The space
This bright and airy sleeps up to six guests over two bedrooms; one with king bed, one with double and double sofa bed in the lounge.This beautiful apartment is the ideal place to explore the city, perfect for families, small groups and businesses travellers alike.
With memory foam beds, Smart TV, and balcony you have all you need here to relax, unwind and see all Liverpool has to offer.
Within an easy walk of the Albert Dock, Liverpool ONE, M&S Bank Arena, and all the amenities of the city centre you couldn't be more central.
The apartment also comes with one car park space.
Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order.
Guest access
You will have complete access to all aspects of the property with nobody else present at any time. Treat the place like home!Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 5th floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 6 minute walk or 3 minute drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

We had a great stay in Liverpool for a girls’ weekend! The apartment was perfect for the four of us – clean, secure, and in a brilliant location. It’s right in the city, just a short walk from loads of shops and restaurants, which made everything really convenient. We were also really happy it came with parking, which is a big plus in the city.
The only small downside was the check-in and check-out process, as we had to collect the keys from a corner shop about a 5-minute drive away. The shop is in the city centre with no parking, so navigating traffic made it a bit difficult. But other than that, everything was great and well worth the money.

Stylishly furnished, quiet and very clean. The beds were super-comfy and everything we needed was available. Our hosts were quick to respond to our queries. The location was about a fifteen minute walk from Lime St station which worked well for us.
The only downside was having to collect and return the keys to a different location. It took a while to find the place on the first day.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Easy to find place, walkable distance restaurants. Only negative point was the lift that wasn’t working, which I had to climb 5 levels of stairs with a pushchair. Host was responsive and helpful. Great big window on living room with nice view.

Qua locatie perfect om Liverpool te ontdekken. Op loopafstand van het centrum.
Vooral in het weekend was er wat geluidsoverlast (muziek) van de directe buren (studenten?) Verder was het met 4 personen net te doen. Met meer personen zou ik niet voor deze locatie kiezen.

Self contained with everything you could need plus parking.
Noise. Students live in this complexed and we’re playing loud music every night into the early mornings and singing on the balconies. This was loud enough to disturb your sleeping.
Other local residents had obviously had enough of this and had put notices up on entry exit doors asking all residents to complain about the students and the continuous noise.

Couldn’t get the water hot enough in the bathroom, although shower in en-suite was piping hot. Two spotlights out in en-suite. Mattress uncomfortable.

Lacked kitchen utensils, pots and pans etc.
Previous problems mentioned in past reviews had not been addressed.
Lots of messages from the management company with missing links and a threatening tone.

The location making it easy to walk into the centre and the secure allocated oarking. Linen was lovely clean and crisp.
Lack of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils which I requested and was promised they would arrive the following day, but did not.
My friend had a nasty tumble in the bath due to a lack of a non slip mat. Shower cubical not clean, waste bin lid broken.
Also the horrendous noise, ( sounds like drum and bass ) constantly booming through the wall day and all through the night, therefore we didnt get much sleep. I did mention it to Host and stay. They said they would escalate to the apartment block management team. If you would like a quiet stay don't book this apartment
Also having to pay a non refundable insurance fee. Host and stay are constantly sending messages about breakages/damages which made us feel uneasy about leaving without taking photos of damages already there. If your not very mobile its also difficult to collect and return the keys to a newsagent about 7 mins walk away. Would not book again.

Es incómodo tener que retirar las llaves en un lugar distinto a 5 cuadras de ahí.
Cuando llegamos, la puerta estaba rota y tuvimos que cambiar de apartamento. El nuevo apartamento tenía olor a cigarrillo.
Además, no nos querían mantener el estacionamiento que habíamos reservado.

Apartment was clean and a good size for our group of 6.
Decent location 5/10 minute walk to what we wanted.
Wouldnt do a late check out but let us book an extra night. So opted for this so we had a base for the day as had a late ferry home.
Although this is no fault of the apartment. The apartment next to us was partying all night. One night music was on until 8am. Despite asking to turn it down at 2am. Someone had to sleep in bathroom as it was impossible to sleep. This happemed on both nights.

- prior to arriving, we had to pay a £25 non refundable damage fee that we weren't aware of. There was an option to pay £250 instead, which would be refunded after about 10 days minus a £10 fee. This was mentioned in the small print on the booking.com site but it didn't mention the £10 fee. I didn't feel it was very ethical to add additional charges once we had no choice but to pay.

