Please note the keys are collected five minutes from the apartment.
The space
The apartment has an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is perfect for socialising. There is a large wall mounted TV.The kitchen comes with all modern appliances, pots, pans and cutlery and a Tesco supermarket is less than a 2 minute walk away.
The 1st bedroom has a double bed with a comfy spring mattress as well as ample hanging space and a reading lamp should you require.
The 2nd bedroom again has a comfy spring mattress - though this time it's a king size.
The handy sofabed is small double size so perfect for 2 children but 2 adults might be a bit cramped.
The apartment also comes with one car park space.
Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order.

You have the entire apartment to yourself, make yourself at home!Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 7 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

I don't usually leave reviews but I will be very honest and leave a review for this property. We loved the location, the cleanliness. We could feel the warmth of the welcoming friends m the owner. Absolutely loved the stay, balcony was a bonus so was the master bedroom as it had attached bathroom. It was a bonus too. Found the host very welcoming.
We loved the location, property and everything, apart from one thing that was the continuation of reminder that we must return our keys before 10 am. I understand the owner might've come across some customers who didn't leave the keys on time, but I received phone calls while I was on a tour with my family. A lady called me again the next day and endless messages on my booking.com app. That's really made me feel upset. Not every customer is the same, and in case something happens you can charge them for the keys, I found this issue very petty. Apart from the keys issue, the lift was broken but on our arrival no information was given that the lift wasn't working. I had to take the stairs with my kids and all my stuff. They sure had the cleaners visiting the property but they didn't bother to let us know. It was us who raised the issue and got no update until the next day. Beds could be more comfortable.

How you've to go and collect the keys from a shop. There's no name over the shops to tell you what shop is what. You should invest in a secure box on the premises we used one recently in Lisbon and it work perfect that's the only down fall with the apartment.

The fact that the property had dedicated parking was very welcome.

Locating the building is tricky because the building doesn't have any identification on the standish street facade, Suggest to add a photo of the building and entry to assist.
Secondly, suggest adding the word unit in front of the unit number in the written notification to give that number relevance. The number on the keys is not relevant to the customer.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

el apartamento está ubicado cerca del centro y con dos dormitorios y dos baños fue práctico para cuatro personas
el apartamento está en un tercer piso y durante los tres días que estuvimos el ascensor no funcionó. Un gran hándicap era el check-in, hay que ir a recoger las llaves a una tienda y devolverlas en la tienda, y si el horario de salida es temprano no las puedes dejar en la tienda y el hoster no es nada empático y no facilita la recogida de llaves.

We had a great stay at this property! It is centrally located, making it very convenient to explore the city center. For those travelling with a car, the underground garage was a huge plus – very useful and secure. The apartment itself was bright and quiet, with plenty of natural light. It was mostly well-equipped, though we would have loved to have a few more kitchen utensils since we had planned to cook. Overall, a fantastic stay, and we would definitely consider returning!
While the location was convenient, we found a few issues that affected our experience. One of the double beds was damaged and clearly in need of repair, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, the kitchen was lacking in utensils, which was frustrating since we had planned to cook during our stay.

The bed was so uncomfortable in the room where the ensuite was, no instructions where to take the rubbish too, taking the key back to the shop.

Appartamento ampio con 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, soggiorno e cucina. Luminoso. Presenti asciugamani in buona quantità. Posizione abbastanza centrale.
Cucina sporca. Ho dovuto lavare pentole, piatti e bicchieri prima di utilizzarli, alcuni erano evidentemente unti e sporchi. Abbiamo trovato una molletta con capelli attaccati per terra.
Bagno essenziale con poco spazio per appoggiare il necessario. Non siamo riusciti ad accendere il termosifone del bagno.
Ho avuto un problema (ho acceso il pulsante “boost” per aumentare la temperatura) ed è partito un rumore molto forte che non riuscivo a spegnere. Impossibile spegnere il pulsante acceso. Ho tentato di mettermi in contatto con lo staff e dopo diverse telefonate e messaggi mi hanno richiamato, ma hanno poi chiuso la conversazione senza concludere la telefonata e senza richiamarmi! Per fortuna il rumore si è poi interrotto da solo dopo 2 ore.

