This modern, central apartment has tons of charm and located in one of Liverpool's most sought-after locations, offering guests comfortable living in the heart of the City - perfect for leisure or business travellers!

The apartment maintains an authentic wooden floor, metal beams and brickwork - providing an ambient sense of character juxtaposed with a modern fully-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and clean contemporary bathrooms!

• A small breakfast table between the Kitchen and living room for 2 Guests.

Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a Double size bed and a double Sofa Bed for up to 4 Guests.

Bedroom 2:
• Fitted with a Double size bed for 2 Guests.

Kitchen:
• Equipped with a Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Oven, Washing Machine and much more!

Bathroom 1:
• Fitted with a Shower, Toilet and Basin.

Ensuite 2:
• Fitted with a Shower, Toilet and Basin.
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.

Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.



Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Localização, conforto, banheiros amplos e com boa ducha quente. Acomodou bem 4 adultos em 4 camas diferentes, sendo 2 sofás camas que eram confortáveis. Cozinha com funcionalidade excelente, eletrodomésticos funcionando bem, lavadora de roupas também atendeu perfeitamente. Sachês de café e açúcar disponíveis ajudaram muito na hora do lanche rápido. Há um mercado (Tesco) bem próximo (20 metros).

Não tinha talheres para a cozinha. Tivemos que recorrer a talheres descartáveis de lanchonete que levamos para o local; porém havia boa quantidade de pratos, copos e canecas.

Very central. Everything was in walking distance. It was clean.

We did have a massive leak in the bathroom. It came through the lamp fitting. An engineer came out after a while but we did not feel safe because the water came out where the power cables were running and the light stopped working. They should have sent us into another safe accommodation. Apparently it does happen regularly, so we've been told . I complained but so far no response.

Bildene i annonsen gjorde at forventningene var store men skuffelsen ble stor.
Bra beliggenhet. Lett tilgjengelig. Romslig med 2 soverom, 2 bad: 1 dusj og 1 med badekar/dusj.
og stor stue / kjøkken rom.
Tøffe rød teglstein vegger og knirkete tregulv. Ikke noe vegg-til-vegg på gulv.

Skittent og veldig støvete i leiligheten. Vindu på ene soverom går ikke å åpne. Ingen ventilasjon, verken på badene eller leil.ellers. Så blir mye fuktighet i leil.etter hver dusj/ bad.
Dårlige gamle madrasser i sengene med ødelagte fjærer. Dyp grop i begge dobbelsengene og dårlig med søvn. Selv for slanke lette folk! 2 sovesofaer med tynn madrass som egnet seg for barn.

The kitchen and location , staff were communicative and helpful

Not very clean , the windows, bathrooms and outside area were dirty . Not one utensil in the house.

Very clean and very well maintained

Just the shortage of t towels and hand towel only one hand towel and 1 tea towel , and not enough toilet paper, only 2 roll for 6 people, could do with extra in each toilet
