Die Unterkunft liegt mitten im Ausgehviertel von Liverpool – Bars und Clubs direkt vor der Tür, perfekt für unsere Party-Gruppe. Die Lage ist laut, aber genau richtig, wenn man zum Feiern da ist. Die Ausstattung war top, es war alles da, was man braucht, und der Vermieter hat im Vorfeld viele hilfreiche Infos bereitgestellt.
Leider war die Unterkunft stellenweise nicht sauber, was den ersten Eindruck etwas getrübt hat. Am ersten Tag hatten wir außerdem einen Stromausfall. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war in diesem Moment schwierig, da nur ein Callcenter erreichbar war und es keinen direkten Ansprechpartner gab. Wir haben das Problem schließlich selbst lösen können und den Strom wieder eingeschaltet.
Ein weiterer Minuspunkt: Die Heizung im unteren Bereich lief dauerhaft und ließ sich nicht regulieren. Trotzdem: Für Gruppen, die zum Ausgehen nach Liverpool kommen, ist die Unterkunft ideal. Trotz kleinerer Mängel würden wir wegen der unschlagbaren Lage für uns wieder buchen.

We lived staying at this wonderful large multi level town house in the vibrant Ropewalks neighbourhood in one of my favourite cities - Liverpool. The house is spacious, clean, front rooms well lit and walking distance from everything. yes there is a bar next door but the host told us about this in advance. Very well stocked bathroom for towels shampoo and soap as well. Great responsive host. no complaints. Just learn how to use the hot water boiler.

This was a very reasonably priced, comfortable and spacious place to stay. In terms of access to the town/conference centre the location is great. However, as a warning, it is located right by clubs and bars and 2 of the rooms face onto the street. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. However, Dale proactively got in touch with us in advance to let us know about the noise levels, which I really appreciated. We were all heavy sleepers so it wasn't a problem for us. The key code and key safe made it easy for the three of us to come and go at different times. Everything spotlessly clean and there was an iron and ironing board. Overall, would stay again, particularly because of the very reasonable pricing.

Érem 8 persones i ens va deixar 1 rotlle de paper de wc i 1 sobre de xampú, completament insuficient, els hi vaig demanar i em van dir que anés a comprar-ne. Segons l'anunci, son productes inclosos. La ubicació es bona tenint en compte l'oci de la zona però poc tranquila. Per la resta bé, la roba de llit tenia alguna taca però en termes generals estava net.

The only thing about it was you’re in the middle of town so walkable everywhere

So 10 people over from Italy for my daughters 30th birthday
Asked for early check in DECLINED but for £30 it was instantly ready!!! Let’s go for it No way to get in Phoned & phoned for nearly 20 minutes trying to get decent instructions to get in Code worked but front door wouldn’t open No chance of anyone coming around so do it yourself

The linen had stains on them plus the duvet for sofa bed just about covered 1/2 the bed We actually bashed the pillows & cushions to get rid of dust

1 bath towel each which after 2 days I enquired for a change to which they replied “NOT OUR POLICY” the heating & hot water kept going off so we had to use the little electrical heaters I was so ashamed of this apartment for my guests that I offered them a meal in town I’ve never ever been treated so badly in Liverpool
The last thing that broke the camels back were the instructions they sent me

Great location to visit the city centre.
There was noise as but we chose the location for the night life so it was expected, we stayed midweek, I can imagine weekends would be very noisy but the location for nightlife is perfect.
We booked for 10 people so sadly the apartment was not equipped for this, we did have to go and buy more glasses so we could all have a drink together.
Other than this, we would definitely be back

The apartment is very well placed with a lot of night life in the surroundings. It's perfect for bug group who come to party. On the negative side, the shower heads are nasty, the decorative pillows have stains, they don't provide shower gel, you only get one toilet paper, the carpets have a lot of stains. Overall you get a place to sleep and is good for party groups who won't care about those negative points.