How close it was to the centre, warm and cosy.
In the smaller bedroom the window is missing its handle, so it didn't lock or close properly. Mould around both shower/bath bases and on shower heads. Also, when we rang about what number the apartment was (as it wasn't stated), the lady was quite condescending the 2 times we called. Other than what was stated, we had a great time, and the apartment was lovely.

Departamento cómodo, ajustado para 5 personas pero bien ubicado y limpio.
Primero no figura en la publicación que te imponen un seguro de 25 libras NO reembolsable que te enteras a 3 días de tu llegada. Luego, un CAOS el check in. Complicadisimo sin sentido. Intentan parecer una empresa de administración moderna y la hacen difícil mal. Y cuando estás de vacaciones, y hacen las cosas mal, y estás toda una tarde para hacer el check in, no sirven las disculpas por los inconvenientes. Sería más fácil una caja con código numérico en la puerta del edificio y listo. Como en casi el 99% de los alquileres temporales en Europa. Una lástima porque el departamento está bueno, pero las dificultades y la avivada del seguro NO reembolsable, hacen NO elija repetir la experiencia NI recomendarla.

The unit was well equipped with the right furnishings to make the stay a comfortable one.
Getting the keys from the newsagent was a bit inconvenient. Keys obtained from a lock box would be preferable. Location was in a quiet neighborhood. Just need to walk a bit to get to places to eat.

Lots of light, enjoyed the place.
Internet was really slow, could not watch Netflix at all that’s how slow it was.
We were five and there was only 3 forks.
To fetch the keys was a real hassle, they tell you it’s Muskers newsagent and when you arrive at the address you have to call them again so they can explain to you which store it is as there is no boards or signs showing the name they gave.
Don’t know why they don’t put a combination lock at the property with they key in.
Cleaning products like dish washing liquid or sponges to wash the dishes, none existent.
Asking about internet with a message to property, leaves you waiting for an answer that is not replyed too.
The TV screen is blue so watching something is really difficult as the majority is blue, i don’t see the reason for a deposit or payment for full cover as there is really not a lot thats working, or that is replaced or repaired for the next guest.
They really need to jack up there place, sad to see as it is a beautiful apartment.

The apartment is well located in Liverpool and a 15 - 20 minutes walk from many central areas. The apartment itself is clean and has all the basic amenities.
For the price we paid, the apartment is a bit tight. The entry and exit procedure is also very inconvenient. They request you to pickup and drop the key from a corner store that is about 8-10 mins walking away from the apartment. When I reached the corner store, the attendant requested me for a code that the hosts had not sent me. It took me 15-20 minutes extra to coordinate and get this.

Nice clean and comfortable place
Seems like parking is an issue here, we booked apt with parking, but apparently other people in the building use the apartments spot… kind of a problem since choosing a place with parking and not getting one in the end is not a minor inconvenience. There are parking garages sorta nearby, host paid for our parking bills. Parking on garages seemed cheap, might have been better off picking a better located spot with a cheap garage nearby

was a bit of a journey as we had to pick up the keys from a shop ... awkward when you are driving following the one way system . The location was very good .. we were between St. Georges and Mathew st was ideal . The rooms were adequate for the 4 of us and the balcony was a bonus .
The only downside was the fact that had that we were only given the welcome pack when we got there and noticed that we had parking place underneath the apartment block ( No 8 ) . The problem with this was that I had already booked and paid for 4 nights parking at Bee parking.I had rung 2 weeks ago to check the parking arrangements and Charlie ( via email )from HQ informed me that the parking was off road or car parks so I felt that I had no other choice but to
pay to park !! This has not a moan just a slight info note to your yourselves as we felt we had a great time in your Apartment but was slightly marred by this problem .

Nice apartment, location pretty with parking included.
No blinds or curtains in master bedroom so unable to get darkness to sleep. Missing handle on second bedroom so not able to secure- especially a problem during a storm. Television was faulty and internet too poor to stream Netflix services as included in description.
We rated the check in as poor as the keys were not available at pick up point and took us an hour to resolve and gain access (we note previous guests also had similar complaints). We notified host services of the missing blind/missing window handle and faulty TV and sent photos for ‘assessment’ and then heard nothing further which was very poor service.

