The house is perfect for those looking to enjoy a night out in Liverpool... there were some stains on the sofa, but nothing that would have hindered our stay. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Liverpool.

Along with the great central location there was also a lot of noise, nothing some earplugs couldn’t fix however could maybe provide earplugs or soundproofing to reduce the outside noise.

Asked for early check in DECLINED but for £30 it was instantly ready!!! Let’s go for it No way to get in Phoned & phoned for nearly 20 minutes trying to get decent instructions to get in Code worked but front door wouldn’t open No chance of anyone coming around so do it yourself

We finally get in to a dirty filthy living room come bedrooms
Sofa bed atrocious it collapsed in the middle Kitchen ok Bathroom ok separate toilet ok Downstairs bedrooms ok but dirty & dusty
The linen had stains on them plus the duvet for sofa bed just about covered 1/2 the bed We actually bashed the pillows & cushions to get rid of dust
2 hand towels between 10
1 bath towel each which after 2 days I enquired for a change to which they replied “NOT OUR POLICY” the heating & hot water kept going off so we had to use the little electrical heaters I was so ashamed of this apartment for my guests that I offered them a meal in town I’ve never ever been treated so badly in Liverpool
The last thing that broke the camels back were the instructions they sent me
Load dishwasher & press to start throw rubbish away fold up nice & tidy towels sheets & put on table
Turn heating off (what heating???)

This flat was lovely. Very nicely decorated and clean. The set up of beds was great for us and our two children, however this location is not for families. We booked this very last minute when we ran into an issue with other accommodations, and were able to quickly gain access to the Airbnb. The company was responsive to messages, which we were very grateful for. When booking they did share that there could be street noise from the bars, so I referred back to the description, which mentioned one bar that was open only Friday and Saturday. We were staying on a Tuesday and Wednesday, and incorrectly thought it would not be as bad. The back of the main bedroom shares a wall with a club that was open until 4:30am. There was screaming and fighting and loud music all night from the front where the street was and the back were the club was. The club advertises itself as “the most feral club in Liverpool”. If you are going to barhop, this is the place for you. Anyone else should look elsewhere

Having a great 2 nights in Dale’s! Will come back again if got another business meeting there. Great and vibrant surrounding. Really good for young adult to have a enjoyment with the surroundings especially at night. Surrounded by bar, pub and take away food! Surely will repeat!

La serratura non gira quando si inserisce il codice (soprattutto la sera, con l'umidità) e una sera, sul tardi, siamo rimasti un'ora fuori casa al freddo con un bambino ad aspettare il tecnico. Poi abbiamo capito e da lì in poi - nei giorni successivi - siamo entrati con una spallata. Basta informare i clienti. Per il resto, pulizia all'inglese. Ma quello è tollerabile.

The apartment was in a great location, close to the shops restaurant and bars! We were a party of 7 and even with both sofa beds in use we still had plenty of room to move around the apartment! It was clean and had great amenities and facilities!

Good central location, not far from parking and train station.
There was an issue with the boiler, an engineer came out to fix it within 2 hours of it being reported.
Overall, I would stay again!

It was very loud during the night, but that’s to be expected with the location.

Fantastic location, comfortable beds. Spacious and well decorated.

No air circulation in most rooms so the apartment was extremely hot. Shower room got extremely had lots of condensation as a result. Only 2 toilet rolls for 10 guests. Asked for a late checkout and didn’t get a reply until 2 hours after we had already checked out at the standard time.

We completely understood going in that the property was located on an extremely busy road filled with night life but I don’t think we were quite prepared for how loud it would be when trying to sleep - I don’t think the windows were double glazed and it felt like you were outside part of the conversation when lying in bed. That being said the location was perfect for what we visited Liverpool for which was celebrating a hen party.

Property was very central so everything was easy to get too, good facilities, most of the beds were comfy.

We knew about the noise before booking as the company had warned us (and we ourselves were out until late each night) however it is worth noting that the place is situated between two all night clubs so music went on until 6am. Although it did get slightly quieter in the early hours, you could still hear every word of the songs being played. Also, the front rooms then had the noise of people emptying from the bars and pubs. Definitely need a good pair of ear plugs. Also the apartment had a bit of a fusty smell. No hot water on arrival but was solved quickly when emailed the company.

Spacious, clean beds and good location.

We had no electricity for nearly 24 hours. Spent our first night in darkness with no heat and we were unable to charge our phones. No contact or reply from host to solve the issue until the next day and it wasn’t very helpful and responses seemed to be AI generated. Simply not good enough for the money we paid. It really tainted our trip having this ongoing issue hanging over us wondering if we’d get it sorted for second night, which we eventually did. We had to go into various electrical fuse boards for not only our apartment but for the whole building which we didn’t feel very comfortable doing. There was a sign in room about electricity also which indicates to me it is a common issue guests have so I don’t understand why the host didn’t confirm we had electricity when we checked in as they knew our check in time. Also one of beds in front room had broken spring.

