We stayed here as a group of girls for a hen do. On arrival, the property wasn’t the cleanest. There was drinks stains down the walls, the bathroom smelt awful and the kitchen area was dirty. There wasn’t any kitchen appliances apart from a microwave when it stated appliances including dishwasher available. There wasn’t enough glasses for each of us to use. The apartment was boiling hot, the air con wasn’t working so we had to have windows open but then the noise from the streets below was so loud. It was a great location for bars, however, not for the noise. We could hear bars below, people talking, recycling being collected, and the road sweepers until 7am in the morning. Some of the beds were very uncomfortable too. The place needs a refresh, lick of paint and some work doing to the bathrooms.

Location was ideal, some of the communication with the company to check we were aware of the potential of noise etc was useful.

The communal area was tiny when there were 11 of us trying to enjoy time together. No oven or anything so thankfully we hadn’t brought oven food. The door was tricky to lock and we weren’t always confident that it was properly locked.

Al the damages that we found when we arrived broken mirror shower holes in kitchen chair holes in beds. Made me panic I would get charged with all the messages I was getting about damage.
The smell of sewage that came from the bathroom sink not draining water correctly obviously blocked drainage somewhere

Great location - very central. Lots of noise throughout the entire night but this was expected due to location
There were lots of glasses picture on the kitchen shelves but this wasn’t the case when we arrived
Overall the apartment was clean but there was an extremely unpleasant smell coming from one of the bathrooms
Check in was relatively easy but it wasn’t made clear what floor we were on so we had to try each one until we found the right key box
One of the bathroom sinks took a very long time to drain
Beds weren’t of very good standard. One of them had broken/missing slats under mattress, another had bedsheets covered in yellow stains
Two of the windows weren’t secure and were unsafe, when opened the glass panels came off the window frames.
Apartment is advertised with the ability to cook your own meals, but there was no oven/hob just a microwave. We had spent money on food prior to arriving and none of it could be used.
Apartment was spacious and plenty of hot water for 15 of us.

The air b&b was ideal for our hen do. It was really central, which did make it very noisy, but this was to be expected. The host was very responsive and helpful to queries and gave us clear instructions for check in and out.

Amazing location in the city centre, bedding was clean. Host was quick at responding to messages and was very helpful.

It wasn’t very clean inside the apartment, the floor was stained in the lounge, walls dirty, and no ventilation or working windows, we had the basement apartment so it was very humid with 16 of us. We found earrings that did not belong to the group as well as false eyelashes, the sensors kept turning the lights on in the lounge (I slept in the lounge on the sofa bed) and this meant very little sleep. The apartment looked nothing like any of the photos but we made the best of it and appreciated the late booking after another apartment cancelled us with 24 hours notice.

There was some questionable things when we arrived at the aparentment but weren't too sure if it was just cleaning product that was not wiped up.

It was very very loud which we knew it was going to be heading in but I did wish the windows were thicker.

However, the location was amazing and the hosts got back to me with every question that I had.

The property was hard to enter, the main door sticks and requires a hard push to open. The actual apartment itself differs slightly from the standard shown in the pictures. The place is full of black mould, the walls are covered and it has a very strong smell of damp. When we arrived there was a jug and pint glass left sitting in the bedroom and an unflushed toilet which says alot about the standard of cleaning in this apartment. The only saving grace about the place is it's a good location, however we couldn't wait to leave it and some guests booked alternative accommodation. The carpets are absolutely disgusting with stains, the bedding has stains and one of the beds is broken which I was told was fixed when I previously asked about it. Won't be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

A group of 13 of us stayed for a hen party. The place was super super central to everything we needed, although noisy at times this was to be expected and didn’t cause us any annoyance.
Check in was easy and there was plenty of space for us.
A few points to note would be the beds could do with updating as not the most comfortable/some bases broken causing sinking.
A window was broken off the runners on arrival which meant we couldn’t fully close it.
Apart from those our stay was really enjoyable and the large kitchen area was great for us all to get sitting together for drinks and games before we headed out. Would recommend for any larger groups looking a very central location😊

