Booked for family stay for my daughter’s graduation from LJMU over a Tuesday & Wednesday night as location was perfect walking distance for Liverpool Cathedral and Student Life Building and enough bedrooms for us all. Accommodation was clean with fresh towels & bedlinen provided, tea, coffee, sugar & milk sachets. If you want to embrace the excellent access to bars, clubs & restaurants this is the venue for you but as described by the host expect loud music from the Irish bar next door until early hours which could be heard in the ground floor bedroom but was not bothersome in the 2 x double basement bedrooms. If you’re planning to go out partying anyway you wont notice it! Double shower room was a quirky feature which we thought would speed up getting ready but water pressure did not seem to support the 2 x showers being occupied at same time. Would recommend for clean accommodation with comfy beds, crisp bedlinen, soft towels & great location.

This house is in the perfect location, in the heart of all the bars, pubs and nightlife. The outdoor area is a great place to relax and listen to music from the neighbouring pub. The facilities were as advertised. The host was responsive and very helpful with recommendations and offers. Great location for a base for a stag/hen do. May not be suitable for all types of bookings but did exactly what we needed it to. Would definitely return for similar events.

We stayed for a weekend as a group of 10 and had a great time - it’s an amazing location if you want to be right in the thick of it. It is loud but we were pre-warned about this multiple times and is what you get for such a central location so wasn’t an issue! We had a miscommunication with the host on whether there was a dining table - there wasn’t but we were told there was so worth noting there’s nowhere to all sit down together to eat if this is something you’re planning. Luckily it was nice weather so we could use the outdoor table!

Space was lovely, on 1st floor was a bedroom that sleeps 4, the living room, toilet, kitchen and bathroom with 2 showers, also access to the outside courtyard. Downstairs was 2 bedrooms, each sleeping 2. A perfect place for our hen do of 8 people, there is also a double pull out sofa bed as well. Property was the perfect location, very central, 2 min walk to bars, and 15 from Liverpool lime street. There is an Irish bar next to the accommodation, so loud music does go on until early hours of the morning which we knew about and had no problem with. The host is really quick to respond and helpful in recommending places which was a huge plus, only downfall being we said we were going to run out of toilet roll but they do not provide extra, so would be expected to buy your own if you run out, feel like that let it down slightly. One of our party left something when we left, which the host did post to us which we were really grateful for! Overall would recommend for a hen party/ weekend!

Communication leading up to the stay was good. Door to the property was unsafe, did not lock when you left and felt as though one hard push would get you through the door. Spent 1 night with the sofa against the front door to feel better about sleeping. Property was dirty, stained and not maintained properly. Pillows were flat… wouldn’t have made much difference if they weren’t there. Mattress had big dent in one side so couldn’t sleep on that side. Bedding was stained, kids had to sleep with their jumpers on their pillows. Radiatior dials upstairs weren’t working, just kept turning until they came off. No heating. No hot water. 2 x fault codes on boiler. Mould in bathroom. Complete ground up renovation works taking place next door - walls to the property are so thin it feels and sounds like the builders are in the rooms with you. Left the property prematurely (after 1 night) and had to find a local hotel instead. Ruined our trip. Communicating with landlord for refund.

The host is great and very active with their messaging. The property is well located, however bear in mind it is next to a club so you often hear music/ vibrations The property is clean however there is signs of a good amount of use (worn out paint etc) The flat is well furnished. We had the following issues: 1) The boiler was off on arrival and frequently turned off 2) One of the room's heater cannot be turned down - you may wake up boiling. The only way of sorting this out is turning the boiler off. There's a lot to do in the area. You're right next to some great restaurants and bars. Overall, a pleasant stay. With adjustments to the aesthetics and attending to the radiator/ boiler would make this perfect.

Great location for nightlife, it is quite noisy late but that is made very clear to you when booking and wasn’t a problem for us! Able to walk everywhere so very convenient. Nice space and lovely clean house. Would definitely stay again!

It’s a great place for a group of friends. I was there with my family and although the location is great for sightseeing and restaurants the party noise all night is throughout the week not just weekends as we had been told. We didn’t know Liverpool so we didn’t realise it’s the bar district. It’s a large comfortable flat and was clean and I would recommend it for those wanting to be out and about in Liverpool.

Located in the middle of the nightlife district of Liverpool – bars and clubs right outside the door, perfect for our party group. The location is noisy, but just right when you're there to party. The amenities were great, there was everything you need, and the landlord provided a lot of helpful information in advance. Unfortunately, the place was not clean in places, which clouded the first impression a bit. We also had a power out on the first day. Communication with the host was difficult at this moment as only one call center was available and there was no direct point of contact. We were finally able to resolve the issue ourselves and turn the power back on. Another downside: The heating in the lower area ran permanently and could not be regulated. Still, for groups coming to Liverpool to go out, the accommodation is ideal. Despite minor deficiencies, we would book for us again because of the unbeatable location.

