Great accommodation as described with a fantastic sea view. The apartment was clean however the bedroom furniture was rather dusty and the bathroom had cleaning product sprayed but not wiped off by the housekeeping team. Bed linen and the kitchen however was pristine. The accommodation is within a disc zone and whilst a permit was provided, the availability of parking spaces is very limited. I appreciate that this can’t be helped and fortunately it was only a 15-20 minute walk into the town centre. All the basic amenities are provided, however there were no oven gloves and a wok and saucepan would’ve been useful too. The washing machine was incredibly handy and easy to use. I found check-in incredibly straightforward and the communication from the hosts couldn’t have been better.

The apartment was lovely, had great views and our 5 year old liked playing Guess Who! Place was clean, and comfortable. Only thing we missed was fans for the two bedrooms as we happened to stay in the hottest days of the year! Would recommend and would book again. Thanks.

If you get the chance to book this apartment you will not be disappointed. It has the most amazing view from the lounge area. We went in February! . All the rooms were so lovely and warm (with the heating easy to turn up or down). The bedding and towels were so clean and fresh, the shower was lovely and hot and the bathroom beautifully clean. There is everything you need in the kitchen area, which again was spotless. Easy and simple instructions on how to get in and good quick WiFi. (The tv has Nextfix and catch up tv already guest loaded. ) A good 20min walk to town. However Nippys taxi app is brilliant and approx £7.00 to get into town. Just eat delivers. Everything was just perfect. Thank you. The only thing I would recommend is to take tea, coffee, sugar, milk and any other first day needs as there is no welcome pack.

Mixed feelings about our stay in Scarborough. On the positive side, a stunning location with enough room to accommodate our family of three. Easy to get to the beach. On the other side, not clean, thorn bed sheet, broken light in hallway and worn out frying pan. The sink was broken from the kitchen counter top and the shower only burning hot. This was fixed the next morning, leaving us not to use the sink for the rest of the day. The shower was set to a fixed safe but hot temperature and the bathroom left dirty. Overal this place could be much better with some more tender love and care.

The positive is that the apartment is lovely and well laid out. Location is good also. The negatives which completely spoiled our stay was having no workable shower which they told us would be set at a reasonable temperature whilst awaiting a new part. This was 4 weeks prior to our booking so I raised my concerns re this but still not able to cancel as was a none cancelable booking which itself is poor if there is an issue. As a result my daughter didn't come with us as she's heat intolerant which was a good job because the first day the shower was borderline cold and the next 4 days almost boiling so we were unable to shower which is just unacceptable and this shouldn't be let until sorted. From comments in a book from previous guests they had the same issue end of May and I'm not even convinced it is the shower as the water temperature in both the bathroom and kitchen sink were exactly the same, either cool or piping hot. Also issue with bedroom window unable to close.

We had such an amazing stay in Scarborough! The flat was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, stunning views and just a short walk to the beach, as well as lots of local spots to explore nearby. Check-in and check-out were super easy and stress-free. We definitely look forward to coming back here again.

The apartment is decorated beautifully and is in a stunning location, peaceful but a short walking distance from the hustle and bustle of the sea front so you get the best of both worlds. Would 100% recommend

This apartment was amazing immaculately clean. Bed linen and towels soft and white. Very comfortable beds. Ample storage for your clothes. Everything you needed for a home from home. My grandsons loved watching the dolphins with your binoculars which was a nice touch and all your games they had to choose from. It is within walking distance to north and south bay. This property was in perfect clean condition, possibly better than you could get at a hotel. Fresh linen and towels provided along with anything else you could need. Bonus being the sea view right outside the living room and everything being within a 15/20min walk. We had trouble accessing the property due to our own fault but the help line was quick and friendly. Parking was made easy with the scratch cards provided so we did not have to worry during our stay. We definitely recommend and would stay again.

We loved our stay in Scarborough! It is hotel quality with the benefits of having an entire apartment. The view is incredible and it is in a great spot as you can walk to the beach and the castle.

Great apartment with sea views. During breakfast we even got to see a dolphin. Great location to park the up and walk to all the attractions around Scarborough. Lots of great places to eat and keep the kids entertained. Apartment was a home from home.

Had a lovely few days at the apartment. My father used to live just around the corner from here but sadly he passed away in January. We came up to see friends and family and to have a memorial for dad. The apartment felt like I was just at home so this was very comforting. It was a great size, beautifully presented and the views over the north bay are incredible no matter what the weather. I can see why my dad fell in love with Scarborough and that view. Thank you to the hosts also for their hospitality.

Lovely flat and gorgeous location. Well catered for and comfortable. The only issue was the wifi which wasn't working when I arrived and it took ages to get it sorted. Communication via Host & Stay was not quick.

The apartment itself was fine. We were not so happy to not be able to communicate with the landlord directly and was our first time using host & stay. On arrival, the apartment had no bedding, towels, loo roll , soap for hands or dishes. It was a challenge to get hold of someone at Host & stay who then struggled to get hold of the landlords. Eventually all was sorted the next morning but wasn’t ideal. Refund would be very welcome. The extra insurance and holding deposit with Host and Stay was also a surprise in addition to the usual Airbnb costs.

Lovely first floor apartment, very clean, newly decorated. Shower is great too! Fantastic location - good view of North Bay from window, shame your neighbours have scaffolding up spoiling the view for your guests! (Just found ourselves a bit short of toiletries and toilet roll ! ) Really enjoyed our four night stay.

Stayed 5 nights in this apartment. Everything was as advertised. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a relaxing break. Parking disk provided. Also a very quick response whenever a question was asked during our stay. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful 2-bed apartment in great location, walking distance to town centre, beach... Great views from living room window. It was clean and we had everything we could possibly need for a 2-night stay. Highly recommend 👍

Well appointed and great value. The location is ideal for accessing both sides of the coast and the town centre. The Host communication was excellent but not intrusive. Clean and tidy on arrival and as pictured. Very happy with this rental and ideal for our 11 day stay.

This enchanting location is truly a sight to behold. The apartment's immaculate maintenance and seamless organization make it an ideal destination for anyone seeking a peaceful escape. It has an astounding view of the Scarborough north beach. The place is new and is kept in pristine condition, with every detail meticulously attended to. Even the parking ticket is already taken care of for you. The staff are attentive and dedicated to ensuring we have a memorable experience. However, despite the many positive aspects of this lovely place, there were a couple of minor drawbacks that prevented it from receiving a perfect rating. Firstly, the windows were quite dirty on the outside, and the view was partially obstructed by construction work on the side building, which slightly marred the otherwise stunning views. Secondly, the £25 insurance and £60 clean fees may seem a bit too much for some visitors that will spend just a couple of days in the place.

Great views over north bay Good level of equipment in apartment Host communications were very good Parking was easy Apartment was clean and tidy Great shower/bathroom Overall great apartment and location, we would definitely stay there again and I would recommend the property to friends,family and the public.

Lovely apartment and great location. All the amenities are super and beds really comfy. Everything was spotless and could not be faulted. My suggestion for improvement comes only on the communication. There were lots of pre visit emails coming from different people as the apartment is run by an agency. Personally I love Airbnb due to the personal nature and hospitality of the host and found the agency approach less rewarding. We were also asked to be verified - despite already being so and also had to pay for a damage waiver or put down a significant bond. For me this also goes against the spirit of Airbnb. Overall, lovely flat, spotless with great amenities so still a 5 star, just the comms a little disappointing, but it’s early days.