Locating the place in first place (poor phone signal in area meant couldn’t access the pack I was sent with location on, ) & no number on door! It was a bit shabby. There was a cracked mirror, and one bed wasn’t sleepable in as no support.The lock on main front door was faulty and by the last day of our stay it wasn’t functioning at all. It took us 20 minutes waiting outside in the dark/cold and a phone call to the office who (were very helpful and) spoke to the to the maintenance man who said he knew it was faulty and had a new mechanism on order. We had to practically break the door down and bruised ourselves in the process. Really shouldn’t have had people staying when we couldn’t get in. Other people also couldn’t get in and woke us up in the early hours as they couldn’t get in either!! Noise levels were very high.. we expected usual noise , but it was very loud..especially bottle bins being emptied in the early morning !!

The door to enter the property was very hard to open. It took us ages to get in. You had to use force to open it.
Smoke alarm went off at 4am in the morning! There was also a continuous bleeping noise in the corridor the whole time we were there.

Perfect location for a big group away for the weekend. The property has a lot of potential just a few little things that let the group down. Beds weren’t super comfy and the extractor fans don’t really work in the bathrooms. Apart from that very happy with the place, great for hosting big groups

While we were aware that the accommodation could be noisy, the level of noise significantly exceeded our expectations. We experienced disturbances throughout the night and again early in the morning when the bins were being emptied. Additionally, the amenities were limited; there was no oven or hob, despite prior confirmation that these would be available. We also encountered considerable issues with the beds, as most were either broken or sagging in the middle, leading to uncomfortable nights and detracting from our overall enjoyment of the stay.
On a positive note, we appreciated the hosts' responsiveness to our inquiries. The accommodation was otherwise as described in the listing.

Good location

Place was very dirty, smelly drains, mouldy walls, stained carpets, stained walls, broken beds and couches. Fire alarm kept setting off when cooking, drying hair, or spraying hairspray. WiFi password wasn’t anywhere to be found and had to phone up at 12:30am for it. Wasn’t given the room I booked and were missing beds and sheets for the couch beds. Mattresses were disgusting and stained. Laminate flooring was peeling up.

The first thing was the damp small that hit us when we opened the door . There were 2 bags of rubbish outside the door under the stairs. The carpet was black, not light grey . Sofa arms broken . The sofa smelt, and the beanbag on the floor had sick on it . No bedding was left out for us, and we needed the sofa bed to hold our party . One of the beds it the big room was flipped and the strings were what you had to sleep on . walls had dirty marks all over them . The bins in the bathrooms had not been emptied , and sanitary products had been left in them. There were no windows that could be opened to air the place as we had the basement apartment. All floors had not been washed, and the carpets were dirty and sticky . No WiFi and no signal on anyones phone while inside. We only stayed 2 nights, couldn't have stayed any longer. Would not go back even with the great location. We 💯 overpaid. room I thought we were getting and what we got in photos.

Great location for a large group. Right in the mix of the nightlife. Great communication with the team for any needs.
Amazing to have a bed for each Person which is hard to find usually. Would recommend and certainly stay again.

Property was central to everything main room was adequate for 10 of us and beds were comfortable and apartment was clean.

The apartment was across from a night club that played music till 6 o'clock in the morning, then the staff were bringing out the empty bottles to place in the bins outside and then you could here people walking past screaming and shouting. The first night was horrendous with the noise and all of the group didn't get much sleep.

Smell in one of the bathrooms. No toilet rolls provided - then when told they provided 2 for 18 people! Broken beds. Noise during the night couldn’t be helped but windows could be sound proofed! Number to contact owners wasn’t always available and answered.

The accommodation is exactly what it says on the tin, if you are looking for a quiet place to stay that has all the comforts of the premier in.. go to the premier in. This is perfect for party life, you are bang in the middle of the nightlife, you are a stones through away from all the clubs. Did we get a good night sleep? not really but we got what we needed, a great hub with loads of space, a communal area for us all to sit and chill. the beds were comfy and the rooms were clean.

