I wouldn’t stay again. Not because of the apartment but because of the management team. Upon my check in the first night at 5:3pm after half an hour we had no electricity. That was due to a power cut which is understandable but at the same time i was visiting with my wife and my 16 months old daughter. Having no electricity and a toddler crying as i couldn’t cook her food.Electricity was restored at 11:34pm and finally managed to calm down and get some rest only to be waken up from the management team to go and open the door to some other tenants as the main door keypad was working. I di out of good will only to being in another situation with some drunk guests arguing with me as they thought i was responsible. Next day couldn’t leave the apartment ad the keypad wasn’t working and there was no way to comeback inside. At the evening again no electricity but this time the office has forgotten to top up the electricity meter! All in all just a joke! wish i could write more to share

This accommodation was great! The location is very convenient for exploring the city and going out in the evenings. The apartment itself was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again!

We loved the apartment! It was a great location for us as we were going out, however, as described, it is noisy- but perfect if you intend to stay out late. The hosts were really quick to respond. We have nothing negative to say!

If you are the slightest bit disdainful, this is not for you. Everything is stained: the sofa, the cushions, the mattresses and what about the carpet displayed in the photo of the living room, it seems to have been recovered from the bins…. The mattress covers had not been put on, so we could see the stains of blood and other substances... and yes, extremely noisy. This apartment is obviously used by young partygoers.

Great location, provided flexible check in, responsive and friendly hosts, spacious accom, check out time was abit early and lively street outside with bars / roadworks / cleaning but not an issue if looking to go out and have a lively trip. Made a birthday weekend very easy and pleasurable! Would stay again!

Really great place to stay for a girls trip.. walking distance to bars and city centre. very spacious and beds were comfortable. host very responsive and apartment was very clean. would defo recommend if you dont mind busy streets outside!

The house is perfect for those looking to enjoy a night out in Liverpool... there were some stains on the sofa, but nothing that would have hindered our stay. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Liverpool.

This flat was lovely. Very nicely decorated and clean. The set up of beds was great for us and our two children, however this location is not for families. We booked this very last minute when we ran into an issue with other accommodations, and were able to quickly gain access to the Airbnb. The company was responsive to messages, which we were very grateful for. When booking they did share that there could be street noise from the bars, so I referred back to the description, which mentioned one bar that was open only Friday and Saturday. We were staying on a Tuesday and Wednesday, and incorrectly thought it would not be as bad. The back of the main bedroom shares a wall with a club that was open until 4:30am. There was screaming and fighting and loud music all night from the front where the street was and the back were the club was. The club advertises itself as “the most feral club in Liverpool”. If you are going to barhop, this is the place for you. Anyone else should look elsewhere

Having a great 2 nights in Dale’s! Will come back again if got another business meeting there. Great and vibrant surrounding. Really good for young adult to have a enjoyment with the surroundings especially at night. Surrounded by bar, pub and take away food! Surely will repeat!

The apartment was in a great location, close to the shops restaurant and bars! We were a party of 7 and even with both sofa beds in use we still had plenty of room to move around the apartment! It was clean and had great amenities and facilities!

A noisy place and the hosts responded but did nothing to correct the issues. Hopefully were the exception but the fridge did not work, never got a spare key, and there was not enough toilet paper

Couldn’t recommend staying here more!! Perfect location for numerous bars and clubs. Within walking distance to the train station, restaurants and shopping centre. Hosts were very helpful before and during the stay, apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures showed. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Liverpool

We stayed at Host Apartments during a weekend trip to Liverpool and couldn’t fault it. Checking in and out was hassle free, the apartment was spacious with great facilities and it was a 5 minute walk from a huge selection of bars and restaurants. It was perfect for a lively weekend away.

1st negative experience. Apartment rented for a family stopover on a traveling trip. Cleaning was not done, the apartment was dirty and "loose". Good responsiveness from the landlord but we lost in the afternoon. Some disappointments: the induction plate does not work, stubborn smell, smoke alarm obstructed with packaging. The main room windows don't open. Otherwise nice decor and nice neighborhood location. It's a shame that the point of contact, despite a obsolete borderline, did not move forward, except for the cleaning, the problems. We had to go through Airbnb support for advice and request a partial refund. Conclusion: not nice, not really autonomous for cooking and not great for a family but well placed to bring in a nicely decorated apartment. In the event of any concerns, you must go through assistance so that we do not lose the rental money because they attempt to have the tenant cancel.

This property is lovely and is in a great place for people who want to go and enjoy the nightlife of liverpool - everything is within walking distance! The apartment would be slightly noisy otherwise however the hosts made sure to agree this beforehand so this is something we where made aware of. The apartment was clean (the pull out sofa beds could have been slightly cleaner) but one negative was we where staying in the apartment for two days and and two nights and there was only two toilet rolls left for four people, we had to go and buy our own! Apart from that I would recommend this place in terms or accessibility and location if this is what you are after in Liverpool!

There were 7 of us that stayed here for 2 nights and we couldn't have been happier from our stay from the second we pulled up! The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to anywhere we wanted to go (Matthew Street, Concert Square, Duke Street) and the apartment itself was beautiful! It seemed bigger in real life, it was immaculate and the decor was perfect! The instructions sent on how to get in and check out...made the whole process so easy! I would highly recommend staying here, and hope to come back myself! Thanks for a fab weekend, we made memories that will last a lifetime!

This was a great Airbnb! Very clean and pretty big living area. The master bedroom was really nice, and both sofa beds were doubles and they were both very comfortable and easy to set up. The host was really communicative and gave us a great recommendation for secure parking a 4 minute walk away that was only £20 for two nights. Before our stay, the hosts were nice enough to warn us that the flat is in a very busy downtown neighborhood full of bars and clubs, and that it might be loud. Truth be told, with the windows and shutters closed, the noise was surprisingly not too loud. Occasional city sounds like people walking by and garbage cans being emptied, but we were all able to sleep well. The neighborhood itself IS very crowded, mostly young people drinking a lot late into the night at pubs and clubs. We didn't mind at all but if that's not your scene, you may want to find a quieter neighborhood. One nice thing about the neighborhood is that there's lots of food open late!

Great location in the centre of Liverpool . Near bars, supwrmarkets in a walking distance. Same in a walking disrance sny othet shops. Hosts were very responsive with our queries. It was worth it.

Lovely spacious apartment, looked exactly as photographed! Had all the necessary amenities needed for a weekend away, particularly enjoyed the open plan kitchen-living area for enjoying some snacks and drinks before making our way out! Location is on a bustling strip of bars/ clubs so does cause a fair bit of noise, however shouldn’t be a problem if that’s the sort of weekend you’re after! Thanks to the team 🥰

After a disappointing apartment previously in Manchester, we loved this apartment! Very lovingly furnished and equipped and well cleaned when we arrived. Wonderful hosts. Wonderful apartment, very modern and clean. Fresh bedding and towels, lovely decor. Central location with lots of parking locally. Overall, the apartments as truly stunning especially with all the attention to detail. The only negative point, is that the apartment is wedged in between 2 nightclubs that shut 3/4am on weekends. They are VERY loud, which can make it hard to sleep without earphones etc. However, you are only more than a 5 minute walk from the nightlife, activities and restaurant. Thankyou for having us!
