This cosy 1 bedroom apartment is right in the heart of the city centre, located just a few steps away from St Luke's 'Bombed Out' Church, and the famous bohemian area of Bold Street! It is within walking distance to all attractions, restaurants and shops, you've no need to use public transport or taxis!

Guests can enjoy a fully equipped, modern kitchen as well as a cosy double bedroom and comfy double sofa bed.

The space
Reached by 2 flights of stairs, this apartment provides a snug and cosy feel for your stay. It has an open plan living/kitchen space with views of St Luke's Church, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need to cook up some delicious meals and the living room is the perfect place to wind down after a day of exploring! The living room has a double sofa bed, ready to sleep 2 guests.

This apartment also has a comfortable double bedroom with a full length mirror and a chest of draws, and a spacious, modern bathroom.

Look out of the window and you'll see we are less than a minutes walk to Bold Street where you'll find a huge variety of independent shops, restaurants and bars.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Minimarket that is about 5 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.


Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
