This apartment is perfect for Couples, small families to explore the city or visit Family and Friends, and business guests here for work purposes. This spacious apartment features a double sofa bed in the living area, a well-equipped Kitchen and a comfortable Living Area to relax and recoup.
The space
Apartment Sleeps 4:Living room:
• Fitted with a large Smart TV that has aerial viewing
• The Sofa Bed can sleep 2 Guests. (up to 4 Guests in total)
Bedroom:
• Fitted with a King size bed for 2 Guests.
• Comes with a Desk which can be utilised for work or as a Dressing Table.
Kitchen:
• Equipped with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and much more!
Bathroom:
• Fitted with Shower over bath, Standard Bath, Toilet and Basin.
Located on the ground floor, you will be stunned by the Georgian-style high ceiling in the apartment and the amount of light that is drawn into the space with the extra large windows.
This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from the street should be reduced.
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service.
Other things to note
• The Apartment is located within a quiet residential area, as such, it is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations. We have a strict policy against loud music or noise during quiet hours which run nightly: 22:00-08:00.• We are unable to host groups of Guests under 25 at this Property.
• Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
• The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
• We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per Guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
• Any Keys which are lost during the stay will be charged £20 per key.
• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Good location, easy access to city centre. Tesco very close by. Adequate room- cosy but worked for us.
Pity only 2 dining chairs, not suitable for 4 people for a longer stay, or if planning on spending a lot of time in the apartment.
Communication from the host was great- however a summary of the 10 messages I received would have sufficed.

Me and my daughter stayed for five nights in this lovely little place and we liked it a lot. It was quiet, had a great kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven etc. Location is good, it's close to grocery stores and restaurants and it's about a 15 minutes walk into the city centre. Also great communication with the host, Charlie. Always quick responds.
The sofa bed was not very comfortable to sit in, and the last day just before we were leaving my daughter had an accident when the end of the sofa suddenly came off and made her fall out and hit her head. She was sitting down writing a postcard (she is 13 years old) and it was only the second time any of us used the sofa at all. We could see that there had been problems before, there was a lot of screw holes in different places. Although this was a bit of a bad ending for us, the response from the host was kind and caring and we both still loved our stay here. The sofa bed needs to be replaced though! If it wasn’t for that thing hurting my daughter we would have given this place at least a 9 out of 10.

To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: •Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.

The home in the Georgian Quarter Liverpool was lovely and spacious and well equiped! Beautifully decorated and homely. Loved the artwork!
It was in walking distance to restaurants, the harbour and all attractions.
We loved our stay and highly recommend the apartment!

Well located property - a nice walk into Liverpool City Centre and with great local amenities (eateries, pubs, some shops). Comfortable bed, lovely hot shower! Good selection of cookware and crockery etc.

It was in a fab location, a little out of the way but not too long a walk. There were lots of amenities and the fan was a great addition due to the heat. Plenty of essentials provided and they provide enough stock for how long you’re staying. Beds were comfortable and easy to arrange the sofa bed. Really appreciated how quickly Charlie got back to us anytime we had a question the customer service was on point. I would stay here again it was enjoyable and you didn’t need to worry about nightlife being too loud as its a quiet area.
It could really do with AC just due to it being a suntrap and the fan could only do so much but really not everyone minds the heat. I also think the checkout time was a little early compared to most places and it’d be good if you had a late checkout option that you could pay for.

Second time to stay at this beautiful property. Clean, comfortable, great location. I visit my daughter a few times each year and this beautiful property is located next to her University accommodation. Looking forward to being back in September. Walking distance to city center, 5 min walk to both Cathedrals. Lovely Georgian neighborhood with lovely cafes and bars nestled along its cobblestone streets.

A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro ma in un quartiere molto carino e molto silenzioso, la struttura è spaziosa e ben illuminata, anche piuttosto calda in quanto esposta al sole, il che per l'Inghilterra è un vantaggio niente male. Il check in e il check out sono in autonomia e le indicazioni sono state chiarissime.
L'unico difetto è la dimensione del bagno, un filo contenuta, ma nulla che possa pregiudicare il giudizio finale.

