Really liked how spacious , clean the rooms were. It was also in a great location on a really nice street. The hallway walls probably could do with a touch up but the rooms , bathrooms and kitchen were pretty well done up and nicely decorated.

honestly this place was such good value for money and don't have much i didn't like. only thing was one of the ensuite rooms could only be hot or cold. Additionally the apartment was on the top floor so had to climb 2 flights of stairs which was fine , not sure if i missed this in the listing but would have been good to know due to luggage.

They flat looked perfect on arrival, and the location was very quiet, which was amazing. The info sheet regarding the flat which was sent before arrival was very professional and made easy to understand.

The codes for the property didn't work on arrival. Had to call the management company which took forever to get the problem solved. Given new codes still didn't work. Someone had to come to the property.
The flat wasn't very clean, glass pieces were found in living room and bathroom.
The bed and sofa were so outdated and uncomfortable to sleep in.

From the start to the end of our stay the host was very attentive and quick with responses.
The apartment was easy to check in to and just having codes instead of keys was great. It meant all members could come and go as they please.
The amenities in the apartment were well resources and extras under the kitchen sink such as toilet roll.

The apartment is in a great location in central Liverpool. Instructions for access and checkin easy to follow.
Initially the apartment looked beautiful and it was to a degree but we had some fairly notable issues. The kitchen and livingroom were lovely with no issues. The loft bedrooms however were both ensuite and had a notable sewage smell coming from the toilets that was pretty persistent, one being much stronger than the other. This smell also seemed to persist in one of the downstairs bedrooms. This bedroom also had the door handles hanging off with a large hole under the handle which negated the feeling of privacy. At one point I was locked out of my room for 5 minutes when the door closed over and the handles wouldn't align. This was very stressful as my phone and belongings were all in the room and I had to keep the door wedged open the rest of our stay. Another bedroom also had door handles hanging off to a lesser degree and also had a hole in the door again negating privacy.

Location was perfect 5 minute uber or 20 minute walk to centre of liverpool. There is quite a few stairs as described but this didn’t bother our group, just be prepared for a leg workout! The instructions and communication were great. The place was tidy and clean. We felt like we had lots of room and nice communal areas for a bigger group, can’t complain, we all had a lovely weekend stay. Thankyou.

Very nice area between the two Cathedrals and easy to find. Parking permit for one vehicle with secure cheap overnight parking 2 min walk away.
Hosts were responsive to questions and all check in information was clear and sent in plenty of time.
Place was clean and had plenty of space for 2 families.

We throughly enjoyed our stay; the place was clean and tidy, had good amenities, and matched the description very well. It was only a 15-20 minute walk from Liverpool city centre, or an uber cost less than £5. Check in was very easy and the communication was excellent. One thing to note is that there’s quite a few steps up to the apartment, but for us, this wasn’t an issue. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Perfect location for our stay as we like to spend time in the Georgian Quarter for the Cathedral and the venues on Hope Street. Great communication from the host. Beautiful bedroom. Easy to access the building and apartment. Very clear and easy to use guest pack. Great value as all hotels were very expensive due to the match and we got this for a fraction of the cost.

The staff were friendly and helpful when communicating to them via messages. It was a good size apartment and easy to gain access with the key codes on the doors. I like how they had sachets of coffee, tea, sugar and expresso machine pods. It was clean, tidy and had enough towels etc. Nice how they had sachets of shampoo and soap in the bathroom along with hair dryers in the rooms. Nice decor in the rooms aswell with a modern funky theme and the beds were comfywith blankets. I liked their guest guide, free WiFi and there was a parking permit available if needed. Also loved the big Georgian windows.

