Very central location, keys for the air b&b located at a mini shop opposite direction to the train station was the only downfall.
Beds were slightly uncomfortable, and the sofa beds weren’t the sturdiest.
Noise from the bar outside was loud but not an issue if you’re out anyways.
Kitchen was very clean and tidy as were the bathrooms.

It’s a mega place for loads of people right next to the town unfortunately maybe it was just by luck we had a incident with leakage which had us to leave early but other than that was very nice.

The apartment is in an excellent location, (that's if you don't mind not sleeping until gone 7am) the apartment is very spacious and plenty of room. Having Two bathrooms really helped.

Having to walk a very fair distance to collect the key was not great. You also have to drop it back off to the same place when you check out. Not in the direction of the train station. A key safe outside would be so much easier and convenient. Or even left with a neighbor closer to the apartment. The heater was hanging off the wall and one of the pull out beds was broken. The mattresses really could do with being changed. This could be a beautiful apartment if the decor was freshly painted and maybe some blinds up on the windows. ( We did feel we were part of the the red light district at one point, Amsterdam.) 😂 People were knocking on the door during the night. Obviously we didn't answer.

Nothing it was disgusting

Everything it was very dirty . Mold all over curtains sofa beds broken was unable to sleep on it sheets filfy. Absolutely disgusting and health and safety risk

The property was spacious and as described in this sense.

Collecting the door key was awkward, the key was located in a shop which was a half an hour round trip (walking) away and had to be dropped off to the same location which was the opposite direction of the train station when making our way home. There was also only one key, between 9 of us.

The property is located directly in the middle of the nightlife, which is great, however, the windows were only single glazed and one of the windows did not fully shut. The bar the property is above did not close until 5.30am.

The property was also cold and the heaters were not effective.

The front door is directly on the street and locked with one single lock, the bottom lock was broken. On a few occasions throughout the night we heard people outside kicking the door, there was also urine up the door multiple times. As a group of young women we felt vulnerable and the door could have been more secure.

The property on first glance was nice, however, the floor was extremely dirty, when wearing white socks it became apparent how dirty it was. There was a lot of mold on the bathroom ceilings and around the windows. The pillows inside the cases did not have pillow covers and you could see how dirty they were.

The sofa beds also appeared faulty and not secure. The main kitchen light above the table did not work and other lights had bulbs out.

There was only 2 toilet rolls (1 in each bathroom) and no store cupboard to get more. There was no access to basic cleaning supplies to clean up after ourselves I.e a brush, dustpan, surface spray.

Le logement est insalubre, l’hôte est très désagréable et il faut un froid polaire dans tout l’appartement.
Je rajoute qu’il n’y a pas de couverts pour déjeuner ce qui a mon sens est une eresie.
Seul point positif, un bar en bas de l’airbnb avec des shots a 1 euros.
Sinon un bruit infernal jusqu’à 4h du matin.

Alt. Det var mugg i leiligheten, iskaldt i hele leiligheten, noen få varmeovner som gikk på sparebluss der de slo seg av etter maks to timer. Den ene ovnen var ute av drift. Var kaldt vann i dusjen så man klarte ikke dusje. Var så kaldt at man måtte sove med masse klær på. Det var støv og skjit på gulvene i kriker og kroker. Måtte finne ny boplass fordi det ikke var levelig der!

Excellent stay at 68 Wood St. Room was great, had pretty much everything we needed and location is amazing, couldn’t be more central to town and night life. Only complaints were couldn’t find spare bedding for the sofa beds and took a good while to get a response from host (had found it by that point under one of the cushions of the settee). The slats on one of the sofa beds were also broken so sleeping/sitting on this would have been very uncomfortable, (luckily we didn’t have to use it). Other than that everything was great, and next time we come up to Liverpool I will definitely be booking here again if it is available

We had a great time in Liverpool. The apartment was spacious and spotless apart from the crumbs on the pull out bed.Kitchen had a wine cooler but no cutlery at all. We expected noise as per description, however the noise at night and early morning made us feel like there were no windows or doors! Very central to fabulous restaurants and bars. Front door needs fixed as we couldn’t get in and had to contact the office. Josh was extremely helpful and sorted out our key issue very quickly. Great apartment for girlie weekend away.

The time I spent with my friends for my birthday at this apartment was disgraceful. No instructions to how to put the heating on! Your manual book which is supposed to tell you how things work etc is ridiculous and not informative at all. Check that out yourself! It was cold!!!! Also there was no cutlery for food and a lack of communication with the host in getting this resolved. I hope you take into consideration that it was January and I made a comment which was brushed to the side. I was unhappy until I figured out how to get heating!

