There were a lot of stairs with no lift. T here were menstrual stains,old laundry ,a broken spindle which my grandaughter could fit through a dirty kettle ,dangerous stairs which I fell down as they narrow of to non existence
The messages prior and during our stay kept mentioning financial penalties we would incur if faults were found after our stay so our stay was spent having to document and take photos of problems
I passed on these issues and the resolution team ignored half of them and said I hadn't mentioned issues that I reminded the
I resent them copies of my previous correspondence to them in which the fall, bags of dirty laundry and they have ignored me ever since. There is only room to add a few pictures but I have more

The apartment itself was big -staff very helpful with checking in and were very informative.

Bin in bathroom wasn't changed when we arrived. Someone's sanity towels were visible. Smell of weed from a neighbour above (or beside us , not known which direction excatly ) was very strong in the evening/ night time.

Lovely apartment in a lovely area. Communication and instructions before arrival were great - do read the arrival guide they send, it is really good. The Georgian quarter in Liverpool is beautiful, and this apartment is very comfortable and stylish to fit in with the area. Good facilities in the apartment that seem to cover all you need.

A few more coffee pods for the coffee machine would be nice.

We loved the area, close to pubs and restaurants but quiet enough for a good night's sleep.
We were in the middle apartment, very secure. A coffee to get in the gate, another to get in the front door and another door the key safe, I just kept a screen shot for when we were coming back each evening. I drove to the Albert dock but I think there is public transport and for those who didn't mind a walk it was doable.

The apartment was stunning, we couldn't have asked for better, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable. It was in a wonderful location with some beautiful eateries .

The little alley and the steps and handrail to the house were covered in birds excrement and just a regular jet wash would sort that out, otherwise everything was perfect

The rooms were cold at night. Thankfully I’d read that another reviewer had said the same thing, so had packed a hot water bottle just in case.
We were also sent so many messages while we were there about the stay. honestly this, felt intrusive and unnecessary.

I have stayed here twice and will stay again, it is charming and super comfortable. The location is central and convenient, but still quiet. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, and full of character. The fittings and furnishings are high quality. The property is equipped to a high standard with everything a traveller needs. Warm water is plentiful and heating is easy to use. I have really enjoyed both my stays here and would highly recommend. Communication with hosts has always been smooth and easy, great customer service, and clear instructions for picking up keys.

Spędziliśmy rodzinnie wspaniały tydzień w Liverpoolu 🙂

To moja subiektywna ocena. Kanapy w salonie są piękne ale dość twarde i po dłuższym siedzeniu dość niewygodne. Materac w górnej sypiani chyba wymaga już wymiany. Podobnie brodzik w dolnej łazience. Jest pęknięty. Było trochę mało papieru toaletowego jak dla czterech osób na tygodniowy pobyt.
Reasumując. Daję 9/10.
Szczerze polecam ten fantastyczny apartament.

The communication with the hotel is excellent. Charlie is extremely helpful and efficient. The property is located in a fantastic location in Liverpool city centre within walking distance to famous landmarks, great restaurants and bars. The interior is stylish and comfortable. Checkin and checkout are simple and quick.

I stayed with friends in Faulkner Street, The Georgian Quarter, Liverpool for 2 nights in November.

The flat itself was fabulous minus a couple of blips such as toilets not flushing properly, the bath taking forever to drain whilst showering and the front bedrooms being rather chilly but other than that all was great.

I would however have given this visit 5 stars if it hadn't been for Host and Stay emails prior to visiting. The first email advised that £80 would require to be collected at the property due to Liverpool Council requirements, I contacted Host and Stay to discuss this but their team knew nothing about it and advised they would look into it, they then e-mailed me back advising they were still investigating the matter then I never heard anything else about it which I thought was strange to say the least.