The apartment was cold and took quite a while for the heaters to warm up the rooms. The heaters weren't working all the time when needed. The whole flooring felt a little uneven so much so you felt like you were walking drunk and there were a creaking thumping noise when walking on it esp in the hall and kitchen but I understand it is an old building. There wasn't any spare toilet rolls and for a family of four we only just had enough for two nights but would have been better to have 2 - 4 rolls there. The T.v in the kitchen didn't work properly and kept skipping/pixelating but the other t.vs worked. Thus, we stayed in the bedrooms in bed watching t.v when we stayed in one night after a full day out sight seeing as the kitchen was rather too cold and it's T.V didn't work. The view from the kitchen was not appealing backing onto a neighbour's house with scaffolding etc but just kept the blinds down.

I went with a group of friends for my 30th birthday and we had a brilliant time! The apartment exactly matched the photos - it was very spacious, clean and well laid out. When we arrived, the host had gifted us with birthday balloons, a card and chocolates, which were very much appreciated.
Would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone wishing a lovely stay near the centre of Liverpool!

Because it is an old building we could hear people walking about above and traffic outside it wouldn't stop me from booking again. Close to town about a 20 minute walk. Kitchen was well equipped with plenty of utensils.

We had booked for 3 nights over the new year the 2nd night because of torrential rain the drains collapsed causing the toilet to get blocked we did call the owners to be told they would get someone out that night but because of a crash on the motorway the engineer didn't arrive until the following morning we did keep getting updates which was good especially as it was new years eve. Unfortunately the problem wasn't resolved and we had to leave after the 2nd night because the toilet nearly overflowed, the shower cubicle tray and bath started filling with human waste.
The owners did try to move us to a different property but none were available so we had to come home.
The weather was maybe a one of thing regarding what happened and like my previous review I would stay again.

We had a great stay in this apartment celebrating my mum’s 60th birthday. We had plenty of space for 6 of us staying here. Everything was as described. Only a couple of minor things for improvement such as a few spotlights not working (one of them was flickering) and a mouldy shower head which really needed a good clean. Otherwise, we were very happy here, thank you!

Location was great and the lounge was a good size.

There were lots of small black flies in one of the bedrooms, they were all over the ceiling and walls. We hoovered them up but they still kept back so we did not feel comfortable sleeping in that room. We did try but then moved on to the sofa beds in the lounge. Everything else was good.

The location and the ease of getting in and out with a code. Pictures of Beatles on the wall! We did not spend much time in the flat as we were out most of the time.

We did not have a chopping board so had to buy one. The hot water tank did not work when we first arrived but was fixed the next day. The bedroom door was very squeaky and needs oiling.

The apartment has very thin walls and you could hear every word the apartment above were saying to each other. Parking permit had been hidden away in the wrong location which resulted in a penalty fine for us. The shower cubical is very small so for anybody carrying a little extra weight may struggle.

I think it would be a struggle to get 2 people in 2 of the double beds in the eaves as the ceilings are really low. Fortunately there weren’t that many of us although I still managed to bang my head!
No dishwasher which we found surprising given the number of people who can stay. There is a washing machine though.
Strict rules around noise with a noise detector. I was in the eaves and it was quiet but people staying on floor below heard quite a lot of noise - it was Saturday night so we expected it.
The bathroom smelled a bit of drains but no visible problems. Showers in the loft but were small but worked well.
We could have done with a velux blind closer/ opener in the loft bedrooms. If there was one, we couldn’t find it.
All in all it was a good place to stay for a group having a fun city break in Liverpool. About 20 minutes walk from the heart of it all or short taxi journey.

There were six of us staying there and it would have been nice to have had more than one roll of toilet roll for the stay, there was also not enough coffee pods for the coffee machine.

The apartment was very well laid out and clean with everything we needed and ideally located. Parking wasn't a problem at all. The hosts were incredible with communication, one of the the blind pulleys didn't work and this was fixed within a few hours.

If you are a family or group hoping to get good rest after exploring, I would not recommend this place on a Friday or Saturday. Despite the house rules stating very clearly the quiet hours and no parties, we were kept awake both nights from 1am until 4am by music, loud chatting, the TV on full blast and thumping around by the apartment upstairs. The hallway also stank of smoke while this party was in residence, again, quite clearly states no smoking.