Bit of a pain having to get to a town center newsagents to get the keys it wasn't far from the apartment but not the best when you are driving there . A key box at the property would be better , 10am Check out is too early especially as your car park time ends at 10am too

The mattresses were comfortable. The apartment was quiet.
The place was disgustingly dirty. Blood stained sheets, food smeared in the kitchen, rotten shower stall, sofa covered in stains. Light fittings and curtains broken. Used needles outside front door. An Uber Eats delivery was stolen from the foyer. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Not able to close ensuite bathroom door - found sandpaper and bits of plaster on floor of bathroom. Shower in need of deep clean as mould around bottom edges. Apartment in need of maintenance and tlc. On balcony tin with old cigarettes in. If these issues were rectified we would stay again.

The booking process was quite confusing. We were told that the booking was confirmed, and then that is wasn’t until further personal information was provided. The key was collected from a shop, but parking in the street was not available.

Overall it was a fine experience but the cleanliness really put a damper on our time.
The communication from the host team was very clear and prompt, picking up the keys was really easy.
We were able to get into the parking garage fine (although the parking space was extremely tight).
When we got up to the apartment, at first glance it did look like the listing. It had a balcony and two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, once we opened the bathrooms, we were met with a moldy smell and could see the mold in the showers.
We looked a little closer and noticed most surfaces had dust and the linens didn’t seem to be cleaned. There was hair in the beds and on the floors.
Overall, It would have been a fine place to stay if it had been cleaner and mold free.

Parking was a bonus, apartment so close to the city centre was so easy to walk there.
We stayed with friends so was nice to have your own bathroom.
Apartment was excellent but the only things that let it down was :

The apartment was very comfortable and ideally situated for sightseeing in the city. the security for the car in the underground car park was a real bonus.
the apartment had everything you could possibly need. I will certainly return to this apartment if I return in Liverpool
a couple of problems with ie the en-suite sink was jammed. This was reported but was non urgent.

The free secure parking, the cleanliness of the whole building and the apartment. It had nearly everything we needed.
The area was very quiet considering it was only a short walk from the city centre. We can't comment on the cooker etc as we didn't use it. It was good to have lift to the apartment. A very handy Tesco Express across the road.
Didn't like having to collect the keys from a newsagent that was not just across the road. A lock box would have been easier.
No washing up liquid or hand soap in kitchen.

Had a great stay in Liverpool, the apartment was nice and as described.
The check in / key collection was fine for us, the collection point for they keys was walking distance from lime street station , then walking distance to the property. Suited us as we are active and don't mind walking, plus didn't have much luggage to drag around. Checking out it felt more inconvenience as we we're hungover and the station is the opposite direction from the shop drop off. Might make more sense to have a key lock box closer to the flat.
In a fantastic location, main bars and restaurants are within walking distance. We didn't get get a taxi at all.
The communication was great before and during our stay. We paid for late check out which was an easy process and a great option to have, especially with a afternoon train home.
Price was reasonable, not the cheapest, but for a city centre it is practical , Would recommend staying here.

Ubicación buena, a 10 minutos del centro. Servicio bueno. La cocina bien equipada. Camas cómodas excepto sofa cama, pero ya se sabe..... En general todo muy bien.

Easy check-in, fantastic location, free parking, two sets of keys (which never happens!), clean beds and bathroom. Plenty of toilet paper (some owners are really stingy!), toiletries and full equipped kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. We were also granted a complimentary late checkout which we highly appreciate.
cons : the sink and toilet in the main bedroom is wobbly and is coming of the structure.

key collection from a nearby newsagents was very easy and not very far away. The property was perfect for us doing touristy stuff and going clubbing.

Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Bettzeug für das Sofabett. Wurde sehr freundlich gelöst. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sehr sauber. Heizungen funktionieren sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt in Tiefgarage.
Personal beim Schlüssel abholen im Kiosk war extrem unfreundlich. Wohnung ist oberflächlich zwar sauber, aber beim Ausklappen des Sofabetts kamen uns ganze Kekse samt Krümel entgegen und auch unter dem anderen Sofa war es sehr eklig. Überhaupt sind die Sofa- und Stuhlbezüge sehr verfleckt. Grundreinigung fehlt.