Their second email requested check-in to proceed however during check-in their deposit scheme reared its head and offered two choices, first was to pay £350 and receive a refund if no damages occurred minus a £10 admin fee (for what?) alternatively, if damages occurred these would also be deducted.
Second choice was to pay a non refundable deposit of £35 to cover any damages, what a con!! These extra costs should be included in the booking price and broken down accordingly like the cleaning charge, waiting the week before travel is not acceptable and is a way of simply conning more money out of people as you can't visit until you check-in and these costs need to be paid during check-in.
I for one will be hesitant in booking any of Host and Stay's properties in the future, very sly and unprofessional indeed ......

The apartment is in a good location with beautiful surroundings. There are local pubs and cafes close by with the main bars and restaurants a walk away or short taxi ride. The apartment itself was beautiful, modern and very spacious.

My only issue would be the sofa bed, it was not the comfiest, so if you have more guests than beds, the sofa bed is not a great option. Other than that, the apartment was great and I would definitely return.

The apartment was spacious and in a good location..The facilities were excellent. There were lovely restaurants on the doorstep if you didn't fancy the 20 min walk into the city. Would definitely recommend this accomodatìon. We are a family of four, two teenagers.

Cloths could be provided to wipe down work tops, etc. The apartment maybe needed to be "aired" as there was a smell of sweat, particularly downstairs, in the basement . It was quite confusing to find. The Falkner Road part of address was confusing

This was the best-presented place that we stayed in the UK. So many nice details--artwork, bedroom set-up, lounge look and feel.

I imagine this is quite the party place. We saw lots of hen parties out in the city center and we could hear partying going on in some of the other flats. It wasn't a major distraction for our family, but I can imagine things could get pretty crazy.

Stunning interior (bathrooms need a little zhuzh to match the exceptional level of all of the other rooms). Loved the location so close to Hope St.

Would have liked it to be made clearer that we had to enter via the other street. Also parking is not easy so we drove and parked in a 24hr central city car park.

No clear advice about long stay parking. No cafetière. Manual spoke about a parking permit but no information.

We had to phone for the location & entry details as we hadn’t received the details by our check in time only to find out we had to drag our luggage to the next road to enter through the back entrance. The oven & kitchen bins hadn’t been cleaned. But otherwise the rest was great.

No details about how to collect the keys. All information sent the day after arrival. Tried calling but no reply only answer machines and a call back over 12 hours late. Not a very good service for the cost of the accommodation. The house was lovely inside, had everything we needed and in a good location.

Bathrooms are in a serious need of a revamp. They are not to the standard of the rest of the place. Both showers are very poor and one shower head was not working. And we were not informed of this. 7 people in one shower is not easy.

No washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets were left. Which you would expect to be left. We had to buy are own, which was an inconvenience.

Major issue was the temperamental electrical circuits which kept tripping and eventually the whole circuit went off when we were watching the Euro Final. This was an considerable disappointment and was hugely frustrating. Initial attempts to don’t at you were unfruitful as they was no answer to our call. We eventually fixed it ourselves as we turned off the shower switch which enabled the circuit to work.

A suitable refund should be considered for this.

The apartment was truly beautiful in a very beautiful location in the Georgian quarter of Liverpool. Spacious , comfortable and spotlessly clean , we all slept well in very comfy beds. We picked this apartment to celebrate our daughter’s graduation and we were not disappointed. Liverpool is a fantastic fun and thriving city. We will be back soon 😊

We thought the apartment was very nice, the bedrooms were spacious with excellent beds, extensive kitchen, nice sitting room and TV everywhere.

Between the first door and the door at the entrance of the building there was a narrow corridor full of seagull droppings and there was a smoking area that you had to walk through and therefore occasionally "joined the smokers", which we hate and is certainly not an example. for the little children. Furthermore, there was something lacking in hygiene: There was a nasty smell in the kitchen from the start. On the 2nd day of our stay we emptied the refrigerator and there was a lot of brown gunk under the bottom container. So this has not been cleaned by cleaners for several days! Furthermore, the Nespresso machine did not work. A waste bin had also not been emptied. Since we were traveling with very small children, this apartment on the 3rd floor (4 flights of stairs) was not ideal for us.

The property was well set up for a big group of people, with lots of crockery and cutlery, and lovely wine glasses! There was lots of space in the bedrooms and we loved the neighbourhood!