We were a hen party looking for central accommodation in Liverpool city centre. The property could accommodate a group of 9 and had good kitchen and bathroom facilities. It was in the middle of a lot to bars and dancing.

What was great about this property was also a negative. We were in the middle of the nightlife, on a main pub and club street, so getting to sleep was very difficult on the Friday night with most places closing around 4am. However, it was really convenient for our Saturday night out.

Absolutely nothing.

The property was dirty, the sofa beds stained and uncomfortable. There was only one toilet for seven people. We were unable to sleep due to two night clubs being open until 4am then the noise of club goers went on until 5am. I emailed the company and they agreed to move us the next day to then have them email at dinner time to offer ear plugs. There was a group of lads partying with cannabis in the apartment below (the smell filled the apartment) so we were unable to catch up on sleep throughout the day. I have never stayed somewhere so appalling.

We loved the location. It suited us perfect. We went over as a group of 3 different family's and it was perfect and so easy to find. The children had plenty of room to run around and play. Everything is right beside you, if your there for nightlife or family fun this place is perfect.

Excellent location close to everything. Lovely apartment plenty of room. Was provided with basic supplies of tea, coffee and sugar which was good. A few hiccups initially but very friendly, helpful staff. Always willing to help.

Very noisy at night. The apartment is not very soundproof. would suggest either stay out all night and join them or bring a good set of ear plugs. Would be too noisy for a family but grand for a couple of nights away with friends.

Couldn’t recommend staying here more!! Perfect location for numerous bars and clubs. Within walking distance to the train station, restaurants and shopping centre. Hosts were very helpful before and during the stay, apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures showed. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Liverpool

1ere expérience négative. Appart loué pour une escale en famille lors d’un voyage itinérant. Le ménage n’était pas fait, l’appart était sale et « en vrac ». Bonne réactivité du loueur mais nous avons perdu l’après-midi. Quelques déceptions : la plaque induction ne fonctionne pas, odeur de tabac tenace, alarme fumée obstruée avec emballage. Les fenêtres de la pièce principale ne s’ouvrent pas. Sinon jolie déco et emplacement dans quartier sympa. Dommage que l’interlocuteur, malgré une politesse limite obséquieuse, n’ait pas fait avancer, hormis le ménage, les problématiques. Nous avons dû passer par l’assistance d’Airbnb pour nous faire conseiller et demander un remboursement partiel.
Conclusion : pas nickel, pas vraiment autonome pour cuisiner et pas top pour une famille mais bien placé pour aller bringuer dans un appart joliment décoré. En cas de soucis, il faut passer par l’assistance pour ne pas perdre l’argent de la location car ils tentent de faire annuler le locataire.

This property is lovely and is in a great place for people who want to go and enjoy the nightlife of liverpool - everything is within walking distance!
The apartment would be slightly noisy otherwise however the hosts made sure to agree this beforehand so this is something we where made aware of.
The apartment was clean (the pull out sofa beds could have been slightly cleaner) but one negative was we where staying in the apartment for two days and and two nights and there was only two toilet rolls left for four people, we had to go and buy our own!
Apart from that I would recommend this place in terms or accessibility and location if this is what you are after in Liverpool!

There were 7 of us that stayed here for 2 nights and we couldn't have been happier from our stay from the second we pulled up!
The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to anywhere we wanted to go (Matthew Street, Concert Square, Duke Street) and the apartment itself was beautiful! It seemed bigger in real life, it was immaculate and the decor was perfect!
The instructions sent on how to get in and check out...made the whole process so easy! I would highly recommend staying here, and hope to come back myself!
Thanks for a fab weekend, we made memories that will last a lifetime!

This was a great Airbnb! Very clean and pretty big living area. The master bedroom was really nice, and both sofa beds were doubles and they were both very comfortable and easy to set up. The host was really communicative and gave us a great recommendation for secure parking a 4 minute walk away that was only £20 for two nights.
Before our stay, the hosts were nice enough to warn us that the flat is in a very busy downtown neighborhood full of bars and clubs, and that it might be loud. Truth be told, with the windows and shutters closed, the noise was surprisingly not too loud. Occasional city sounds like people walking by and garbage cans being emptied, but we were all able to sleep well.
The neighborhood itself IS very crowded, mostly young people drinking a lot late into the night at pubs and clubs. We didn't mind at all but if that's not your scene, you may want to find a quieter neighborhood. One nice thing about the neighborhood is that there's lots of food open late!

Lovely spacious apartment, looked exactly as photographed! Had all the necessary amenities needed for a weekend away, particularly enjoyed the open plan kitchen-living area for enjoying some snacks and drinks before making our way out!
Location is on a bustling strip of bars/ clubs so does cause a fair bit of noise, however shouldn’t be a problem if that’s the sort of weekend you’re after!

