Kitchen facilities were fantastic, had everything you needed and was super clean. The picnic style kitchen table was great for our group of 4. Decor was modern and felt cosy on the night. Rooms were all clean and decent sizes. The en suite shower in the ground floor bedroom had a waterfall shower which was amazing. The bath tub is a beautiful addition too! Free WiFi which was easy to connect to and had no issues using. Location of the property is central but on a secluded road which we liked as it was quiet and we were not bothered by anyone.

The only negatives to pick from in this property was the bed and pillows were a little uncomfortable. Also the blinds don’t all work and they are no curtains so with it being summer it let a lot of light into the bedrooms early especially in the living room if on the sofa bed. Other than that no faults at all, lovely little property!

Overall pretty good! The place was easy to find, lots of space and pretty well tidied. One thing to note was that the oven didn’t work when we tried to use it a few times. Other than this we were pretty satisfied with our stay, it was comfortable and we liked the bath!

Good value for money for three bedrooms. The apartment was clean and warm and well appointed. Good location for us close to the university and it was quiet. Check in was delayed for two hours with 5 minute’s notice, tho the hosts were apologetic. Some inaccuracies in the guidebook (the WiFi details were wrong, and there was only one set of keys when there was supposed to be a spare set). Several lights didn’t work and the downstairs TV didn’t work. The blinds downstairs wouldn’t open. Overall, however, we enjoyed the stay.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I quite liked that it was a renovated stable/garage for the fancy Georgian houses around the corner.
Contact with the manager was quick and easy.
We always walked into town, about half an hour.

Great stay - 6 of us stayed here for my dad’s 50th. We’d an amazing time and the accommodation was brilliant. Very clean and tidy, super location and the property had everything you need.

Provide some more toilet roll, that would be good, as we had to buy more.

The property is very well set out and very good standard.

There are mice in the kitchen and our children’s food was eaten by mice. We contacted you to let you know and set you pictures. We were unable to keep food in the kitchen and risk cooking at the house as the danger of mice droppings all across the cupboards.

The en-suite bedroom is beautiful however the room smells of sewage , clearly something is wrong with the plumbing. We contacted you to let you know and have not received any compensation for our horrible stay.

The accommodation was clean in a decent location.

I didn't like how it was solved with the fuse. You either have to buy an insurance policy through the accommodation provider for £35 for 3 nights or they will deduct a £350 deposit (from booking.com they wrote me £250). After checking the accommodation, they will refund you £340 (I was told by booking.com that the full amount will be refunded, which makes sense) and keep £10 as a fee??? This seemed to me like chasing every £. Especially if you have your own travel insurance and there is a discrepancy between what the landlord writes and what booking.com says.

It was very comfortable and clean. It was in a good location, close to cafes and pubs and an easy 25-30 minute work to the Albert Docks. To reach the city centre was even closer.

Well appointed and well spec’d apartment. Feels high end and plenty of space for 4 adults. Helpful having 2 bathrooms/showers.

The managing agent really lets the place down. If you can book it without going through Host & Stay then do so. They are price gouging money-grabbers.

Lacked some basics like oven gloves and not enough forks for 7 people and not enough room on comfy seats for more than 4 but other than that a great value stay for a group visiting Liverpool.

Location was great, it cost between £5 and £7 for Uber to town centre. There was 3 good comfortable double beds plus a sofa bed and two bathrooms. Kitchen had everything you needed.

The living area was too cluttered, table and benches took up too much room and made it difficult to walk around. Should consider removing the table and benches and replacing with smaller table and folding chairs to make more room which will also be safer for people who have disability.

Kitchen had no cooking equipment not even a ovenproof dish iron wisk.pans were in cupboard unwashed dirty and rusty frying pans .grill in oven was rusted and full of fat no dish cloth towels were very thin throws were dirty and marked. Full of artificial plants thick of dust not cleaned only 1 door in and out .would never go back as contacted property said they were bringing equipment but never did We had to eat out all the time because of this .We had not planned to do that so that's the reason we booked apartment

Brilliant facilities, more than enough! Easy to find. Close to the local shops and not too far to walk into the City Centre.

Perhaps more pillows as one per person was not enough.

I had not received any confirmation from the property about the lock combination, which left me and my family locked outside the property until I made a phone call to the agency to be given the lock code (after passing security questions). This made arriving at the property a little stressful.

I contacted the property point of contact who then sent me over a PDF with instructions related to check-in and the accommodation - I was made to believe that someone had forgotten to send me this information sooner. The bath tub downstairs was lovely, however, when drained the water filled into the shower in the bathroom next door - this is something which perhaps needs looking into.

Difficulty getting a response from the host had to wait 2 hours for a check in code.
arrived at the property at 5pm found the place dirty, big sofa stains everywhere, cutlery was all dirty no washing up liquid provided, WiFi didn't work, toilet stank and had yellow water, walls were in a wreck and had blue tac on, doors didnt even open properly to the bedroom, neighbour coughing all night long, it was 9 degrees when i woke up at 3am with a sore throat to turn the heating on, it was manually set to off while its freezing.