Location, parking outside the property, amenities, clean, a travel cot was provided upon request. Little touches like flowers and milk sachets in the fridge. The company that manages the apartment were very responsive to any questions we had prior to our arrival and contactable on the phone on Sunday evening.
We were sent a link to an app with all the property information, which was handy as didn't have to search for it.
Combination for the key lockbox provided was wrong, but a phone call to the agency sorted it out. The bed was at best a small double, and the sofa bed was uncomfortable as a sofa.

Unfortunately it was an extremely cold weekend in Liverpool and the heating was not able to cope with this. Also rather draughty through the skylights because of the strong winds.

Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos en la cocina: horno, microondas, encimera, etc. El sofá cama fue fácil de abrir y los niños estuvieron cómodos. La cama de matrimonio también era cómoda, aunque a mi marido no le pareció tanto como a mí. Las estancias muy amplias y decoradas con buen gusto, sobre todo con cuadros de los Beatles. Está cerca del centro, a unos 10 minutos caminando. Para comprar, en la calle de al lado se encuentra Tesco y otro súper que se llama Co-op (ambos cerraban a las 23h) además de varios sitios para comer.
Las sartenes y bandeja de horno estaban sucias. También mejor llevar gel y champú o comprarlos allí ya que dejan dos botellitas pequeñas.

Location ideal - close to Liverpool Women’s Hospital. Good parking and quiet. Property manager was friendly and helpful; allowed me to swap apartments on arrival.

The location was good.it is approximately a 15-minute walk to Bold Street and the shopping district. The area has good local restaurants and pubs. The parking is on the street, and we always managed to get parked each day outside the property.
The apartment was easy to heat and was not cold.
All instructions on how to use the facilities ( hot water, heating TV etc) were in the information file.
Before arriving, we received useful details of the property and things to do in Liverpool.
The kitchen utensils, glasses and oven trays were dirty and needed to be cleaned before use.
There was no dishwasher

Great location - flat was spotlessly clean and facilities inside were very good. The communications from Host and Stay throughout were exceptional and we would highly recommend this organisation.
We thought some heating in the bathroom would be good. Our visit was in wintertime and whilst the flat was nice and warm the bathroom was very cold. Not a huge problem,but you did ask !

Can’t be helped but staying on the top floor. I can have issues with my knees and stairs can sometimes give me trouble. But all was fine for the short stay :)

The layout itself is nice. I like the decor of the Beatles
Unfortunately our experience staying at this property was very unpleasant. The noise is very extreme. The floorboards are thin. Lots of loud banging all night long and can hear every conversation. This is a very obvious issue when you walk into the building and I feel as if there should be some kind of warning that comes when booking the property, and not tricked into thinking you will have a pleasant stay. It had such a big impact on our trip away.

Appartement bien situé, proche du centre ville. Joliment décoré et bien équipé. Le quartier et l'immeuble sont calmes, nous avons passé deux agréables nuits.
La salle de bain est un peu petite, difficile de se changer dans un espace aussi petit mais pour deux nuits et pour trois personnes, cela n'a pas posé trop de soucis.

A little bit further out of the city centre but not too far. No tv channels and the settings on the cooker have worn off it was a lottery trying to cook on it to tell if the rings were at full power!

The property itself, I cannot fault. It is big and you have everything you could possibly need in it.
Unfortunately this property is right next door to student accommodation. We stayed for 2 nights. On the Friday night the party started at 10:30pm and finished up at 2:30am. On Saturday the Partying started at 11pm through to 5am. We also had parties going on above us in the building. We have 2 young kids. When we reached out to customer service they were extremely unhelpful. With a basic "oh well there is nothing I can do" attitude. As I have said the property is amazing and clean but it is really let down by what is around it and lack of help from the host.

In the kitchen a few cupboard doors need replacing and an area of flooring had been damaged which requires attention. Let the flat down a bit.

El apartamento es en un piso alto y no dispone de elevador.

host didn’t notify extra 150 deposit incl 10 admin charges in advance, and did not send me the key code. no one give your instructions, and no timely reply from the chat and you have to call them to check what going on, which take me one hour to solve the issue to get in the room. you have to stand out side with cold air. bad experience

The flat is well-located and quiet. Nicely furnished and spacious layout. They ensured we had a travel cot and high chair set up for my daughter.
I do recommend the host adds a mattress topper or other option for the guests sleeping in the living room, as the current sofa bed is extremely hard. It's a challenge to sleep on due to the ridges and bumps created by unfolding it. If a flat is advertised to sleep 4 people, I think it's reasonable for a host to ensure that the arrangements for all 4 are suitable for sleep.
We also requested a late checkout due to our train times/my daughter needing to nap, but we were only offered an additional 30 minutes at 10.30am. Hardly late :(