Onsite private secure parking, very handy.
Great communication throughout from host Charlie.
Keys were easy enough to pick up from local shop, only few mins walk from apartment.
Apartment can do with a little tlc.
10am checkout a little early, most hotels are 11.
Could do with a bit more time in the morning, especially if you have children like we do.

Lo más grave…/ El horno y la cocina no funcionaban, no fue posible prenderlos.
Contacte a la administración y sus respuestas fueron algo hasta irrespetuosas ya que me preguntaron si lo había enchufado.
Estuvimos 2 días en familia y nunca lo solucionaron

Bedding for sofa bed stained. Having to go to a different address with our luggage to pick up/drop off the keys was a bit of an inconvenience, key safe at property would have been easier.

The apartment itself was lovely. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a good size, it was in a good location with a lot of pubs close by.
However, the sofa is heavily stained and felt dirty, the towels had marks on them, the ironing board cover was too dirty for us to use and the internet didn’t work so we couldn’t use the TV or internet throughout our whole stay.
There were marks on the floor which we had to clean, and the surfaces needed a wipe down.
The hosts were very responsive about the internet and the key change situation however the issue wasn’t resolved.
Overall it was a good stay but wouldn’t go back.

It was a central location a d it was decent value for money
- the requirement to fill in several pieces of admin over several weeks was frustrating.
- to have to a service fee to pay to make a deposit (yes, i was charged an admin fee to submit a deposit?!) is ridiculous.
- the key collection from a small corner store a few blocks walk away was awkward and uncomfortable.
- the accommodation was a student residence and the quality of the interior fittings and cummunal area was poor. Also, students slammed their door all day and night.
- there was half used bread loaves and half used ketchup in the kitchen which made us feel as is a student had moved out for the weekend to make some era money from us. Unprofessional.

The hassle with arranging for the keys to be collected and the constant emails. Then a request for payment as deposit for the keys which was quite high and then a non refundable $30 fee for this privilege and the constant requests for information and details, which provided numerous times.

Our first visit to Liverpool to 'do' the sights! A good-sized 2 bedroom, modern apartment in a central location. Walking distance to the Waterfront, several tourist sites and lots of local pubs. Secure underground parking and a lift were important to us, too. Friendly hosting team. A lovely 4 days in a great city..

In general, paintwork on skirting board's/architrave could do with a freshen up.
Shower could do with re grouting.
Front door handle & lock loose.

Apartment was very modern, very cozy, beds were very comfortable. Lovely touch have soap, shower gel etc. Walking distance to shops, restaurants etc. We were all very happy with the apartment. Would stay again if we were to come back to Liverpool.

Luckily the weather was good and we had plans so we were out most of the time, but was disappointed with the fact that the WiFi wasn't working, we couldn't watch anything in the evenings when we were there, also the money we spent on data trying to book things ect was avoidable

Great location, very clean, tablets for dishwasher and washing machine. Coffee, tea, cleaning products, towels, iron, hair dryer. Balcony provides a great view and away from the smoke alarms ;-)
Door lock to property was damaged and needs replacing. In fairness I called the management company and they were very reassuring.

the checkin-checkout key are trouble some as travellers have luggages and also new to the areas and most important sometimes Google is too confusing when you are in panic situation.

The flat is located in a quiet area about a 10 minute walk from the town centre. There is a Tesco Express very close by as well as a Costa and Lebanese restaurant. The flat was clean and had everything we needed. When we arrived, the key to the flat was not available to collect however, this was quickly sorted out. We enjoyed our stay!

The property was in need of a revamp of the main facilities, like furnishings, bedding and towels. I don't think the apartment was anywhere near big enough for 6 people. One of the bedrooms was really a single and I wouldn't have slept on the setee.

Location was useful as very near all things to see and do. At first thought the area a little dodgy, so glad I wasn’t alone, but after a day there was comfortable that all was safe.
The sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sit on. Needs fixing. Curtains in main bedroom did not close as someone had pulled them off the rail. And there was a large mark on shower wall. Lounge table was grubby and fridge freezer needed deforesting . Minor things, but someone needs to check the place over.