The team were helpful however just before we arrived a text was recived to say toilet in main bathroom not working and they woukd get a plumber out. The shower stopped working in main bathroom and ny friend was left in the middle of showeing her hair. Plants full of dust and dirty tissue in one. Bed spread covers stained and marked.conwebs and dust in down stairs bedroom. Downstairs mould over kitchen sink and distinct sewerage smell. I spent the entire weekend on the phone and ended up staying at my daughters uni digs to relieve pressure on bathroom.what should have been a great girls weekend was ruined. We did receive a partial refund after i chased the team to see what was happing when i returned home. Very dissapointing overall.

We had a great holiday. The accomodation was fab, a converted carriage house with 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for our family of 4, but can easily accommodate 6 people. Shout out to Charlie, who was super helpful on our stay. I have recommended it to friends who are thinking of travelling to Liverpool next year. Thanks for everything.

We travelled to Liverpool for a family funeral and used the old coach house as our base.
The location was great, really nice area and easy to get around. Roughly 40 minute walk into the centre of Liverpool.
The property was clean and tidy and check in was simple.
Unfortunately, after our stay I received a message from the hosts saying that they were missing a key. We ensured that we had put both sets of keys back in the key safe as this was where we left them the whole time during our stay every time we left.
The hosts accepted this and said they would inform their "housekeeper".
Then, without any warning I received a reimbursement request of £46 from Airbnb, instructed by them for the lost Keys.
This really put a dampener on our trip, as we were 100% sure that we left the keys in the keysafe, and upon denying the reimbursement request, the case was closed by Airbnb.
For this reason, we won't be staying again.

Wish I had found this superb apartment last year for my first visit to Liverpool. I stayed with the same host in a different apartment which was nice but this one is nicer! Very beautifully decorated apartment with a huge (probably a bit too big) dining table, an excellent kitchen with (almost) everything you will need, cosy living room and 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. One with the free-standing bath tub and a separate bathroom with shower and sink. The apartment is located in a very quiet side street with enough parking space nearby. Walking distance to restaurants and supermarket and only few minutes to walk into the centre of Liverpool. For me this was the perfect place to stay. The hosting team is very friendly, they also provide a delivery address in their office where you can collect your parcels.

missing bed linen for sofa bed. They sent a photo of bed linen in a wardrobe that wasn't there. First night with no bed linen, 2nd night with a sheet they delivered, final night had complete bed sheets after alot of complaining. There were only 5 forks for 7 guests in the apartment!
The bath was dusty, had to clean before use. Cobwebs dangling from high ceiling and down sides of wardrobes.

The communal area was not nearly big enough for 8 guests to sit and relax. Not enough sofas. large bench that everyone could sit on was extremely squeaky and there was no room to walk around it.
The upstairs shower didn't work very well. The main bedroom had nowhere to put your suitcase because the bath took up any floor space, the en suite was tiny. If the bath was taken out you would have room to make a wider en suite and give you storage space for your luggage.

Lovely little spot. We hired it for a peaceful reunion get together with friends. It's very cosy and the town centre is a short walk away so ideal if you want to experience Liverpool but also relax in the evenings. Shops are very near by.
Everywhere was spotless, wasn't a single thing we could have needed that wasn't provided. Loads of plates, various glasses etc. Heating and showers are easy to use. It's very quaint and was perfect for our group. We'll definitely look to return.

Might have seemed a bit smaller than photos.
Would stay again for a few days but probably prefer a bigger property when bringing 3 kids. Fine for sleeping but living / kitchen area a bit cramped after a couple of days of shopping, toys out etc.
Friendly to deal with and responsive.
My only issue is the 10am check out. It’s just far too early and no negotiation to extend it even by one hour. Just too early when trying to fry kids organised to leave. I know they had another group arriving but check in isn’t until 3pm and it’s a small place that wouldn’t take long to clean.

The property was lovely and as described, I could mention one or two very slight things being pedantic but don’t feel this is at all necessary as overall was very satisfied. Great stay - looked exactly like the photos and was very clean.
Area was great too - nice and quiet but only a 15 minute walk into the city centre. There’s a tesco and co-op etc right round the corner too which was handy.

Stayed here for a weekend in Liverpool. Property is pretty much as advertised although there are a few tired areas of decor that could do with a bit of attention but that didn’t take anything away from our stay.
The location is within walking distance to the Albert Docks and city centre. 10 minute walk as adults and about 15 with little ones (which we had). It’s all downhill into the city so we got a taxi back. Cost £10. Street parking suggested was an ok option although I would question the area you’d be leaving your car in a little. We parked at an official car park close by and was under a 10 min walk. Tesco express and a few good places are indeed under a 5 min walk from the property.
The team’s communication is as great and made the trip very easy. Would recommend to large parties.

Very nicely finished property that was warm and comfortable whilst looking clean-lined. It’s not huge but makes very good use of the space so doesn’t feel cramped. The downstairs bedroom doesn’t have blackout blinds which wasn’t a problem for us, but if you need complete dark to sleep the street lighting might be disruptive. The street itself is very quiet, no traffic whatsoever when we stayed.