1- location.
2- Nespresso machine with 5 capsules.
3- the living room nicely decorated, it is the same as the picture, but with some stains on the sofa and the dinning chairs.
4- comfortable bed.
5- hot water.
* Smells bad.
* Security deposit (third party website).
* Bath need renovation.
Stressful process:
1- signing on a looot of rules.
2- picking up and returning the keys from a different location 7 minutes walking.
3- The loudest fire alarm I heard in my life, keeps alarming at any time of the day because of the neighbors that live at the same building.
4- once the fire alarm started at 5 am I was asleep and woke up to the alarm and opened the door to see whats going on outside and saw someone with a hoodie staring at my door, obviously was waiting for me to leave but I didn’t. Waited for 30 MINUTES! until they turned it off!!
5- VERY STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE over all.
6- the view when your setting on the balcony is not appealing.
7- the sheets of one of the beds had stains.
8- the outside door handle is very very flimsy.

Location and the fact that there was free secure parking.
Clean, reasonable beds and bedding and the heating worked well.
Getting the keys, finding out how to get in to the carpark and which space to use and even finding out which apartment it was?! The apartment itself is a little tired with damp evident in both bathrooms. The kitchen was a bit whiffy and the cooker hood didn't work. Handle missing from the window in the smaller bedroom.

The location was great & the space was just what we needed
It was a little harder having to go collect the key from a news agents 5mins away. The was a smell of damp in the en-suite. We couldnt find the key pad to get out of the garage it took seeing someone drive out that we found it.

Great location. A short walk to town centre. En suite bathroom and toilet for the main bedroom. Wi fi and netflix kept kids quiet. Plenty of towels made available.
Very little interaction with any staff? However were readily available via phone. A little bit of contact to see if everything is ok would have been good manners.No obvious place to discard your bin bags? So had to take it with us. Is this deliberate? Plenty of rules pinned up, but nothing to make you feel welcome. Son complained that bed settee was a little uncomfortable. Therefore price a little steep even for bank holiday weekend.

Après une arrivée un peu laborieuse (une erreur de communication sur les horaires a fait que nous avons du patienter plus d'une heure pour avoir les clés...mais un "geste commercial" à tout de suite été fait) le séjour s'est bien passé. Le quartier n'est pas super reluisant mais il est calme et à un quart d'heure de marche du centre. L'appartement est un peu spartiate (par exemple, il y a une machine Nespresso mais pas de tasses à café...) mais fonctionnel et propre.

Nice location! Close to the center but at the same time is a quiet spot. I liked the views from the terrace and the living room. To have 2 bathrooms make it even more comfortable and the living room next to the kitchen is quite cozy.

The apartment is well located, very close to downtown, but in a very quiet area; with no noise at all at night.
The apartment is very well equipped. There is WiFi, Smart TV (though a bit slow), towels, dishwasher, wash machine, etc.
We were quite comfortable but for one detail. The description said there were foam mattresses, which together with the pictures made us think they would be high quality. However, they were spring mattresses, and we could feel the springs in the back, which didn't let us rest as well as we wished.
Communication with Katy, Joe & Team was fine. We expressed our disappointment with the mattresses and we appreciate they acknowledged the issue and agreed on a partial refund, which makes me think they are experienced hosts that care for the guests.
In summary, very good location, well equipped and comfortable, but the mattresses could be improved for rest lovers.

Great location for our work trip. Quiet place to stay. Good value for money. Comfortable rooms, good bathrooms and great to have one room with an en-suite. Very clean. Nespresso coffee machine appreciated. On-site garage useful for parking one car. We would stay again.
The kitchen needs more cutlery and larger sized drinking glasses. A few more useful items like clingfilm or tinfoil would have been good to have for covering food. Dining table area cramped. Advertised to sleep 6 people in total but the space and kitchen equipment (eg glasses etc) would have brought the rating down considerably. We were ok as only 3 of us.

The communal entrance remote key is not good and very hit and miss. The apartment lacks a visitor manual with instructions for appliances, wifi code, TV access, other property features - this would have helped on arrival. The system for key collection is not ideal as no where near the shop to park easily to stop and collect

Disappointing versus the description. Flat was tired and in need of freshening up.
We had lots of niggles that were addressed by the agents where possible.
Location is great. Walking distance to all the sites in the city centre. Underground Parking was useful, once we got the correct key fob. One very bad night when the fire alarm went off, but hopefully this doesn’t happen often.
Overall, this was overpriced for the experience. Thankfully Liverpool is a great place but the flat took the shine off to some extent.