Appartement confortable, refait a neuf et disposant de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour passer 3 jours agréables en famille comme nous avons pu le faire. Apartment was well equipped and served us well, location was close to city centre and just a few minutes walk from main attractions. Unfortunately on final morning the lift was broken so we had to carry cases down 6 floors to basement car park, which was a challenge.

Great spot for exploring Liverpool. Tesco just next door so handy for food and drink! We couldn't find an iron and when we called the head office they dropped a brand new one off within 15 minutes. Great stay.

Great location and clean place, would be a 5 star but there were a few minor issues with the apartment, nothing major just little things, you also don't know you have to pick up the key from a different location until after booking, although it wasn't too out the way, it was a little inconvenient if traveling by car due to parking.
Parking at the location was a great bonus though and very secure. Overall it was a lovely apartment and I would stay again.

We stayed for 4 nights in December with a 15 month year old. Unfortunately, we had a very negative stay here. The radiators are set individually and would only stay on for 3 hours before turning off and needing resetting. And the temperature was locked to essentially 'warm'. With a baby in December this was just unacceptable. The baby would wake each night two or three times crying because the radiator had turned off, and the room was freezing. We'd then have to reset and wait until it warmed up again. Then in the morning the flat was an ice block and breakfast would be miserable - especially with sleep being so disturbed. This was only resolved on night 4 of 4. So for the majority of the stay we were very very cold and really did not enjoy being in the flat. Also, the radiator in the living room is too small to heat up the living room and kitchen. So that room is constantly cold no matter what you do.
We also had a couple of other issues:
- door to the Ensuite in the main room will not shut (frame is broke). So going the bathroom at night would always wake your partner
- door to the second room makes a very loud creaking sound when opened. Our baby stayed there so, again, another reason he would wake up.
- check-in process. You have to pick up from a shop which is 10 minute walk from the flat. Then the guide provided just directs to the street and not the flat. The GPS has issues there, so it was a major faff trying to actually find the place. This isn't a major issue, but we arrived with a lot of luggage, in the rain, freezing cold, and a crying baby. This process can, and should be, streamlined
- this is run by a company who manages a lot of properties. This is not made clear when you book. I believe this was a key reason the heating took so long to rectify.

Ideally located for the city centre and the docks a within walking distance. Secure car park, and it is nice and quiet at night in the area.
Heating system works for a max of 3hrs at a time, so we were always cold. The shower in the en suite was unusable as the tray filled with water quicker than the water could get away down the drain. The door to the en suite wouldn't shut properly as the room had obviously flooded at some point in the past and swollen the door frame. The radiators are also too small for the rooms. Car park is tight, bigger cars will struggle to get into the space provided.

Terrible apartment. Do not book. Heating not working, sofa stained, curtains don't close, ensuite bathroom door didn't close. The worst thing was the cold. We slept in our clothes and jackets and left after one night.

Nice enough apartment, decent location
Sooooooo cold. The radiators have to be manually switched on and can only be set for a max of 3 hrs. There is no way of putting them on a timer. So the only way to ensure that the apartment was kept vaguely warm was to return to it every 3 to 4 hrs to switch the radiators on again. Perhaps one to avoid in cold weather.

Excellent location and great communication, very quick to respond and helpful throughout. Very clean and cozy! Perhaps not the most reliable if you absolutely need the lift, as it isn’t always in order. The parking was a massive plus!

Overall it´s a good apartment, although our experience wasn´t that pleasant because both doors from the master room´s bathroom didn´t close, needing maintenance.
It was also disappointing that the keys should be left in a different location ,12-mins walk needing to catch the train very early on the day of departure. You could provide the possibility to leave them on the apartment, or at least inform this on the advertising.

A great location with Albert Dock within walking distance. Hosts were very caring and helpful. Please don’t be put off by previous comments about check in and parking. If you follow the guide and ensure you point the key fob towards the left going in and right going out. You’ll be fine. We recommend both the Anfield tour and City/Beatles tour!!!

The start of our checkin process was fine, until we got to the apartment and wanted to access the carpark. We were given check in notes which stated we would be given a key fob to access the carpark, this was incorrect. They have in fact changed to a new system and didn’t think to let us know this. I had to spend around 40 minutes trying to gain access. Luckily someone was leaving in their car so we quickly gained access then. I contacted the hosts who told me they would sort this for the next morning, this was not the case and was late for a friends wedding. We had to sit for another 20 minutes before someone else from the apartments appeared wanting to leave. It took them 3 days before we could actually access the carpark properly. I just thought this was completely unacceptable. To make it worse, the host I spoke to on the phone told me that the new system had been in place for 2 weeks, so they knew just didn’t think to update the information. Apart from a few cleaning issues the apartment is in a great location.