Flott leilighet. Stor stue/kjøkken med spisekrok og velutstyrt kjøkken. Kaffemaskin med kapsler og pulverkaffe stod klar. Salt/pepper og smør var på plass. Gode senger i soverommet. Ekstra dyner og puter tilgjengelig. Flott bad. Alt fungerte perfekt! Ca 20 minutter fra sentrum. Lett å komme i kontakt med utleier - meget rask respons på henvendelser.

Litt hard sovesofa, men fungerte greit for 1 person. Veldig lytt mellom etasjene. Hadde leilighet i 1. etasje, og party i etasjen over oss. Ristet i gulv og vinduer når de hoppet og spilte musikk. Hørte alt som ble sagt gjennom veggene. Skulle være ro kl 22, men det var det lang ifra. Ikke å anbefale i helg hvis du drar med barn, Veldig stille og rolig midt i uka.

Well equipped property in great location for exploring the city. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and nice bed linen & towels. Generally very clean and well maintained.

Sofa was quite uncomfortable (probably because it doubles up as a sofa bed). Grill pan wasn’t clean and there were no scouring pads to clean it with. Water pressure in shower wasn’t great although there was always plenty of hot water.

They take a £200 security deposit which is understandable, but they keep a £10 ‘admin’ fee which is inexcusable. That is a standard cost so it should be included in the price of the booking, it is just a hidden fee. It also took over 3 weeks to get my £190 back.

We stayed in 54C. The bedrooms are excellent and it will sleep 12. Very clean, newly painted. Location is great lovely street. Shops restaurants bars nearby and 20 min walk to Albert Dock.

The living room/kitchen is small, only 4 chairs at the dining table. 1 parking permit provided if you go with 2 or more vehicles you have to find a car park. We were relocated by Host and Stay the day before we travelled and the admin associated with this was very poorly handled. Happy to provide full detail.

The property was nice and in a great location. We loved the area, close to everything. We really liked the apartment. It is close to transport, arty areas and great local pubs and restaurants nearby.

This has been already been brought up with other reviewers and I unfortunately saw this those reviews too late - meaning - I saw it after I booked and paid in full. Other reviewers have already complained about a 250 GBP insurance bond which is refundable in a couple of weeks OR as in my case, I was charged a 25 GBP nonrefundable fee (instead of the upfront 250 GBP) - which was not included in the booking price - and for which I had no choice but to pay the day before I was due to check in - because I admit - I did not check the fine print first.

Maybe this is a British thing or maybe this is a "Airbnb" type thing. From my point of view, I never book Airbnb precisely because of the hidden costs or cleaning costs etc. I have always used Booking.com because the price is the price ..... and most of the time, I have never had to worry about the fine print .... so this time, I was caught out. Actually, the damage insurance fee just made us feel uncomfortable and with all of the bad press that Airbnb and private short stay hosting is receiving these days ..... I can understand why people will utlimately choose hotel style accomodations again - especially since hotels are now also offering self catering larger style rooms these days.

However, I will point out that we did not damage anything and we did not get charged for any damage and we did not have a bad experience during our stay - quite the opposite because the apartment is really nice and in a wonderful part of Liverpool. The insurance or damage bond fee - just made me realise that the days of private hosting could be coming to an end - we are still the guests afterall - are we not? Perhaps there are some very bad guests - but we are not one of those - I have been on Booking,com since the beginning in 1996 - I am a genius level 3 member and I am sure there are many like me.

