Our stunning Coach House comes with three luxurious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and free secure parking included! A unique stay in the heart of Liverpool City Centre, situated on a charming cobbled street close to Liverpool's famous Cathedral and Philharmonic Hall. A homely base for those looking to enjoy our wonderful city!

This is an ideal place for foodies and culture hounds who would like to explore the great variety of restaurants and pubs within Bold Street, Hope Street, or Duke Str
The space
Our family-friendly coach house boasts three bedrooms - two with a king-sized bed and another with two single beds, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests!

Sleeping arrangements:
The Yellow Room: King size divan, with under bed storage space and ensuite shower unit
The Forest Room: King size divan, with under bed storage space.
The Striped Room: Two single beds with under bed storage drawers

On the ground floor enjoy our cosy living and dining space with plenty of room to relax and plan your day exploring.

Get ready for your day in our sparkling family shower room, with fresh white towels provided. There is also an additional shower unit in The Yellow room and lavatory on the ground floor.

Perfect for home-cooked meals, our house features a built-in kitchen with all the essentials including a fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher, and freezer (located in the garage). The kitchen comes with everything you need to dine in, with plenty of utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, and glassware. Enjoy a breath of fresh air with a cup of coffee or your cooked breakfast on the patio area, right outside the kitchen!

Have a chill day or night streaming on in demand apps like BBC iPlayer on smart TVs located in the living area and in the master bedrooms.

**As this is a family property, we do not allow any loud noise or party groups of any kind in this property**
Guest access
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire house for the duration of their stay.
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - l1 Minimarket that is about 7 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

This house is a family property, we do not accept any loud noise or party groups of any such in this property, additionally we are unable to host groups under 25 years of age. Outdoor security cameras to monitor the surrounding of the building plus a Noise detector.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

TOWELS & LINEN - We provide all bed linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) - We provide 1 bath towel per guest and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more.

We have a wonderful mobile hairdresser who can attend the house, should any of your group want their hair doing. Please ask if this is something you require. Unfortunately, we cannot offer an early check-in as our cleaners have a long list of apartments which they have to clean and they have a busy schedule meaning they keep all keys until check in time at 3pm. We have had issues in the past where we have granted early check ins and the cleaners have been delayed meaning they couldn’t get in, which then creates a knock on effect for our other guests.

If this is something you would be interested in, please let us know! Smoking is strictly forbidden in the property and any sign of smoking will incur a £100 charge.

Please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Please do not change the boiler settings under any circumstances, if you need any assistance with this please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to assist you!

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Beautiful decor, great location, well equipped kitchen for a short stay. Showers are exceptional. Downstairs loo a bonus. Loved it.

It was the hottest weekend of the year ( not a complaint!) but we really could have done with sheets instead of duvets! Upstairs was airless and due to the heat one guest had to sleep on the sofa. If you leave the windows open at night expect the wake up call of million seagulls - they were relentless! We were a group of 5 women - if there had been 6 or three couples I think space downstairs would be tight.

Beliggenheten var god mht avstand til sentrum. Gode spisesteder, puber og små minimarkeder hvor man kunne kjøpe det nødvendige rett rundt hjørnet. Fin usjenert uteplass bak husene. Godt utstyrte, koselige hus med fine bad og gode senger i et hyggelig strøk med en god kaffebar (Coffi) vegg i vegg

Mye uro utenfor soveromsvinduet ut mot gaten. Lystige mennesker som gikk forbi om natten, søppeltømming og måkeskrik. Vi fikk ikke beskjed om hvor husnøkkelen skulle hentes. Måtte ringe 2 ganger før vi fikk adressen. Kunne gjerne vært vann i kjøleskapet, flere doruller og mer enn 1 håndkle til hver

Apartment was nice.
The check-in instructions were contradicting and unclear. It felt like I was inundated with emails and messages in the run up to check in so on the day I only used the official guide which you would expect would be accurate but told us to go to the wrong key location. We were already late for plans so this made it very stressful.
There was waste food left in the bin from whenever the last guest was in, and there was lots of cobwebs on the ceilings in the bedroom. The bedrooms were extremely hot. The host had kindly put tall fans in them but they were a bit gutless and didn’t make much difference.
I had accidentally left a sentimental item in the fridge once checked out. I messaged the host a few hours later to ask if it could be posted back to me and I would reimburse the postage, only to be told it wasn’t there. So either the cleaners have stolen it or thrown it away, I would rather they were honest rather than lie that it wasn’t there. Extremely disappointed.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
