This top floor apartment is an excellent base for Couples looking to explore or visit Families and Friends, as well as Corporate Guests visiting the city for business. The perfect homely abode tucked away with beautiful views!

Enjoy one beautiful bedroom, a fully equipped modern Kitchen and a comfy Living Area to unwind.

The space
Apartment Sleeps 4:

Living room:

• Equipped with a large Smart TV that has aerial channels
• The luxurious Sofa Bed can sleep 2 Guests. (up to 4 Guests in total)
• Features a modern marble-style dining table, seating up to 4 guests

Bedroom:

• Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests.
• Decorates with a Desk which can be utilised for work or as a Dressing Table
• Also comes with a large Smart TV

Kitchen:

• Fitted with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more!

Bathroom:

• Fitted with Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.

The views from this apartment are incredible, overlooking Liverpool's historical Anglican Cathedral and a glance of the city centre. Although it comes with some flights of steps to the apartment, the scenery and the sunset view from the living room is well worth it!

**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.

Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.

Please note that there are 5 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events, or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor (is up 5 flights of stairs).

Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.



Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency that needs addressing sooner.

The flat was as described. Exactly like th photos. Very clean and everything we needed for a short stay. After climbing the stairs to the top for the 4th time, it was getting easier and I finally managed it upright and not on my knees. Knew the stairs were there when we booked, but wanted the challenge! Having our dog with us who needed comfort breaks got me the exercise I needed! Comfy bed and sofa, very spacious and light, all the facilities we needed AND the joy of having a bath to soak away the aches of walking the city was a luxury many rentals don't have. Bonus! Definitely recommend this apartment. Be advised that the seagulls practice line dancing and karaoke on the roof late in the night until the early hours, but there are earplugs provided (we found when we were packing to leave 🙈🙉) in the bedside drawers. Bit of an issue with noise on the Sunday night/early morning but this is city life and outside if the control of the hosts. Best area we stayed in so far! Thank you.

The apartment was very clean & good for 2
My only issue was that we rely on the description of the apartment to make ‘informed choice’
It was also clear that there were a number of steps up to the apartment as it was on the top floor with no lift
There was a similar apartment in the same building but 2 floors down and for a similar price
So based on the top floors description of great views we choose the top floor
VEARY disappointed ,
NO views ( the top of the Cathedral tower could be seen and lots of sky)
To see out of windows you’d need to be over 6 foot tall as they were skylights
Only an extra 2 flights of stairs to climb for no real view .

Good location, easy access to city centre. Tesco very close by. Adequate room- cosy but worked for us.

Pity only 2 dining chairs, not suitable for 4 people for a longer stay, or if planning on spending a lot of time in the apartment.
Communication from the host was great- however a summary of the 10 messages I received would have sufficed.

Me and my daughter stayed for five nights in this lovely little place and we liked it a lot. It was quiet, had a great kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven etc. Location is good, it's close to grocery stores and restaurants and it's about a 15 minutes walk into the city centre. Also great communication with the host, Charlie. Always quick responds.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit in, and the last day just before we were leaving my daughter had an accident when the end of the sofa suddenly came off and made her fall out and hit her head. She was sitting down writing a postcard (she is 13 years old) and it was only the second time any of us used the sofa at all. We could see that there had been problems before, there was a lot of screw holes in different places. Although this was a bit of a bad ending for us, the response from the host was kind and caring and we both still loved our stay here. The sofa bed needs to be replaced though! If it wasn’t for that thing hurting my daughter we would have given this place at least a 9 out of 10.

    To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