The sofa bed was unbelievably uncomfortable. The worse I have ever slept on you could actually feel the mechanisms. bedroom was stiffing hot. Tower fan was provided, but all it did was circulate the warm air. Biggest gripe was we were there for 3 nights. I reported that the TV in the main living area wasn't working. Explained the importance of this to me, as the purpose of my trip was accompanying a disabled child who was accessing medical treatment locally, unable to go out, so having a working TV was really important as my only source of entertainment. Despite reporting it daily, no one bothered to get back to me or made any attempt to fix it. No apology either. Lots of hidden charges in regards to security deposits/ additional insurances which were not obvious when it was booked. Would not book any properties managed by this host company again

Great location. Modern and well kept. Plenty of bathrooms which is helpful when travelling as a group. Nice, spacious seating areas.

Upstairs bedrooms have sloped roofs which might not be suitable for all guests. Bathrooms upstairs didn’t have windows so there was little air circulation.

We had a great stay here. Everything was as described and was in a lovely area and lots and lots of space for everyone. This is the perfect place if you are a large group, because there's plenty of seating in the living room and a great big table in the kitchen and diner, and ...... they had plenty of glasses, crockery, cutlery etc, which is quite rare with AirBNBs.
Lovely and central too, just a short walk from everywhere and is a lovely tree lined and quiet street.
Hosts were super responsive and super friendly, which is always nice.
Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others

Not fit for paying customers , when we arrived there was water coming through the ceiling in the bathroom from neighbour above, either from a broken loo or shower , we couldn’t use the facilities due to this, we asked to be moved , this was declined , a maintenance person visited and advised it was fixed but as soon as the above apartment used their bathroom the same problem happened. We complained , no help was given so we left with our 2 small children and booked into another hotel at our own expense. We have now spent the last 2 months waiting on Host & Stay to process our complaint and provide us with a refund, the service quite frankly has been disgusting. I will never book with this company again.

Well decorated, modern, spacious flat ideally located for all the sites and restaurants in Liverpool. It’s in a quiet area and a stones throw from both cathedrals. All the restaurants on Bold St were only a short walk away. My friends and I enjoyed our weekend stay.

The property was fine, but the company which owns it requires a deposit for breakages etc. This isn’t stated clearly up front, but it’s in the small print and they keep £10 as an admin fee. Given we are in the times of election transfers and this is on top of the rental charge, I’m baffled why they need an admin fee when it’s just a click of a button. Also, it takes 10 working days to return the deposit which is too long, given the flat was checked as soon as we left.

Wij zaten in het souterain. De eerste ochtend bleek de riolering verstopt, waardoor het rioolwater door wc, douche en bad omhoog kwam. Het probleem werd serieus genomen en de verstopping werd gelukkig verholpen, maar de volgende dag was het probleem weer terug. Erg vies. En niet mogelijk om van het sanitair gebruik te maken.

Great location - quiet areas but walkable to everywhere too would want to see, nice big space, good kitchen facilities.

Bathroom was an issue. For an apartment that size (3 double bedrooms and two double sofa beds) there was only 1 bathroom/toilet for which the plumbing could not handle everyone having a shower/using the toilet. During our stay the toilet/shower/sink all backed up when only a few people had used it which left half the group unable to shower and meant we were late for our event. We called the host who told us to find a plunger at the property which we could not locate. Told a maintenance crew would visit but they were unavailable, no one called us back to advise what was happening. By the time we got home the facilities had cleared but backed up again the next morning when they were used again. The shower is also more akin to what you would get in a caravan not a large Georgian house.

A pesar de que el alojamiento estaba muy limpio, las camas estupendas, que el piso estaba muy bien y la localización estaba bien hubo muchas cosas que hicieron de nuestra estancia una experiencia nefasta. En primer lugar, al llegar no funcionaron los códigos que nos proporcionaron tuvimos que llamar a atención al cliente con el costo que eso nos supuso y la mujer que contestaba el teléfono nos colgaba…. Por lo que tuvimos que llamar varias veces hasta que nos atendió debidamente. A pesar de reservar para 8 personas no había sábanas para el sofá-cama solo un edredón. Había poco papel higiénico para tantas personas se nos acabó y tuvimos que comprar. Faltaba una toalla. Y lo más impactante es que la puerta de entrada al piso no se bloqueaba y se quedaba abierta con todas nuestras pertenencias dentro por lo que no era nada seguro, podía haber entrado cualquier persona ajena al alojamiento… También llamamos y no recibimos ninguna solución nos hacían mandarles videos y toda la información por correo electrónico en vez de enviar a alguien inmediatamente a resolver el problema. Para tener que pagar tanto dinero y además una cobertura de daños (algo nunca visto en ningún país) es inaceptable que pase todo esto…

