Complimentary wifi with a dedicated guest team on hand 9am - 9pm to assist you throughout your stay.

• Fitted with a shower, toilet and basin.

Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. With a private terrace areas accessible to enjoy the stunning views!
Other things to note
Other Things to note:

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.

The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is on the 9th floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.



Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Charlie was a brilliant host and always had quick and helpful responses to any questions we had. It’s in a brilliant, quiet but lively part of the city and the view from the apartment is fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Liverpool and are already talking about coming again, hopefully here again!

Great penthouse apartment. Stunning views across the city. Everything you need, big table for eating, substantial kitchen, living area and bedrooms. Plenty of reasonably priced long stay car parks nearby. I would book in advance for guaranteed space though. 10-15 minute walk to city centre and Albert Docks or 3-4 minutes if you decide to Uber. Lots of places to grab something to eat or drink nearby if you don’t fancy walking far. I’d recommend ‘Love Lane Brewery’ tap room. Some hidden gems locally as well, The ‘Bridewell’ was a great pub tucked away on a quiet back lane near the city. It’s an old Police Station with seating areas in old holding cells (very quirky) Great Asian supermarket directly across the road if you like that kind of thing, we love it. Also KFC and McD’s within a few minutes walk. Host was very helpful and provided all the information needed for our stay. Overall, great apartment. Just needs a little tlc but that’s only my perspective. Highly recommend!

Great place and value for money, no issues with the property etc at all but make sure you read the check in instructions properly as I missed the part about having to collect the keys from a nearby shop which made the check in confusing at first