Positives: Katy, Joe & Team are nice and communicate promptly and clearly.
Middle: Check-in. Although we found the check-in relatively easy it's worth noting it's not that close to the property if you have heavy bags (8 minute walk). Many other Airbnb's have check-in on or by the property itself.
Property itself was fine. Has quite hotel room feel to it, but beds are comfortable. WALLS ARE INCREDIBLY THIN. You will hear your neighbours, they will year you. Couldn't sleep at night because of loud techno music at 6am in morning in other building but walls don't protect at all.
Negatives: We didn't really like the location so much. Not very pretty or picturesque part of the city. Having said that it still is central and relatively easy to get to other parts.
- Expensive for what is on offer. The place cost us £570.00 for two nights which in hindsight was too much for this place

This is a nice flat in a great location with easy walking access to the city centre, docks and pier head. Added bonus of a parking space and a Tesco express just across the road. I am very picky about noise and it was quiet enough for us to sleep with windows open. There is the odd siren, but other than that very silent.
Although there are a few things that are looking a bit tired, overall, the flat was exactly what we needed for a family of 3: spacious, well-distributed, comfortable beds and clean enough. Kitchen was functional for basic meals.
Housekeeping team were friendly and available when we asked for more forks.

The apartment is in a great location and is comfortable. The team are perfect hosts and always quick to reply with helpful advice. The check in process is very clear but a little complex with the key being a 7 minute walk from the apartment - this makes it flexible (you can check in any time) but driving in Liverpool isn't fun if you don't know the city and having the key separate to the apartment made that complex. But the apartment is great and I recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and central apartment with great hosts.

Perfect location for exploring the city of Liverpool, everything central is within a 20 minute walk and driving out of town very easy from here. Despite being so central the apartment, and the block, is very quiet so provides a good nights sleep after any nights out. Communication by hosts very responsive.

It’s a nice flat next to Liverpool Yoga Studio, only walking distance to Central Library, World Museum and Walker Art Gallery. Rooms were sparkly clean. Host responded my question very quick and also gave local tips. Would definitely recommend it to my friends.

Beautiful flat, and safe parking. Quiet flat in a busy area, due to it being so close to Liverpool John Moore University. The noisiest bit was the Ice-cream van and the bin lorry, otherwise hardly noticed how close the busy main road was. Flat was clean and tidy, and very comfortable. Communication from host was very quick. Check in and out was easy , as parking usually right out side of collection place, although just as easy to walk there.
Flat is within easy walk of the main City Centre and shopping, or a short 15 minute walk down to the Mersey. Also if wanting to visit places outside main city centre using a car, very easy access to all routes, though roads are all very busy.
Parking is in a safe underground carpark, which is spotlessly clean and well maintained. Communication with the host was very promptly replied to.
Would be more than happy to stay again.

Apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures. Sparking clean. Bathrooms are stunning and really spacious. Bedrooms also very comfy. One larger bedroom and a smaller one however this suited it fine. Very close to the city, 3 - 4 pounds in an Uber. Myself and my partner traveled with another couple and I would highly recommend this accommodation for that kind of trip. Price-point, location, cleanliness - everything was excellent. I could not fault it and hope to return again soon.

Our stay at this apartment was truly five star. The apartment is in a very central location, just a 10 minute walk to Liverpool One shopping and the city centre. The flat was stylishly decorated - we liked the natural light in the living area. Well kitted out kitchen and lovely bathrooms. Everything inside the flat was clean. The flat was nicely situated within easy walking distance of shops & restaurants.

The apartment is very well-appointed with everything you could need for a stay in the city. The balcony is very nice and relaxing to sit and chat over a drink.
The garage door remote was missing during our stay, it's not too tough to open from the inside, but definitely ask about its availability if you are driving and plan to use the provided parking.
Having two showers was really nice so we could rise and clean up faster to get out and about.

Overall, a good place to stay but there were difficulties with the key collection. An apartment manual would help in finding things such as the wi-fi key and the operation of the oven, But that aside it is very close to the attractions, is spacious and is situated in a quiet area.