The location is excellent! Very easy to get in and out of the city, and a quiet little place to get away from the nightlife. The apartment itself has everything you need - fridge, freezer, all the bits for cooking, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, shower and bath - you honestly don't need to worry about bringing much of that stuff with you at all!
The beds were fine, and the sofa bed very easy to put together and take apart. There was very little we could fault them on overall, and we really enjoyed our stay here. Our host was also fantastic for support, super responsive and always on hand to answer our questions. It was a great experience overall and we're glad we chose to stay here for our time in Liverpool.
The light in the bathroom wasn't working, which meant in the night time it was really dark and we had to use the flashlight off our phones to see where we were going. There also seemed to be a small leak coming from the bath, which meant whenever we showered, a small puddle of water would gather on the floor which would have to be dried up. But other that hose minor things, we loved it here!

Unfortunately there were nesting seagulls in the back street and in a nearby abandoned building which seem to make a terrible noise a most of the time.. Not much you can do about it...

What a great few days we had staying in the Georgian Quarter. The apartment was perfect; spacious, spotlessly clean, full of amenities, homely, huge high ceilings and windows that let light and air in. Perfectly located for a short 10 min walk into Bold Street and the start of Liverpool night life. Very quiet area, didn't hear any noise at night.
Gorgeous older building with plenty of character and charm. Apartment has been decorated to a very high standard, with plenty of plug sockets in all rooms. The kitchen is stocked with cleaning products and crockery and cutlery. It really feels like a home away from home. The TV allows you to connect to your personal Netflix or Amazon accounts.
The parking permit is a real bonus, and parking is ideally located right outside the apartment.
All in all, a perfect stay and we can't wait to book again for our next stay in our favourite city. This will now be our go-to apartment for a great stay guaranteed every time.

Generally tidy and comfortable if a little cold, heating could be better. The kitchen was well equipped. Access to city centre, cathedral and local restaurants were all within walking distance.
Security a concern - I had an intruder who somehow got into the building during my stay and was potentially very threatening. Probably not recommended for single women or seniors travelling by themselves.

Lack of space - no way appropriate for more than 2 people, although we made it clear that we were renting for 3 adults. Pulled out sofa bed covered all the small living area. One small wardrobe with 5 hangers. Nowhere to store luggage, footwear and coats. Insufficient seating for three. Tiny dining table, which could just seat 2. Claustrophobic. Filled out a complaint form, but heard nothing.
Disappointing, as we stayed in a different apartment (same building) last year, which was great.

Location and parking
There was mold in the bedroom. The big window in the living room/dining room of the F flat was condensing so much water that wet the floor. Also, take pictures of the facilities at arrival and before leaving, including of the lockbox with the keys. We had to shower with cold water, they did not replied to my messages but after we left the property. The personnel are a bit messy, they contacted me later suggesting I had lost the keys, which was very concerning because you either have to leave a deposit or a waiver. Not sure if this a repeated issue. But thankfully I took pictures and videos of everything.

Great location, close to city centre.
The kitchen smelled of mould. If anyone is staying above you, you will be woken up by them walking around. I ended up having to call them to get the check in information. It was apparently sent thru booking.com, but upon checking the website only gave the first 7 words of the information and would not show the rest. The biggest issue for me is the 250 quid deposit that isn't made very clear at first glance on booking.com. Upon booking I have several text messages asking about the nature of my stay and then at least 3 saying that I would not be given check in information without paying the deposit. I still have not received my deposit back from this company 5 days later.

The Liverpool City Council closed the road to parking and fined any cars that were still parked there by 9am. I was lucky to have moved mine before then. Owner should have been more clued up and passed the message has been passed on.

Comfy apartment with a separate bedroom, nicely decorated with good facilities. It's situated in a quiet area which is about 10/15 minutes walk from most of the main sights.
The apartment was freezing when we arrived and we had to work out how to use the heaters. The kitchen is very drafty, and was very cold during our entire stay.

