Welcome to our lovely 2 bedroom homely apartment with a private balcony!

The apartment is located in the city centre and offers a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, and comfortable double beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, which makes the apartment ideal for up to 6 guests.

Located in a quiet residential building, this is perfect for guests looking to explore Liverpool.

Please note the keys are collected from a location 5 minutes from the apartment.
The space
This modern, central apartment is ideal for families or smaller groups looking to explore the city. Located in a quiet residential building, you have the benefit of a great location in the city and quiet neighbours.

Sleeping six over two bedrooms, each with double bed and the open plan lounge-diner boasting double sofa bed also. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, TV, and private balcony.

Please note that the building has a lift, however as this is maintained by building management we cannot be held liable if this is out of order.
Guest access
You will have complete access to all aspects of the property with nobody else present at any time. Treat the place like home!
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 7 minute walk or 4 minute drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

Facilities were good, clean and suited our needs

Didn't like we had to collect and return keys to a different location, was inconvenient, maybe should have a secure box on the property

There is a PESCO just around the corner.

I'm traveling with my family through Europe in similar places, and this is by far the worst. Starting with bad communication since I made the reservation, the payment (they never refreshed my paid status), the security deposit completly terrible. The day before my check-in, they wrote me saying it's a pub surrounding place, although they knew in my reservation that I was traveling with two kids, asking me if it is OK for me... hilarious. Then the terrible check-in, terrible terrible information, complicated, unpractical, Unclear, I had to talk to them three times so I could get the confirmation number to get the keys.... finally got the keys, the address....incorrect, incomplete, there were no information o instructions to get into the apartment. So I had to talk again 2 times... finally in the apartment, completely dirty, smoke smelling rooms, dusty, hairy, unsafe. You can't use water in both bathrooms at the same time, the shower from the main room doesn't work, noise everywhere, the window in the main room doesn't close properly, the heater doesn't work. For the checkout, I had to leave the keys in the same place I picked them up. The price is not fair for what you get.

Good location,, nice apartment had everything, clean.

First code to collect keys did not work. Keys were numbered up 124, therefore, did not reflect the apartment number on door, it was a bit confusing. Noticed after I rang twice that the number was in a message but not mega clear it just said the number. Maybe better if it said "apartment number is whatever".

Location was good and property was very clean

Ensuite bedroom was quite cold, you could feel the breeze coming through the windows. I couldn't get the heating to work but that might have been my fault.
No spare set of keys.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
