Localização, conforto, banheiros amplos e com boa ducha quente. Acomodou bem 4 adultos em 4 camas diferentes, sendo 2 sofás camas que eram confortáveis. Cozinha com funcionalidade excelente, eletrodomésticos funcionando bem, lavadora de roupas também atendeu perfeitamente. Sachês de café e açúcar disponíveis ajudaram muito na hora do lanche rápido. Há um mercado (Tesco) bem próximo (20 metros).

Não tinha talheres para a cozinha. Tivemos que recorrer a talheres descartáveis de lanchonete que levamos para o local; porém havia boa quantidade de pratos, copos e canecas.

Very central. Everything was in walking distance. It was clean.

We did have a massive leak in the bathroom. It came through the lamp fitting. An engineer came out after a while but we did not feel safe because the water came out where the power cables were running and the light stopped working. They should have sent us into another safe accommodation. Apparently it does happen regularly, so we've been told . I complained but so far no response.

Bildene i annonsen gjorde at forventningene var store men skuffelsen ble stor.
Bra beliggenhet. Lett tilgjengelig. Romslig med 2 soverom, 2 bad: 1 dusj og 1 med badekar/dusj.
og stor stue / kjøkken rom.
Tøffe rød teglstein vegger og knirkete tregulv. Ikke noe vegg-til-vegg på gulv.

Skittent og veldig støvete i leiligheten. Vindu på ene soverom går ikke å åpne. Ingen ventilasjon, verken på badene eller leil.ellers. Så blir mye fuktighet i leil.etter hver dusj/ bad.
Dårlige gamle madrasser i sengene med ødelagte fjærer. Dyp grop i begge dobbelsengene og dårlig med søvn. Selv for slanke lette folk! 2 sovesofaer med tynn madrass som egnet seg for barn.

Accommodation was central, as described and very comfortable. However could get noisy through the night due to a large Premier Inn and pub close by.
Local Tesco round corner was very handy.
Had to pick up key from a local corner shop which was a little confusing but easily sorted.
All in all had a fantastic stay.

Great location. Spacious apartment for myself and a friend.

No cutlery - i can see from previous reviews this was a problem for previous guests for some time before our stay, and it was never remedied. TVs not working despite multiple attempts to get this going. No spare key so this was a problem when we had separate activities.

Great location in town. Lots of space for everyone. Easy key collection (pulled up on the pavement to run in as nowhere to park outside) but the shop staff were professional and friendly. Car park directly opposite the front door was great late at night didn’t have to worry about finding our way back

The location was really good, and the apartment was nice.

The fact that we were given the wrong address, and information, ended up in a completely different property, found it hard to contact the team to advise them, and the fact the original information stated we would have a permit to park, then as this was incorrect, we spent most our afternoon trying to find the right property and also we parked no where near the property due to incorrect information and paid for parking. The customer service side was poor and the miscommunication and incorrect information didn't get us off to a good start, and they were not very sympathetic giving that they were in the wrong. Also the apartment we ended up in which was the one booked didn't have any cutlery which was weird as we had everything else in the kitchen.

Key had to be collected at remote location a taxi ride away -additional cost of £7 at beginning and end of trip!
Deposit protection charged £25 to handle the deposit and return it.

The property was lovely and in a great location.

Didn’t like the fact it wasn’t cleaned from the last guests on our arrival!
When we walked in it was like walking into a lived in apartment. Towels all over the place, beds not made! Full bins! I was straight onto the owners and they did apologise and offered us another apartment which was 20 mins away and we could only stay one night, so we’d need to unpack then pack again next day to go back to our original apartment. My group of friends decided we’d stay where we were and take all bed sheets off and luckliy some of us had our own towels & some unused in a wardrobe!
The cleaners were then scheduled to come in next day at 1pm when we were out!
However they couldn’t get into apartment and had called me to see if they could possibly have my keys! I refused, I was out enjoying my weekend in Liverpool (having traveled over on boat from Isle of Man) we had lots of plans for a mates 40th birthday celebrations. I requested they just leave everything outside the apartment door!
I returned back to apartment and started sorting out all the cleaners stuff!!