Damp, peeling paintwork in the lounge, chipped crockery, apartment is a little tired, could do with repainting some of the damage to the paintwork, especially the rear of the bedroom door.
Can’t believe there’s a £10 admin charge for the pleasure of being relieved of a £250 deposit to cover any damage! I’ve never been hit with an admin charge for that before. Also, the deposit was taken 2 weeks before our stay, and not returned until two weeks afterwards, which is an absolute joke. Other places I’ve stayed in, deposit is taken upon arrival and returned within a couple of days of leaving. Absolutely disgusting way of doing business. We’ll not be using them again.

Very close to the city Center once you no your way around Liverpool was easy to walk to and from the apartments it’s self was spotless cleaned to a very high standard we went over it no December and the property was easy to heat and keep the heat in as it was cold out side I would recommend it to all family and friends and would stay in the same apartment again
The check out was a bit early for us as or flight was late and had no where to store the bags until flight as if we where staying in hotel bag would be safe but wasn’t a mageer problem

The location was great, quiet neighbourhood but with plenty of good places to eat within 5 minute walking distance, especially The Blackburne Arms, also The Liverpool Philharmonic is very close by. It was a 15 minute walk into the city centre if you want a bit more nightlife. The apartment was very well equipped with tea and coffee, even some milk and butter. They even left a box of chocolates and card for my husbands birthday.
Just a small thing but a heated towel rail would be useful as there wasn't anywhere to put your towel after a shower but that's it, everything else was perfect.

Everything you could possible need was provided, I kept finding things around the apartment and was surprised how many things were provided - extra bedding, all kitchen appliances and utensils, scissors etc and even ear buds!

The flat looks great when you arrive, and is well decorated and clean. The on street parking pass is very useful.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and the floor above is paper thin, you can hear every single footstep anyone makes, they aren't being noisy, they are just moving around. The agency who runs this block seems to try and vet people coming to make sure they aren't noisy, but the floors are structurally ineffective, and need soundproofing, underlay, and carpets putting down. We could not sleep well during our visit. The bathroom is very small but can just about cope. The kitchen is very cold, but there is a heater in the main room.
The admin process undertaken by the agency is a bit OTT too, we were asked 3 times to explain the purpose of our visit, sent duplicate emails and even a fraudulent link via their messanging service, as they had been hacked, and we are still trying to get our money back. They also asked for £250 security depoist, and actually take the cash, and charge you £10 fee at the same time. It's a shame this isn't managed by the owners, so you could have reassurance that they would actually sort out the noise issues, and not blame the guests upstairs or say they will put earplugs for guests!

Was dirty and dusty, marks all over the walls, sofa bed was very uncomfortable, there was a leak in the roof that they tried to hide with an a4 piece of paper, microwave near went on fire while I was sterilising my 4 month old baby’s bottles when it started sparking lucky I was stood next to it. Beds were very uncomfortable. We were then moved to a different apartment that was a lot smaller for 3 adults and a baby it was very tight

The Georgian Quarter is the best part of Liverpool . This flat is clean modern and compact and bed is comfortable .
You can hear the people talking on the street so night time wasn’t as comfortable as soundproofing is not great . Not sure you can improve on this in this conservation area though

The facilities were all clean and comfortable. They provided some pods for the washing machine and had plates/cups/cutlery in the kitchen. There were good restaurants and pubs in the area to enjoy (I went to Peter Kavanaughs 4 times in 4 days). It was within walking distance of downtown (about a mile to Lime St Station).
The bathroom was extremely small. There was room to stand between the tub,toilet, and sink, and that was about it.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral bzw. Zentrumsnah, mit kleinen Geschäften und Pubs in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Der Flur im Treppenhaus könnte dringend mal gereinigt werden. Die Wohnung an sich hat die besten Tage bereits hinter sich. Ein neuer Anstrich der Wände könnte nicht schaden. Das Schlafsofa ist ziemlich abgewetzt.

Great location for walking into central Liverpool, convenient parking outside, liked the decor, suitable for 3 of us with settee bed in the lounge. Communication was quick when I had a query.
Rather a lot of messages asking about more information about group and ID which I'd already given - was told some automated. £250 Deposit required worried me a bit but they explained it to me and after it initially showed on bank account it then was taken off after we left, so no money taken.

Nice apartment,everything was there what is needed even a washing machine wich is really handy travelling with a small child.Close enough to the city center a 10 minute walk.
A big stain on the sealling of a leak probably from the apartment upstairs.And What we didnt like maybe the area where it is,a bit on a ruff site of the city.