Standard apartment in the middle is very very nice indeed. Really nicely done out, very well equipped , cozy big beds and bathroom with a bath and shower.
Tea and coffee and condiments provided which we appreciated as we made a cooked breakfast.
Owners even left chocolates and a card for my daughter as it was her birthday.
Location excellent in my favourite part of Liverpool so beautiful and quiet , great walk into town past lots of pubs bars restaurants and shops.
Liverpool just gets better every time always so much going on there and new things to see and do.
Architecture amazing and the people and atmosphere are the best in uk in my opinion!
Will definitely book this place again in the future.

The beds were very comfortable (my tall teenage son loved having a double bed to himself) and the apartment was very clean. They thought of everything from paper towel, to tea & coffee, to large fluffy towels, to a lovely little Xmas tree.

Perhaps a dishwasher but that is being very picky and I would not forgo that for a washing machine so no there was nothing I did not like.

The basement apartment was spacious, clean and located in an ideal location. We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed our time here. The 3 double bedrooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. The modern bathroom and shower was also a nice touch. The management company we dealt with were lovely to deal with and we didnt have any issues - they even left us a personalised note and box of chocolates as we were travelling for a special occasion. The apartment is about a 10/15 minute walk to concert square or really anywhere central within Liverpool so we couldnt fault that aspect of it either. Overall a great stay and one we would be sure to book again!

There were a few points however we feel must be mentioned in the interest of fairness. One of the sofa beds was broken and didnt pull out flat - we didnt need this space but just something to be mindful of if travelling in a larger group. The apartment was a small bit noisy during the night and in the early morning - the ceiling is very thin and hollow so you can hear people walking in and out of the main hallway quite easily. The radiator in the main bedroom kept on making a strange clicking sound but this is something that can be fixed quite easily. Other than those points I couldnt fault it on anything else and for the price this stay is deffo worth the money.

The apartment was in a good location 10 mins walk into town, it was clean and had plenty of room for our party of 9.

We didn't like the fact that there was only room for 1 car ... the apartment sleeps 12 people and really could do with at least 1 more space, so we had to pay to park one of our cars we travelled up in.
Also what we didn't like was the owners use of a firm called superhog who did the damage waiver before hand .... they actually took £250 from our card (not just a holding payment ) a week before our stay and charged :£10 administration costs for doing so.
They told us this will be returned 8 days after our stay ... we have told the owners and superhog this is not normal practice .... to actually charge your card for damage waiver and an administration cost .... this we feel is not right.
So we are warning others what to expect.

Fabulous location. Very close to the city centre, couldn’t ask for a better location. Very nice apartments. Stylish and comfortable.

Property itself was clean but amenities were not, glasses and stains/lipstick on them and there was mould in the coffee machine! 2 rolls of toilet paper only for 8 guests, when more was requested we were advised they would not provide anymore which was disappointing. Also there is a £10 admin fee charged on the security deposit that is not listed anywhere. Unfortunately the stay was disappointing considering it cost so much. I would not recommend.

Brilliant location, just out of the bustle and noise of the city but literally 10 mins stroll and you are in the centre. Canning St is a beautiful, friendly area and we felt completely at ease walking into and out of town. It's completely silent and peaceful at night. The Cathedral is a 3 min walk and definitely worth a visit. Amazing structure

Apartment had everything we needed, it was spotlessly clean, towels and bedclothes were fresh and crisp, beds were comfy. Shower is good and rooms are bright and airy. Lots of light coming into the two bedrooms. Windows are massive and open right up.

