Experience staying in one of the most beautiful parts of Liverpool and being close to the main attractions. Guests can also enjoy a short stroll into the city centre for food and drinks.

• A Luxurious corner Sofa Bed that can sleep up to 2 guests
Main Floor:
• x2 Bedrooms with a King-Size Bed in each.
• Equipped with a large Smart TV
• Both come with a Desk that can be used for work or as a Dressing Table.
Attic Floor: Has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed and a double bed.
Kitchen:
• Fitted with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, Washing Machine and much more!
• Large Bench-Style Dining Table that seats up to 10 guests
Bathroom 1 [Main Floor]:
• Fitted with a separate Shower, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.
Bathroom 2/3 [Attic Floor]:
• Both en-suite Bathrooms have a Shower, Toilet and Basin.

Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
It is important that guests understand that travel cots and high chairs are not permanently available in every apartment and must be requested 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

Great location with easy access to the docks and old town. Spacious apartment which was perfect for our group of 6 adult friends. Lovely kitchen-diner and living room, and comfy bedrooms. Water pressure for the showers was a bit weak. We were right at the top of the house so got exercise from all the stairs! Loved it.

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was clean, well equipped and had plenty of space for our group of 11. The location was excellent, with the city centre just a 15-minute walk away, or only a few minutes by taxi. It was a really convenient base for our stay, and we would definitely recommend it for larger groups.

During the stay
To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