The place is very clean and good sized. However, it's not very "home-like" and feels more like you're staying in a hotel. Decent location and walkable to a lot of pubs, restaurants, and a great little ice-cream/dessert place. Blinds didn't work while we were there, but we let the hosts know so I'm assuming they would fix them by now.

The apartment is in a great city centre location. It was spotlessly clean. There were a few maintenance issues which would take little to resolve. We arrived by car and needed to use it during our stay. Having free on site parking was a bonus although access to the underground garage was a pain.

This was a clean and pleasant apartment that was quiet. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the TV had Netflix which was a nice bonus! It worked well for my family and I to stay the week.

Spacieux pour 4 personnes.
Excellent rapport qualité / prix.
A 5 minutes du "métro" et 10 à pieds du centre ville.
Les propriétaires sont absents "physiquement" mais très réactifs et à l'écoute (mail, téléphone...).
Liverpool est très animée et le contraste ancien / moderne est sympa.
Quartier des Docks et Mathew Street (Cavern club) à faire.
Musée maritime et British Music Expérience sont sympas également.
Première location Airbnb pour moi et vraiment pas déçu.

One of the best Airbnb places I’ve stayed at. Immaculate and modern throughout, it was perfect, only wish I’d found it earlier as my 4 week stint in Liverpool is over now 😢

A really good-looking, clean and tidy apartment. One towel for each person, and the two bathrooms were really nice. Not a far distance from the city centre either, and a straight walk from the apartment! Besides this I think Katy, Joe & Teams were professional, and gave us a lot of helpful information and guiding before arriving in Liverpool. Definitely a good place to stay while visiting this city!

Stayed for 2 nights. I loved the location, the apartment was really nice and check in/out was incredibly easy. However, there were fleas in the sofabed. I woke up on the first morning with itchy red bites allover my arm/shoulder. I alerted the owners at 11AM and asked for them to sort it out. They offered a 50% refund but did nothing to provide alternative sleeping arrangements. When I asked them for alternatives, they got back to us at 9PM saying they had somewhere else to stay. By this point, it was too late for us to change accommodation as we were enjoying our last night out in Liverpool. They then said they would try and find an airbed to use, however it was too late for them to buy one and I had to sleep on the sofa again. A quicker response from the owners could have resulted in a better solution.

Good location - really handy for getting to all of the city. Quiet and comfortable too, ideal for the four of us. Everything you need for a relaxed stay and a base to see the best of Liverpool. Parking was a real plus - leaving and forgetting about the car and either walking or getting taxis to get where we needed. Handy shops (open late) for the basics - and coffee and breakfast just round the corner. Balcony was a cool place to chill in the heat of the summer.

Had a great time the host were fantastic with lots of helpful chat when needed but left us alone throughout our stay allowed us to check in early after our trip from Kent location was great parked our car in a secure car park and didn’t need it until time to go home we will definitely use this apartment again

There are also a couple of pubs close by and a Tesco Express.
Also, easy access to the train station and Liverpool One was a short walk, too.
Next time in Liverpool to visit friends, we'll plan to stay there again.

The apartment is stylish and luxury. Just a 100 m from the Tesco. A great wifi.
There are only a few notes to host such as a cleanliness of the cooking utensils and a leak on the bathroom ceiling.
Overall, I love to stay at this apartment.

This was a great apartment for 4 adults over a long weekend. Quiet, stylish and un-fussy, with comfortable beds and furniture. The Landlords are attentive and provide a great guide as to what/where to go for a good day, or night out. Liverpool has lots to offer for either the history buff, shopper nut, or party animal and this apartment is in a decent location for its price. If you want to fall out-of bed into the centre of all things Liverpool, then be prepared to pay a lot more, but the walk from here to the centre of all things Scouse is OK and you are a stones throw (Ok, I can throw a long way!) from Lime Street Rail Station. A great weekend was had.

Well located apartment close to the superlambanana and university, with great amenities. Was sensational to have a separate bathroom for each bedroom, and a cute balcony overlooking a quiet street/garden area.
It’s a little walk up from the older part of town and the docks, but we really enjoyed the stroll, and the space and serenity of the apartment more than made up for it.
There was a little issue with cleanliness of the bathrooms but the hosts have assured me this isn’t up to their standard and they’re speaking to their cleaners to remedy this.