It was a very pleasant stay indeed. We are well travelled and use short term accommodation regularly. Very good value for money. The bath is a very nice touch. We all enjoyed using that. These guys have left no stone unturned in turning out a very good place with everything needed for a great stay. Well done

What can I say. I surprised my guests with this place and it did not disappoint. It was a lovely place to stay.
Looked exactly like the photos and everything was clean, tidy and well kept. It is clear to me that they take great pride in this rental.
Walking distance from some bars and restaurants and just a short Uber ride to the centre and the docks. Situated down a quiet street and I think all weekend we saw one other car drive down there.
Fantastic place and the team were extremely helpful and responsive. We received a document that included everything we have needed from checking in to a local guide of places to see and things to do.
If your planning a trip to Liverpool I can’t recommend this lovely little coach house enough.

Really enjoyable stay. The property is as nice as it looks from the photos. Very clean, all the necessary amenities and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Clear communication from the hosts prior to check-in and at checkout meant everything was very easy.

Lovely place on a quiet street, walkable to downtown, Albert Dock area. We had room for family dinners in the kitchen, kids had their own private space when they wanted to decompress. Charlie was very responsive with questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely, comfortable place in a great, calm neighborhood, in walking distance of great restaurants and coffee shops. 15 min walk from LJMU and the Bombed Out Church. The owners were really nice and welcoming. I highly recommend!

The apartment is deceivingly small so just beware if this. Probably not a great apartment for children as no facilities provided- had to cart our travel cot with us.
Cleanliness was poor on our stay despite it being cleaned on day of arrival.
Some facilities not available - hair dryer, coffee maker which is disappointing when they are expected.
Good communication and owners have offered 10% off next stay with them but I’m not sure I will..

Thank you Katy, Joe & Team for a lovely stay! The apartment is in a beautiful location and comes with three bedrooms with very comfortable beds and has lots of character and charm. The team were very responsive and helpful any of our requests and needs and I would recommend staying here if you want to be near the city, but prefer the idyll of the green leafy suburbs and a quiet night with cleaner air. Ticks all the boxes all round, and parking isn't an issue either, we parked right outside.

We had an amazing time here. It's in a great location, only a 20 minute walk into the city. The beds were so comfortable and the airbnb was lovely. Would definitely love to stay again.

Lovely property in a great location to reach town from, either a short walk or using the e-scooters.
Comfortable for 6 adults, would feel a bit more cramped for 8 and the sofa bed was not the most comfortable but fine for 1 or 2 nights, and it takes up the living space when folded out.
Beds were a bit soft for my preference but a very quiet neighborhood so a good night's sleep nonetheless.
The downstairs room off the living room has a lovely bath, but the doors don't provide too much in terms of privacy and noise from the living space so bear this in mind.
There were a few minor snags, hence the 4*, which we raised with the hosts and they were attentive and responded quickly and I'd be confident they'll be resolved for the next guests to stay.
Quiet street ok for unloading cars but parking you need to use a nearby car park outside of the restricted hours 8am - 6pm. If you go north up Grove Street there is some street parking that offers 4 hours free parking within the same restricted hours so you can park there effectively from 2pm - 8am overnight, or if you park after 6pm you've got until 12 noon the following day. Or if you go a bit further up there is a new (and very secure!) multi storey called Paddington Village which is hourly paid up to £13 for 24h. it's about a 10 min walk (or a couple of mins on an e-scooter!).
Overall, highly recommended.

Our stay was great. The house is ideally located in the Georgian quarter of Liverpool. Therefore all attractions and amenities easily accessible. The house itself is loverly and extremely comfortable.

This place is great for a 6 person stay. The beds were comfy and house was bigger than expected.
The downstairs double room is bigger than the 2 upstairs. The open plan kitchen, living room area is a good size, and big enough to socialise in.
I only gave 4 stars for cleanliness for 2 reasons: 1) there were some cobwebs scattered around the house (this didn’t phase us and if this was the only thing then I would have given 5 stars) and 2) only 1 and a half toilet rolls were given. As a group of 6 people staying for 3 days, 2 nights, we thought that this wasn’t a sufficient amount for that time.
The value for money was excellent, and a taxi from the accommodation to the outskirts of the centre averaged around £5.50 per journey. There is a tesco express just around the corner if any supplies are needed.

Very neat apartment with three double beds. The location, on a back street, is quiet. It's 15-20 minutes walk into the city centre so it's convenient. It had pretty much everything we needed. Good base for exploring Liverpool

This is a fantastic apartment with fantastic hosts, it is a beautiful and safe location, we found it a nice distance from the city centre and would highly recommend this apartment and hosts to anyone, plenty of space and ideal for a weekend family trip to Liverpool

Great choice of apartment if you’re visiting Liverpool! It’s located in a lovely part of the city on a quiet street in the Georgian quarter.
The checking in and out process was so easy and the hosts were really helpful before we had even confirmed the booking.
The apartment is on two levels with good sized rooms so it feels airy and spacious. Would go back and definitely recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable with easy access to the city centre.