Overall, couldn't fault it. Was perfect for my family and I and can't wait to return (family with 3 kids 18, 15 &10)

The property was a real home from home and in an excellent location as my son graduated from University and the philharmonic hall was walking distance. We never used the car after parking outside as everything is so close and the centre of Liverpool is only 15 mins walk away. Only 3 of us stayed which was ok but it can accommodate 7 and that makes it a really cheap option to visit Liverpool.The staff were great and entry instructors were perfect with no problems

The property was very spacious with a large living, dining and kitchen area. The 3 bedrooms were great with a double bed in each. The kitchen had everything you need. The hosts were very prompt in their responses.

Unfortunately we had to move properties on our second day due to a power cut/issue. However, the hosts were very prompt in their response and moved us to an apartment just along the road. The apartment had 5 bedrooms (but we only needed 3) and 2 bathrooms (bonus for us) but the living, dining and kitchen area was much smaller.

Apartment was exactly as described and as shown in the pictures. Clean through out and obviously cared for by the hosts. Hosts are super responsive and happy to answer questions and the information packs are super useful.
In the apartment there are minor signs of wear and tear but that’s kind of expected for an apartment that hosts 12 people and honestly that’s being nit picky about things. It was pretty immaculate throughout .
Bedding and towels were all fresh and immaculate and the rooms are decorated nicely. Area seems pretty nice too and it’s easy walking distance to bars and clubs (10min)

When we arrived, I was a little nervous because the two previous properties we stayed in (not connected to this company) were awful, but this property was exactly as advertised. It was very clean, roomy with an upscale feel. Next time we visit Liverpool, we would love to stay here again.

The property can get warm. I think the roll blinds should be left down on arrival day if it is hot outside. Possibly one more fan and a second extension cord for purposes of blowing drying hair in front of mirror. In the grand scheme, these are all small minor things really.

We booked a family stay for the weekend, prior to arrival the team communicated so we knew exactly what to do when arriving, check in was so clear! Unfortunately there was a delay in our checking in time but the team compensated this by giving us a later check out and kindly offered us to get a coffee which they would reimburse. On arrival to the apartment we managed to park right outside, and the apartment has a parking permit to save parking charges. Access to the apartment is via key codes which we found great, it saved worrying about keys! The apartment is beautiful, it was immaculately clean and had everything we needed. The only thing we had challenges with was that the apartment is on the top floor, up 3 flights of stairs which wasn’t an issue for the majority of the group however was for my Mum who requires a waking stick (just for future people booking it’s one to be mindful of). We had an absolutely fabulous stay and would 100% recommend!! Thank you!

On the ground floor which was helpful as many apartments in the area are top floor.

Really wasn't clear from the booking.com listing how the apartment is laid out. It's a 4 person apartment but there is actually only one very large bedroom and then a sofa bed in the kitchen.
The fridge is very noisy overnight and there is a lot of noise from the pipes and floors of the apartments above .
There is only a parking permit for 1 car and no free parking nearby.
Considering the high price of the apartment and description, it wasn't as good as expected.

Just had amazing weekend with friends and Katy and Joes place was perfect for us! The house is situated in a beautiful location and all the instructions they gave us were very detailed and clear. The apartment is in a really convenient location, only ~10-15 mins on foot to central Liverpool. The hosts kindly put up a Christmas tree for our stay which was greatly appreciated, especially by the kids. The bedrooms are a decent size but the water pressure in the upstairs en suites was not very good and the taps were very spluttery.
The kitchen was fairly well stocked with equipment but it’s probably safer to bring your own. We cooked Christmas dinner here so perhaps we anticipated more than a casual guest the rest of the year.
Overall the apartment was clean and well looked after. Charlie was friendly and helpful whenever I had any questions.