Purtroppo c'è un problema con il portone. La serratura non gira quando si inserisce il codice (soprattutto la sera, con l'umidità) e una sera, sul tardi, siamo rimasti un'ora fuori casa al freddo con un bambino ad aspettare il tecnico. Poi abbiamo capito e da lì in poi - nei giorni successivi - siamo entrati con una spallata. Basta informare i clienti. Per il resto, pulizia all'inglese. Ma quello è tollerabile.

We had a great stay and the location is perfect, very central. However it is extremely noisy with the club next door being open until 6am with loud music. When we arrived the code we received for the lock box was incorrect so we had to phone the company, the hot water also wasn’t switched on. There is also an additional fee you have to pay as a deposit for damage which is non refundable (about £35) which I felt was unclear in the description of the property. Other than that the place is comfortable and good for larger groups.

Good central location, not far from parking and train station.
There was an issue with the boiler, an engineer came out to fix it within 2 hours of it being reported.
Overall, I would stay again!

It was very loud during the night, but that’s to be expected with the location.

Great stay, the accommodation was just as anticipated; looked like the photos, was clean, and had plenty of space. It's situated right at the heart of a lively area of town, which is exactly what we wanted for a girly weekend, as it's walking distance to most places across the city centre.
Noisy at night, but that's to be expected in this area, and we fully anticipated this. This didn't bother us as we were out until late and slept through the remaining noise.
Communication from the host was thorough and they were quick to respond to queries we had.
The only negatives and these are very minor as our stay was great: it smelt a bit like old cleaning products when we arrived (but not enough to cause offense!), the wifi didn't work for us and it could have done with more seating in the communal lounge area, as there was only the couch and a small chair between the whole group.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a busy/ lively weekend in Liverpool!

Fantastic location, comfortable beds. Spacious and well decorated.

No air circulation in most rooms so the apartment was extremely hot. Shower room got extremely had lots of condensation as a result. Only 2 toilet rolls for 10 guests. Asked for a late checkout and didn’t get a reply until 2 hours after we had already checked out at the standard time.

We completely understood going in that the property was located on an extremely busy road filled with night life but I don’t think we were quite prepared for how loud it would be when trying to sleep - I don’t think the windows were double glazed and it felt like you were outside part of the conversation when lying in bed. That being said the location was perfect for what we visited Liverpool for which was celebrating a hen party.

Property was very central so everything was easy to get too, good facilities, most of the beds were comfy.

We knew about the noise before booking as the company had warned us (and we ourselves were out until late each night) however it is worth noting that the place is situated between two all night clubs so music went on until 6am. Although it did get slightly quieter in the early hours, you could still hear every word of the songs being played. Also, the front rooms then had the noise of people emptying from the bars and pubs. Definitely need a good pair of ear plugs. Also the apartment had a bit of a fusty smell. No hot water on arrival but was solved quickly when emailed the company.

Spacious, clean beds and good location.

We had no electricity for nearly 24 hours. Spent our first night in darkness with no heat and we were unable to charge our phones. No contact or reply from host to solve the issue until the next day and it wasn’t very helpful and responses seemed to be AI generated. Simply not good enough for the money we paid. It really tainted our trip having this ongoing issue hanging over us wondering if we’d get it sorted for second night, which we eventually did. We had to go into various electrical fuse boards for not only our apartment but for the whole building which we didn’t feel very comfortable doing. There was a sign in room about electricity also which indicates to me it is a common issue guests have so I don’t understand why the host didn’t confirm we had electricity when we checked in as they knew our check in time. Also one of beds in front room had broken spring.

We were a hen party looking for central accommodation in Liverpool city centre. The property could accommodate a group of 9 and had good kitchen and bathroom facilities. It was in the middle of a lot to bars and dancing.

What was great about this property was also a negative. We were in the middle of the nightlife, on a main pub and club street, so getting to sleep was very difficult on the Friday night with most places closing around 4am. However, it was really convenient for our Saturday night out.

Absolutely nothing.