The flat was really comfortable with modern decor. It was clean and very well organised with a well equipped kitchen. The location was great.
The living space could not accommodate 4 at the table but this may not be a priority for all visitors.

Directions and check in info was helpful and accurate. The flat was lovely and well equipped. Bed was a little firm and warm. Shower was adequate - a little more powerful would have been nice…
However, two points to mention:
We got advanced permission from Charlie to charge our electric car from the flat using our TRICKLE charger. (I gave Charlie all the spec for the trickle charging for the car including the power and cost with web links to verify. He checked and confirmed a day later that we could connect.)
We took quite a lot of trouble to connect the car, and 10 mins later, the flats management, Kirsty, knocked to tell us that charging was not allowed as the power would drain the flats. (??!!)
Second, the tea mugs, dining ware and cutlery needed a wash. (I’m not sure how to add a picture here.)
Location was very good. I was looking forward to seeing the Beatles and the ‘Beatles touches’ in the flat was great…

Unfortunately our lovely stay in liverpool was tainted by bad hosts who accused us of stealing a pillow which we were wrongly charged for.
The shower was leaking all over bathroom, a dirty towel was left and not enough towels were provided for four adults.

Property was as shown in the pictures. It was clean, there was a hairdryer and ear plugs which was good. The staff kept in good contact. Instructions to enter were clear.
It was a 20 minute walk from where we wanted to be. With it being an apartment there was a lot more questions etc asked by the owners.

The bedsit was clean and tidy very modern and comfortable to sleep in. The location was good only 20 minutes from the docks area and nice cafe's nearby.
My main complaint about this property is that its advertised as a 1 bedroom double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. In fact this is a bedsit with no separate bedroom. It is not suitable for 3 adults who were expecting their own privacy.

The property accurately reflected what we experienced. It is in a good location with proximity to dining and central area locations. For us, the proximity to transportation was really important. We wanted to have a place during the trip that gave us room and had laundry facilities. For these reasons it was a good stop on our trip.

It is a great location, near to the centre and the Georgian Quarter is a beautiful neighbourhood.
Unlike other guests I didn't think the bed was very comfortable. The owners initially took two lots of deposit out of my account which added up to £500. This was quickly reimbursed after my complaint. Also the barrage of emails prior to my stay was incredibly annoying. Clear communication doesn't amount to re-sending the same emails.

Bed had big yellow stains, floor was was dusty, the flat gave off a weird smell of mold my partner and me did feel sick after an hour of staying there. Property owner did not respond to our inquiry of at least giving us back half of the money that we paid. I do not recommend staying here. We got offered a different flat, but the damage was already done. Who wants to stay in a bed with big yellow stains? Did get offered as well out of date sauces and a dirty bowl to go.

The space was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was outstanding - we would love to know what mattress is on it if you're able to find out and let us know. (It was in a mattress cover so we couldn't tell.)
The towels could be improved. Salt and pepper would be appreciated, as well as some oven mitts. We couldn't get the elements on the stove to work, and the stove manual was missing from the binder.

The apartment was lovely and clean, the beds were very comfy, all instructions for parking, check in & out were very easy to follow. The apartment was located just out of the main city centre but near enough to walk to.
Unfortunately even though we were just outside the main city centre there was still quite a lot of noise throughout the night, this may have been due to the fact we stayed on a Friday and Saturday night and the seagulls didn’t help as they seemed to be up all night too! We did have to have to have the windows open due to the warm weather so may have been less noisy if they were closed.

There was plenty of space, the apartment was nicely decorated and had everything we needed.
Not all the windows had blinds, this made the apartment incredibly hot as the sun was streaming in and it was impossible to stay asleep on the sofa bed as soon as the sun rose.

The location was amazing, in a really pretty and quiet part of town but still close enough to everything we needed. The apartment itself was lovely too, very clean and nicely decorated with all the facilities we needed.
Once I had made the booking, I received lots of messages and forms to fill out about the nature of my stay, who I was travelling with, what age they were etc. I completed the form and replied to the messages (over email) however this didn't seem to get through and I got another response to say that my stay would be cancelled without the possibility of a refund if I didn't reply. I felt very unconfident about our stay as I received no response when I replied, this time over the booking.com messaging service. I tried calling using the numbers provided on the PDF they sent, however one number was for someone who no longer worked there and another was for someone out of the office. When I eventually got through, all was confirmed and my questions about free parking were put to rest (it says free parking on booking.com but £17 a day on the PDF but was in fact free with a permit provided).
I had also asked for local recommendations of places to work remotely which no one replied to.
One other thing that was abit annoying is that the place was booked for 3 people and only 2 towels were provided.
In the end we had a really nice stay and luckily I found a nice cafe to work in.