Great flat in a picturesque part of the city. Easy to walk down into town. Very spacious, with classy decor and a lovely kitchen. It is a large building with two other flats and you can hear doors closing and floors creaking but if that doesn't bother you then it's not a problem.

Fantastic location and easy walk to bars and restaurants and into the centre. The Georgian Quarter is a lovely part of the city. Parking was easy. The flat was very nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. Very nice to come home to after a day out in the freezing cold and nice to have the Xmas tree. Just a couple of negatives- the kitchen is very large and well equipped except for the lack of a dishwasher. We were a small party, but I can imagine if your party was larger this would get pretty annoying. Also the main bathroom didn’t have a working fan, and so quickly became musty smelling.
For light sleepers please note the room at the front is quite noisy, but all the other rooms very quiet.
The hosts were easy to communicate with.
I would consider staying again if back in the city.

Pictures are exactly how it looks, stocked with everything you need, clean and tidy on arrival. Even had a Christmas tree! You can tell it’s a rental flat, as in cheap floors and doors that are very noisy when you walk upstairs and open/close the doors but was perfect for a group for a couple of days in Liverpool. The bathroom wasn't clean there was urine all over the floor which we had to clean up on arrival.

The noise throughout the day and night in the front bedroom was so unsettling, you could hear word for word conversions from people on the street the windows are so thin.
Every car and passer you could hear perfectly and constantly day and night as a result we hardly slept for 3 nights even with earplugs. At one point I slept on the sofa in the lounge to escape the noise.

Communication was frequent and informative with the host, no issues with access. Beds very comfortable, showers really good. Perfect for 7 ladies visiting Liverpool, would definitely re-book. Highly recommend.

clean and well equipped. location good for us too. comfy beds. good size fridge. liked that there were tea bags etc in the apartment.

lack of plug sockets particularly near mirrors. made it difficult with 5 women trying to dry/style their hair! bathroom floor was dangerously slippy when we arrived so whatever the cleaners are using they need to stop. it was better on day 2. instructions said load dishwasher - where was it?? there were dishwasher tablets but we failed to find the machine!
10am is too early to check out so we appreciated 11am late checkout. it needs to be 11 or 12. an extra bathroom/loo for apartment for 5 would probably what we would look for next time.

A fabulous apartment in a great location.
HOST Apartments delivered on all of their promises in respect of our Liverpool booking and more. Apartment as described, easy to find with city parking. Clean from top to bottom, easy access and generous space for our party. Fabulous location with bars, restaurants and supermarkets on our doorstop. Only a 20 minute walk into the City Centre if you wanted retail therapy or tourist attractions.
Great communication at all times including their solving of two small challenges we faced with our stay.
would I book with HOST again? Yes, this apartment? YES, would I recommend?..absoloutely.

The apartment is lovely and well stocked with all you need. Condiments were even provided. Tge beds are extremely comfortable and the heating can be easily controlled in each room. Communication was excellent throughout the stay. I would certainly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a retreat or sightseeing break rather than a boisterous 'party time' as it deserves respect.

There was nothing nothing I didn't like about the apartment. I would say as someone with poor health and struggling, I found the £250 deposit difficult but understand this is expected rate in most private apartments now. We stayed for my daughters operation at the eye hospital so it wasn't a leisurely break for us unfortunately and wasn't as convenient for the hospital as thought. However we were comfortable staying here.

The apartment was in a fabulous location for access into the city and very spacious with really comfy beds although the sofas were a bit on the hard side. Kitchen was well equipped. Parking with the permit was easy. We had an issue with a broken water pump while we were there which meant our stay wasn’t as enjoyable as it should have been but the maintenance team were waiting as we checked out to fit a new pump so hopefully the next guests didn’t have any problems. Will be seeking compensation for limited facilities during our stay.