The sofas were quite hard and the shower in the attic was really not good. It had low pressure and was freezing cold.

Evrrything about the listing was perfect! Had a lovely time and would definitely stay again. They do require a security deposit or £25 damage insurance fee which they state in the listing and also via message once booking has been made. thanks for a lovely stay will definitely book with them again.

We had 9 in our party and we never felt on top of each other at any time.

The stairs to the 3rd floor not easy as quite steep.
The stairs into the attic bedrooms and bathroom were far too steep and didn't feel safe going up and down them.
Balustrade was broken on the way up to the attic and could have hurt someone.
Making the entrance way door more visible on bookings as this was very confusing. We encountered the facilities manager who was very rude to us because we came in the front door and not the rear entrance when we first arrived. We adhered to policy once we knew the rules..

The property was absolutely beautiful, really nice interior and it was so clean and comfortable.

I didn’t like the communication I received from the staff, it came across very they reiterated over and over that they do not allow party groups. And if we didnt comply they would keep the money and remove us from the property. If your renting a property that sleeps 6 plus then I’m pretty sure it’s mainly going to be groups.

The restaurants and pubs near the apartment were great.

Quite a few maintenance issues need resolving. Issue with hot water, electrics cutting out and apartment not being ready on arrival time. Property is managed by a company that were mostly unhelpful. Most communication is automated and there is far too much of it.

The apartment was initially hard to find, the address given is the front street, but that door is just a fire door, the entrance is around the back on a different street. Once we figured that out it was easy. The apartment looks completely different to the photos, instead of white and neutral it was colourful. The apartment was still lovely, just not what we expected. We forgot to close the blinds and as a result had a phone call from the manager stating neighbours had been able to see us through the windows and complained, not sure what they saw but worth noting the neighbours can clearly see in the windows. The beds were comfy, great location. My friends and I really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

Good property for 8 people, very good location for seeing Liverpool and specifically the Georgian area is a real find, good value at peak time, easy instruction from hosts on gaining entry , and hosts always in touch and contactable.

Whilst property had good sized bedroom , the living area was a bit small for 8 people. Just a question of taste -our bed was a bit soft compared to what we are used to.Main shower -whilst good - the main overhead outlet didn't work, but hand-held did - just needs a bit of maintenance .

Property was just what we were looking for. Plenty of room and had everything we needed.
Close to town about 15 min walk. Lovely restaurants near the property..felt like we were in a little village outside of the town.

While this was booked through booking.com the communication was with host&stay. There was a lot of messages from them which there was no need for. Also, I almost got scammed for the full amount of the property following a msg from booking.com asking for credit card details.

A word of warning - pre-stay, we had problems as the host requested an extra accidental damage deposit and fees (which were not mentioned in the original listing). Airbnb were hopeless in resolving this, and I had to go to the company owner directly to sort it out. So that unnecessary headache some what clouded what was a stay in a superb property.

It was overall a nice apartment, pretty clean and within walkable distance from everything. It was located at a quieter location, but only during the day. Looks like there were a couple of pubs nearby, windows are probably not double glazed hence we can hear quite clearly what people say when talk on the road right outside the building. Not for someone who’s a sensitive sleeper. The apartment looks pretty much like the photos, but in one of the rooms there were old cob webs on the chandelier which was kinda unnerving for me. We also needed to pay for a £250 deposit + non-refundable handling fee before check in which I don’t recall seeing on the listing descriptions.

Wonderfully large apartment with high ceilings and huge windows on a lovely street. Great view of the cathedral from the sitting room. We had watched the BBC series A House Through Time series about 68 Falkner Street with David Olusoga so we were very happy with the location and to be able to stay in the Georgian Quarter. Easy 15 mins to walk down into the city centre. We also recommend the Moose Coffee restaurant. Very clean and prompt communication with the hosts. Highly recommended place to stay away from the hubbub of the streets in the centre.

