The space
This beautiful apartment sleeps up to six guests with two comfortable double bedrooms & a state-of-the-art bathroom. The open plan lounge area has a super comfortable double sofa bed, smart TV & a modern kitchen that is equipped with all of the essentials to make you feel at home!This is the ideal location for families looking to be in the heart of the city with all the comforts of home. If you are planning to cook in the apartment, kindly note that kitchen areas comes with an integrated Fridge but with no freezer unit.
You're located two minutes from the Liver building, iconic waterfront, Liverpool Town hall & the business quarter.
This apartment is the ideal location for guests looking to explore the city, guests here for an event in the M&S Arena & those here for work.
You have Castle St located just around the corner with tonnes of choice for food and drink. Bacaro offers incredible tapas, Fazenda is a must for steak lovers & The Liverpool Gin Distillery on hand for a drink or two!
Please note that due to the wonderfully central location, there may be some outside noise heard from inside the apartment.

Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 6 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Overall the apartment is very rundown and not nicely looked after. Amenities were the bare minimum, towels were not sufficient, bedding was extremely cheap and not comfortable. The floors were filthy, both the wooden floors and the carpet. The lift in the building is broken and the WiFi router was missing, despite the host telling us they had reset it for our stay. There is absolutely no pride being taken in the running of this property. Location is convenient, but there are no other positives to note.

Great location and close walking distance to everything in Liverpool. There were a few issues though with the property including Wifi not working. I was unable to get the wifi to work after numerous attempts and calls to the host. The elevator was also broken, and my father is disabled which caused a lot of trouble for him getting up into the actual property.

How close it was to the centre of town and accessible to everything! The room was big and good for a group if you want to come back for just a place to rest.
The delay we had for cleaning, we had to wait over an hour to check in and couldn't check out later because of it.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

The location was fantastic and the check in and check out procedure went smoothly though I missed a place to store luggage outside the check in/out times.
There was no coffee machine despite the information from the company saying there was only instant coffee. There was also no dishwasher (fair enough but weirdly they left dishwasher tablets rather than washing up liquid). Also no active fan in the bathroom so you see green mould coming. Also single glazing so quite noisy (not an issue for us but for some maybe and would therefore not stay there in winter). Also lots of things not ours under the sofa….the cleaners really should move it every so often during cleaning.

Overall we had a a great time, but not everything was perfect. Small touches would make it amazing, such as washing up liquid or hand soap for the bathroom. We were given dishwasher tablets but no dishwasher and shower gel as hand soap which also doubled as shower gel.
The £250 deposit was a surprise, admittedly I didn't read that part at first but I've booked so many Airbnbs and never been asked to pay a deposit before. Apparently this is a new thing that some hosts are allowed to do. I haven't received the deposit back yet or confirmation that it will be returned.
The guidebook is great, they have a link to a website which has all the info you could possibly need. But generally we felt constantly on edge that we might not have done something right as the rules are extensive and the host makes it clear this is a business.
It's very noisy outside but they have indicated that so I can't really complain. Earplugs help.
I won't stay again but it was great for 2 nights.

Great location very central.
Plenty of room for 2 couples.
Good shower.
Was clean, could have done with some general maintenance but for the price due to location was still good value.
Windows were single glazed and very drafty, can also hear the bars around due to this.
Had issues collecting the keys which delayed our check in, the process is easy to follow and collect but the code was not correct that I was provided with and the staff at the shop could not help and took some time to get through on the phone resulting in our party standing about the street for some time resolving this.
Received numerous messages on booking.com and text before the stay which is good to stay in contact but was receiving texts at midnight which is very unprofessional.
Biggest downside was the deposit system you pay an extra £10 admin feee which is not advertised when you book and then to return the deposit without me contacting them they wanted to keep this for an unnecessary length of time claiming checks to be done but realistically this would have been done the day we checked. They did refund few days later but only due to me contacting them.

We had a lovely stay in this apartment, very easy to find, prime location and waking distance into town.
We did have an issue with the power as the circuit kept tripping, but the team were very responsive and we solved the issue on the day.
The flat is very spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. The only issue was the bathroom door does not close properly, but other than that it’s an ideal spot to stay and I highly recommend!

Booking in was changed regarding collection of the keys but we were not informed until we contacted the company. No property address given only the street name which again delayed booking in as I had to contact the company again.
Only 2 small storage heaters available for the whole apartment for end of January. Central heating there but not turned on. Some of the parquets loose in the kitchen area. Communal entrance could do with some attention.