The property was perfect and central but it was very noisy . I know we were told it was known to back ground noise but that’s an understatement. It was very noisy and no one got any sleep . But for a hen weekend we could tolerate it , the place was lovely but very dirty . The place had to be hoovered upon on arrival due to thick dust it clearly hadn’t been freshly cleaned but overall it was a nice apartment , but be prepared for noise , ideal only for hens and stags .

Parking is difficult and limited near the property being in the centre of town. You have to use private or metres street parking which can be difficult for those with mobility issues.

Location

This property was listed and we paid for 7adults.
On arriving at the property we had to ring to get a code to get in. No one answered for 20mins. They then only told us in the phone they needed a £250 security deposit.
Then we went into the property and realised there was only 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 sofa beds for 7 work colleagues. When we rang they said they made a mistake and gave the bigger apartment downstairs to a different group by mistake and nothing could be done. It ruined the trip and some adults went and got rooms elsewhere.
They didnt care.

the location of the apartment is perfect, short walk away from liverpool nightlife/food places/shopping. the apartment itself was very clean and modern, perfect for a weekend away.

the noise from the clubs are the apartment is very loud and some of us did find it a bit difficult to sleep. also the we stayed on the bottom floor apartment and the bin was right outside our door which was full and left a really awful smell which kept coming into the apartment.

Amazing stay!
Communication between myself and the host was amazing - any questions I had were answered very quickly.
Ideal location, couldn’t have asked for better! Within walking distance of all amenities.
Apartment was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool.

No huge faults. Only thing to be weary of is the noise at nighttime but that is expected! We didn’t mind at all, but just to bear that in mind.

Location was perfect for plans in the city centre. The flat is really nice and modern also.

I cannot stress enough how loud it is at night if you’re sleeping on the sofa beds. It does not quieten down til about 6:30am either. Is a shame because everything else about the apartment was really nice

Arrived to a cold property
Doors are broken so they need slamming to be closed which is very disturbing in the middle of the night
There were stains on the rug and mattress
however, the biggest concern is the fact the apartment is advertised to have 3 bedrooms and sleep 10 people but it does neither!
when I raised this with the apartment staff as well as booking.com I was totally dismissed and the actions suggested as an outcome of the complaint felt very dismissive and that I was ridiculed.


I wouldn’t be returning back, that’s for sure!


Also I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. they were quick to demand it and take it but will take their sweet time returning it.

Great location - walking distance to loads of pubs/restaurants/clubs/train station. Apartment was really nice with great amenities. Decor was lovely. The place wasn’t in pristine condition ie could do with a little more cleaning/ paint etc, but it was as expected from hosting big groups of people. This wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Hosts were really professional, informative and responsive.

I would say the apartment was perfect for 8 people. If you have 10 people, 2 need to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which is the only seating space. As we were out most of the time this didn’t bother us. Although it would of had we planned to spend more time in the apartment.

Nice double shower room

Situated next door to a night club, single glazed windows in main bedroom which overlooks the street where people come and go loudly all night long, leaving rubbish and broken glass in their wake.
The wheelie bins are inside the property's hallway (presumably to stop party goers using them) and they smell.
The TV only functions for streaming, not for watching live TV.
The heating system is inadequate, it appears the owners are aware of this as they have provided electric heaters in each bedroom.
The flat was dusty on arrival with signs it hadn't been cleaned properly (old face mask and tube of moisturiser in the bedroom).

Sehr gute Lage, problemloser Check-In und Check-out und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Team war hervorragend!
Nach einer enttäuschenden Wohnung zuvor in Manchester, waren wir von dieser Wohnung begeistert! Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet und top sauber gereinigt, als wir ankamen. Wunderbare Gastgeber.

Wonderful apartment, very modern and clean. Fresh bedding and towels, lovely decor. Central location with lots of parking locally. Overall, the apartments as truly stunning especially with all the attention to detail.
The only negative point, is that the apartment is wedged in between 2 nightclubs that shut 3/4am on weekends. They are VERY loud, which can make it hard to sleep without earphones etc.
However, you are only more than a 5 minute walk from the nightlife, activities and restaurant. Thankyou for having us!

The position of the apartment is very good and it was spotless

The area is very noisy at night if there are only 2 or 4 of you sleep in the bedrooms downstairs as the bedroom upstairs is really noisy as the window is next to the footpath
Also there is limited seating in the longe area

stunning spacious apartment right in the heart of Seel Street nightlife. great amenities such as Wifi, Speaker/radio, ring selfie light, champagne bucket, dishwasher tablets. whole apartment was spotless and very modern.

very noisy all night long but to be expected where the apartment is located
would recommend bringing another tea towel and kitchen roll, maybe more loo roll if 10 people are staying
iron was missing however when we reported this a brand new iron was dropped off within the hour
