Located in heart of Liverpool City Centre, this duplex apartment is the perfect base to explore our beautiful city. Located just on Seel Street, housing some of Liverpools most trendy bars such as Heebie Jeebies, Peacock and Alma De Cuba! Just around the corner from Bold Street and all the amazing bars and restaurants available such as Leaf, Mowgli, Crust and so many more!

The space
Sleeping up to 10 guests, with 3 bedrooms and a super comfy sofa bed, this is the perfect place for groups looking to enjoy the city in style!

Our stunning Georgian property offers a master, ground floor bedroom with twin double beds and plenty of extra storage space. Two further bedroom downstairs, each offering a double bed, dressing table and plenty of inbuilt storage space!

The living area has an additional super comfy double sofa bed with a full pull out mattress, so in total we can sleep up to 10 guests for your stay. We are delighted to confirm that we have now upgraded to a new super fast Wifi. You can stream all of your favourite shows on our large smart screen TV!

Get ready for a day of exploring or a night out on the town in our stunning twin bathroom, boasting twin sinks and double shower units along with a second separate lavatory available!

This house will definitely spoil you with a further outdoor private courtyard offering plenty of seating space to enjoy a drink or a meal in good company! And don't forget the hidden bar area, perfect to prepare a cocktail with your very own drinks fridge available - Shall We?!

The kitchen is fully equipped with all of the essentials you may need, including your very own Nespresso machine to start off the day with a kick ( starter coffee pods provided) perfect to be enjoyed sitting by the breakfast bar!

You will have full access of the property at all times. We are always here to help if needed but aim to provide a smooth and hassle free experience for our guests!
Other things to note
Kindly note that The Zanzibar Club, next to the house closes at 6am only on Friday and Saturday nights, so there may be some background noise until that time. Though this is only late over the weekends, and not during the week.

Other Things to note:

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We host hen and stag groups in this apartment.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and in the basement.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

In order to silenced the alarm, there is an fire electric box in the hall way with the key to disable it, kindly pressed the silence alarm button first and then the reset alarm button to ensure it wouldn’t go off again. There is instructions wrote in pencil next to the box.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Ausgehviertel von Liverpool – Bars und Clubs direkt vor der Tür, perfekt für unsere Party-Gruppe. Die Lage ist laut, aber genau richtig, wenn man zum Feiern da ist. Die Ausstattung war top, es war alles da, was man braucht, und der Vermieter hat im Vorfeld viele hilfreiche Infos bereitgestellt.
Leider war die Unterkunft stellenweise nicht sauber, was den ersten Eindruck etwas getrübt hat. Am ersten Tag hatten wir außerdem einen Stromausfall. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war in diesem Moment schwierig, da nur ein Callcenter erreichbar war und es keinen direkten Ansprechpartner gab. Wir haben das Problem schließlich selbst lösen können und den Strom wieder eingeschaltet.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Die Heizung im unteren Bereich lief dauerhaft und ließ sich nicht regulieren. Trotzdem: Für Gruppen, die zum Ausgehen nach Liverpool kommen, ist die Unterkunft ideal. Trotz kleinerer Mängel würden wir wegen der unschlagbaren Lage für uns wieder buchen.

We lived staying at this wonderful large multi level town house in the vibrant Ropewalks neighbourhood in one of my favourite cities - Liverpool. The house is spacious, clean, front rooms well lit and walking distance from everything. yes there is a bar next door but the host told us about this in advance. Very well stocked bathroom for towels shampoo and soap as well. Great responsive host. no complaints. Just learn how to use the hot water boiler.

This was a very reasonably priced, comfortable and spacious place to stay. In terms of access to the town/conference centre the location is great. However, as a warning, it is located right by clubs and bars and 2 of the rooms face onto the street. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. However, Dale proactively got in touch with us in advance to let us know about the noise levels, which I really appreciated. We were all heavy sleepers so it wasn't a problem for us. The key code and key safe made it easy for the three of us to come and go at different times. Everything spotlessly clean and there was an iron and ironing board. Overall, would stay again, particularly because of the very reasonable pricing.

Érem 8 persones i ens va deixar 1 rotlle de paper de wc i 1 sobre de xampú, completament insuficient, els hi vaig demanar i em van dir que anés a comprar-ne. Segons l'anunci, son productes inclosos. La ubicació es bona tenint en compte l'oci de la zona però poc tranquila. Per la resta bé, la roba de llit tenia alguna taca però en termes generals estava net.

Great central location and perfect for a large group / host was easy to communicate with too, thank you!

Along with the great central location there was also a lot of noise, nothing some earplugs couldn’t fix however could maybe provide earplugs or soundproofing to reduce the outside noise.
