Although the prevalence of the apartment is underground, the living space in the flat certainly gives you a homey and cosy feeling with lots of sunlight from outside.

**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest access
Guests have full access to the apartment. We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.

The apartment has ground-floor access, with the bedrooms situated on the lower, underground level. Please note that this is accessible only via stairs.

The property is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

This dog friendly accommodation welcomes one furry companion in each apartment. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.

Really liked how spacious , clean the rooms were. It was also in a great location on a really nice street. The hallway walls probably could do with a touch up but the rooms , bathrooms and kitchen were pretty well done up and nicely decorated.

honestly this place was such good value for money and don't have much i didn't like. only thing was one of the ensuite rooms could only be hot or cold. Additionally the apartment was on the top floor so had to climb 2 flights of stairs which was fine , not sure if i missed this in the listing but would have been good to know due to luggage.

what a gorgeous apartment! it's even more spacious than the photos.
it was the perfect base for our girls trip to Liverpool. Really comfy beds as well. There was an apartment of lads staying above us and we never heard them and they never heard us.
Would definitely stay here again!

They flat looked perfect on arrival, and the location was very quiet, which was amazing. The info sheet regarding the flat which was sent before arrival was very professional and made easy to understand.

The codes for the property didn't work on arrival. Had to call the management company which took forever to get the problem solved. Given new codes still didn't work. Someone had to come to the property.
The flat wasn't very clean, glass pieces were found in living room and bathroom.
The bed and sofa were so outdated and uncomfortable to sleep in.

    To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