We had 3 irons but the ironing board didn't work :D but it wasn't a problem so didn't complain at the time, we just adapted and overcame the obstacle. You are warned so many times on the run up to your stay that it is noisy and it is exactly that, its literally attached to 3 nightclubs. So this is not a complaint, its just a message to everyone to say, you cant complain when you get there and there's people outside your window at 6am, because there will be. we had a great chat with them.

The location was handy

The stay was very disappointing. this was my mothers hen do which was a mixture of ages from 26-67 and this was definitely unsuitable. The kitchen/living room area is so small not like the advertised space. There was constantly smashed glass and illegal drugs around the main door. No plug sockets worked in 2 bedrooms making it difficult to get ready upon reporting this they wanted me to sort myself when i said i was not happy messing with electric box they sent a man to have a look. He needed to get into the cupboard in the end room which meant moving one of the beds upon doing this it revealed the mattress was saturated in urine! this was reported and a new mattress requested but did not come therefore a member of my party was without a bed and had to sleep in the kitchen/Livingroom area which was extremely uncomfortable. The music from near by clubs did not stop until around 5/6am then the clubs were emptying glass bottles into the street bins, then the bin men came and emptied the bins which was so loud. Then the road sweeper made even more noise every single person felt ill from this stay we was so sleep deprived.

Location perfect. Key code set up was a bit confusing for main door and room door. Had to pop to streets down for clarification at the office and they were really helpful

We were in the basement and there was no ventilation. Really stuffy and made it uncomfortable. The steam from the showers in the morning set the fire alarms off, also very annoying

The location was right next to all the night life.

The apartment was absolutely filthy throughout it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned for some time, with mouldy food under the sofa bed with sauce on the bed itself when folded out.
There were all sorts of stains on the bed and dirty marks throughout the property, the glasses and kitchen utensils were also visibly dirty.
There was also a very strong mouldy damp smell present constantly so we had to sit with the property door open to let fresh air in which still didn’t really combat the stench, there was also visible mould in the bathroom on the walls and across the ceiling!
The property looked absolutely nothing like the photos shown on the booking.com app.

It was not the accommodation in the photos. I think they use a general set of photos for a few apartments they have. The apartment we had was quite small and dinghy.
Due to it being a basement the windows are very hidden so that can be a bit bleak.
The accommodation wasn't that clean.
Theres a lack of basic supplies such as enough toilet roll, washing liquid and/or tea towels.
The place needs an overhaul, the rugs dirty and stained and the bathroom had mould patches.
The laminate floors need re doing
There's a lack of good ventilation and it would benefit from windows you could get to and open.
The accommodation has been over filled to allow parties, this means it's good for location and price but it's way too small. There's no seating area for food which there appears in be in the pictures.
The television remote had no batteries so we didn't use it
The bedrooms are fine but crowded.
The location though good for partying, is terribly loud so if you're a light sleeper I wouldn't bother.

There were 12 girls that stayed in this appointment. Wasn’t easy to get in even with the codes we had to try doors until ours opened.
The sitting are was not great just small kitchen area. Not enough room for us all to sit together to have food and drinks.
Not enough seating space.
Not a great area if you are wanting to chill for a few hours before going out.
Advertised as having a living area and kitchen but definitely was no living area.
I would not recommend this apartment for large group of people.

Perfect for nightlife. Restaurants, pubs and bars just outside the door. We were a friend group of 5 so everyone got one bedroom each. Would definetely stay here if we go back to Liverpool AS a large group to enjoy the nightlife.

As expected a bit noisy if you want to sleep at night. Bring earplugs if you need your sleep. Beds slightly hard - but that might be subjective. We all ended up using one shower since the pressure in one of then was low. A few of us had some challenges with the front door now and then.