We lived staying at this wonderful large multi level town house in the vibrant Ropewalks neighbourhood in one of my favourite cities - Liverpool. The house is spacious, clean, front rooms well lit and walking distance from everything. yes there is a bar next door but the host told us about this in advance. Very well stocked bathroom for towels shampoo and soap as well. Great responsive host. no complaints. Just learn how to use the hot water boiler. thank you for a wonderful stay.

This was a very reasonably priced, comfortable and spacious place to stay. In terms of access to the town/conference centre the location is great. However, as a warning, it is located right by clubs and bars and 2 of the rooms face onto the street. If you are a light sleeper, this may not be the place for you. However, Dale proactively got in touch with us in advance to let us know about the noise levels, which I really appreciated. We were all heavy sleepers so it wasn't a problem for us. The key code and key safe made it easy for the three of us to come and go at different times. Everything spotlessly clean and there was an iron and ironing board. Overall, would stay again, particularly because of the very reasonable pricing.

We were 8 people and he left 1 roll of wc paper and 1 envelope of shampoo, completely insufficient, I asked them and they told me to go buy some. As per the listing, these are products included. The location is good given the leisure of the area but not quiet. For the rest good, the bedding had some stains but in general terms it was clean.

Great location to visit the city centre. There was noise as but we chose the location for the night life so it was expected, we stayed midweek, I can imagine weekends would be very noisy but the location for nightlife is perfect. We booked for 10 people so sadly the apartment was not equipped for this, we did have to go and buy more glasses so we could all have a drink together. Other than this, we would definitely be back

The apartment is very well placed with a lot of night life in the surroundings. It's perfect for bug group who come to party. On the negative side, the shower heads are nasty, the decorative pillows have stains, they don't provide shower gel, you only get one toilet paper, the carpets have a lot of stains. Overall you get a place to sleep and is good for party groups who won't care about those negative points.

Arrived at the place and it was very dusty and dirty. Pillows have stains, floors were sticky due to poor washing. Mold in the bathroom, on the walls, window and in the showers. Dusty everywhere, and much more noise than what was advertised on the website

We had a great stay and the location is perfect, very central. However it is extremely noisy with the club next door being open until 6am with loud music. When we arrived the code we received for the lock box was incorrect so we had to phone the company, the hot water also wasn’t switched on. There is also an additional fee you have to pay as a deposit for damage which is non refundable (about £35) which I felt was unclear in the description of the property. Other than that the place is comfortable and good for larger groups.

Great stay, the accommodation was just as anticipated; looked like the photos, was clean, and had plenty of space. It's situated right at the heart of a lively area of town, which is exactly what we wanted for a girly weekend, as it's walking distance to most places across the city centre. Noisy at night, but that's to be expected in this area, and we fully anticipated this. This didn't bother us as we were out until late and slept through the remaining noise. Communication from the host was thorough and they were quick to respond to queries we had. The only negatives and these are very minor as our stay was great: it smelt a bit like old cleaning products when we arrived (but not enough to cause offense!), the wifi didn't work for us and it could have done with more seating in the communal lounge area, as there was only the couch and a small chair between the whole group. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a busy/ lively weekend in Liverpool!

This property is well set out and in a great central location. On the listing it mentions some noises, but nothing can prepare you for the all night till 4am nightclub noises. Then drunks shouting till 6am. This is on week days. We was staying at this property for work and ended up getting another place after 2 nights of no sleep.

Location was amazing, bang in the centre of Merseyside with loads of bars and food places nearby. The apartment was nice and clean and matched the pictures. Host was extremely helpful with suggestions of where to go in the city. Only thing is that the boiler would sometimes randomly cut off, but can be fixed easily by just pressing the restart button.

We had a few issues with the boiler and as a result had no hot water or heating, once we realised the hosts were quick to respond to my message and provide further instructions, however the instructions provided didn’t really match our boiler type and so we had to sort it out ourselves. Despite this, once all sorted we had a great stay. A really good place to stay to enjoy the nightlife of Liverpool, and therefore not very quiet at night- but the host had made us aware of this straight after booking which was appreciated.

The apartment was exactly as described and is in a great location as everything is within walking distance. The host was very responsive and helpful. One thing I will say is that there are a lot of stains and marks on the walls. The living room doesn’t appear to have been hoovered as there was dirt under and around the sofa.

The stay was good, easy to check in and out and it’s a great location. However it was really noisy because of the nightlife and therefor quite shabby out front (broken glasses and bottles, trash etc.). For seven people staying together in the city over a weekend it’s a nice place with good potential, but needs an overall dusting/cleaning.

A brilliant place to stay in the heart of Liverpool. In amongst the busy bars and nightclubs. If you want a quiet early night it is definitely not for you but perfect if you want the buzz of nightlife till the early hours. The place was great with lots of space and the hosts were helpful. Great place and in a perfect location if you want the Liverpool night life. We stayed during the week and it was still noisy than we thought it would be so definitely a place for people who want to join in on the fun! The inside of the home was beautifully decorated and great size bedrooms.

