Come and stay in our modern & clean apartment, located right in the heart of the city centre. This two bedroom apartment is ideally located within easy walking distance of all attractions.

Memory foam beds, all bed linens provided, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV and a host of other amenities in a great, central location!

Please note the keys are collected five minutes from the apartment.
The space
The apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is perfect for socialising. There is a large wall mounted TV.

The kitchen comes with all modern appliances, pots, pans and cutlery and a Tesco supermarket is less than a 2 minute walk away.

The 1st bedroom has a double bed with a comfy spring mattress as well as ample hanging space and a reading lamp should you require.

The 2nd bedroom again has a comfy spring mattress - though this time it's a king size.

The handy sofabed is small double size so perfect for 2 children but 2 adults might be a bit cramped.

The apartment also comes with one car park space.

Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, make yourself at home!
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 7 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

I don't usually leave reviews but I will be very honest and leave a review for this property. We loved the location, the cleanliness. We could feel the warmth of the welcoming friends m the owner. Absolutely loved the stay, balcony was a bonus so was the master bedroom as it had attached bathroom. It was a bonus too. Found the host very welcoming.

We loved the location, property and everything, apart from one thing that was the continuation of reminder that we must return our keys before 10 am. I understand the owner might've come across some customers who didn't leave the keys on time, but I received phone calls while I was on a tour with my family. A lady called me again the next day and endless messages on my booking.com app. That's really made me feel upset. Not every customer is the same, and in case something happens you can charge them for the keys, I found this issue very petty. Apart from the keys issue, the lift was broken but on our arrival no information was given that the lift wasn't working. I had to take the stairs with my kids and all my stuff. They sure had the cleaners visiting the property but they didn't bother to let us know. It was us who raised the issue and got no update until the next day. Beds could be more comfortable.

Location was ok

How you've to go and collect the keys from a shop. There's no name over the shops to tell you what shop is what. You should invest in a secure box on the premises we used one recently in Lisbon and it work perfect that's the only down fall with the apartment.

The fact that the property had dedicated parking was very welcome.
The property is conveniently located to be able to walk into town.

Locating the building is tricky because the building doesn't have any identification on the standish street facade, Suggest to add a photo of the building and entry to assist.
Secondly, suggest adding the word unit in front of the unit number in the written notification to give that number relevance. The number on the keys is not relevant to the customer.

Just helpful hints to make life easier.

This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