The location was extremely central. Perfect for a hen/stag do. It was lovely and clean also.

There were a couple of broken beds, quite a lot of the wall sockets weren’t working and the toaster kept tripping all the electrics. The noise was very bad but we were pre warned about that before paying for the stay.

Stag do weekend 13 of us. Nice easy check in. Great location but noisy when sleeping as the location is in a busy area. Only downside was it was sold as a kitchen but it was only a kitchenette and also 1 bed that was broken and 1 bed that had a big stain on ‘clean’ bedding. Everywhere you would want to go is within a 10 minute walk, suited us down to the ground and made our weekend enjoyable!

The flat was really loud at night, but this wasn't a problem for us - just take ear plugs and you will be fine!

Place is grubby and things broken, needs modernised and a proper deep clean! One bed was broken. Late check out could not be done due to their strict cleaning regime, there is no time spent cleaning the place at all

Loved the central location. Loved the big 'living room' space. Great for big groups to socialise. Lots of bedrooms and space. 2 full bathrooms. Great communication from the host.

It was incredibly noisy due to location and single glass windows. Ear plugs are a must. Clubs playing music until 4/5am. Then the bottles being disposed of. Then arguments followed by the street cleaner! Some beds were broken, but we had spare. One fob key for a big group so left it in the key box.

The location was very central. The property was bigger than expected. Living areas were large enough for what we needed them for.

The property itself was very difficult to locate as it isn't actually on Fleet Street which wasn't communicated prior to arrival. The place was not clean, several food crumbs left in the beds, black mould covered the walls near the windows. It looked like it hadn't been visited by the owners in a long time, there is only so much the cleaner can do with a property, however it had clearly only had a quick whip round with a hoover. Many of our party struggled to sleep and breath due to the black mould. Wouldn't recommend.

Very close to the main bars and clubs and Liverpool 1, close to a Q park, though a 5 minute walk.

The pictures make the place look bigger than it actually is. The living/kitchen area was very small and didn't have enough chairs for 18 people and became cramped very quickly which was a pain as this was for a hen do and we wanted the living area for group activities. On the advert it states property has an oven, but only a microwave oven. Only 2 bathrooms (1 with shower and 1 with bath/shower) which is problematic when you have 18 people staying! Flat got absolutely boiling with no fans or Aircon and that was in October! It is very loud around the apartment but that is to be expected with the clubs but the noise goes on until 5/6am

It's definitely a great apartment if you are in Liverpool for the nightlife and up partying at night. Very central to all the clubs and pubs. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom and kitchen clean. Kitchen well equipped with glasses, plates etc. Good communication with staff.

Rug and carpet in the living room really dirty and beanbags could do with a wash. Both bathroom doors didn't shut properly. We were a group of friends so wasn't too much of a problem but definitely had to knock before entering. Sensor light in the hall kept going on so was waking up people sleeping on the sofa beds. The apartment as people had said before is very noisy through the night with people/ music outside all through the night so bring earplugs. We were in the basement so it was a bit cold/damp.

There was a slight smell from the bathroom in the basement but it didn’t affect our stay.

The apartment was great—prime location, lots of space, perfect for large groups, and nicely presented. There was clear communication with the hosts before the day. The only downsides were the local area is very noisy with clubs and bars very close and music playing until 4 am but for that location, you have to expect some level of noise. I was also supposed to be sent the entry code on the day of arrival but didn't and had to call the contact number a few times before getting it sent to me.
All in all, It was perfect for our group and what we wanted from our trip to Liverpool.

Excellent location, with close proximity to local entertainment venues and bars. For those seeking restful sleep, I recommend bringing earplugs due to significant noise. The amenities provided are basic but functional. However, with only two bathrooms for a group of 16, some planning is required. One of the bathrooms was also leaking; this was promptly fixed, however we were unable to use the shower that day. The beds also left much to be desired; they were uncomfortable, with noticeable springs that made sleeping challenging. Considering the price paid for our two-day stay, we expected better mattresses.
One point of concern was the unexpected £500 safety deposit, processed through a third-party site instead of Airbnb, which caught us off guard. Additionally, the information about a potential £1000 charge for fire alarm activation felt somewhat misleading. The property's location was a bit challenging to find, though we understand this may be influenced by ongoing construction.