Now I can’t fault the apartment cause it was great, nice size great location just a”system error” about the cleaners!

We got a % off which didn’t cover one full day, also no compensation to cover the stress of trying to get things sorted when we arrived (number of phone calls/messages) also the distribution during the next day while we were bowling! Yes they apologised and much appreciated.
I just hope they learn from this mistake

Location - short walk from the waterfront. Close to bars and restaurants (but can be noisy).
The apartment was spacious - good size for 4 of us.

The entrance was dirty and littered with mail. Not exactly welcoming. The apartment itself want clean. The grill pan was filthy and when we switched the oven on, the fuse blew and we were left in darkness. We were told it would be fixed during our stay and it wasn’t. When we took the cover off one of the duvets it was yellow and soiled, worse than that we discovered a pair of dirty boxer shorts in the sofa bed. There were exposed wires in the living room under a radiator. The Wi-Fi was abysmal so the TV hardly worked and when it did, we could only access limited channels. This apartment is described as luxury, which is definitely a mis-representation. It looks good in the pictures, but in our experience the reality is very different.

There was a car park directly across from the apartment but when I asked if there was one close by no one answered my question
I was sent lots of emails about paying for breakages and for if the property was not left clean however when we arrived the grill pan was filthy, the oven and vent were also full of grease
We could not get the oven to work at all, we were offered an engineer to call out and a cleaner but we were there for a wedding and didn’t want the hassle

The location is city centre.

I was instructed to go to a news agent close to the apartment to collect the keys and told to give the news agent a code that the host had sent me. However, the news agent couldn't accept the code. I then rang the host and they had to send me another code to relay to the news agent. Not the best start to our stay. The outside building is not the most attractive, with a derelict building next to it and plenty rubbish bins plus the entrance and staircase carpet is very dirty. The building smelled damp. However, once inside the apartment it was better on the surface, but after a closer inspection not as clean as it should have been. There was crumbs and marks on the coffee table, the rug in the lounge stained, the kitchen felt greasy. The en-suite shower room is a bad design and the water runs into the bedroom and hallway. The windows in the apartment look as though they've never been cleaned, although the view is not the best anyway.

Very close to the city centre and was relatively quiet considering this. Nice decor, two bathrooms which was useful. Washing pods and dishwasher tablets were left which was handy. Plenty of towels too. Spacious. Useful and friendly staff when needed.

Firstly, the main door into the building is difficult to open as it’s so heavy and the lock to the door is quite high up. The front door to the apartment has two botched locks, one of which got stuck during my stay which meant I was locked out for a significant period of time. Floors weren’t particularly clean, thick dust around the apartment. Opening the window to one of the bedrooms let in a foul smell from what I can only assume were bins outside - this then made our clothes smell. Door to wet room is rotten at the bottom, no means of opening the window in the same room so becomes very warm after a hot shower. Fridge is integrated and therefore does not close properly, meaning food and drink is not as cold as it should be. When stripping the beds, massive yellow stains to both mattresses and duvets were made clear (obviously hadn’t realised this upon arrival). Finally, I was bombarded my staff once I left and accused of not returning the key.

Die fantastische Unterkunft im Herzen Liverpools war unser kleines Paradies! Als meine Bandkollegen und ich uns auf die Suche nach einer Bleibe machten, verwendeten wir den Internet Explorer in unseren persönlichen 'Guide to the Galaxy' für die besten Unterkünfte. Und siehe da, unsere Sternschnuppe führte uns direkt zu dieser wunderbaren Airbnb-Oase!
Verglichen mit Joseph und Maria hatten wir definitiv mehr Glück, denn wir brauchten keinen Esel, um an unseren Zielort zu gelangen. Die Wohnung erfüllte nicht nur alle unsere Erwartungen, sondern katapultierte unsere Zeit im englischen Land in eine ganz neue Dimension der Lebensfreude. Wenn Joseph und Maria gewusst hätten, dass ihnen ein so komfortables Plätzchen zur Verfügung stand, wären sie sicherlich nicht in einem Stall gelandet!

