This is a beautifully appointed apartment in a really lovely area of the city: its three well equipped and comfy bedrooms were just as described. This pretty Georgian area of Liverpool is quiet and yet very conveniently located with easy access to all the cultural and artistic attractions. Our host was just brilliant at keeping in touch which ensured ease of entry and departure. There is an excellent online handbook too with all necessary information. All in all this was a super listing and I would highly recommend it!

Apartment was just perfect for a family get-together, is spacious, comfortable with lovely furnishings. Is in a great location with local bars and restaurants but within walking distance of the city, which is just fabulous with lots to see and do. There is parking nearby using Justpark app which is reasonable cost being so near the city. Charlie was a great host and kept in regular contact.

We had a great stay here! The location is great as we could walk everywhere we needed to. It was quiet except for one women who liked to scream outside every morning! We received quite a few messages from the host in the lead up to our visit (almost too many) but it was reassuring that our trip was definitely booked! There are 2 doors that are accessible through key pads before the door to the apartment. 2 sets of keys were provided. There are stairs to get up to the main front door and then a set of stairs to get to the apartment. The accommodation comes with everything you need and extra bedding were found in the cupboards. The sofa bed was easy to put together. We parked in the Philharmonic car park which was two streets away and cost £48 for 4 days. It’s not possible to pre-book this car park but all managed to park here. Thank you so much for a great stay! We would definitely recommend and will be back.

Period flat in beautiful Georgian Quarter equidistant between the two cathedrals. Was cold at night but an electric heater was provided in the large bedroom and blankets in all rooms. Good facilities and brilliantly located. Functional flat for a city break. There were 3 of us and it worked well. Suitable for 6 but not 8 as not enough dining chairs or lounge space. Public transport excellent. Swimming pool at the university allows public use.

Nice apartment with plenty of space and good sized bedroom. Great location, but unfortunately parking was a bit of a pain, and we weren't aware of that before arriving, otherwise would have pre-booked a space close to apartment.

Stylish, well-maintained apartment in Liverpool's Georgian quarter. We loved the look of the place, with its high ceilings and tasteful furniture. It was very comfortable for us four adults and a toddler and not-yet-crawling baby staying for a weekend in the city, with the hosts providing everything we needed. It was lovely and quiet and I would recommend the apartments for anyone looking for a relaxing break a short walk from the hustle and bustle of the centre.

A great place to stay for groups. Lots of space and looks like photos. About a 20 minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and a short walk to pubs/restaurants/bars. Drains smelt a bit funny but apart from that all good.

Evrrything about the listing was perfect! Had a lovely time and would definitely stay again. They do require a security deposit or £25 damage insurance fee which they state in the listing and also via message once booking has been made. thanks for a lovely stay will definitely book with them again.

The apartment was initially hard to find, the address given is the front street, but that door is just a fire door, the entrance is around the back on a different street. Once we figured that out it was easy. The apartment looks completely different to the photos, instead of white and neutral it was colourful. The apartment was still lovely, just not what we expected. We forgot to close the blinds and as a result had a phone call from the manager stating neighbours had been able to see us through the windows and complained, not sure what they saw but worth noting the neighbours can clearly see in the windows. The beds were comfy, great location. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Great location, clean, well decorated and well equipped. A word of warning - pre-stay, we had problems as the host requested an extra accidental damage deposit and fees (which were not mentioned in the original listing). Airbnb were hopeless in resolving this, and I had to go to the company owner directly to sort it out. So that unnecessary headache some what clouded what was a stay in a superb property.

It was overall a nice apartment, pretty clean and within walkable distance from everything. It was located at a quieter location, but only during the day. Looks like there were a couple of pubs nearby, windows are probably not double glazed hence we can hear quite clearly what people say when talk on the road right outside the building. Not for someone who’s a sensitive sleeper. The apartment looks pretty much like the photos, but in one of the rooms there were old cob webs on the chandelier which was kinda unnerving for me. We also needed to pay for a £250 deposit + non-refundable handling fee before check in which I don’t recall seeing on the listing descriptions.

This place is 100% worth staying at, incredible value, in a great area with a very good pub near by and a couple of places to eat. Would recommend the roast at Pappilon round the corner! Very responsive hosts. One of the most well described places I’ve stayed at on Air b n b. Will be looking to stay again next time we are in Liverpool!