El departamento es muy bonito y amplio, las camas son muy cómodas, en general la estancia estuvo muy bien, los únicos puntos que no nos permite dejar una calificación perfecta son 2.
1.- Debido a qué se está en una calle con mucho bar y antro la casa no está al cien para una estancia pacífica ya que se escucha el sonido de la música desde las 10 de la noche hasta las 6 de la mañana. podrían revisar la forma de poner insolación en las ventanas para reducir un poco el sonido, pero al final la ubicaciones es genial así que no se puede quejan tanta.
2.- la forma de ingreso, sería conveniente tener un buzón local para no tener que caminar los 7 minutos a la tienda de conveniencia por la llave ya que como nosotros viajamos en invierno fue incómodo caminar con las maletas en la lluvia para recoger y dejar la llave. Probablemente sería conveniente tener un acceso electrónico o un buzón fuera de la unidad.
Fuera de eso es una excelente unidad para conocer Liverpool turistico

The existing reviews on this place definitely do not align with our experience. Floors dirty, pool of water on floor (thought it was a leak at first. Rubbish left by others under beds. Absolutely disgraceful.
I’m a fitness instructor and a DJ. I love music but there needs to be a warning that it goes on til 04:30am every morning and people will not sleep through it. We had three hours sleep on the first night and same on our second night. We probably would have been more lenient with the terrible noise if the apartment had been clean and maintained well. 5 wine glasses in the cupboard for 8 people. Iron and no ironing board. One lady burnt a hole her dress. Lots more problems already reported to Air BnB. Please communicate with them for the full report. Staying here was not pleasant at all and I have stayed all over the world. Of all the places this is definitely he worst. Such a shame as it was meant to be a birthday trip and the kitchen was lovely with good equipment.

The location is excellent and it is very spacious for a large group.

The property is very cold, you need to boost the heating every 2 hours and then it goes off. Once you come back to the apartment you are back to trying to heat it up again. There is a lack of cutlery only a few forks and knifed no spoons, take these with you. The apartment is so central to clubs and bars therefore it is extremely loud outside until 5/6 am. Loud to the point you would really struggle to sleep like we did. The club outside this apartment, aura, seems to be very dangerous and there was a crime scene on the morning we woke up which left an unsettled feeling. Having to walk for 10 minutes from where the apartment is to collect and return the keys is also very inconvenient.

Not a whole lot but location was central

Apartment was not clean when we arrived. Sofa beds were broken and pillows were disgusting with liquid stains all over the mattress. Condom on the bed also. I contacted them numerous times to get maintenance. Eventually two lovely girls arrived to clean the apartment (Kelly & Tracy). Would you believe the host double booked the apt and gave another party of 4 another set of keys also. Thankfully we were in the apartment when they arrived and needless to say we were both shocked.When I rang to complain I never heard anything from them again despite ringing them numerous times and texting them. When I returned the key and asked to speak to someone I was told they were only the key provider’s and not the owners of apartment.Zero satisfaction from the host.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral direkt im Herzen von Liverpools Nachtleben. Alle (für uns) wichtigen Plätze - oder die Busse, die dort hin fahren - sind zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und modern und bei unserer Ankunft war alles sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.
Die Beschreibungen für den Check-in und den Check-out waren sehr einfach zu verstehen. Auch sonst war die Kommunikation perfekt. Alle Infos kamen einige Tage bevor unserem Aufenthalt, ohne dass wir nachfragen mussten. Und auch bei Fragen kamen die Antworten innerhalb weniger Stunden.
Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, vor allem, wenn man das Liverpooler Nachtleben erleben und will und man sich für die Geschichte der Beatles, deren Hotspot man zu Fuss innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichbar.
Wenn wir wieder nach Liverpool reisen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

The hosts of this apartment were brilliant from we booked until we came home. They replied to all our messages right away even when we were staying in the apartment. The apartment is spacious and has everything that you will need for your stay I.e kettle, toaster, hair dryer, iron an such. The beds are very comfy and the apartment is very modern. There is 2 large shower rooms/bathrooms that are lovely and the showers are so easy to use and set to the right temperatures. We took advantage of the bag storage when we were travelling home which came in so handy. The apartment is located centrally to most bars, cafes, restaurants and night clubs.

It would have been nice to have more cleaning items available i.e washing liquid for dishes and we only had one dishwasher tablet for the 3 day stay. The apartment is located really close to alot of night clubs and bars, it can be very noisy throughout the night with some of the clubs only opening at midnight and not closing until 7am, this maybe something to think about before you book. We travelled with 9 of us with various ages from 18 to 65 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay...it just may not be for the light sleeper.