Thank you so much Katy, Joe and the team for getting us in so quickly ( on the day to be exact) and helping us with every question and concern. Even though we booked it on the day, there was nothing that was too much trouble for them, and when we got to the accommodation and it hadn’t been cleaned due to the nature of how quickly we’d booked it they soon moved us to another Accomidation while they cleaned. The location was perfect. The accommodation was clean and modern.

Clean, nice place. Minor issues with the door lock being tricky, finding the cutlery was hilarious due to us not being used to the drawer style. Had an issue at checking in with the key retrieval code being wrong. The wifi is a bit slow.
The area immediately surrounding and the building itself is being worked on, but being so close to the terrific cavern quarter and train station makes it all worth it.
Liverpool is now one of our favorite cities as the people are so, so friendly.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce très joli appartement ! Les hôtes étaient réactifs, amicaux et toujours disponible en cas de question. Le seul petit point négatif était qu'un des canapé-lit était trop petit pour 2 personnes, ce qui fait que l'un d'entre nous a dû dormir sur le canapé (nous avons eu l'impression que il était plus grand sur les photos). Nous restons cependant satisfait de ce séjour et logerons volontier à nouveau chez ces hôtes.

The appt itself is superb and very stylist and comfy.

The fella at the HOST office was very helpful.

The entrance is appalling - dirty and smelly with a big heap of overflowing wheelie bins in the hallway. It gives a really bad impression.

We had a problem with the keys and couldn't get in to the appt when we were inside the building.. There was a lot of messing about with having to take photos of the keys and send them over. I was then told someone would come with spare keys within 10 mins. This didn't happen and when I called back I couldn't be assured of a timescale. Eventually I agreed to walk to the HOST Office in the city and collect a spare key. I wish this had been suggested to start with as we lost 2 hours of the day messing about trying to get in.

We had problems with the WiFi once inside.

This is all a shame because the appt itself is really fabulous.

Not for a family stay. Apartment stank of cannabis- host asked us to buy air fresheners from Tesco & would be reimbursed, said they believe it was from another tenant so expect the smell to continue unless that tenant has moved out. We were travelling with a newborn & 3 year old so not ideal. Rubbish in hall as you enter (put into bins which sat in hallway when reported). Grim views from all rooms. Smaller than pictures suggest. Area feels unsafe. Previously stayed in duke street area and would return to that part of the city. Sofa bed extremely uncomfortable.

lovely place, spacious enough for 8 people and really modern. Nice TVs with Netflix in every room, big open kitchen/living room made it really social and the hosts were really helpful.

the beds could have been a tiny bit comfier. the kitchen had everything (coffee maker, pots/pans, dishwasher, etc..)but it didn’t have utensils. We had to get plastic forks from a takeaway over the road

Location was amazing, walking distance to everything and the property looks just like the photos.
However the apartment definitely needs a deep clean, flooring was dirty throughout, carpet and throws had stains on. Dropped something under the sofa at one point and it was really filthy and sticky.
Attempted to extend our stay but had to wait hours to receive a response or call to do this.
Aside from those things the place was great so convenient!

Good location, easy check-in, good communication with the manager. On the contrary, we were disappointed with the stay. The windows and wall isolation is pretty bad - you can hear the neighbors watching television. Internet was very slow and it was impossible to watch TV. Coffee machine was not working. Beds were of low quality. Bath equipment was very minimal. Windows were very dirty and the view outside was bad – you could see pile of garbage. It is not the apartment I recommend for such price.