This apartment is a great place to stay in Liverpool.
It is 3 minutes away from a grocery store and you easily reach the city center with a 10 minute walk. Despite that, the place is quiet at night.
The apartment was super clean when we arrived. We really liked the layout too (the living room has a door which makes it more private if someone is sleeping on the sofabed).
The hosts provide a good quantity of information about the apartment itself as well as info about Liverpool. Most importantly, they answered us quickly whenever we had questions and they always made sure everything was alright with us.
We would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay in Liverpool and can definitely recommend the place. It was clean and close to most things. We had some questions during our stay which took too long to get answers to - however, we managed to figure out the things on our own in the end. So overall a great place for a weekend in Liverpool.

Good Apt. near the city centre of Liverpool. It was clean when we arrived. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which were good. One bed was a bit small though and less comfortable. Location is okay, only 5 to 10 min. walk to the city centre.

This is a great apartment. It was very clean and easily accommodated us as a family of four. Excellent location with easy walking to the city. There is a Tesco over the road and several places to eat within a few minutes walk. Added bonus if you are driving with a very secure underground car park.
Our hosts were very responsive and always replied quickly. We would definitely go back without hesitation.

Great location, less than a 15 min walk from Lime Street and less than 20 minutes to the waterfront. There is a Tesco local just a 2 minute walk away. Modern place with all the amenities and good internet. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment itself was great for location and functionality, within walking distance to everything we needed, all as advertised.
The bed linen and towels had not been washed however and though the apartment was relatively clean apart from that, it did not look as if the cleaner had been in. Towels from last guest were still on the kitchen floor.
There were some initial issues with the parking but these were resolved and the secured under cover parking is great for security in a city centre.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in October. Unfortunately there was a mix up with the cleaner, which meant the flat hadn't been cleaned when we arrived. However, to Erin's credit, she was very easy to get a hold of (even at 9pm when we checked in) and she resolved the problem quickly and satisfactorily. After the initial mix up was fixed, we had a nice stay. The beds are comfortable and the shower has good water pressure. It's about a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre, and so relatively quiet. There is a self-check in/out process, which we found convenient

The apartment was great for four adults - very spacious and clean. Nice quiet location but only about a 10-15 min walk to Liverpool One area and the docks, so easy to get around the city! Communication with Erin was great - very quick to respond and extremely helpful!

Great hosts, Billy met us outside the apartment and showed us where everything was and was very nice. flat was exactly like pictured and was very clean and modern. close to everything however could be more central as everything was at least a 20 minute walk. however, overall we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to recommend to someone else :) thank you!

the apartment is so central and walking distant to all shops and nightlife, with lime street station just around the corner. (But just far enough that its quite at night for a good nights sleep) The host erin was always on hand for any help we needed, they offer a self service check in which makes life so much easier. (We even got to check our bags in early when the cleaners had left) one of the highlights was the beds, sooo comfortable which really adds to the stay. The apartment has everything you need and there is even a tesco just across the road so you wont need to go far for supplies. We would highly recommend this apartment and the host and hope to return ourselves one day.

This is in a great location. A quiet neighbourhood but in easy reach of the Train station, shops restaurants and many attractions. We walked everywhere. A good shop for food nearby and a couple of local restaurants too. The flat is as described - comfortable, clean, stylish and well equipped. Great communication with the hosts who responded very quickly and helpfully to any queries. Ten out of ten.

The apartment is located in a desert area far from everything. We could not enter the apartment because of the box where the key is. I did not find the parking place. We could not contact the host. At the end, we went to a hotel. It never happened to me before in all there years

If you are looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay then Katy and Joe are offering it. The apartment was immaculate. Beds were very comfortable.

On arrival we were greeted by the concierge Billy who is a great character and told us all what was needed, brilliant start.
The stay was mainly to watch two football matches. I was worried about the tickets being sent to the address so Katy & Joe reassured me and helped out incredibly so that I got my tickets with no trouble, they truly went out of there way which I was extremely grateful.
The apartment was clean, spacious and had all you ever need for a holiday, I could live there!
Short walk into the city and shops for food right nearby, comfortable bedding, wifi, Netflix and 2 bathrooms with good cooking and washing facilities.
In all couldn't find a better place to stay in Liverpool, I will recommend to anyone and when I do go back I know where I'm staying!

