The space
This trendy apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sleeping up to 8 guests with two super comfy full mattress sofa beds in the Living Space. With access to a private balcony space to make the most of the stunning views over Liverpool!The bright & spacious living space is a perfect hub for you and your group to relax during your stay. With panoramic views of the city, the living room is equipped with a large flat screen tv. Both bedrooms are also fitted with smart TV's for the nights that you want to sit back and watch your favourite shows in bed.
There is a lovely dining space adjacent to the well-equipped kitchen, perfect for your morning rituals and set up for home cooked meals so you can still experience the taste of home when you are away.
Please note this apartment is located in a residential building and is not suitable for louder groups/stays. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed, if these house rules are not respected there will be extra charges for breaking house rules.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay. With a private terrace areas accessible to enjoy the stunning views!Other things to note
Other Things to note:The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.
The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the 9th floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Even after reconfirming our booking with host and stay when we showed up to the property someone else was living there. No trust in this company. They did not offer us alternative accommodation and we were out of pocket when we had to book alternatives. All they offered was 20% off our next booking, which is laughable as we would never trust booking with them again.

Did get a chance as when arrived was told it shouldn’t have been let out n has been booked in for a refurbishment
Arrived at property n collected keys.. when trying to access property the keys wouldn’t work and could hear dogs on other side of door barking and scratching.
Host and Stay rang while outside property to say we cannot stay at property as it shouldn’t have been available to let.
Couldn’t find anywhere in Liverpool to stay as the city was fully booked for events.. Host and Stay quick to take your money n thinks only an apology is efficient enough. Will never book with them again

The property clearly has a leak and a damp problem that has been going on for some time. The front bedroom is unusable, the smell is very strong and the carpet has big wet patches in both bedrooms. Hidden among reviews you can see this has clearly been a problem for a while, I wish I had looked closer before I booked.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