We waren met 6 mannen in dit geweldige en knusse appartement in liverpool. Ligging perfect alles wat nodig was voor ons op een loop afstand!! We hebben super genoten! Uitgaans gelegenheid was ook heel erg gezellig!! En niet te vergeten de Engelse ontbijtjes waren heerlijk! Veel te weten gekomen over de stad van the beatles. Een aanrader voor iedereen wat ons betreft! Tot de volgende keer!

We booked this accommodation at short notice to use on new years eve.
The owners were very quick in responding to confirm that the accommodation was booked.
Prior to our visit, we were provided with a step by step guide to access the keys and find the accommodation, which was a good touch.
Accommodation was decorated very well and cleanliness was at a high standard.

Location is brilliant and central to everything you need, very close to the train station. I wouldn’t say it was a “luxury” apartment but it was nice and had all the amenities you needed, the apartment is a lot smaller than the photos make out but it was big enough for a small group. The hosts communication was great and it was really easy to follow the instructions for pick up and drop off for the keys, overall great for a girls weekend away trip

This place is located very conveniently in the city center. Easy to access with the key in the outside lock box. I stayed here with 4 colleagues during a conference. Initially booked for 6 but we stayed only with 4 each night. It would have been too cramped with 6 people. There are two sleeping couches. One of the beds has a very soft mattress which some might like but wasn’t all that back friendly. Sheets and towels clean as was the apartment. It is quite clear nobody is living there and it is used for rental purpose only. The two bathrooms are convenient and clean. The kitchen has what you need. Though loads of coffee cups and very few glasses. There was some coffee and tea available. There is a supermarket very close to the apartment with nice fresh bread in the morning. The hosts are a group of people that respond quick to messages and are helpful if needed. Absolutely recommend this place for a visit to Liverpool.

Katy and Joe's place is great!!! The location is outstanding. They got in touch with us a couple days before arriving and gave us all needed directions to get there, to get into the apartment and they sent good and useful information about the city.
The apartment is in perfect conditions. Everything works as expected. It has been very comfortable for me and my family (6 total).
The location couldn't be better. A few blocks from everything. The Cavern Club is less than 10 minutes walk. You can walk 10 minutes and you'll be al Albert Pier.
People in Liverpool know how to have fun at night. Bars and Pubs are open till late and you have lots of them at walking distance. Train Station (Lime Street) is a few blocks away and if you need a bus (we took one to Manchester), you have Liverpool One Station at a 10 minutes walk.
Whenever we get back to Liverpool, we'll go back to Katy and Joe's place. Highly recommended!!!

I would recommend the apartment as it was nice with good beds and it was quite clean, but I wouldn’t describe it as “luxury” and the shared front entranceway to the building had garbage bags piling up inside which stunk and left a poor first impression.

A beautiful apartment in a brilliant location for exploring central Liverpool. Very stylish decor and well equipped. Take a hair clip with you to clip the main bedroom curtains together as they don’t pull completely. We parked only 5 minutes away and were able to walk everywhere. Will definitely come back.

Brilliant location right in the centre of Liverpool! This is a really spacious apartment with comfortable beds and a nice common area. We were given lots of information and everything about the check-in process was made very clear throughout.
There are quite rigid house rules regarding the use of towels and the possibility of getting make up on them. We adhered to these strictly, but it just seemed a little strange to have such stringent rules on towels when there are particular aspects of the property that could do with a little TLC. There was a significant amount of dust inside one of the kitchen drawers, the shower tap in the en-suite spins instead of being firmly attached to the wall, and the radiator in the living room appears to be hanging off the wall on one side. The curtains in one of the bedrooms also don’t meet when closed so the light from stairwell windows opposite shines into the room and the room is never really very dark. I suppose with there being such strict rules regarding the use of towels, we expected it to be pristine inside!
Despite that, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend! A lovely place and as already said, perfect location!

