The space
This beautiful apartment sleeps up to six guests with two comfortable double bedrooms & a state-of-the-art bathroom. The open plan lounge area has a super comfortable double sofa bed, smart TV & a modern kitchen that is equipped with all of the essentials to make you feel at home!

This is the ideal location for families looking to be in the heart of the city with all the comforts of home. If you are planning to cook in the apartment, kindly note that kitchen areas comes with an integrated Fridge but with no freezer unit.

You're located two minutes from the Liver building, iconic waterfront, Liverpool Town hall & the business quarter.
This apartment is the ideal location for guests looking to explore the city, guests here for an event in the M&S Arena & those here for work.

You have Castle St located just around the corner with tonnes of choice for food and drink. Bacaro offers incredible tapas, Fazenda is a must for steak lovers & The Liverpool Gin Distillery on hand for a drink or two!

Please note that due to the wonderfully central location, there may be some outside noise heard from inside the apartment.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 6 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Overall the apartment is very rundown and not nicely looked after. Amenities were the bare minimum, towels were not sufficient, bedding was extremely cheap and not comfortable. The floors were filthy, both the wooden floors and the carpet. The lift in the building is broken and the WiFi router was missing, despite the host telling us they had reset it for our stay. There is absolutely no pride being taken in the running of this property. Location is convenient, but there are no other positives to note.

Great location and close walking distance to everything in Liverpool. There were a few issues though with the property including Wifi not working. I was unable to get the wifi to work after numerous attempts and calls to the host. The elevator was also broken, and my father is disabled which caused a lot of trouble for him getting up into the actual property.

How close it was to the centre of town and accessible to everything! The room was big and good for a group if you want to come back for just a place to rest.

The delay we had for cleaning, we had to wait over an hour to check in and couldn't check out later because of it.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