The apartment was lovely but sadly we were locked in the car park for 2 hours because the car park gate system wasn't working. We missed our booking as a result of this which made the whole trip to Liverpool a complete waste of time. We were trapped in the carpark for an hour again during our check out and also when we arrived. My kids were left upset by the whole ordeal.

It would have been easier if the key was made available on-site rather than collecting it from a shop or from the key box in the middle of nowhere especially if you are checking late night.
We also had issues with the fob to the parking and really struggled with it. Initially we got wrong information to where the fob was and then the fob we got was not working as well.

We have just spent 4 nights in this apartment and we cannot wait to go back. Great location, close to town centre and train station yet very quiet. Incredibly clean, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped. We found the accommodation to be really homely and we had plenty of space (we were 4 adults and 2 children). Hosts were really helpful. You have to collect your keys from a shop a few streets away. Look forward to returning.

We enjoyed our stay in the flat which has an excellent location, is well maintained and very comfortable beds! The hosts also had good communication and respond very quickly to questions. I would happily stay there again. Only slight issues were slight draught from windows in living room (was a very cold week when we visited) and could have been a better stocked kitchen including some more basic cooking equipment (eg. spatula, salt, pepper oil).

A great apartment for a weekend stay in Liverpool. Close to the centre so within walking distance of most of the touristy stuff. Spotlessly clean throughout with all the necessary bits and pieces should you want to do more self catering than eating out. Real advantage having parking at the apartment. Great comms from Katy, Joe and team - everything explained very clearly. If you are travelling by car do note that you'll have to pick up/drop off keys at a newsagent in the city centre which is a few minutes drive from the apartment. All in all would highly recommend.

This was our first time using Airbnb and I can say we were absolutely over the moon. It was exactly as described and decorated beautifully. Plenty of space for our kids and having two bathrooms was a bonus. The heating was on when we arrived which was a lovely touch.
Location was good, easy walking distance to all central locations. We never needed to use a bus. Excellent apartment we had no complaints.

This apartment is spacious and has two actual bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable.
The apartment is large for European standards. There is a full kitchen and two full bathrooms. There is also a washing machine and the towel racks serve as a good way to dry laundry.
The patio is also nice. Parking is a great thing in Liverpool but the space is tight if you have a larger car. The person we parked by was a bit of a space hog but we sure appreciated a stall.
The communication of the team is fantastic. They were wonderful and incredibly responsive.

This is a lovely well kept flat with modern amenities and decor. We were attending a course at the Raddison Blu hotel and it was good walking distance (15 mins). Both rooms are a good size and the living space is comfortable. Kitchen has good facilities and a good amount of crockery etc. Tesco is 2 mins down the road. The check in process involves collecting your keys from Liverpool Lime Street which for us wasn't very easy. Would recommend this flat.

The apartment sleeps four and also has a sofa bed and linen. No city or traffic noise, the pigeons who lived on the balcony were noisy though! Could do with a bit of tlc and better mattress and bedding but has everything you need for a short stay.

The location on this suite is great. We were able to walk to the docks and museums in just a few minutes. Also lots of nice restaurants and cafes in the area. The suite is spacious and worked perfectly for our family of four. (We used both bedrooms plus pull out couch in living room as bed in 2nd bedroom was a bit of a squeeze for our adult kids). We really appreciated having a functional kitchen for making tea, coffee and snacks. Check in and out was very easy. Host provided excellent communications around check in, plus a helpful “guide to Liverpool”.

This place has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a sofa bed and a nice little balcony all updated and very clean! It was nice and quiet so we were able to get a good nights sleep too! We loved the location where we could walk to restaurants and museums. Liverpool is much nicer than we had imagined.