Very convenient central location, and a stylish clean and spacious flat. It's right on the main drag of town, so the 15 minute stroll down to Pier Head is through a grand avenue of Victorian buildings, with restaurants and pubs in abundance.
It's one of several properties the hosts manage, and one of their assistants mistakenly assured us the washer doubled as a dryer, which we had said in advance was crucial. We got there and discovered it didn't. Katy was quick to respond, offering us a reimbursement for our trouble and cost. Bottom line: The flat has a laundry drying rack and the washer spins the load down to merely damp, so by morning our stuff was sufficiently dry for our travels.
If we're ever lucky enough to return to wonderful Liverpool, I would stay here again.

When we came in, the hallway was dirty, garbage bags leaked liquid and on one couchbed in the appartement was dirty linnen. This was cleaned quickly after i made a call about this. The appartement is not for 8 adult persons. Two couchbeds where to small with very thin matresses. The hallway which is shared with residents was dirty in general.
A positive thing was that we could get in on the arrivaldate, at one o’clock in stead of three o’clock. The appartement was in the citycentre close to most attractions and pub/restaurants. We enjoyed Liverpool!

Really nice apartment, clean and centrally located. Very good value - the kitchen was well equipped and both the bathrooms were nice and clean. We stayed 5 Nights and had a great time, also thanks to the 'travel guide' that was provided - lots of really good reataurant nearby.

This is an ideal spot for Liverpool - easy walking distance to all the major attractions. Felt very secure. It was a little noisy late at night - you are in the city centre after all - so may not be appropriate for a family with small children. Easy instructions for check in and check out. Everything you need if you wanted to cook ( why would you when there are so many interesting eating spots on your doorstep?) Good facilities.
We'll certainly be back.

We booked this accommodation last minute and had a very quick response. The communication and instructions we fast, detailed and clear.
There is a few parking options with different prices very close which is really helpful.
The number Air B and B sent on the keypad don’t work, but we phoned and within a few minutes had a new code and then it’s was very straightforward to access the building and the apartment.
The location is brilliant so central. There was a small amount of noise in the night, but nothing that woke the children, lasted any length of time, or wouldn’t be expected by being so close to the city centre.
We found the flat extremely clean, very well equipped, spacious and really stylish.
We wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

This apartment is luxurious and comfortable inside, its situated 5-10 walk from main shopping area, bars and restaurants. Bit further to walk if you want the docks but still within comfortable walking distance. Ample parking close by. Hosts are very communicative and always respond promptly, would definitely stay here again, great value for money!

Great location for exploring Liverpool. On the whole a great apartment, but take your own Nespresso coffee if you want to use the machine and also the curtains in master bathroom don’t fully close so can be a little bright in the morning.

This is a great Liverpool city center warehouse style pad, perfect for a work trip or long weekend. You can't beat the location, very central with a Tesco Metro just a few steps from the flat to help you stock up on anything you need. The living space is a great size and great to relax in. Bedrooms are comfy and everything was nice and clean. Would recommend!

The flat is at a really good location, prefect too if you travel by car as there's a carpark right on the other side of the small street (rather expensive, but the hosts did suggest an other, cheaper one a wee bit further away, but we were just too lazy).
The flat is very cool, a wee bit dark but cozy. We had a small issue but we easily got in touch and they reacted immediately. Liverpool is such a great city, we surely will return! Thanks to Erin&Co

Overall this Liverpolian apt is nice, great location, close to the docks, nice supermarket just around the corner, the apt is true to its pictures (though the obvious wear and tear are not visible through those pics.) We had a problem with the wifi and did'nt get a response till the day after what was a bit frustrating, and the door lock was stuck a few times. Its important to note there is a building site outside, visible from the windows, (we didnt have problem with it, though). Overall its a good apt, good value for money, and I do recommend it

Everyone said when we first arrived how gorgeous the flat was! There is parking just across the street so it’s easy enough to drive down to and leave your car there. Loads of room and the beds were really comfy. Location was great as it was only a 15 min walk from Albert Dock but it was easy enough to just get a taxi from that location. Overall a perfect stay!

