The space
Our recently refurbished apartment is contemporary and spacious, finished to a high standard throughout . The unique space offers an open-plan kitchen and living room, perfect for a relaxing stay or to rest after a busy day exploring Liverpool! The modern kitchen features all the essentials you will need: a Hob/Oven, Toaster, Microwave, Fridge and even a Nespresso Coffee Machine - perfect for your morning Coffee!The living area features two comfortable sofa beds and a large smart TV! If you require a place to eat and unwind, the open-plan living area has a stylish bench-style table, perfect for dining!
This courtyard apartment has two comfy double bedrooms, featuring desk space for those needing a place to work! The bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub - ideal for those wanting to relax after exploring! The bathroom has fluffy white towels for each guest and complimentary starter shower gel and shampoo for your arrival!
Situated in a private courtyard away from the main road, it gives you the benefits of being in a central location, whilst also enjoying a tranquil and relaxing stay.
Guest access
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle-free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them!Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We also have outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a noise detector.**The apartment entrance has steep steps so please be aware of this before booking!**
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address. Please do not place orders without informing us.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 5 minute walk or 2 minute drive. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

Not a Positive experience
1. The apartment is not located at the address provided on the booking or on cover of brochure. Taxi could not locate property.
2. If travelling solo, note suitable, due to location, through dark, steep stairs. Security light intermittent.
3. Keys collected/dropped off at different location. Access codes were not sent via email and is not the pin code as supplied by bookings.com
4. Whilst customer services were available, this is not the same as having a host on hand to assist with keys/handover etc.

Facilities, furniture and cleanliness are excellent.
You will not find reception and assistance, but you call the property and then go to the supermarket to get the key
and the location of the apartment is very bad opposite the working area of a building and also the entrance of the apartment is to take out the garbage on the ground floor in the back square of the building is difficult to reach with bags

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