A nice clean apartment in a fairly quiet area just a short walk to major attractions. About a 7 minute walk from Lime Street station. 45 minute walk to Anfield stadium.
Underground parking was very useful, although there was no electronic car park door fob which was a little inconvenient for access.
A miscommunication meant we were a towel short for 3 guests, though we were able to collect one from offices nearby.
Bathrooms were clean and functional.
Bedding clean, though mattress in main bedroom wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on.
No noise from adjoining premises or outside, some decent views from the balcony.
A Tesco express almost opposite for essentials.
Key collection was simple and convenient.
Overall a good experience.

This was a beautiful flat in a great location! Katy and Joe were great hosts with great communication and the flat is clean and finished to a high standard.
We gave 4* only because we were here for work and struggled with slow WiFi, and the buttons on the oven have faded to make cooking difficult. However, I’m sure these are quite quick fixes, and would definitely recommend to friends!

Thank you very much for a great stay in you lovely apartment, my family and I had a really good time seeing the sights of Liverpool.
To start with, the check in instructions were very accurate and very helpful.
The layout of the building was clean and spacious and having a space in the secure underground car park is a real bonus, as we left the car for the duration of our stay and walked everywhere.
The apartment is beautifully laid out with modern fixtures and fittings and a great place for family or friends to stay.
The double bedrooms are both a good size and so are both of the bathrooms.
Everywhere was spotlessly clean, the bed linen and towels were pristinely white.
Both beds were really comfortable and the building was quiet and there was very little outside noise.
My husband and I also ran into the Concierge for the building, Billy who was really approachable and gave us some tips on interesting places to visit.
Overall the apartment is ideally placed to walk to the Docks, the Museums and all the bars and restaurants.
We had a throughly fab time and would like to come back again in the summer to see all the great places that we missed this time.

From the start of the interaction everything was done extremely professionally and I received great information on the place I would be staying at, and a swift reply whenever I had a question.
The flat itself was spacious, clean, stylish and bigger than I expected.

Lovely place, fab location. Downfalls were that the WiFi wasn’t working during the two night stay and this wasn’t resolved, also the balcony was covered in old bird excrements. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Balcony needs to be cleared and cleaned from the pigeons and their droppings as it can’t be used and windows can’t be opened otherwise the place is right in the town which is great and it is clean. Getting the car into the basement is a bit of a nuisance without a fob.

We had a great time at Katy, Joe & Team’s place. The communication was easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the photos. Perfect location within walking distance of Liverpool Lime Street Station and the Docks. Would recommend staying there.

Det har vært en fint opphold. Det er gangavstand til det aller meste. Det er omtrent 10 minutter gangavstand fra tog stasjonen, og 20 minutter ned til Albert Dock. Matbutikken Tesco Express ligger på andre siden av veien. Leiligheten hadde det meste av fasiliteter. Eneste som var et lite minus var at det var dårlig trykk i dusjen.

I would recommend this apartment, we were very impressed. It was located in a fairly quiet area but it was only about a 10 minute walk from the docks, Liverpool 1 and everywhere else that we wanted to visit. It was great to have a secure parking space underneath the building too. The hosts and team were very quick to reply to our queries before we arrived. Everything was lovely when we got to the apartment too. No complaints at all.

The apartment is in an excellent location- can't stress this enough! Ten minutes into the shopping centre, about twenty minutes down to the docks and loads of places to eat nearby. Tesco express right across the road and plenty other ones within walking distance. The parking is secure and underneath the apartment building, so helpful as its expensive otherwise in Liverpool. There's a lift that takes you up too which was helpful when carrying luggage! The apartment itself was very clean, modern and comfy! It has everything you really need, Netflix was a nice touch for cosy evenings. Exactly as pictured, clean, comfy and stylish. Hosts had great communication too, quick replies and tips to aid your stay in Liverpool. Would definitely recommend!

We normally stay in a hotel when we go to Liverpool but decided on an Abnb instead.
The flat was lovely and modern and in a great location.
Communication and check in were great with clear instructions.
Will definately stay again and to top it off Liverpool beat Arsenal 5-1 😁😁

Loved this place. The apt was very quiet in a residential area but it's only a short walk to the centre, shops and restaurants and local tesco around the corner.
The apt is very clean and warm - it is great value for money and has the bonus of secure parking. The bed was real comfy. The place has two bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen and we felt right at home. It's a great place. The hosts were always responsive and lovely. Thank you. We will definitely stay again in the new year.