Nothing we didn't like BUT just a couple of heads up to let future guests know that the three bedroom apartment is comprised of two apartments on the same floor. One facing the front street and one the back courtyard view. Each is a one bedroom apartment with an open plan kitchen/lounge. The larger of the front rooms that look out onto Falkner Street would have been that apartment's lounge /kitchen and is now a bedroom. It's a great idea to combine the two apartments into a large one but to achieve that you have one bedroom with kitchen cupboards, a sink and a microwave. Just in case you wonder why one bedroom has the feel of an upmarket bedsit! This is the larger of the front street facing rooms and did get chilly as there is no double glazing. The radiator can be supplemented by using the electric heater in the wardrobe.

There were guests in the above duplex apartment and they weren't noisy but you could still hear their voices filtering down through the walls occasionally. I don't think it was the next door house as the walls must be very solid. I guess that's old houses for you.

The recommended parking at the Philharmonic Hall was full when we arrived as there was a Sunday afternoon concert. We were able to get a space by parking on the street for an hour and then moving over to the car park after it had emptied out a bit. Be prepared to download the Horizon parking app for the car park and the Phone to Pay app for the street parking. We didn't need our car after that so we just factored in the cost of £16 for 24 hours to the holiday.

The entrance is accessed from the back of the house. A bit confusing as the apartment is advertised as being on Falkner Street but then you get the details and the address is Blackburne Place, the road behind Falkner Street. I can confirm that you are staying on Falkner Street but you don't go through the front door.

Damp in lower floor bathroom, which is clearly an ongoing problem being ignored. The smell was so bad that it spread to the 2 bedrooms next door, which became uninhabitable and the bathroom unusable. The property should not be let in this condition as it's a health hazard. Steps, loads of stairs up to the apartment, and a very steep staircase within the duplex apartment 3, you underestimate the amount until you arrive, dont recommend for anyone who struggls with staira..

This place is 100% worth staying at, incredible value, in a great area with a very good pub near by and a couple of places to eat. Would recommend the roast at Pappilon round the corner! Very responsive hosts. One of the most well described places I’ve stayed at on Air b n b.

The flat is in a historic building on the edge of the Georgian Quarter. The ceilings are high, giving the rooms a spacious feel. We liked that many of the original features, such as the tall window shutters, have been kept. The bathrooms are clean and modern, as is the kitchen. We liked that there were supplies of coffee, tea and sugar in the kitchen as well as some coffee pods for the machine. There are useful things such as an ironing board, iron and hairdryer as well as toiletries, washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. The team provided a travel cot, on request, and this also came with 2 baby toys which were an unexpected delight for our 4 1/2 month old baby who thought the sensory book was amazing! We had some issues with wi-fi in the flat which meant that we couldn't use the desk in one bedroom to work at but the kitchen table was a good substitute. We also had a minor plumbing issue which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Communications with the team were excellent.

Location was fantastic, close to city by a short bus ride or 20 minute walk. Bus stop literally at end of road. Area was lovely and quite, few nice bars in the area and great breakfasts/lunch at Moose Coffee. Best coffee I've ever had here also. Apartment was clean and had all we needed. Lots of space and beds were comfy too.

Carpet needs replacing on stairs as well worn and there were a few stains on bench at end of bed. Internet could be hit and miss at times.

The place (Apartment 3) was able to accommodate my extended family of 12 comfortably. The beds were comfortable and of good sizes. Good to have all the added amenities as we were able to cook breakfast before we head out for the day.

I informed the landlord of a certain smell in the kitchen which they quickly responded to saying they will investigate.

We had a great stay. The flat was lovely and just as described, perfect location, very clean and comfortable.
We did have an issue getting in - with the key stuck in the lock box - however, within half an hour tops someone arrived to sort this out and provided us a different key.
Only thing: the coffee machine is a Nespresso - which are really not great environmentally and mean if you want to make a nice coffee you have to go buy some of the pods (although several pods were kindly left at the flat, but not enough to see anyone through a longer stay).
This could be easily sorted by providing a cafetiere as well. Or being specific about the brand of coffee machine in the description so people coild bring their own cafetiere.
But - i would 100% recomend a stay here!

rooms were comfortably big so you never felt cramped making it perfect for groups! the location is excellent with Liverpool Cathedral right around the corner and plenty of places to enjoy food and drinks just up the road.

the noise from the hallway and people using the stairs can be quite loud especially with people coming in late at night. due to the building this can’t be helped and is only a minor inconvenience at most.