Responsive hosts and great, clear instructions. Apartment as described and parking was really straightforward. Parked when we arrived and walked everywhere. Realistically only 15mins walk into the centre but if you only wanted food or drinks you could reach options within a few minutes. Handy shops at the end of the street. Really comfy bed and space had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if visiting Liverpool.

Good location apartment was comfortable and very well set up and equipped. Easy to walk to attractions. Nice Georgian era street architecture and quiet.
The only slight issue was the stairs - which hosts did point out. For anyone with heavy luggage or mobility issues the stairs would be a challenge.

this was my first time visiting Liverpool and the apartment was in a great location! only 10 minute walk to the city centre where all the shops were. The apartment was clean and spacious. The pictures depicted exactly what the apartment looked like, lovely space and fits 4 people comfortably. Also the hosts / owners were quick to respond, extremely welcoming and provided us with a lovely pack on what to do whilst in Liverpool. I happily would return and book again. We loved it!

Very typical aparthotel. Basics done very well. Comfortable bed and spacious sofa bed. Cleaned to within an inch of its life, like wow, clean. But it’s a heartless, soulless, corporate landlordship. Absolute bare minimums, so not even any hand soap, nothing. TV has no terrestrial, so no TV license costs denting their profits. Strict self check-in and -out timings with potential fines for non-compliance. Given the suave check-in PDFs we were sent, it seems unlikely the main door entry code and lockbox code changes between bookings, leading to potential security concerns. Prices inflated due to Liverpool hosting Eurovision.

It wasn't clear exactly which apartment we would be staying in from the photos on Booking.Com so disappointed to find that one side of the bed was right up against the bedroom wall. We managed fine for a couple of days but would have found it inconvenient for a longer stay.

Excellent location, with free parking available right outside the door. We had the ground floor apartment, which was extremely spacious, clean, beautiful furnishings and very comfy bed. TV with free netflix was great. The location is perfect, we explored some of Liverpool we've not seen before on our own walk to the centre. Amazing buildings and history in the georgian quarter. We would absolutely stay here again

Directions on how to find the apartment and how to get in were clear and it was spotlessly clean on arrival. Car parking space close to the flat was plentiful. The rooms were very well equipped and comfortable.
The apartment is ideally located for local shops and restaurants and near frequent bus routes into central Liverpool, just a few minutes away. For people (like us) who did not know Liverpool, the Georgian quarter where the apartment is located is worth visiting in its own right.
Both cathedrals and the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic concert hall are within easy walking distance and the docks are very easy to get to by bus.
We could not have chosen a more convenient location, a better apartment or more helpful hosts.
Given our age (late 70s) our only suggestion is for a grab rail to be put in the bath which also has a shower.

The biggest problem I had with this booking was by far the process of booking itself. Once i booked on booking.com and received my confirmation email I expected that to be it and for my booking to be CONFIRMED AND DONE. Instead I received multiple messages on here, emails and even a message on my phone past 11PM ON A WEEKDAY from the management asking to fill a form out in order to complete my booking. I obviously did not do that straight away as I was sleeping and the morning after I received more messages on booking, emails and phone message to fill out this form within 2 HOURS or they could not guarantee my stay!? when I had already booked and paid it?! I found the messages to be really annoying and unnecessary and it really put me off the entire experience I was looking forward to that weekend. But the apartment was nice so that luckily made up for it.
The apartment looked clean but there were A LOT of blonde hair all over the rug which stuck to our stuff and ourselves which is pretty gross. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and luckily it was just two of us so we slept on the bed anyways and that mattress was amazing!
A few things could be added such as a soap dish as the soap kept sliding into the sink, a tooth brush holder and more importantly a bath mat which should be present anyway for safety!
Also I would suggest to have voile curtains to allow the light coming in during the day as when we were getting changed we had to use the blackout blinds which there is no need for during the day.