A clean and comfortable apartment with secure parking, a lift and good wifi with Netflix and Spotify available. Only about 15 mins walk to the Centre or the waterfront and the hosts made us feel welcome through their messages without intruding . Great value and will return another time. It was a very nice room with good facilities. The space in the common area and the bedrooms make it suitable for both family and friend trips. Location allows you to travel on foot, by private taxi/uber, train and bus. Tesco is 3 minutes away. Overall experience is really good.

Check inn was quite difficult and took quite a while to find the key.
When we did arrive we got in the lift to go up to our apartment and there was urine on the floor in the lift! 😳...
When we did actually get to apartment it was okay. It was clean and amenable. In general it was okay for what you paid.

This was a great apartment in a great location. It is close enough to easily walk to all of the sights of Liverpool, but enough off the main path to be quiet. There was a Tesco across the street to pick up anything you may have forgotten. The two bedrooms and two baths were both of good size and very clean. The living room was comfortable and have enough space to sit down and relax. The hosts were all very friendly and responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

This flat is exactly as described and photographed. It is very quiet and comfortable, convenient for walking to all the attractions in Liverpool and the parking is such a bonus. We didn’t use the car at all during our stay. Loved the smart TV and the overall stylishness of the flat. Tesco being just across the road was great for us, but there are loads of places to eat nearby if you don’t want to cook. We highly recommend this flat and would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Solid place in a decent location close to town. A good alternative to a hotel because of all the extra space you get. Plus the car parking included is a underrated bonus as parking in Liverpool city centre can be expensive. The building itself seems a bit of a ghost town which makes the place quiet and the car park easy to navigate.

Beautiful apartment. Very clean apart from balcony which had lots of bird droppings on it. Very comfortable bed. Check in instructions were detailed and easy to follow.
Good location - 10-15 min walk to city centre and waterfront.

This is a very well presented, spotlessly clean apartment. It is well situated - within 15-20 minutes walking distance of a lot of Liverpool's attractions. The underground parking is a real bonus. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of space for four people. The hosts communicated very quickly and responsively.

This apartment was one of the best we have ever stayed in. The location was great - so central. The car was securely parked in an underground car park. Apartment was extremely clean, well quipped and stylish and having 2 bathrooms, if using the apartment with another couple or with family was brilliant. Wouldn't hesitate recommending this apartment and would definitely use it again if we visit Liverpool. Communication from the hosts was first class. A gem.

A gorgeous apartment which is so convenient for all the sites in Liverpool. A short 10 minute walk takes you to the centre of the city and everywhere is signposted.
The apartment is perfect and was spotlessly clean on arrival. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely. The balcony is perfect to relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the sights and sounds of this great city by night.

This is a gorgeous space for families or a few couples looking for a quiet space or to be close to town and the docks. The preloaded netflix was a treat for the whole family after a day of sightseeing. The linens and furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen amply stocked for more complicated meals. Take aways just five minutes away of note include Fattoush and My Pho. Super grub.

Poor communication! Never met anyone, keys left in a safe box (which is fine by me) But I felt like I was communicating with a bot.
Simply just copied and pasted reminders etc. I sent a message (via AirBnB app) just prior to check-in but never got a response. I then got a check out message the day before checkout reminding me of time to checkout and penalties for late checkout etc with no apologies or even ANY reference to the message I sent previously.

Katy, Joe, Louie, Erin & Katie’s apartment well equipped and centrally located in Liverpool. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and it was great to come back to a comfortable space where we had everything we needed to unwind and rest at the end of the day.
We'd definitely look to stay here again when we return to Liverpool if it was available.

This apartment is in a great location for getting around in Liverpool and the area. It is clean and well appointed with comfortable beds, even the pull out couch was comfortable. Katy, Louies, Joe, Erin and Katie were prompt when communicating and the information about the apartment and in their replies were accurate. It was , for us, the perfect spot and at a great price.

Great location for visiting Liverpool and a comfortable and functional flat that delivers what is promised in space and accommodation. It was a bit let down by minor cleaning and inventory issues during our visit but Katy and team fixed the main issue- lack of wine glasses !-very quickly. Clear cheerful and helpful communication from the hosts makes things easy

Absolutely loved staying here. My two children loved it too. The apartment was very clean & stylish.
My daughter who is 12 loved the shopping in Liverpool & my son who is 5 loved going around the Albert Dock, going on rides & also going into the museum of the titanic.
We also went to the peaky blinders bar in the day which I loved & was very cool.