Gorgeous property, super clean and great hosts who were really responsive and gave great instructions on finding the place and checking everything was ok etc. Really lovely area of Liverpool and recommendations for places to eat and visit nearby.
The only small improvement would be if there were some 'homely' touches. I've stayed at a few other places recently that have left some basics like bread and jams that made you feel really at home. Not a massive thing though, definitely would stay again.

A lovely property in a period house. Contact with the owners was clear and they replied promptly. Property is in a great position for sightseeing and getting a feel for the Georgian Quarter. Lots of places to eat and drink in close proximity. The bedrooms were comfortable and the kithchen well appointed. We did not really eat in much bit you could have very easilly.

Parking was a pain. The recommended car park was full when we arrvied and full when we inquired the next day. The method of getting the parking repaid was long winded as far as i was concerend and I just gave up in the end. You had to upload a phot but as the receipt was a three page e mail and i did not fancy prinitng it and photoing the print out!
If driving also check for filming, as the road was closing due to filming on the day we left and we had to leave early. The guys on the film crew were helpful but you needed to keep an eye for the signs.
The property had a smell of blocked drains. This did get a bit better as we used the sinks but lingered in the basement hall and bathroom. A couple of times people rang the door for other flats which got a bit irratating!

It was very difficult to book this appartment, the owner wants a e-mail and you have to exsplain who you are and what is the group in age and so on. Then you get a e-mail and you have to pay a deposit to cover if you brake anything. You a not alought to have noise because of the neighbor's. It is very difficult to find the entrance to the place it is on another street.

The space was exactly as advertised and beautiful - the accommodation provided everything that we needed for a quick stop in Liverpool and left us wishing we could stay longer. Worth noting is that the beds in this space were the most comfortable we had stayed in throughout our entire trip. The area appeared clean and safe with easy street parking directly across the street - it was also super quiet during our stay. The wifi was a little spotty but if you’re planning on seeing the sites and not spending much time in the space it most likely would not bother anyone.
The management team were very communicative - bordering on too communicative. With that in mind if you don’t mind a few extra messages and signing an extra contract to respect the rules of the space then it is well worth the extra steps.

Extremely pleased with my stay here. A gorgeous apartment in one of Liverpool’s nicest and perhaps most pleasing streets. Nothing to fault; perfect apartment and excellent customer service by Charlie and the entire team. I was slightly disturbed for 2 nights by the upstairs neighbours - it seems either we had very noisy neighbours or the flooring above was not very soundproofed, because a lot of thuds and footsteps were heard late into the night. Nevertheless the team did tell me that the guests above had been reminded of the sound rules, and I think strict vetting of the type of customers allowed will solve the problem. Overall, highly recommended. A wonderful stay in Liverpool and I will certainly be hoping to return and be delighted by the wonderful service of the team.

Location was excellent. Just close enough to the city centre for shops and nightlife but quiet too with nearby cafes, bars and restaurants ! Apartment was very spacious and clean with all the mod-cons you would need. Ideal for families. Communication with the management was quick and any questions/issues dealt with promptly. Would definitely consider this accommodation again if staying in Liverpool.

Really nice place to stay while visiting Liverpool. The apartment was clean and nicely laid out, far enough away from the centre that we didn't have to worry about noise from bars or pubs but within walking distance of lots of different restaurants and cafes. Would stay here again next time I'm visiting.

Beautiful apartment with excellent facilities. A family group of 12 stayed for a family wedding - everything we needed and beautifully clean.

The stairs and the parking! We were unprepared for the 6 flights of stairs with no lift. We had a lot of luggage and had to make multiple trips up the stairs. Then, at 7.00 pm we went to find parking in the Philharmonic car park and there was no space. It meant we missed our 8.00 dinner reservation as we were still looking for parking at 8.00 pm.

