It is also located in the heart of Liverpool's trendy Baltic Triangle district - just a short walk to all of Liverpool's central attractions.

The space
Apartment Sleeps 6:

Open plan living/kitchen/dining room:
• Fitted with a Smart TV that has a Swivel wall bracket to stream your favourite online shows
• Equipped with a fully kitted kitchen with a microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, Nespress coffee machine, dishwasher, full fridge/freezer, and more - everything you need for a comfortable stay.
• A washing machine is also provided!

Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• Decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work, studies or as a dressing table
• Bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows - enjoy lovely morning views or the city lights at night.
• Has a Smart TV for online streaming and an ensuite bathroom!

Ensuite Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower.

Bedroom 2:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• It also has a Smart TV for streamig your favourite online apps!

Main Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower over bath.

Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!
Other things to note
The apartment protected by modern keypad lock - completely safe with key card acccess for the lift and the building. It is located on 20th floor with a lift in the building.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any access cards which are lost during the stay will be subject to charge per card. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