Disappointing, poor action on resolving problems. Lack of attention to detail. Tired decor and cleanliness needs to be addressed.
Not the usual airbnb experience, very much felt like a number to a larger company.
However, good location and has the potential to be a great place with better management.

Very good location, walking distance from the centre with plenty to see en route. The walk back is uphill but doable! Access to the apartment was very easy. The hosts were easy to communicate with via the app. The couch-bed is comfortable. Lots of helpful information about Liverpool was sent to us in advance and also provided in a folder in the apartment. The accommodation was clean and comfy and we would certainly recommend it.

One toilet/bathroom for 7 ladies took a bit of coordination but we managed fine!

In het echt nog groter en mooier dan op de foto's. Keurig schoon, comfortabel appartement wat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Top dat er ook een parkeerkaart bij was zodat wij het gehele verblijf onze auto voor de deur konden parkeren.

The apartment was exactly as described - it was modern, clean and in a great location. There was loads of space and it had
everything we needed, including the ability to park on the street outside for free with the parking permit provided! The kitchen was well equipped and tea, coffee and sugar were kindly provided. There were loads of great places to eat nearby. Check in was straightforward. The only slight problem we had is that we couldn’t log into the Netflix account so had to contact the team - it was late in the evening and they responded straight away. We would definitely stay here again!!

Highly recommended property in a gorgeous street right in the centre of the Georgian Quarter. Nice and spacious, with a beautiful exterior and a breathtaking view of the Liverpool Cathedral. Comfortable beds, well decorated, modern rooms, a large and airy kitchen and beautiful windows to let in the air and natural light. WiFi was fast, and having a TV in most bedrooms was throughly appreciated. Communication by the team was very good and it was a pleasure to be in touch with them. 10/10, a must book.

Lovely apartment in a great location, really covered all the group’s need (a group of 6 singles).
Only drawbacks were the loud boiler and general plumbing noises, which you can understand in a converted house.
Was slightly disappointed that we couldn’t check in until 4:30pm (originally 3pm when booked), but hosts were really communicative and apologetic on this point.
Would happily visit again and recommend!

Terrific flat! Held many people comfortably. Cooked meals together in a nice large kitchen. We could eat dinner and then either retreat to the common area for a movie all together or we could go to our rooms and enjoy comfortable downtime alone. Close to many things. Hosts were responsive, helpful and informative. Would love to stay again!

The location of this property is perfect. the apartments itself is beautiful and very clean.
The team were such lovely hosts and extremely efficient with their communication, they made check in easy, provide you with a little guide for town and all my questions were answered in less than a hour.

Great stay in this clean and spacious flat! Location was great and very convenient- street is residential and quiet but close enough to easily walk to shops/bars etc. The bedrooms are spaced out between 2 floors and great for privacy. We were well below the max occupancy and my husband and I had the upstairs with en-suite bathroom to ourselves. Big kitchen/dining table as well.

Gorgeous apartment, with lovely decor, finished to a really high standard and looked to be newly refurbished. Tonnes of space if you need it with a larger group/ multiple guests and you want your space, but equally had a fantastic kitchen space where we enjoyed sitting and eating together. This place is the best equipped I have seen in terms of number of cups/ wine glasses provided too and all really nice stuff. Super comfy beds with pristine white bedding and towels. Great location, walkable to the main sights with plenty of eating and drinking options close by if you didn't want to walk as far. Any questions we had were answered super fast and I'd definitely recommend it. Excellent work!

Beautiful modern apartment, furnished to a high standard. The layout is nice and the rooms are private unlike a lot of group properties in Liverpool where they want you to sleep 10 in one room.
It had everything we needed apart from an iron, but I’ve stayed in places that don’t even supply the basics for you, so I’d think it was just an over-sight as there was an ironing board.

There was a few issues with the door latches not working or magnetising properly, but we got it to work eventually, the front door probably needs replacing altogether, just for ease for the customer. I’d like it to be straight forward and easy.
