A lovely nest situated in the heart of the Georgian Quarter, this apartment is an ideal base for Couples looking to explore and Corporate Guests visiting the city for business.
Enjoy one exquisite bedroom, a fully equipped modern Kitchen and a homely Living Area to rest and recoup!

• Equipped with a large Smart TV that has aerial viewing
• The Sofa Bed can sleep 2 Guests. (up to 4 Guests in total)
Bedroom:
• Fitted with a Double Bed for 2 Guests.
• Decorated with a Desk which can be used for work or as a Dressing Table
• Also equipped with a large Smart TV
Open kitchen area:
• Fitted with a Microwave, Kettle, Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, Oven, and so much more!
Bathroom:
• Fitted with a Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.
This stunning apartment is situated in half basement, but you will soon forget that once you step in by its lovely decor and homey feeling! The quality furnishings make this apartment feel truly lavish, hence our hidden gem.
This flat has Double Glazed Windows installed so any noise from the street should be reduced.
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service.
Please note that there are two flights of stairs down to the apartment.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located in the basement.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. No Hen/Stag parties allowed.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The location was great, everything we needed was provided 👍
The pull out bed was filthy, so dusty...which wasn't so nice and there was a terrible smell when we arrived. The place just needed to be aired out.
More pillows would be good too and the bed was very small and not so comfortable.
We had a good stay but if these things were addressed, I'd be rating at 10.

We had a very lovely stay! The location of the property was perfect for us as it was close enough to town to walk yet still quiet and peaceful! The house itself was lovely and clean and the beds were very comfy. The only problem was the lack of parking permit that we were told should be in the property which we then had no help finding after asking where it could be, however we found a parking space around the corner which was £10 for the weekend so still a good bargain! Would definitely stay again!

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
