Welcome to our cosy first floor 1-bed apartment in The Georgian Quarter of Liverpool!

A charming stay situated in the heart of the Georgian Quarter. This apartment is a perfect base for Couples looking to explore or visit Family and Friends as well as Corporate Guests visiting the city for business.

Enjoy 1 beautiful bedroom, a fully equipped open modern Kitchen and comfortable living area to rest and recoup.
The space
Apartment Sleeps 3:

- Fitted with a large Smart TV
- The Sofa Bed can sleep 1 Guest or 2 Children. (up to 4 Guests in total)
- Also comes with a Desk which can be used for work or as a Dressing Table.

Bedroom - Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests.

Kitchen - Fitted with Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more.

Bathroom - The Bathroom has a Shower over the Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.

This Apartment is within a Georgian Townhouse located on a Residential Street, with easy access to the City Centre. This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from street should be reduced.

**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.

Our apartments also come with a self check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.

Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Other things to note
• The Apartment is located within a quiet residential area, as such it is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations. We have a strict policy against loud music or noise during quiet hours which run nightly: 22:00-08:00.

• We are unable to host groups of Guests under 25 at this Property.

• Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.

• The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per Guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

• Any Keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £20 per key.


• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

A great little apartment in a fab location. Walkable to the centre and set in lovely Georgian area. Lovely pubs and places to eat. c 20 min walk to Docks. wld stay again.

Lovely little apartment - was absolutely perfect for me, my partner and our dog.
Location was great, right in the lovely Georgian Quarter and the free parking was a real plus. Easily parked on the road outside the apartment with the permit provided.
The apartment was spotless, with a comfy sofa and bed. Perfect for any couple staying in Liverpool and great value for money. It was within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go in the city.

Good location, easy access to city centre. Tesco very close by. Adequate room- cosy but worked for us.

Pity only 2 dining chairs, not suitable for 4 people for a longer stay, or if planning on spending a lot of time in the apartment.
Communication from the host was great- however a summary of the 10 messages I received would have sufficed.

Me and my daughter stayed for five nights in this lovely little place and we liked it a lot. It was quiet, had a great kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven etc. Location is good, it's close to grocery stores and restaurants and it's about a 15 minutes walk into the city centre. Also great communication with the host, Charlie. Always quick responds.

The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit in, and the last day just before we were leaving my daughter had an accident when the end of the sofa suddenly came off and made her fall out and hit her head. She was sitting down writing a postcard (she is 13 years old) and it was only the second time any of us used the sofa at all. We could see that there had been problems before, there was a lot of screw holes in different places. Although this was a bit of a bad ending for us, the response from the host was kind and caring and we both still loved our stay here. The sofa bed needs to be replaced though! If it wasn’t for that thing hurting my daughter we would have given this place at least a 9 out of 10.

    To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