The property was dirty, the sofa beds stained and uncomfortable. There was only one toilet for seven people. We were unable to sleep due to two night clubs being open until 4am then the noise of club goers went on until 5am. I emailed the company and they agreed to move us the next day to then have them email at dinner time to offer ear plugs. There was a group of lads partying with cannabis in the apartment below (the smell filled the apartment) so we were unable to catch up on sleep throughout the day. I have never stayed somewhere so appalling.

We loved the location. It suited us perfect. We went over as a group of 3 different family's and it was perfect and so easy to find. The children had plenty of room to run around and play. Everything is right beside you, if your there for nightlife or family fun this place is perfect.

This property is well set out and in a great central location. On the listing it mentions some noises, but nothing can prepare you for the all night till 4am nightclub noises. Then drunks shouting till 6am. This is on week days.
We was staying at this property for work and ended up getting another place after 2 nights of no sleep.

Location was amazing, bang in the centre of Merseyside with loads of bars and food places nearby. The apartment was nice and clean and matched the pictures. Host was extremely helpful with suggestions of where to go in the city. Only thing is that the boiler would sometimes randomly cut off, but can be fixed easily by just pressing the restart button.

We had a few issues with the boiler and as a result had no hot water or heating, once we realised the hosts were quick to respond to my message and provide further instructions, however the instructions provided didn’t really match our boiler type and so we had to sort it out ourselves. Despite this, once all sorted we had a great stay. A really good place to stay to enjoy the nightlife of Liverpool, and therefore not very quiet at night- but the host had made us aware of this straight after booking which was appreciated.

One thing I will say is that there are a lot of stains and marks on the walls. The living room doesn’t appear to have been hoovered as there was dirt under and around the sofa.

The stay was good, easy to check in and out and it’s a great location. However it was really noisy because of the nightlife and therefor quite shabby out front (broken glasses and bottles, trash etc.). For seven people staying together in the city over a weekend it’s a nice place with good potential, but needs an overall dusting/cleaning.

Excellent location close to everything. Lovely apartment plenty of room. Was provided with basic supplies of tea, coffee and sugar which was good. A few hiccups initially but very friendly, helpful staff. Always willing to help.

Very noisy at night. The apartment is not very soundproof. would suggest either stay out all night and join them or bring a good set of ear plugs. Would be too noisy for a family but grand for a couple of nights away with friends.

A brilliant place to stay in the heart of Liverpool. In amongst the busy bars and nightclubs. If you want a quiet early night it is definitely not for you but perfect if you want the buzz of nightlife till the early hours. The place was great with lots of space and the hosts were helpful. But for a hen weekend we could tolerate it , the place was lovely but very dirty . The place had to be hoovered upon on arrival due to thick dust it clearly hadn’t been freshly cleaned but overall it was a nice apartment , but be prepared for noise , ideal only for hens and stags .

Location was perfect being in the centre of the entertainment with local amenities within walking distance. The apartment was well equipped and very clean.

Parking is difficult and limited near the property being in the centre of town. You have to use private or metres street parking which can be difficult for those with mobility issues.

This property was listed and we paid for 7adults.
On arriving at the property we had to ring to get a code to get in. No one answered for 20mins. They then only told us in the phone they needed a £250 security deposit.
Then we went into the property and realised there was only 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 sofa beds for 7 work colleagues. When we rang they said they made a mistake and gave the bigger apartment downstairs to a different group by mistake and nothing could be done. It ruined the trip and some adults went and got rooms elsewhere.
They didnt care.

Great place and in a perfect location if you want the Liverpool night life. We stayed during the week and it was still noisy than we thought it would be so definitely a place for people who want to join in on the fun! The inside of the home was beautifully decorated and great size bedrooms.

the location of the apartment is perfect, short walk away from liverpool nightlife/food places/shopping. the apartment itself was very clean and modern, perfect for a weekend away.

the noise from the clubs are the apartment is very loud and some of us did find it a bit difficult to sleep. also the we stayed on the bottom floor apartment and the bin was right outside our door which was full and left a really awful smell which kept coming into the apartment.