The apartment was perfect for a hen do with single beds and a double fridge! There could be a few more individual chairs, as we had 12 people and can’t imagine 18 sitting comfortably. It was very loud, but we brought earplugs which helped a bit.

The location was perfect for what we needed. Central location with easy access to bars and restaurants. It is better than a hotel as all in the same place, with a seating area so have somewhere to congregate while getting ready. The lock box with the key helps if end up coming home separately. Good value for money too

Modern, spacious, perfect location for night life. Showers strong and kitchen had everything we needed. Great value for a group on a stag/hen for sure and like 1min from concert Square which is a fab night out.

The apartment doesn't have curtains on the windows so light was a problem on top of the (already anticipated) noise. Also the lights in the hall come on automatically so those on the sofa beds in the living area had lights coming on and off everytime someone needed the loo. There was also a bit of a drainage issue with the WCs getting a bit smelly.

Very central location with good facilities.

The location was also a bit of a setback, the noise from outside at times made it seem like the windows were left open even though they weren't. Rooms could have been cleaner. What would stop me coming back is the extremely poor service from customer service when we had trouble finding the property. Several phone calls and over an hour of walking around trying to find the place, made it seem like the people we spoke to didn't know where the place was either. Extremely frustrating and for that reason alone we won't be back.

Difficult to locate on arrival. Access was not as per the booking address. Down a lane adjacent but not clearly marked. Had to phone a call centre to be directed to the front door. Also no Wi-Fi available which was a problem given the poor 4G network in the area. Had to purchase toilet roll….only 4 rolls provided for 11 people for 2 days!

Perfect location for nightlife. Right in the centre of the bars and clubs - so perfect for a hen do as we were out partying! Not so good if you want to sleep any time before 3am. Beds comfy, bathroom and kitchens clean. Kitchen table area quite spacious for 16 of us. Lockbox for keys handy for check in but also good to keep them safe if anyone wanted to nip back and not risk losing.

Bathroom drains a little smelly when we first got there, we were offered maintenance but it was manageable for what we needed. Had to buy extra toilet roll. Very loud in the bedrooms from the street - loud music from the clubs til 3am and also screaming outside much later. Fine for us but just a warning if anyone wants a good nights sleep!! Not a great amount of cups/plates etc, thankfully we’d taken plastic cups. Quite difficult to find as it’s just a door down an alley - follow the instructions they email you, rather than Google Maps!

I just want to thank Charlie and their team for being so helpful both when booking and during our stay.
The apartment was beautifully clean, with lovely duvets and comfortable beds.
There were issues with the boiler leading to no hot water and we did not have access to wifi however the location made up for it all.
It is a bit loud being in the centre of all the night life area however the light sleepers between us popped in some ear plugs and had no problems.
Highly recommend this apartment for large groups and would happily return 😄

Perfect place for hen/stag dos. It is located right in the centre of Liverpool with good access to bars, clubs and restaurants. The place was nicely clean when we arrived.
The only negative is that we didn’t have access to the WiFi during our stay. We were told this issue was being worked on, but couldn’t be resolved in time for us.

A group of 15 of us stayed in the flat for a weekend and we had a brilliant stay. The location was incredible if you're looking for a place right in the heart of Liverpool, which we were, and the overall cleanliness of the flat was of a really good standard. The communication from the hosts was fantastic which made the booking process, check-in etc all very easy. I would highly recommend Katy, Joe and the team and this flat specifically!

Good location, clean, friendly staff available via messages, entry was fairly simple once door was located. Bathrooms were decent. Beds were comfy enough. It was ideal for a stag do, reasonable price where everyone could be together with no frills. Would definitely recommend for large groups looking to just have a place to lay their head.

