A cosy 2 bed apartment, perfect for 6 guests as a base to explore Liverpool! Just 2 minutes walk from Liverpool One and a fabulous cafe underneath the building - ideal for breakfast (or brunch). The newly opened Duke Street Food Market is just on our doorstep and a must visit for any food lovers!

Business travellers will feel at home too being super central to everything the city centre has to offer.
The space
The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms and a spacious living area which boasts a super comfy double sofa bed! There is also a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances needed to whip up some delicious home meals! A clean family bathroom completes the apartment.

The apartment comes complete with super fast HyperOptic broadband!

Please note there is a lift in the building, if for any reason the lift is out of service during your stay we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience this causes.
Guest access
Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 8 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

The location of this apartment is great for those wanting a central location for shopping and sightseeing. The apartment is clean however it would benefit from some maintenance. We did experience some issues during our stay, the host and airbnb have been helpful with these.

We had a disappointing experience at this apartment. The couch was stained, the living room windows couldn’t be opened, and due to ongoing construction right outside, there was no sunlight in the living room and a lot of noise. The bathroom had no window, the ventilator didn’t work, and there was mold on the ceiling. My friend also saw a bug inside. We had to pick up the keys from a separate location about 10 minutes away, which wasn’t ideal. Even worse, we were told last minute that we needed to return the key to the same location — and the day before checkout, they introduced a fine if we didn’t. That was never mentioned upfront. The apartment was poorly maintained, communication was unclear, and important details were not disclosed. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

AVOID THIS BUILDING SITE. This property is currently under going serious construction and to enter you have to walk through the building site and into a dark car park which is not safe. There is signs in the property to say no short term lets, you will be asked to leave. The apartment itself has scaffolding covering every window so there is no light into it. The sofa is covered in stains and the floors are filthy. The host stopped responding to us once we entered the property but luckily airbnb were there to assist and gave us a full refund.

Good value for money. Very close to Liverpool one with lots of options to go out. Plenty of supermarkets to buy things. Keys collection is an issue, not next to the property, need to go and collect at a news agent 10 min walk.

Had slight difficulty getting inside the building but the accommodation was decent, had everything needed, would stay again.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