There was nothing I didn’t like. As a recommendation I would suggest adding some oven gloves, kitchen tongs and cooking oil into the kitchen. The thermostat on the HWC could be turned down to lower the temperature of the hot water as it is piping hot.

Nicely located in a quieter part of the city about a 20 minute walk to the centre - a bit longer coming back as its uphill. I think you are warned but out of choice we booked the top apartment - there are quite a few flights of stairs to get up so bear that in mind if that is a problem for you.
Would have appreciated a little more glassware and a casserole dish and oven gloves. Radiators were a tad difficult to master but we got through it. Perhaps include the manual instruction in the guest folder?

We enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely, clean, well laid out apartment. An easy walk into the centre but there are buses and taxis/ubers for those who don't want to walk. It's on a pretty quiet road with plenty of parking right outside. The permit is a plus. No noise from any neighbours while we were there. The bureaucracy and tedious numbers of emails before we visited ( I can see five ) including four which repeated requests about our group and the purpose of our trip - to which I had replied weeks beforehand- mean I would not repeat this booking, nor recommend it. I resented the intrusion and waste of my time. The platform they use needs to be improved or some human intervention!

Great location, walking distance to the centre for bars, restaurants and shops. Resident permit for on street parking right outside the property which was hassle free. Light and clean apartment, very comfortable and had everything we needed for our three night stay. Check in was easy and the staff were always on hand to reply to any queries we had. We didn’t use the TV but the WiFi was excellent. Radiator in the living area was useful and quick to heat the room. Bathroom was clean and perfect for our needs. Gorgeous fluffy towels provided. We would definitely recommend the apartment and area ( just over a five minute walk to the stunning Anglican Cathedral). There’s a Tesco express a short walk (5 mins max) away too. All in all a very quiet and peaceful stay, no noise from traffic or people outside the property. We will definitely be back to stay !

This was a great place to stay, communication was excellent with really clear instructions for everything and local recommendations. Easy walking distance for everything we wanted to do. Great facilities. We found it a little cold when we first got in but once the heaters got going they were great. It was great having Netflix on the TVs, everything we needed in the kitchen (minus a couple of wooden spoons and some oven gloves which would make it easier to cook). I would definitely stay here again. Bed was super comfy and we had a great nights sleep - one of the most important things! I personally couldn’t really work out the coffee machine, even though the instruction manual was provided.

Good overall stay here. It’s a good location, 20 mins or so walk to get to everywhere we wanted to go in centre! Spacious and everything you need is provided. We stopped over a weekend and I have to say there was lots of outside noise, with neighbours around having parties both nights we stayed. this was a problem for us because we have a young child. Earplugs were provided. It didn’t spoil our stay at all but something to consider if you have young children. Although might not be a problem all the time and is obviously not the hosts fault in any way! Just bad luck maybe for us that weekend.
Hosts were in contact, good communication. Check in and out was very smooth. Beds were comfy and added bonus the sofa turned into a sofa bed. Parking is very handy, right outside. Location is very easy to find!

Loved the peaceful location and we didn't mind the walk into the centre. Plentiful parking with a permit was a bonus. Clean and furnished beautifully. The espresso machine was a little difficult to use so we gave up with that in the end. Everything else was great, all other appliances worked perfectly. Location is great if u want some peace. Easy walk to and from the city if you don't mind a bit of uphill! Large windows meant we felt a bit exposed but did appreciate the frosting to enhance privacy.

Excellent apartment with quality and decor
Disappointed with communication prior to arrival. I had difficulty in completing the online process, and despite providing all the information required, I had emails stating the booking would be cancelled before booking was confirmed. I also asked 2 key questions relating to the free parking and number of stairs, and both questions weren't answered. I didn't receive my arrival information, so I had difficulty entering the apartment. However, when I rang on arrival, the staff member was very helpful and was able to answer all questions. Great that there was a residential parking ticket. If I had been told this before I arrived, it would have saved stress and parking charges when I arrived. The shower wouldn't stay hot on our first day. I did report this but didn't receive any communication about the issue despite getting emails wanting a review

A really great flat near the universities! Beautifully decorated with tons of space and all the amenities. There is a low ceiling between the front hall and the living room/kitchen so if your very tall be wary of that. Otherwise a perfect flat for my needs! Hosts are great too, and very responsive!

