Our Coach House comes with 5 stunning bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a free parking spot included! (Please note the spot is available for standard-sized vehicles, but could be tight for larger ones.)

The space
Our family-friendly coach house boasts five bedrooms with a total of 10 beds, sleeping up to 16 guests comfortably. It comes with a free car park space - ideal if you are arriving with a car.

Ground Floor:
Bedroom 1: 2 double beds (twin bedroom)

Living Room:
Plenty of room to relax and enjoy entertainment through the Smart TV in the lounge: 2 double sofa beds
Ground floor bathroom: with a modern shower suite.

First Floor
Bedroom 2: 2 double beds (twin bedroom)

Bedroom 3: 2 double beds (twin bedroom)

Bedroom 4: 1 double bed with ensuite toilet/shower room

Bedroom 5: 1 double bed with ensuite toilet/shower room

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a large familyn table and bench. A fully kitted kitchen with an oven/hob, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher!

Please note that the house cannot host parties - it is suitable for respectful groups looking to celebrate special occasions in Liverpool whilst respecting our local neighbourhood. We simply ask that you respect that there are other residents to consider and noise must be kept to a reasonable level especially in the evening and no partying or loud music to be played in or outside the property after 10pm.

Guests have exclusive private access to the entire house for the duration of their stay.

*Please note, as we are software-connected Host we charge a £500 damage deposit via a pre-authorisation on your credit card. This is taken outside of Airbnb though is fully compliant with Airbnb’s policies. We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The house is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Please do expect street noise due to its central location.

We host hen and stag groups in this property.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

TOWELS & LINEN - We provide all bed linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases) - We provide 1 bath towel per guest and a hand towel for each bathroom. Please bring your own if you require more.

Smoking is strictly forbidden in the property and any sign of smoking will incur a £100 charge.

Please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner. Please do not change the boiler settings under any circumstances, if you need any assistance with this please don't hesitate to get in touch and we will be happy to assist you!

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

A large group of us stayed here for a hen party. When we arrived it was super clean, ideal location. Plenty of space for us all. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was the perfect size for our group of 14. Modern decor, looked just like the photos. The location was brilliant. We didn’t need to rely on taxis to get us about we could easily walk to everywhere we wanted to be. The en-suites weren’t great but were functional. The main bathroom was on the ground floor next to the front door and at times it felt like a fight to access it with so many people but it was a nice enough bathroom. The radiator was left on in there and we couldn’t turn it down which wasn’t ideal during the heatwave we had when visiting. The only issue we had was the ant infestation downstairs. Ant traps had been left dotted about so is clearly an on going issue. We had to be mindful not to leave any possessions on the floor. It’s an ideal place to stay if a large group are visiting the city. The house itself and location are perfect. Hopefully the ant situation can be easily resolved.

We had a great stay here! The place is lovely, spacious & perfect for hosting a big group! The living room/kitchen was great for relaxing together & big enough for sit-down meals. The location is super close to the city centre & check-in was simple! The host provides a detailed manual covering everything. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery & the appliances are great but more cookware, oven mitts, standard-size chairs & cleaning supplies would be helpful for larger groups. It’s next to a pub, so you may get noise, people looking in from the window, occasional knocks on the door/windows. We appreciated the use of sustainable brands for the toilet paper & soaps! There were a few minor issues such as stains, chips & some faulty items (like freezer drawers and blinds), which was a little worrying given the damage warnings. However, the hosts responded very quickly and reassured us, which we appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable & enjoyable stay. We’d happily stay here again!

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