Amazing stay!
Communication between myself and the host was amazing - any questions I had were answered very quickly.
Ideal location, couldn’t have asked for better! Within walking distance of all amenities.
Apartment was clean, cosy and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone coming to Liverpool.

No huge faults. Only thing to be weary of is the noise at nighttime but that is expected! We didn’t mind at all, but just to bear that in mind.

Location was perfect for plans in the city centre. The flat is really nice and modern also.

I cannot stress enough how loud it is at night if you’re sleeping on the sofa beds. It does not quieten down til about 6:30am either. Is a shame because everything else about the apartment was really nice

Arrived to a cold property
Doors are broken so they need slamming to be closed which is very disturbing in the middle of the night
There were stains on the rug and mattress
however, the biggest concern is the fact the apartment is advertised to have 3 bedrooms and sleep 10 people but it does neither!
when I raised this with the apartment staff as well as booking.com I was totally dismissed and the actions suggested as an outcome of the complaint felt very dismissive and that I was ridiculed.


I wouldn’t be returning back, that’s for sure!


Also I am still waiting for my deposit to be returned. they were quick to demand it and take it but will take their sweet time returning it.

Great location - walking distance to loads of pubs/restaurants/clubs/train station. Apartment was really nice with great amenities. Decor was lovely. The place wasn’t in pristine condition ie could do with a little more cleaning/ paint etc, but it was as expected from hosting big groups of people. This wouldn’t put me off staying again.

Hosts were really professional, informative and responsive.

I would say the apartment was perfect for 8 people. If you have 10 people, 2 need to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which is the only seating space. As we were out most of the time this didn’t bother us. Although it would of had we planned to spend more time in the apartment.

We had a lovely stay here, close to everything in Liverpool!! As stated it is near bars etc so we expected some noise which wasn’t too bad and we did stay during the week. The apartment was really nicely furnished, loved the huge bathroom and two showers. The two bedrooms in the basement were so cosy which my girls really loved like having their own little apartment down there. Would definitely stay here again !

Situated next door to a night club, single glazed windows in main bedroom which overlooks the street where people come and go loudly all night long, leaving rubbish and broken glass in their wake.
The wheelie bins are inside the property's hallway (presumably to stop party goers using them) and they smell.
The TV only functions for streaming, not for watching live TV.
The heating system is inadequate, it appears the owners are aware of this as they have provided electric heaters in each bedroom.
The flat was dusty on arrival with signs it hadn't been cleaned properly (old face mask and tube of moisturiser in the bedroom).

Would score 6 stars if possible. The town house was absolutely lovely, immaculate and has everything you could need. The location is perfect with cheap parking just a fee mins walk. The only small negative was the street noise from pub goers outside but we knew that from the description and to be expected in the city centre. It wouldn't stop us from booking again, as it really felt like home away from home.

The apartment was stunning and really spacious, I would however say if you are not there to party probably book somewhere else, we had an event one day and only managed 3 hours sleep, there were constantly people outside, drunk shouting and even a fight one night, people drop there rubbish empty drinks etc down to the basement window and clearly use the steps to the apartment as a taxi pick up area. It was a stunning apartment just so so noisy.

Fantastic flat for me and the family to stay in - it’s right on seel street which is perfect for a night out but can be loud if you’re not out partying but ear plugs provided

We had a lovely time at this house! It was perfect for the 8 of us that went! It was big enough for us to have our own space and also had the room for us all to be together and we were pleasantly surprised with the court yard as well! The beds were so super comfortable and the double shower was perfect for speed and convenience! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I just want to exaggerate the noise! We were a group of people who prefer brunch and day drinking and go home to chill around 11pm! The noise was SO BAD until around 6am/7am both nights! It was music from the surrounding bars and it seems like people like to wait on the steps outside to wait for their Ubers and you can hear every word from the bedroom! This isn’t obviously something that can be resolved as it’s location, but I just thought people staying should be prepared! It’s fine for party people out all night but we’re all so tired now as it was too noisy to get a good nights sleep!