The apartment was exactly as described and was conveniently located. I stayed with my mum for her 60th birthday celebrations. We found we could get to the shops, Lime Street Station and restaurants within 10 minutes. We loved the style of the apartment, how quiet it was and found the beds really comfortable. It was also really nice to have our own bathrooms! We had a lovely stay overall.
I would really recommend reading the check-in instructions (which is sent by email after making the booking) before arriving at the apartment as the lock box containing the keys is located around the corner from the apartment.

Great place to stay. Clean, quiet and modern. Not too far from anywhere. Apartment is on 5th floor and lift was temperamental. Do be prepared for stairs just in case. Didn't see hosts and didn't answer my calls or messages whilst there, my phone had died and we struggled to check in.

Lovely spacious apartment with the added bonus of free, secure, underground parking. The apartment is 2 bed / 2 bathrooms, lounge and well fitted kitchen. All recently refurbed and nice and clean. Initially a little disappointed with the location ... seemed well out of the centre ... but as we got to know the area realised only 5 minutes walk to the museum and Walker Gallery, 5 minutes to a wondeful Scandanavian cafe for breakfast and another 5 to the main shops and river. Great hosts with fast feedback on any questions. If you are visiting Liverpool we would recommend 100%.

This was my first experience staying in an apartment and using the Airbnb website, and I am impressed. The apartment looked exactly like the photos. Six of us stayed in the apartment and we had enough space. The location is great. The apartment is a 5-10 minute walk away from the city centre. We walked everywhere, except to concert square. We never met the hosts, but they provided a detailed check in document prior to arrival. We never had any problems during our stay, so we never needed to contact them. If I ever return to Liverpool again, I would definitely consider staying here again.

This is an area of Liverpool I don't know particularly well - but it was a location I was delighted to discover and explore. The apartment itself is on a quiet street, but within a 5 minute walk you are in the middle of restaurants, bars and shops which were busy and vibrant. There is a short cut into Liverpool One just beside the Courts which had you right in the middle of Liverpool's fab central, shopping location. Superb location for exploring the city centre.
The apartment itself had everything you could possibly need for an extended or short city break. It was clean, toasty warm, and bright with extremely stylish fixtures and fittings throughout. The kitchen was fully equipped with all mod cons, and although we didn't cook in the apartment due to the amount of eating out options nearby, we would have been happy to prepare our meals there. My husband did avail of the coffee machine every morning and was very impressed with this particular gadget.
My personal highlight was the comfort provided in both the bedrooms and the shared living space. The beds were amongst the most comfortable I've ever experienced in any hotel or apartment I've ever stayed in. And my children informed me that the sofa was "better than the one they had at home". There are also fabulous views across Liverpool from the living area with the floor to ceiling window which I watched almost as much as the state of the art TV gracing the room.
Overall this apartment more than met my expectations - from the security and ease of check in, to the beautiful candles gracing the rooms, I definitely plan to return when next visiting Liverpool!

Apartment is in an excellent location for central Liverpool and the docks, shops, restaurants, pubs, shops etc. We walked everywhere. Great location! 10 min walk from liverpool one which is the main shopping.
Its so close to restaurants, museums, shops everything.

The flat is well located and safe for solo females (once picking up of the keys responds to the needs of the guests). There is a Tesco Express across the road. The flat is not luxurious but spacious, airy, bright and modern. It appears to be recently decorated in a tasteful but unobtrusive style. It is well equipped with real consideration for guests. The beds were particularly comfortable. The flat is in a block that includes student accommodation and the people in the block were very pleasant while we were there. The block has disabled access but some of the fittings in the flat unfortunately renders it unsuitable for a range of disabilities.
Our stay got off to a poor start because the flat was possibly not inspected before our arrival so there were major, unacceptable gaps in the kitchen cleaning, a toilet not flushing, a light flickering, the back door stuck and a well appointed balcony that was in a poor state and unuasable for our three night stay. Most of these things were resolved either by us or the owners within a 24hr period but that was a significant portion of our stay in Liverpool. We also lost confidence in the quality of the accommodation because we didn't know what else would fail if tested.
I would stay in this flat again, if the toilet flush was fixed properly and I would stay in accommodation managed by the team because I felt that they listened to my concerns.