We had a lovely stay here, close to everything in Liverpool!! As stated it is near bars etc so we expected some noise which wasn’t too bad and we did stay during the week. The apartment was really nicely furnished, loved the huge bathroom and two showers. The two bedrooms in the basement were so cosy which my girls really loved like having their own little apartment down there. Would definitely stay here again !

Would score 6 stars if possible. The town house was absolutely lovely, immaculate and has everything you could need. The location is perfect with cheap parking just a fee mins walk. The only small negative was the street noise from pub goers outside but we knew that from the description and to be expected in the city centre. It wouldn't stop us from booking again, as it really felt like home away from home.

The apartment was stunning and really spacious, I would however say if you are not there to party probably book somewhere else, we had an event one day and only managed 3 hours sleep, there were constantly people outside, drunk shouting and even a fight one night, people drop there rubbish empty drinks etc down to the basement window and clearly use the steps to the apartment as a taxi pick up area. It was a stunning apartment just so so noisy.

We had a lovely time at this house! It was perfect for the 8 of us that went! It was big enough for us to have our own space and also had the room for us all to be together and we were pleasantly surprised with the court yard as well! The beds were so super comfortable and the double shower was perfect for speed and convenience! The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because I just want to exaggerate the noise! We were a group of people who prefer brunch and day drinking and go home to chill around 11pm! The noise was SO BAD until around 6am/7am both nights! It was music from the surrounding bars and it seems like people like to wait on the steps outside to wait for their Ubers and you can hear every word from the bedroom! This isn’t obviously something that can be resolved as it’s location, but I just thought people staying should be prepared! It’s fine for party people out all night but we’re all so tired now as it was too noisy to get a good nights sleep!

What an amazing place to stay. The house is beautiful and the location is perfect and with an outside patio. Six of us stayed here for graduation and was perfect. The hosts were lovely and allowed us to have late checkout. I will definitely be booking this absolute gem of a place to stay for our next visit to Liverpool. Really is totally perfect and the decor is so beautiful 100% recommend can’t wait to stay again thank you to the lovely hosts. 😊

An amazing house in the heart of Liverpool. I don't think you will be able to book any house closer to the bars and nightclubs than this property. Me and my friends loved the vibe within the house and surrounding areas. The club next door was not as loud as we thought and in fact we enjoyed listening to the music while chilling in our courtyard next door. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a home only a few footsteps away from the bars. Check in and comms were spot on.

This was a great house! I stayed with my parents aged 50+ and teen brother during the week. It looks exactly like the pictures, had great facilities and provided all utilities. The rooms were a great size, modern and were clean. The location was amazing as everything in Liverpool city was at an easy walking distance. Slight downfall was the noise from the main street; this came into the house through the front bedroom at night which was a little difficult. Overall, this house was perfect for our stay and my family and I would highly recommend!

The flat is gorgeous with a terrific layout, lovely amenities and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Charlie was always very responsive to questions and check-in logistics were easy. The location is right in the middle of the action which was great by day but tough by night for the people sleeping in the front bedrooms with the late-night noise of people stumbling home from the clubs. Earplugs or white noise machines recommended!

The best place I ever stayed at. The location is perfect, close to the city centre. Place is beautiful furnished. The beds are comfortable. The only negative thing is they didn’t have an emergency card for when the electricity went out due to a faulty socket which isn’t clearly labelled. In addition the emergency number they set up didn’t work.

Really enjoyed our stay and loved the property, decor and finish. A credit to Katy, Joe and team. It is located in the heart of Liverpool which is great for convenience. Unfortunately it is next door to a nightclub that does not shut until 6am. The front bedroom is single glazed and you could be outside with all the revellers, it is so noisy! It finally goes quiet around 7am when the road sweeper starts!! Don’t think anything can be done as it is a listed building but may be worth adding a warning. One bathroom shared between up to 10 guests is not ideal. Would have been 5 stars except for the noise. If you are there for the clubs and not planning on getting in until 6am or later, this property would be perfect.

5* all the way. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and honestly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in!! Location is so central you can step outside and are close to bars and convenience shops, right near to many restaurants aswell. Very easy check in/check out and communication with the hosts and their team. Bear in mind there are shutters and good glazing on the windows but this is so central and front facing so don’t expect silence here, although this didn’t overly bother us at all but it’s worth taking it into consideration. Parking straight outside across the road and a secure parking facility within a 5 mins walk which is much cheaper. Highly recommend this place, it has everything you need!!

The property is great! Lots of space and the decor is lovely! This property is perfect if you are visiting for Liverpool nightlife as its in the heart of town amongst bars and clubs. If you are planning to come for a restful break, this property isn't for you as the smoking area to a club is right outside your window. The hosts were always quick to reply and supply help when needed (even at 1am) and check in was very simple. The WiFi didn't work well so we had to hot spot our phones but we were only there for a couple of nights so wasn't too much of an issue, if planning to work from home, this may be an issue. I could not recommend the property enough and will definitely be booking again when I next come to Liverpool!