The flat is in a historic building on the edge of the Georgian Quarter. The ceilings are high, giving the rooms a spacious feel. We liked that many of the original features, such as the tall window shutters, have been kept. The bathrooms are clean and modern, as is the kitchen. We liked that there were supplies of coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen as well as some coffee pods for the machine. There are useful things such as an ironing board, iron and hairdryer as well as toiletries, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The team provided a travel cot, on request, and this also came with 2 baby toys which were an unexpected delight for our 4 1/2 month old baby who thought the sensory book was amazing! We had some issues with wi-fi in the flat which meant that we couldn't use the desk in one bedroom to work at but the kitchen table was a good substitute. We also had a minor plumbing issue which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communications with the team were excellent.

The apartment is lovely, comfortable, spacious and has a unique atmosphere. All the appliances worked well, and the hosts were very helpful and responded quickly to every question. We had a great stay. The flat was lovely and just as described, perfect location, very clean and comfortable. We did have an issue getting in - with the key stuck in the lock box - however, within half an hour tops someone arrived to sort this out and provided us a different key. Only thing: the coffee machine is a Nespresso - which are really not great environmentally and mean if you want to make a nice coffee you have to go buy some of the pods (although several pods were kindly left at the flat, but not enough to see anyone through a longer stay). This could be easily sorted by providing a cafetiere as well. Or being specific about the brand of coffee machine in the description so people coild bring their own cafetiere. But - i would 100% recomend a stay here!

Gorgeous property, super clean and great hosts who were really responsive and gave great instructions on finding the place and checking everything was ok etc. Really lovely area of Liverpool and recommendations for places to eat and visit nearby. The only small improvement would be if there were some 'homely' touches. I've stayed at a few other places recently that have left some basics like bread and jams that made you feel really at home. Not a massive thing though, definitely would stay again.

Unfortunately, I didn't check in, the check-in process was cumbersome, there was a problem in the early communication, the host did not emphasize in advance that all guests must be at least 25 years old, and I blame myself for not seeing the requirement to contact the host in advance to confirm, but it was too sad to cancel the check-in and find a listing that day, and the refund waiting time was long, but the host finally agreed to a full refund.Very bad booking experience.

The space was exactly as advertised and beautiful - the accommodation provided everything that we needed for a quick stop in Liverpool and left us wishing we could stay longer. Worth noting is that the beds in this space were the most comfortable we had stayed in throughout our entire trip. The area appeared clean and safe with easy street parking directly across the street - it was also super quiet during our stay. The wifi was a little spotty but if you’re planning on seeing the sites and not spending much time in the space it most likely would not bother anyone. The management team were very communicative - bordering on too communicative. With that in mind if you don’t mind a few extra messages and signing an extra contract to respect the rules of the space then it is well worth the extra steps.

While the welcome was not as its supposed to be (unable to enter the apartment for some hrs & a leakage in one of the bedrooms), after a day or so the hosts resolved the issues really well and made sure we had a good rest of our stay in Liverpool. Its a modern apartment with superb location.

Extremely pleased with my stay here. A gorgeous apartment in one of Liverpool’s nicest and perhaps most pleasing streets. Nothing to fault; perfect apartment and excellent customer service by Charlie and the entire team. I was slightly disturbed for 2 nights by the upstairs neighbours - it seems either we had very noisy neighbours or the flooring above was not very soundproofed, because a lot of thuds and footsteps were heard late into the night. Nevertheless the team did tell me that the guests above had been reminded of the sound rules, and I think strict vetting of the type of customers allowed will solve the problem. Overall, highly recommended. A wonderful stay in Liverpool and I will certainly be hoping to return and be delighted by the wonderful service of the team.

Really nice place to stay while visiting Liverpool. The apartment was clean and nicely laid out, far enough away from the centre that we didn't have to worry about noise from bars or pubs but within walking distance of lots of different restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again next time I'm visiting.

This apartment is right in the middle of Liverpool's Georgian Quarter - just a few doors up from the Quarter, and around the corner from 60 Hope Street. Great walk in shower. Fab original sash window with shutters. We there there at Christmas and most of the neighbours had wonderfully traditional decorations along the fronts of their houses - really picturesque street in the middle of one of the nicest parts of Liverpool's city centre.

My friends and I had a great time in Liverpool! The accommodation was perfect for the four of us. It was clean and comfortable and Joe and his team were spot on with keeping in touch before and throughout our stay. The checking in process was very simple. The apartment is in a great location. It is very stylish and clean with good amenities. Check in was straight forward and the communication with the team was good. The only downside is we had to buy more dishwasher tablets and toilet roll as there was nowhere near enough for 6 people over 3 days. Other than that we cannot complain and would recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment in very nice surroundings! We were 10 people staying there for 3 nights, and had a lovely stay. Easy check-in with key-box. Parking outside or in parking-lot on the next street. Communication with hosts through Airbnb was easy and fast. 1 toilet was broken and it was a bit cold the first evening, but both things were fixed fast! The area is very nice with old, low brick-buildings. They even filmed a series of Sherlock Holmes or something like that while we were there. Horses and carriages all over the street! 100 meters to several restaurants and 300 meters to Coop-shop. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Both kids and adults loved it!