Beware of the noise. This flat is right above a street with multiple clubs that are open until 6am. If you are looking to party all night, this location is great. If you are looking to go to sleep before 6am, this location is horrible.
On the positive, the space is very clean and is accurately represented in the description. Make sure to be aware that it is a 0.4 mile walk to get the key and return the key.

The apartment is well equipped, showers and kitchen with big sociable table.
Location in terms of close to town is good.

It could have been cleaner to be honest. One of the beds wasn't made but the cleaner came straight away to do this, when we opened the bed settee there was a set of pyjamas inside which meant that the bed had not been checked or cleaned beneath.
Being across the road from the bars was ok until we realised that they didn't close until 6am!! Even on a Wednesday and Thursday. The constant booming from the bass meant lack of sleep. That said if party people wanted someone to stay i would recommend.

Great location for celebrating my friends 21st birthday! Great communication from the team. Keys collected from a local shop which when we got there the code they give us to collect the keys were not working & we couldn’t get the keys however phoned the emergency number which got answered straight away & was super quick at sorting and managed to get us the keys within 5 minutes so a huge thank you to the team for this. The place was super easy to find, great instructions and the apartment was perfect for us girls! Loads of towels provided. Fans provided during the hot weather. Over all, it was amazing & perfect for us group of young girls celebrating!

Nothing to not like! HOWEVER, as a warning the location is very loud. It’s opposite the bars & clubs. This did not bother us as we were there for the exact same reasons however it’s ideal for people to be aware of this when booking.

We came to Liverpool for my sister's hen do. The apartment was brilliant, it had everything we needed and the location was perfect. It is noisy but it wasn't an issue for us. Communication with the team was also very good and any queries were answered quickly. We would definitely stay again if we decided to return to Liverpool.

Great apartment in a great location for going out in Liverpool. Obviously loud at nighttime but that's expected. Very happy with the apartment. One small issue with a missing duvet but it was resolved within an hour. Fantastic. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment. Location is ideal, right in the city centre, a 1 minute walk to restaurants, pubs and shops. Apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. I will definitely be returning. 10/10.

Location is good for walking everywhere but very noisy all through the night due to all the night clubs and fast food outlets around the area. Not much soundproofing in the apartment. We stayed in this area for ease of walking to my sons graduation and the uni.

Didn't like the key collection, the man in the shop was very rude and it's a fair walk to get to the shop. OKAY in good weather, but if it's raining its an issue.

One thing to note is there can be some noise from the bars and clubs around the flat - can be expected from the location though!

Excellent apartment, the place was furnished beautifully and had everything we needed!
Beds were super comfy and there was so much space. Having two bathrooms was ideal and they were squeaky clean!
All I would say to future guests is that with you being in the city centre, and being opposite a nightclub, you have to expect some noise late into the night/early morning!
But the apartment was top and such a good deal! Communicating with Charlie was so fast and simple - I usually got a response within the hour which is unheard of.
I would stay here again over and over & would highly recommend others to stay too (provided you bring ear plugs!!)

Apartment was great, fantastic location for accessing the city and had everything we needed with high standard of cleanliness. Great for groups but not for anyone hoping to have an early night as it’s right in the heart of the night life! Hosts responded very promptly to all requests and checked in via email regularly. Stayed for a few nights for a 7 person stag do at this property.
Location is great being in the centre of Liverpool next to plenty of bars and clubs. Easy to get to the location via a short walk from Liverpool Lime Street.
Katy, Joe and Team were great with communication in the led up and during the stay.
Would definitely recommend for a few nights of staying in the centre of Liverpool.
If you are staying, just note that the cutlery is in a hidden drawer inside another drawer below the hob, confused us when we couldn't find any!

Family members weren’t quite happy about this stay. I meant I personally like the location and the design of the place. But it was way too hot. Most of them couldn’t sleep at all. The airflow In the house was terrible. And they do have kitchen. Bowls and plates provided but not cutlery, chopping board provided but not knife. One more, in description it says the key could be stored in a lockbox for self easy check in but no. They asked us to pick it up and return at a local convenient store which is a 10-15 mins walk away. I meant it’s really inconvenient if you are in a big group and if you have so many luggages together. Check out time at 10am (you have to return the key to the store by 10am). Crazy early. Check in time is late too. After 4pm. Uhmm. You guys can consider yourself. If you are young and coming to play all night long out there and going back to only have a short short nap. It should be nice. But for other purposes, you decide.