We stayed here for our son's graduation at the Philharmonic Hall. The location was perfect as it was so close to the graduation venue and to the University of Liverpool. Tesco Express was nearby as were some modern bars/restaurants. We were a group of 6 and we stayed in the 5 bedroom flat on the top floor of the house. Access to the property was easy and the apartment had every modern comfort that we needed. It was immaculately clean. We drove to Liverpool and parking was fairly straightforward. We used the pay for parking on the street when we arrived for a couple of hours until we moved the car and parked near the Philharmonic Hall where there was disabled parking (my parents have a blue badge) but there was ample parking if needed in the pay for Horizon car park opposite.We only wish that we had found this accommodation four years ago when our son started his studies in Liverpool and not at the end! If we are in Liverpool again, we would not hesitate to return to this quiet, leafy residential quarter. The communication with Charlie has been outstanding. I can't believe how quickly Charlie responded to any query we had and how helpful Charlie has been.

The apartment was on the top floor and there were two flights of stairs - this was not a problem for us and we just took extra care with my father on the stairs!

Location was good, near to the Philharmonic Theatre which is what we wanted.

This was a disaster. We were due to check in on a Monday. On the Friday before I received an email saying all was in order and we are looking forward to seeing you etc. Then the day before we arrive, ie on Sunday at 3pm I receive an email saying "we have been informed by the council that our parking permits are no longer valid". Really!! on a Sunday and you have just been informed, because on Friday everything was ok, yeah right! We now have to park in a nearby carpark, pay for the parking for 4 days, then send them the receipts & they will refund the money. £56, it took 18 days and many emails to get the money into my account & then the miserable buggers charged me both sets of bank fees. If you want a place with a carpark then I strongly suggest you look somewhere elsewhere.

Beautiful apartment, exactly as the photos and description show. Amazing location too, we went to the local pub and cafe just at the end of the road (both amazing). Also a good walking distance to all the main attractions! everything was very clean and communication with the hosts was amazing after we booked very last minute! Thank you again

Location very convenient with many restaurants nearby. Also short drive to The Albert Dock where we caught the Mersey cruise. Also we went on hop on & off bus with city tour

The lock getting into the apartment was very difficult to open. You either locked it first time or it could take 5 minutes.
Just a suggestion as the smaller bathroom is very dark perhaps a mirror with lights could be a good idea. Also one that doesn’t steam up.

It’s a gorgeous property in a quiet and beautiful street. Perfect for a family :) The amenities were what we needed for a comfortable stay.

Some of the fixtures were a bit wobbly, the window in our room couldn’t close and the entry code was changed in the middle of our stay, good thing we were able to reach the support before they closed for the day.

We had a wonderful time - the property was super convenient for the city centre and had a lovely buzz in the nearby streets. The property was clean, very well equipped and was very comfortable for my family.

There is no longer a parking pass for outside the property (maybe this will change), although the alternative parking space adjacent to the Royal Philharmonic Hall is only a 2 minute walk. Unloading and loading was possible on the day of arrival/departure, but it would be more convenient to have a parking space directly outside. We will be reimbursed for the additional costs of parking and this was a reasonable solution for us.

Fantastic location! I usually stay in one of the hotels near the docks, but the photos caught my eye. Being a typical Londoner I was biased by what I had read and watched on the media. But I loved the area where the house was, and the house itself that I even talked about buying something in the area. Beautiful houses and loads of lovely restaurants within walking distance. The apartment it self has 5 bedrooms, a decent size kitchen and living room. all for a price similar to a hotel. Book it.

£250 deposit and proof of identity paper work needed. but then again, if it was my apartment I would ask the same.

Great location on a fabulous street (where Peaky Blinders was filmed) with plenty of places to eat nearby and an easy walk into Liverpool city centre so no need for taxis. Lovely clean and spacious apartment, with three beautifully furnished bedrooms and two bathrooms, complete with quality towels/bed linen and a well stocked kitchen. The free wifi was a bonus as well.

