The space
The Quarter is a charming one-bedroom apartment perfectly located in the city centre. With laminated wood vinyl flooring throughout and a décor of simple and stylish interiors.On entry, you will find the kitchen to your right, fully equipped with everything you need for a stay away from home. You can use our fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and more. A washing is also available for your convenience if you are enjoying a longer stay.
The bathroom is modern in design with a neutral colour palette. The space features a cubicle shower, WC and wash basin.
You'll find the open-plan living and dining area on the left-hand side of the apartment entrance. Bright and airy with large windows that can be shaded with roll-down blinds. A huge wall-mounted Smart TV is provided for entertainment, complemented by a three-seater sofa bed that can accommodate two guests comfortably.
The dining area features a table with matching chairs for up to four guests. You can enjoy home cooked meals or a freshly prepared meal from one of the local eateries.
At the end of a busy day, the bedroom is no doubt everyone's favourite place to retreat. Fully carpeted with huge windows and blinds, rest your head in the comfy double bed with luxurious bedding and crisp white linen.
The Quarter is the perfect getaway for families with children, groups of friends, or business travellers.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to The Quarter is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.There are two overnight car park options on the same street, and plenty of other pay-and-display car parks are nearby. Details will be provided prior to your arrival.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests aged under 21 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

very clean, very nice host, always available via email, nice kitchen, hot water (!), towels nice, linen nice, cupboards nice, even milk in the fridge, selection of tea and coffee. We´d do it again.
master bed not big enough for 3 people- sounds funny, but 6 yr old wanted to stay with us and not with his brother- only 2 very big blankets available- which is common in England and NOT a problem, only ours to solve. And I am pretty sure- had we adressed this as a problem someone would have come and brought a 3. blanket, but we chose not to ask for assistance.

We really enjoyed our time in Liverpool and the accommodation really helped.
It is a beautiful flat very close to Lime Street Station, everything was walkable to the station, Shopping, restaurants and the docks.
Great communication with the Hosts, friendly and welcoming.
Felt at ease from the moment we walked in the door. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed.
We will definitely book to stay here again if it’s not booked already when we return to Liverpool in the future.

The rooms were lovely. Stylish, clean, and well equipped. Absolutely no issues with anything inside the apartment. Ideally situated, too. Please don't be put off by my next comment. It is a lovely apartment, and we would definitely recommend.
We appreciate that there's not much you can do about the street outside, but there was broken glass by the doorstep, half eaten chicken, and a pint glass with some 'fluid' in, on the other side of the doorstep. Perhaps you could ask your cleaners to check outside at least once a day. However, there was nothing dirty or unpleasant about the actual apartment and understand that this is out of your control.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 21. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