Un poco más de limpieza vendría bien. El tema de recogida y entrega de llaves, es una pérdida de tiempo y un gasto extra de transporte. Cuando haces una reserva deberían entregarte las llaves en la puerta, en cambio, te hacen pasearte por la ciudad para recogerlas y entregarlas. No estoy de acuerdo con esta política.

Centrally located, two minutes' walk to Liverpool One Shopping Centre. The rooms are very high and comfortable, and the decoration is stylish and clean. The room management staff Charlie is very warm,thoughtful and considerate ,and respond quickly to communication. Cleaning supplies such as laundry balls are provided in the room. We will stay here again next time when we go to Liverpool.

Vi ankom om natten. Nøglestedet åbent, ingen problemer med at komme ind i lejligheden.
Lejligheden var fin og ren, der var alt hvad vi skulle bruge. Alt i gå afstand, det livlige område Cavern Quarter was 2 min away. Charlie var venlig og hurtig til at svare på spørgsmål. Vi besøger ofte Liverpool, som altid er et besøg værd. Vi vil helt sikkert booke igen. Super god weekend.

Excellent communication prior to arrival, and the location and flat were lovely. On arrival, a curtain pole fell down when we drew the curtains, their were some stains on the floor and the heating didn’t work. It took 5 phone calls on one of the coldest nights of the year to get it sorted, it sounded like it was a call centre rather than individual hosts. After being cut off, promised a call back within 3 -5 mins ( which didn’t happen), told that there was no manager to speak to, I resorted to sending a message via Airbnb. The following day I had an email saying that the problems had been rectified, but we spent a very cold night there and didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in a room with no curtain, which was overlooked by other buildings

Hey, we really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful location and flat in Liverpool. You are close to anything and everything.
The James train station is right next-door if you want elsewhere in the region. It really is a great location. The flat was exactly as it was described. We appreciate all the hard work the staff does to make sure their clients are taken care of.

Spacious apartment in the heart of city.
However needs maintenance, incorrect and broken toilet seat, general wear, floor lifting, curtains fell off etc.
Small beds (not standard doubles), only 1 pillow each. No condiments, no washing up liquid or dishwasher so glasses felt grubby.
And although in the city, hosts had messaged us to say we couldn't make any noise, the apartment is above several very loud pubs and karaoke bars worst night sleep ever as all windows are single glazed (due to listed building).

The place is in a great location. All of the major sights are within 10 minutes of walking. There is also plenty of dining options around. The place is easy to find and even though you have to go to a different location to get the keys it really isn't that inconvenient to do. The place was clean and well equipped including a washer/dryer. The street next to the apartment did get a little loud, but it wasn't a problem for us.

location was fabulous with Q car park a 5 minute walk away. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink on your doorstep and the seafront a 5 minute walk away.
It was a lovely spacious, clean apartment and plenty big enough for 4 people. It was very well equipped but I would have liked a couple (of more comfortable) pillows (only one each) and a couple of more towels for our 3 night stay.

This review is actually for the Georgian Coach House run by the same group. Unfortunately the boiler in this property was broken ahead of our arrival without time to repair it. The unfortunate situation was dealt with well by the team, proactively offering up alternative accommodation from their portfolio ahead of our arrival. It did put us slightly further away from our planned activities, but not a huge issue.
Can only assume this arises from previous bad experiences, but the bombardment of questions about party size, ages, relationships and intended activities while in Liverpool isn't the most welcoming start to the booking and pretty off putting.

Our apartment was really well presented, and decorated very nice. It was situated within a gorgeous old building that was walking distance from all the activities we had planned, which was ideal. The apartment was really spacious so I would recommend this to families as well, as there was plenty of space for cooking and eating. We will definitely be back to Liverpool, it was a great trip!

I don't think I have ever been contacted this much for any other booking in my whole life. They wanted to know detailed information about everyone staying. I also needed to fill out a questionnaire in addition. My guess is that they probably had bad experiences with hen parties / stag dos in the past, but I was traveling with family (all adults) for a sightseeing trip and they went a bit overboard.

This apartment was a great space and very clean, in a lovely location and easy to find. The communication was second to none and couldn't be faulted.
That said, there were some (minor) issues. It was very noisy at night (although given the location we didn't mind too much) but more fundamental were the fact that the buzzer for the intercom did not work, there were only one set of keys (could have included another set) and a very hard mattress on the sofa bed.