There was no heating in the bathroom or kitchen which was annoying as it was -2 outside , the heating in living room / bedroom was sufficient

Excellent location for visiting Liverpool. Walking distance to the city centre. One minor issue we had is that we had an infant travelling with us (cot was provided) but the property was very cold upon arrival and took nearly 24hrs to properly warm up. This wouldnt have bothered us ordinarily but with a child, the heat was important. When we arrived home from one day out all the electricity had gone out. We calld the helpline and it as resolved within 40 minutes as someone arrived to top the meter up, although it did take a while to heat up again. Overall, the heating issue aside, this is an excellent place to visit. Matched the description and great location.

I've stayed in a couple of different apartments at this address with Katy, Joe and Team before so was expecting the same fantastic service and property and I wasn't disappointed. I would highly recommend this apartment. It's in a great location, free parking and completely lives up to the description and photos and to top it off has a really comfy bed. Another great stay in one of my favourite cities... Sometimes I love my job!

Very modern, cozy apartment within easy reach to the city centre either by foot or bus. Everything works in perfect condition.
Sound proofing. I could hear snoring from next door neighbour and heavy foot steps from the above floor.

We found that we couldn’t watch Tv Netflix because there where to many people using Netflix at the same time which was disappointing.
It got cold very quickly once the heaters had been turned off.

- Было слишком много сообщений до заезда.
В потоке этой информации пропустили инфо про заморозку депозита 250 фунтов на счёте.
- Не хватило кондиционера для волос.
- Было немного грязное полотенце, наверное, какие-то неотстирывающиеся пятна, но все равно.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay in Liverpool at this property. Spotless clean, very spacious, and well-equipped with everything you could ever need on a city break. Very comfortable beds so perfect for resting after a hectic day in this amazing city. Great value and a super location too.
Would highly recommend it and will hopefully stay there again on our next trip to Liverpool.

Nothing really. if I was being very nit-picky then the bathroom smelt a little musty but this could be easily remedied with an air freshener.

Dishonest description of parking - NOT designated even though I phoned to check before booking, audible fire alarm, damp smell in stairway, no privacy in bathroom - adjacent buildings could look straight in through the window, intrusive questions, threatening/hostile communication regarding the deposit held, no mention of stairs/the fact we were on the top floor up 5 flights of stairs without an elevator (or if there was mention it was very well hidden).

I used the sofa bed which was really simple to set up & comfy. Parking was free with permit & really easy to find a spot right outside the apartment. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

Katy, Joe & Team we’re very quick to respond with any questions we had over Airbnb chat! The location was perfectly situated between all of the events and places we wanted to visit, as well as clean and stocked up with all amenities we needed. The location does have street parking right out front which was very convenient since we rented a car during our stay - and they include a parking pass it the apartment to use during the visit. The building is older and the walls are a bit thin, so neighbors noise does carry and they do observe quite hours to try and mitigate this after a certain time - so I don’t recommend staying here if your group is prone to making a lot of noise later in the evening or super early in the morning. However, overall 10/10 experience!

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Great location, good facilities and the place was very clean.
Unfortunately the walls are very thin so I could hear both upstairs and next doors full conversations. Woke us up early due to the banging and shouting. Would request a top floor room if I come again.

Beautiful newly refurbished apartment. Super clean. Very comfortable bed and lovely sitting area in open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. Large sofa and chair as well as round dining table and chairs. Large television in lounge and on wall in bedroom. Electric shower so no worries about running out of hot water!
Heating was via electric wall heaters and heated towel rail but very efficient.
Communication with Charlie was timely and all questions answered.
I was always able to park right outside the property. It’s on-street parking but a lovely wide road and a permit was provided.
The walk into the centre of Liverpool took 10 minutes and The Quarter restaurant round the corner was terrific.

This was a really bad experience. The customer service forgot to give me the instruction (only a wrong door code on my confirmation document) and I had to wait outside in the rain and asked help from a passer-by. The sheets were really uncomfortable, not clean, and not cotton; a bit itchy when I sleep

1.- Antes de llegar nos sometieron a un cuestionario inquisitivo sobre nuestro planes de viaje.
2.- Nos obligaron a comprometernos con estrictas normas de uso del apartamento.
3.- El día de la llegada nos insistieron en múltiples correos electrónicos porque tenían problemas con nuestra tarjeta de crédito; la realidad fue que el problema estaba en su plataforma; se hizo necesario recurrir a una persona en Liverpool para resolverlo.
