepy stair case that didn’t have a lock on the door

I absolutely love this apartment it is so comfortable very clean like the fact living room is in with kitchen all in one and very ideal for town centre shops transport beach arcades my only wish is that it's a shame I couldn't rent it monthly as a permanent home for myself and family that's how much we love this aartment

Apartment was as described, only issue was the noise from the buses literally right outside the windows and they seemed to start at 5am and it would go on till 12 at night