The apartment is tastefully furnished, comfortable and in a great location for all of the attractions of the city centre. I can’t in all honesty recommend for groups of more than 4 or for those who’s might want to cook a proper meal. Our biggest issue was that despite what appears to be a slick organisation, the apartment’s managers don’t seem to communicate well with those responsible for cleaning and maintenance and the result was a less than pleasant mound of stinky bin bags in the hallway and a used condom left on the stairs for more than a day after it was reported. I think the managers are doing their best but they seem to be overstretched right now.

Sus ambientes son muy amplios y cómodos, además de decorados simple y elegantemente a la vez que iluminados cálidamente.
La calefacción es perfecta, así como la provisión de agua caliente. La cocina está perfectamente equipada, con todo lo necesario para cocinar (condimentos, aceite , sal , té, café, azúcar). Todo en el departamento es de excelente calidad, los techos altos, el hermoso piso de madera restaurado, las enormes y antiguas ventanas.
Los anfitriones han sido muy atentos y hemos mantenido una fluida comunicación, la llegada y la partida han sido rápidas u sencillas gracias a sus indicaciones.
Sin dudar el menor departamento que he alquilado a través de Airbnb.
Para recomendar a cualquiera que visite Liverpool.

Our stay was incredible! We were only there for 2 nights but wish we had more time. The check in was easy and the host responded quickly each time I reached out. The apartment was impeccable. Simply a great location!!! 5minutes walk from the Cavern Club, Mathew street and restaurants. Very close to the main shopping centre and to Albert dock. Easy to get to from Liverpool Lime Street station.
We could reach all the main touristic attractions by foot within 20mins.
(there is also a Tesco express around the corner).
Joe and Katie were super nice and very good communicators.
Check in/out was easy and as described by the owners.
The flat has plenty of space and it’s very modern.
I will definitely recommend it to everyone who is planning a long weekend in Liverpool.

Lo mejor: El apartamento amplio, bonito, completo y la ubicación perfecta. Bonito diseño y con todos los utensilios necesarios y nuevos. Buena calefacción.
Las camas dobles muy confortables. Los dos sofás-camas no tanto. Vemos que está bien para 6 personas, pero para 8 personas parece incómodo. (en cada sofá-cama aguanta bien una persona adulta, pero no dos..).
Aspectos a mejorar: En el dormitorio grande entra mucha luz por la mañana y estaría bueno poner colgadores en los baños.
Lo peor: El fechillo de la puerta de la casa parecía estar roto: varias veces tuvimos problemas para entrar y salir e incluso una vez nos quedamos encerradas. La comunicación mal, porque llamamos por teléfono a los dos teléfonos que nos facilitaron por la incidencia de la puerta y nadie contestó ni nos llamaron. Finalmente, pudimos abrir la puerta con dificultades.

We panicked on arrival as the front didn’t look appealing & the hallway/stairwell was awlful - rubbish about, no flooring, dangerous steps - looked very derelict! However thankfully the apartment was much better. The pro’s are definitely the central location & the modern & clean apartment. It was very noisy of a night & the rates are top end though plus communication could have been a little better.

We stayed two nights in this apartment. It's a really nice apartment. The pictures don't lie. Easy check-in with a key box outside the entrance. The apartment is in a central location. Walking distance to Matthew street, Liverpool ONE etc. There is a Tesco supermarket right around the corner.
The landlord was easy to communicate with. They gave clear instructions both prior to arrival and before check-out. The apartment manual includes everything you need to know.
I would absolutely recommend this place. We will be back!

El apartamento es precioso, tal y como se aprecia en las fotos. Teníamos algunos ingredientes básicos que nos fueron de ayuda para no tener que comprar. Era muy cómodo estar alojados en un lugar muy céntrico. Las camas son confortables, los sofá cama menos. Es cierto que están de obra en el edificio contiguo y desde el comedor se escuchaba al personal durante la mañana hasta las 16 o 17, no nos molestó para descansar ya que desde las habitaciones apenas se escuchaba, pero teníamos los estores bajados casi todo el tiempo. Lo recomiendo gratamente, nos fue muy cómodo la recogida y entrega de llaves con su sistema y los anfitriones estaban muy pendientes de nosotros por si necesitábamos algo. Enseguida contestaban a una demanda. No hay ascensor, hay que subir un piso. En general la evaluación es de muy satisfecha.