This flat is situated within ten minutes walking distance to Mathew Street (Beatles land), so was perfect for us as our main purpose was to see the Beatles highlights! Restaurants and pubs were all close by too. We had a delicious curry at Sanskruti just around the corner. And Liverpool Lime Street is just up the road too!
The flat itself was very well presented - very clean and tidy with all the mod cons. Very comfy beds and nice hot showers.
We met Anthony, who was very welcoming and helpful. Great communication with him and Katy and Joe.
Can't fault anything! If you want to stay close to the centre but not right in the main drag, this is perfect. You can walk in and join in with the nightlife and then walk back out into a quiet residential area to get a good night's sleep!

Spotless, central and bright. There's a Tesco metro within 50 metres, it's 10 minutes walk from the centre, check in is easy, Katy and Joe were on hand. This could be the perfect starter rental for anyone new to Airbnb as it shows the best of what you can hope to expect from a private holiday rental. Well done Katy and Joe. Great apartment, well managed.

Very clean and tidy, fairly central location - easy walking distance to town.
Check-in and communication with hosts was great.
The sofa bed is not a double, we contacted hosts about this and they were very good at responding and said that the manufacturer's description is a double. However, it would only comfortably sleep 2 children!
2 bathrooms available but due to immersion heater all 6 guests could not shower one after another as hot water runs out. Also, if you run a bath in one bathroom, no water (hot or cold) comes out of the other bathroom's shower!
Overall a really great stay though!

Our stay at Katy and Joe's place was great! The apartment was clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Centrally located and everything we needed was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again next time we're in Liverpool!

All arrangements: booking, check-in & flat itself were great - no problems at all. There seem to be quite a few people involved in the management process & they were all helpful, friendly & efficient. The location is perfect, easily walkable to all places of interest in the city centre & the flat was modern, spotlessly clean and very cosy & comfy (once we turned the heaters on). Thank you!

Central Liverpool oasis of comfort in a quiet neighbourhood. Katy & Joe's flat features very comfortable beds, fluffy towels and modern bathrooms in a central, quiet location. It was a quick walk to Liverpool Lime Street station and the central sightseeing area. Would certainly stay here again.

Katy and Joe's place was better then the pictures look, really well equipped and the netflix was a great bonus. Lovely comfy bed and located in a nice quiet building. Good location too, easily walkable to all the major places.

We are really fussy when it comes to cleanliness & we were so so happy at Katy & Joe's place - it was clean & comfortable & felt like a lovely home base! Anthony, their cleaner, made it easy for us to check in & we were so grateful to be able to drop our bags off earlier. He also gave us some helpful suggestions for our stay. The beds were really comfortable & the location made it easy to walk to all the places we wanted to go! We would definitely recommend!

Katy and Joe's apartment is perfectly located in just a short walking distance to the center and all the attractions. The apartment is the perfect shelter where to relax while watching Netflix and have some chat with your friends. I'd stay there if I ever come back to Liverpool!

This was an amazing luxurious and well presented flat with superb facilities, ridiculously comfortable beds, great bathroom facilities, excellent security, perfect climate control and lovely decor. A real treat to stay in.

Everything was perfect and as described. The hosts made sure we had everything to ensure we had a pleasant stay. So much better than a hotel and other air bnbs i have used in Liverpool. The beds were extremely comfy and suitable for our one year old. Communication was great and checkout was flexible to suit us. We really enjoyed our stay here with a perfect location to access the city centre.

We were met at the flat and made to feel very welcome.
Quick tour and then able to relax.
Given good advice on the local parking options as some can be expensive.
Excellent basic products provided i.e. toothpaste, wipes, coffee etc... which is a great bonus after travelling to get there and having forgotten a couple of items.
Would definitely stay again !

Very comfortable apartment, 10 minutes walk from Liverpool One.
When we got it, the place was clean and in top conditions.
It has all facilities and appliances required.

I was in Liverpool for work and being able to come home to such a lovely apartment made the long days much more bearable! Its within 10/15 mins walking distance of the centre but in a quiet part of town, so you get the best of both worlds. Katy and Joe went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay again/recommend
