Please note that this apartment is a beautiful, stylish and central base, but comes with some background noise due to its proximity to the nightlife area! If you are a light sleeper, this might not be the apartment for you!
Other Things to note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the basement.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, that during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours' notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

**Kindly note that The Zanzibar Club, next to the house closes at 6am only on Friday and Saturday nights, so there may be some background noise until that time. Though this is only late over the weekends, and not during the week.**Other Things to note:

Was central to all bars and restaurants which is what we wanted. It was clean and tidy. Some stains on the carpet and furniture but the bedding and towels were clean. The front door to the Accommodation wasnt secure, you could just push it to open however the Apartment doors were lockable so felt secure enough. The noise outside was very loud from the pubs and clubs so nobody got a good sleep. It was a hen party so we thought it wouldnt bother us but the noise didnt stop until 6am snd then you could hear the road sweeper. It was cheap and close to everything so overall it was a good stay.

Additional rules
• Any parties or events are not allowed on this property, however if you are looking for somewhere to enjoy a quiet hen or stag stays, please reach out to us and we are happy to review this for you. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