The position of the apartment is very good and it was spotless

The area is very noisy at night if there are only 2 or 4 of you sleep in the bedrooms downstairs as the bedroom upstairs is really noisy as the window is next to the footpath
Also there is limited seating in the longe area

What an amazing place to stay. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect and with an outside patio. Six of us stayed here for graduation and was perfect. The hosts were lovely and allowed us to have late checkout. I will definitely be booking this absolute gem of a place to stay for our next visit to Liverpool. Really is totally perfect and the decor is so beautiful 100% recommend can’t wait to stay again thank you to the lovely hosts. 😊

An amazing house in the heart of Liverpool. I don't think you will be able to book any house closer to the bars and nightclubs than this property. Me and my friends loved the vibe within the house and surrounding areas. The club next door was not as loud as we thought and in fact we enjoyed listening to the music while chilling in our courtyard next door. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a home only a few footsteps away from the bars. Check in and comms were spot on.

This was a great house! I stayed with my parents aged 50+ and teen brother during the week. It looks exactly like the pictures, had great facilities and provided all utilities. The rooms were a great size, modern and were clean.
The location was amazing as everything in Liverpool city was at an easy walking distance. Slight downfall was the noise from the main street; this came into the house through the front bedroom at night which was a little difficult.
Overall, this house was perfect for our stay and my family and I would highly recommend!

stunning spacious apartment right in the heart of Seel Street nightlife. great amenities such as Wifi, Speaker/radio, ring selfie light, champagne bucket, dishwasher tablets. whole apartment was spotless and very modern.

very noisy all night long but to be expected where the apartment is located
would recommend bringing another tea towel and kitchen roll, maybe more loo roll if 10 people are staying

The flat is gorgeous with a terrific layout, lovely amenities and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Charlie was always very responsive to questions and check-in logistics were easy. The location is right in the middle of the action which was great by day but tough by night for the people sleeping in the front bedrooms with the late-night noise of people stumbling home from the clubs. Earplugs or white noise machines recommended!

The best place I ever stayed at. The location is perfect, close to the city centre. Place is beautiful furnished. The beds are comfortable. The only negative thing is they didn’t have an emergency card for when the electricity went out due to a faulty socket which isn’t clearly labelled. In addition the emergency number they set up didn’t work.

Really enjoyed our stay and loved the property, decor and finish. A credit to Katy, Joe and team. It is located in the heart of Liverpool which is great for convenience. Unfortunately it is next door to a nightclub that does not shut until 6am. The front bedroom is single glazed and you could be outside with all the revellers, it is so noisy! It finally goes quiet around 7am when the road sweeper starts!! Don’t think anything can be done as it is a listed building but may be worth adding a warning. One bathroom shared between up to 10 guests is not ideal. Would have been 5 stars except for the noise. If you are there for the clubs and not planning on getting in until 6am or later, this property would be perfect.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious and honestly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!!
Location is so central you can step outside and are close to bars and convenience shops, right near to many restaurants aswell.
Very easy check in/check out and communication with the hosts and their team.
Bear in mind there are shutters and good glazing on the windows but this is so central and front facing so don’t expect silence here, although this didn’t overly bother us at all but it’s worth taking it into consideration.
Parking straight outside across the road and a secure parking facility within a 5 mins walk which is much cheaper.
Highly recommend this place, it has everything you need!!

The property is great! Lots of space and the decor is lovely! This property is perfect if you are visiting for Liverpool nightlife as its in the heart of town amongst bars and clubs. If you are planning to come for a restful break, this property isn't for you as the smoking area to a club is right outside your window. The hosts were always quick to reply and supply help when needed (even at 1am) and check in was very simple. The WiFi didn't work well so we had to hot spot our phones but we were only there for a couple of nights so wasn't too much of an issue, if planning to work from home, this may be an issue. I could not recommend the property enough and will definitely be booking again when I next come to Liverpool!
