It is also located in the heart of Liverpool's trendy Baltic Triangle district - just a short walk to all of Liverpool's central attractions.

The space
Apartment Sleeps 6:

Open plan living/kitchen/dining room:
• Fitted with a Smart TV that has a Swivel wall bracket to stream your favourite online shows
• Equipped with a fully kitted kitchen with a microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, Nespress coffee machine, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, and more - everything you need for a comfortable stay.
• A washing machine is also provided!

Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• Decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work, studies or as a dressing table
• Bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows - enjoy lovely morning views or the city lights at night.
• Has a Smart TV for online streaming and an ensuite bathroom!

Ensuite Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower.

Bedroom 2:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• It also has a Smart TV for streamig your favourite online apps!

Main Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower over bath.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!
Other things to note
The apartment protected by modern keypad lock - completely safe with key card acccess for the lift and the building. It is located on 20th floor with a lift in the building.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Our group had a very lovely stay in this apartment, the location was great and the views did not disappoint. My only concern being access to the apartment as instructions were not fully clear, but after figuring out the doors it was fairly straightforward. I would definitely return to this apartment given the chance, the bedrooms and toilets were very clean, and the kitchen was a bonus.

Amazing views of the river and docklands from the apartment. Good location in the trendy Baltic quarter. The flat was reasonably well specced, but only one tumbler when we were there, and the lighting in the bathrooms was pretty poor and could do with at least a shaver light over the mirror. Other than that, it worked well for us.

What the description does not say is that there is a mandatory non-refundable damage waiver of £25 which must be paid before they will give check in info. They only say this once you have booked and paid. They also share their T&Cs which state that there is a £25 fee for any changes to the booking, despite any free cancellation stated by Airbnb. So either way they get £25 out of you. I called them to say that this doesn’t feel customer friendly and that Airbnb offers cover for hosts should a guest cause damage and not pay. I was met with a “it is a requirement of all our guests” attitude with no appreciation that they should inform guests of this before booking. In the end, as I didn’t want to lose over £500 and find somewhere else to stay, I paid the damage waiver. They said that they would add this to the property description but have not (2 weeks ago when writing this review). Having now scrolled further through reviews that I am not the first person to raise this.

Second time in Liverpool in two weeks, but this one was by far the best because the apartment was stunning. The views out of the floor to ceiling windows were just amazing. 20th floor, you could see the weather coming an hour before it arrived. The place is located a short walk from the albert docks with all the restaurants and galleries etc. Loved it, will stay there again when we go back. Just round the corner from the baltic market street food place too. So much fun.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any access cards which are lost during the stay will be subject to charge per card. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