The sofa/lounge area was quite small compared to the rest of the apartment but wasn't a big deal as we didn't spend that much time sitting in it. The dining table was shabby, with holes in it, which was really out of place compared to the rest of the furnishings which were immaculate and there were also dirty dishes stacked in the dishwasher from the previous occupants that we had to wash. There was a lot of noise from building work being carried out at the property next door but one to our apartment, with the builders firing up their generator and starting work around 8.30am, although this obviously wasn't the fault of the host but the fact that the property doesn't have double glazing meant that outside noises were pretty loud, plus there was a lot of noise from the people in the apartment above, who liked to run around on the wooden floors very early in the morning and again at night - not sure what they were doing but they seemed to have a lot of energy!

Apartment was a great size, 10 of us stayed and we had more than enough room for all of us in the bedrooms and living space. It was extremely clean and having 2 bathrooms with showers was great when all of us were getting ready.

We only had one key for the apartment as we were told the previous group had lost the second one which was ideal for such a large group.

This apartment is so modern, lots of natural light coming in, plenty of space, clean, lots of mirrors, I could literally go on and on. The hosts couldn’t be more accommodating any questions you have they answer straight away and are very helpful. Its not far from the centre at all it was £5 in an Uber would highly recommend staying here. I was even given a bottle of Prosecco and a card as it was my 30th just the nicest gesture they really thought of everything

The rooms were enormous (feature of Georgian architecture) and loved the jacuzzi bath.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment in a prime location, from start to finish this stay was superb. The apartment is gorgoeus, in a quiet area but close to everything. Fully equipped with everything you could need, the little touches were very much welcomed as well. We were a family of 5 with plenty of room, all mod cons with a TV in a every room which was a bonus with children. Very rarely you go anywhere where everything is perfect, but this place had it all. Would definitely recommend the quarter at the end of the road, for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The property was excellent and spacious. Very well located for access to all Liverpool has to offer. The area was quiet and impressive with access to pubs restaurants and other amenities. I highly recommend this apartment and will stay again in the future.

Only issue was around parking. However this is a residential area with restrictions. We had one parking permit so able to park right outside property and the secure car park is literally round the corner and easy access to the apartment.

This apartment is right in the middle of Liverpool's Georgian Quarter - just a few doors up from the Quarter, and around the corner from 60 Hope Street. Great walk in shower. Fab original sash window with shutters.
We there there at Christmas and most of the neighbours had wonderfully traditional decorations along the fronts of their houses - really picturesque street in the middle of one of the nicest parts of Liverpool's city centre.

really easy access instructions, fab location, street looked so pretty with all the Xmas wreaths and garlands out! Was excellent value.

The “neighbours” above were quite noisy but that’s luck of the draw I guess, and also as it’s not double glazed (beautiful original windows), anyone who walked past throughout the night sounded like they were right next to me. However there was a couple of roads closed nearby so I think that made the street more of a thoroughfare than normal.
I’d definitely book again, but I’d bring earplugs ! Nothing that can be done about it, it’s outworn anyone’s control, and I may just have been unlucky!

My friends and I had a great time in Liverpool! The accommodation was perfect for the four of us. It was clean and comfortable and Joe and his team were spot on with keeping in touch before and throughout our stay. The checking in process was very simple. The apartment is in a great location. It is very stylish and clean with good amenities. Check in was straight forward and the communication with the team was good.
The only downside is we had to buy more dishwasher tablets and toilet roll as there was nowhere near enough for 6 people over 3 days. Other than that we cannot complain and would recommend staying here.

Very nice apartment in very nice surroundings! We were 10 people staying there for 3 nights, and had a lovely stay.
Easy check-in with key-box. Parking outside or in parking-lot on the next street. Communication with hosts through Airbnb was easy and fast. 1 toilet was broken and it was a bit cold the first evening, but both things were fixed fast!
The area is very nice with old, low brick-buildings. They even filmed a series of Sherlock Holmes or something like that while we were there. Horses and carriages all over the street!
100 meters to several restaurants and 300 meters to Coop-shop.
Thank you for a wonderful stay! Both kids and adults loved it!