Great stay!! great location close to everything.
Apartment is fairly big and well equipped for a long stay.
There is a little road noise but didn’t spoil our stay.
The entrance door to the building is a little run down and the lift was broken so not a good introduction to the apartment itself.
We enjoyed our stay, the team were very communicative, great instructions and key pick up and drop off was seamless.

We made this reservation due to our daughters graduation in Liverpool. On this trip we were 4 adults looking for a good location in the city center with public transportation near by. From the moment we booked this place, everything has been spot on regarding information and communication!! 👍The check in was easy, the apartment blew us away, and a small request from us was sorter out straight away👏

The apartment is centrally located, a short walk from the main attractions. A large living room and two comfortable rooms make it fitted to host 4 people. We really appreciated the cleanliness. The communication with the team was perfect. Definitely suggested.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location. The docks and liver building are a 5min walk away and plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Apartment was modern, clean and well equipped. TV with Netflix, YouTube etc and good wifi available. Beds were comfortable and rooms weren’t too small.
Only negatives were: the lift being out of order (wasn’t an issue for us but some may struggle climbing 2 flights of stairs) and the absence of a freezer space.
Other than these points I would recommend this apartment highly.

Great location but be warned that part of Liverpool is very noisy at night. We enjoyed our stay and the flat was very clean and tidy but on the negative side the kitchen was not well equipped - lacking basics such as kitchen knives and enough glasses. Would also suggest that in advance you request a second set of keys and the WiFi code as for us having to call the agents to arrange these once we arrived was a bit inconvenient.

This is an amazing location and a very spacious apartment. The team’s communication was excellent. There were only minor issues with dishes not being properly cleaned and some technical issues with the electricity which were easily resolved, but all in all it was a great experience.

Stylish apartment in the city centre. The kitchen/ living room area is very spacious, the rooms have great high ceilings and beautiful parquet floors. Our family felt very much at ease and the children enjoyed the telly.

The locatie was great and central in Liverpool so you can go anywhere on foot. The communicatie with Katy, Joe & Team was great. They were fast and thoroughly in communicatie and replies.

The location of the apartment is fabulous and perfect for our family. The size of the lounge / kitchen is huge and a lovely surprise. It had everything we needed. The apartment might be a little noisy at the weekend from nearby bars in the Summer if you needed the windows open but it didn't bother us at all. Hosts were brilliant and sorted the couple of cleaning issues we had really quickly which was really appreciated. WiFi password is hidden on the inside of the battery compartment of the router. We would definitely stay here / one of their other apartments again.

Lovely place, and we truly enjoyed the apt.
Location superb close to pier, in the heart of liverpool perfect for a 1st timer ! House was well facilitated ! Wish some toiletries will. Be better supplied for our 4nights stay. (Toilet paper & washing tablets) One couch was broken, would be good to be informed as one of us fell without harm thankfully. Also toilet light bulb could have been changed as it was burning out soon. Nonetheless its truly amazing stay! Love it!!

What a great place for a family weekend break! Apartment itself is ideal, beds comfy, cozy, plenty hot water, dining space for 6, cooking facilities great, plenty towels and bedding, washing machine with drier, Close to Sailsbury and cafe Nero for breakfast essentials.
Key pick up and self checkin were a breeze.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic. We stayed for a girls getaway and could not have asked for a cleaner, bright and comfortable space. It's location is ideal for those looking to explore the city, with so many fantastic bars and restaurants locally - we never needed a taxi/public transport.
The Team are fantastic for their guidebook, direction and for getting back to any queries very promptly.
100% would recommend and will be staying there again any time I'm back in Liverpool!

Lovely place. We arrived and one of the bedrooms didn’t have a blind and a lamp was broken but I messaged the team and they sent someone out the next day to fix it. Be aware there is no freezer, which we didn’t realise. It can get a little noisy in the street outside but this didn’t bother us much. Great location, 5 mins to Albert dock and the same to all the shops. Lovely high ceilings!

Great apartment at a very decent price. Located within a few minutes walk of liverpool 1, albert dock and loads of cool pubs and resteraunts, with a weatherspoons across the road when a just a cheap pint is in order. The apartment is very spacious, tastefully decorated/furnished and comfortable. There is a bar directly under this apartment but we can honestly say there were no noise issues from the street or the bars that are around. The access is a bit of a mission if you have children, you need to pick the keys off from a news agents about 10 mins walk away and parking outside the aparment to unload is tricky, bit we managed to find an ncp 2 streets away on rumford street that allowed overnight parking at 19 quid. Would definatley stay hwre again if we return to liverpool, which is a great place to visit