Lovely home, close to everything. Tesco just around the corner for any needs. Home very clean and beds very comfortable. Very secure building with very little outside noise. Loved that they supplied shampoo and conditioner as we flew to Liverpool and saved us having to buy any. Also teabags, sugar and coffee were available. Very quick to respond to any questions we had. Close to numerous bars and restaurants and a 10-15 minute walk to the dock area and a short walk to Matthew Street and The Cavern. Lovely city and easy to get around from this modern stylish apartment. Bar directly across the street and a very cozy bar under the building accessed via a phone booth. We were there for three nights and loved every minute.

5star Beautiful apartment right in the main hub, perfect location for shopping and partying. Place was very easy to access, communication was fab. Amazing inside, very stylish, spacious and clean. I would definitely stay again

Great place! Right near downtown night life so it was a really convenient place to stay. They had all the beds set up for the amount of guests coming (pull out beds) which saved us a lot of time.
It was very clean and it had a very nice decor.
Would highly recommend this place!

AWESOME location - close to Mathews street and all the attractions we hoped to visit (and right across the street from a nice pub). Easy walk to and from several train stations - we didn't have to taxi anywhere. The apartment itself has been beautifully updated and easily slept six adults. Erin was a great host, answering our questions quickly and made check in a breeze. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is just as described. It is beautifully decorated and really comfortable, the location is very central and within walking distance of the docks area and the central shops. The nearby pubs are busy on Saturday night but the apartment is quiet once you are inside . We used the extra sofa beds, which were fine, but obviously not as comfortable as the real beds - which are amazing. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Except for a slightly iffy checkin (no keys in the lockbox) and construction work going on in the building, this was a pretty awesome stay. The apartment is lovely and well-equipped but it would have been good to know about the construction in advance, though minimal noise it did disrupt our little one's sleep.
Also the 'black out' curtains in the master bedroom are a little pointless as they don't shut! Couple of inches gap in the middle to let all of the morning sun in!

The apartment is in a perfect location for exploring the city and fr transport links. Very nicely furnished and very clean. Nice touches like shampoo and toothpaste provided and the bonus of a nice coffee machine too. Close enough for all the bars and night life but not in the middle of it so nice and quiet too.
Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this apartment, it was exactly as shown on the listing, nice and clean, exactly what we was looking for, thanks again for the hospitality. I would definitely recommend this to others as it is local to pretty much everything you need.

Fantastic apartment. Great location. Although it is centrally located, inside the apartment was very quiet. Great communication from hosts, although everything was great so we didn't need anything throughout our stay, they made sure we knew they were at hand if we needed help.

absolutely beautiful apartment in central Liverpool. A small walk from the city centre, the docks and bars and restaurants. Ideal for a weekend away with friends! Hosts can be a bit slow to resolve any issues but apart from that we had a lovely time!

Very nice and clean appartment in the city center of Liverpool. Walking distance from all the bars and restaurants(like 5min), but at a quiet location.
Erin helped us with a lot of info on where to go to and she aranged a lot check-out. When I visit Liverpool agian for sure i'm going back to this place!

Great accommodation. Stunning interior. Very comfortable to sleep. Easy key collection for check in and out. Only thing to recommend is some curtains for the living room. Definitely recommend as it was very central and would stay again.

The best airbnb ever! If you stay in Liverpool you must stay here, they where so nice and super flexible with the arrival time/ súper súper recomendado, está súper lindo, super limpio y de vdd súper céntrico, si te vas a quedar en Liverpool quédate aquí, la comunicación con ellos es muy buena :) y son MUY flexibles con el tiempo de llegada porque tienen un auto check in. Queda a 3 cuadras de muchos restaurantes y tiendas