Great location in Liverpool. The double beds may be too small for two tall men to share but just a hint. It is all transparent about the bed size but again, just a little heads up if you plan to stay in a bigger group and all are taller. Overall we had a great time and great communication with the hosts.

Be warned, if you are light sleeper, go for the back bedroom, as the windows are single glazed and there is some street noise (people walking past etc).

I high recommend this apartment. I stayed in this apartment for about a week with a some colleagues from work. Place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. The apartment was also very clean and has everything you need. Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Exactly as it appears in pictures! Internal doors in the apartment sound proof which was great, although there was some noise from upstairs in other apartments.
Hosts are very responsive and we were able to leave our luggage in city centre for £5 a bag on our day of check-out.
The neighbourhood is lovely and a Tesco express located few mins walk, and restaurant the Quarter just down the street (great for breakfast and dinner!)
Overall felt very at home and would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful flat, in a really lovely area of Liverpool, right in the Georgian quarter, very close to the cathedrals and the university. The Quarter opposite does fantastic brunches and just a generally brilliant place to hang out.

This is a gorgeous apartment in a lovely area, with three big bedrooms and two bathrooms, well suited to 3 couples. Although it can sleep 10, that would be a squeeze, and would only really work with a mix of adults and children. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery and appliances such as coffee machine, toaster and microwave, and a table that could seat 8. The decor is stylish and modern, with many Georgian features retained. We all loved the beautiful chandeliers and high ceilings!

We had a lovely stay here on Falkner street in the apartment. The apartment is lovely, big high ceilings and nicely decorated, comfy beds and good amenities. In a nice location on the Georgian quarter of the city. Would definitely recommend for families or groups as a place to stay in Liverpool.

After being let down by another air b&b host with not long to book anywhere else? Katy joe an team where very on the ball !! When we arrived thought there must’ve been a mixup? This place is a palace!! Photos don’t do it any justice! Definitely booking here again!! Thanks for having us on our grand national weekend 1 to remember

I would highly recommend staying here, such a lovely location. The Christmas period made the area even more magical. The location is great, you can walk into the centre so took loads of lovely strolls. The house itself is big and spacious, the rooms were beautifully set up and the beds were super confortable. House had everything we needed and smart TVs in every room, which kept the kids quite. There’s a supermarket and a cafe nearby. We enjoyed our stay here, wish we had stayed longer and would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. 2 minute walk to the royal philharmonic hall and the university. The comfiest beds!! Was extremely clean throughout the property. Easy check-in and extremely helpful providing advice.

We rented the entire 2nd floor which consisted of 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and living/kitchen area. One bedroom could also stand alone as its own suite with a small kitchenette in the room as well. Check-in was easy and communication with Katy, Joe & Team was fantastic. The location was perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The home was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfy and all the linens were provided. When we return to Liverpool we will happily stay at this residence again.

A lovely apartment exactly as it appears in the photos and located on a lovely quiet street (the one that was featured in the BBC documentary A House Through Time as well) The rooms have been decorated to a high standard and the hosts were very responsive to any questions throughout our stay. The beds were very comfortable! A tip for future guests - The Quarter at the end of the street is great for breakfast.

When we arrived we were met by Anthony who showed us round he wouldn’t have been there normally but they were still working on apartment upstairs all I can say is what a beautiful apartment it honestly is better then the pictures on the internet Everything was thought of you don’t need to bring anything and the beds were the most comfortable beds I had a chandelier in my bedroom it’s incredible as well as a small kitchenette which was great I don’t sleep well so I cud make a drink when I wanted one all in all I can’t stress enough that if you visit Liverpool this is definitely the place to stay I for one will return The area around the apartment is very pleasant and felt very safe it’s about a 15 minute walk from Liverpool one but a taxi only costs around £2.50 so why walk I will definitely return sometime and stay at the apartment enjoyed it immensely

Nice, clean flat in a great location. Big rooms. Exactly as in the pictures. All central Liverpool in walking distance. Was perfect for our group. Would recommend.