Apartment in a good central location but is noisy. Busy road, centre of town and with single glazing. However super convenient. The place was clean and had all the required items for a week long stay on my own. Although I didn’t notice before booking there is no dishwasher !
The apartment could do with some refreshment. It is tired in places and some simple fixes - a fellow guest remarked on the broken toilet seat weeks ago and it was still broken - would make a huge difference.
I would stay again. Thanks for having me

We decided for this apartment due to its location and the good looking pictures on the website.
The communication prior arrival was great and easy to follow in order to get the keys.
Upon arrival, the communal corridor and lift are quite dated and not so clean. Once inside the apartment, there are clear signs that has not been well maintained. We noticed the walls had a lot of marks, door handles were not even covering the previous holes, bathroom shelf was missing and holes were plastered without painting and toilet seat was moving.
The cleaning standards are really low. In the first bedroom, the bed sheets had marks on it, this is something you do not want to find. The second bedroom was fine.
The bathroom had toothpaste marks on the sink drawer which we had to clean and desinfect ourselves. In terms of amenities, only 1 bottle of gel and shampoo for 4 guests.
The kitchen drawers had not been cleaned as we could see small crumbs inside. The table wasn't cleaned either from the previous guests as there were croissant crumbs left on top.
The living room had a huge comfy modern sofa along with the decoration of the room.
It's a shame that the good looking apartment had a deficiency on cleaning especially in the middle of the pandemic.

This apartment was just great. Really spacious, warm & clean. The beds & bedding were top quality and although close to bars outside, the windows kept noise out.
The location is great for shopping, eating out and cocktail bars. Short walk to Matthew street too. The only slight negative is picking the keys up from a newsagent, and the water pressure in the shower was poor. But I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location if you're looking to explore the city of Liverpool. This place is central to everything. The old building has tons of character, large rooms and high ceilings, even a pub at street level. A little street noise at night but understandable given the Castle Street location. The flat was nicely decorated, functional, with basic amenities. Well worth a visit!

The flat was really well designed and equipped. It is very spacious and comfortable. The best thing about it though is the location❤️ - right in the city centre, you have a walking distance to all the best spots. Check in and check out was really easy, we were given detailed instructions before our arrival. I also loved the level of communication with the host, he was super helpful, answering really quickly and comprehensively. Great place to stay⭐️

I stayed in this apartment with my husband & 3 young children. I couldn't fault a single thing about it. Fantastic location, everything you could possibly need right on your doorstep. Close to bus and train stations, restaurants, shopping centres etc. Beds were lovely & comfy & a well equipped kitchen. Check in and check out was effortless. The host was extremely responsive and answered any queries we had within minutes. If you're going to Liverpool, this is the place to stay!

Fantastic apartment in an amazing location. Everything in walking distance which is great. We loved our stay here as a family of four. Plenty of space, clean and tidy - we found it a little noisy (on a busy street at night) however our kids didn’t seem to mind at all and slept through it all. The up side was obviously that you are right in the heart of Liverpool, close to the dock which made for a great hassle free break. Great communication with hosts which was fantastic.

Fantastic location next to bars and near river.
Very clean, greats space if you are dining in.
Tech is great, WiFi is good and the smart tv has all the channels you need plus you can cast your device to the screen.
Would recommend this to anyone visiting Liverpool for the first time.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, the apartment couldn’t of been any more central and was only a 5 min walk from everywhere we wanted to be. The apartment was very clean, comfy beds & an all round great place to stay. Fantastic apartment - spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. Well equipped with everything we needed for a short break. Central location, shops, restaurants, docks all within a very short walk. Quite lively in the area at night, which you would expect in a city centre, so not peaceful but didn't bother us or our kids as beds were very comfy! We parked at the Ibis about 10 mins walk and only £18 for 2 days. Would definitely stay again - thank you!

Overall a good place to stay, well located (if you don't mind a bit of noise at night), responsive hosts and simple check in (although you need to collect the keys from a few blocks away it was straightforward). A spacious communal area, even though the bedroom weren't massive and a decent shower. Beds were not the most comfortable and kitchen was equipped with a very nice set of knives but missing one or 2 other utensils which would have made prepping food easier. Overall a good stay.

Lovely space in an amazing part of town. Everything in walking distance. The only reason we didn't give a full 5 star was because of the frustrations with check-in and check-out because of a keyfob snafu(their cleaner didn't return it to the kiosk correctly. No fob, no key, no code). But I'm sure that'll be fixed for future guests. Great communication from their team throughout our month-long stay. Would definitely stay there again.