Great location in Liverpool. The double beds may be too small for two tall men to share but just a hint. It is all transparent about the bed size but again, just a little heads up if you plan to stay in a bigger group and all are taller. Overall we had a great time and great communication with the hosts.

The apartment is lovely and the pictures reflect it perfectly. The noise from other apartments was slightly problematic but ear plugs sort that out. Check in was very easy, Katy and Jo are quick to respond to any queries. The location is great for seeing all the sites in Liverpool. Papillion at the bottom of the road was an easy place for dinner. Perfect! The apartment is beautiful! The location is brilliant, so close to the philharmonic and the florist, and within walking distance to the centre too. A first Airbnb stay for 7 of us. The flat was immaculate, in a fantastic location, within walking distance to the old cathedral and about 25 minutes’ walk to the docks. The restaurants just across the street were all fantastic, especially the one serving breakfasts. Wonderful stay, wouldn’t change a thing. Be warned, if you are light sleeper, go for the back bedroom, as the windows are single glazed and there is some street noise (people walking past etc).

I high recommend this apartment. I stayed in this apartment for about a week with a some colleagues from work. Place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The apartment was also very clean and has everything you need. Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Exactly as it appears in pictures! Internal doors in the apartment sound proof which was great, although there was some noise from upstairs in other apartments. Hosts are very responsive and we were able to leave our luggage in city centre for £5 a bag on our day of check-out. The neighbourhood is lovely and a Tesco express located few mins walk, and restaurant the Quarter just down the street (great for breakfast and dinner!) Overall felt very at home and would definitely stay here again!

This is a gorgeous apartment in a lovely area, with three big bedrooms and two bathrooms, well suited to 3 couples. Although it can sleep 10, that would be a squeeze, and would only really work with a mix of adults and children. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery and appliances such as coffee machine, toaster and microwave, and a table that could seat 8. The decor is stylish and modern, with many Georgian features retained. We all loved the beautiful chandeliers and high ceilings!

I would highly recommend staying here, such a lovely location. The Christmas period made the area even more magical. The location is great, you can walk into the centre so took loads of lovely strolls. The house itself is big and spacious, the rooms were beautifully set up and the beds were super confortable. House had everything we needed and smart TVs in every room, which kept the kids quite. There’s a supermarket and a cafe nearby. We enjoyed our stay here, wish we had stayed longer and would definitely stay there again.

Really gorgeous place! We were pleasantly surprised with the apartment. Everything is nice and very comfortable for us. The team was also very communicative and they would provide clear instruction on how to get to their place

Great place. Location is perfect, the area is very quiet and safe. Everything is as shown on photos. Everything new and very clean. Fantastic stay. First choice for future stays.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. 2 minute walk to the royal philharmonic hall and the university. The comfiest beds!! Was extremely clean throughout the property. Easy check-in and extremely helpful providing advice.

We rented the entire 2nd floor which consisted of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and living/kitchen area. One bedroom could also stand alone as its own suite with a small kitchenette in the room as well. Check-in was easy and communication with Katy, Joe & Team was fantastic. The location was perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The home was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfy and all the linens were provided. When we return to Liverpool we will happily stay at this residence again.

A lovely apartment exactly as it appears in the photos and located on a lovely quiet street (the one that was featured in the BBC documentary A House Through Time as well) The rooms have been decorated to a high standard and the hosts were very responsive to any questions throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable! A tip for future guests - The Quarter at the end of the street is great for breakfast.

When we arrived we were met by Anthony who showed us round he wouldn’t have been there normally but they were still working on apartment upstairs all I can say is what a beautiful apartment it honestly is better then the pictures on the internet Everything was thought of you don’t need to bring anything and the beds were the most comfortable beds I had a chandelier in my bedroom it’s incredible as well as a small kitchenette which was great I don’t sleep well so I cud make a drink when I wanted one all in all I can’t stress enough that if you visit Liverpool this is definitely the place to stay I for one will return The area around the apartment is very pleasant and felt very safe it’s about a 15 minute walk from Liverpool one but a taxi only costs around £2.50 so why walk I will definitely return sometime and stay at the apartment enjoyed it immensely

We were 8 people spending a perfect weekend in Liverpool. When we arrived one of the toilets was not working, we communicated it and within an hour it was fixed. It is very well located and communication with the owners is easy and smooth.

Nice, clean flat in a great location. Big rooms. Exactly as in the pictures. All central Liverpool in walking distance. Was perfect for our group. Would recommend.