Street noise was loud in the apartment due to thin windows. First night was difficult to sleep but second night was a bit easier. It was quite warm all night too which made it more difficult to sleep and opening the windows made it louder. The noise and heat died down after a while. In the check in instructions it was mentioned there was a plaque outside the front door on the street but I couldn't find this. Had to match up the door with the photo so not a massive issue but some signage would have been good.

Check in process was an absolute joke. 12 guys stood in the street for over an hour trying to get an address or any info due to delays in their systems updating our info. Also asked for £500 deposit up front aswell. No hot water in the apartment so freezing cold showers all round. Only good thing about this place is location but whole process for getting in was ridiculous. Got bombarded with 10 texts a day aswell in the lead up to the trip. Would avoid

The positive if you dont want a quiet night is that the apartment is central and right amongst the night life!
The negative, the apartment is smaller than photos make out. When we arrived the front door hinge had been bust and broken making it non secure. There was a whole window out and laid in the room and general broken items.
When paying £1850 a night you defo expect more!!! I would opt for somewhere better.

Location was perfect just up the road from concert square. We were a little stuck as we got off the train at 1 and check in was 4 but the hosts let us leave our bags in the apartment straight away while it was being cleaned.
Communication was very fast and helpful . Would 100% recommend this apartment to anyone and would also really recommend the hosts.

We had a brilliant stay for my Sisters Hen. The apartment could not have been in a better location. We parked on Hanover Street which is literally a 2 minute walk. The apartment is next to all the clubs... it is loud on a weekend night, however we were pre-warned so expected it. Plenty of room of a large group to stay.
*Only point I'd make is that the apartment can be tricky to find, even with he help of Google Maps - Better off heading to Pop World and then the apartment is in the "alley" up from there*

It was clean, spacious and had good basic amenities. Bedding, towels and crockery were provided. There were two fridges which were super cold so great for keeping drinks cool! Checking in and out was really easy and the phone line staff were very helpful in answering any queries. The location was great for daytime.

The windows are single glazed so trying to sleep with the noise of the nearby clubs, bottle bins, drunks in the street, seagulls, was almost impossible. If you are out all night and don’t care about sleeping it’s fine but if you need a decent nights sleep this isn’t the place for you!

Pros:
1. Great location just above Concert Square.
2. Loads of beds.
3. Large space in the kitchen with a large table and seats which is perfect for a load of people to chill.
4. The fridges have plenty of room for drinks and snacks.
5. The 2 bathrooms and clean and neat.
6. Plenty of towels provided given there is 1 large towel per bed.
Cons:
1. A few beds have broken matresses which sink in when you sit on them.
2. There is a CCTV camera in the kitchen which I found weird. This means you can't be walking outside of the bedrooms to the bathrooms with freedom.
3. The water boiler was not on when arriving at the apartment so you need to do this yourself if you want hot water. This isn't too difficult but the first time I had to do this.
4. No toilet paper was provided so we had to go buy our own.
5. No locks on each bedroom.
6. Only 3 key fobs are provided. With there being 6 of us, there were points that a fob each would have been beneficial.
Verdict:
Overall, its a great place with some quirks. The value is good for what you get. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the hosts.

location was amazing. we travelled as a hen party from Belfast with 8 of us in total. the location is right in the centre of the nightlife so it is loud but absolutely amazing for what we wanted. the communication from the host was very good.

The actual apartment was tired, dirty and small. The pictures look great but unfortunately our apartment, which was on the ground floor was not good. It wasn’t clean even though you are charged a cleaning fee, we had dirty bed sheets. The communal area (the kitchen) didn’t have a table to eat off, the kitchen wasn’t big enough for our full party to be in at once, nor were any of the bedrooms unfortunately. The shower pressure was terrible, although the bathrooms were a good size, the main bathroom had a shower over the bath but it didn’t work. The hosts were contactable but we didn’t want to sit on and wait for issues to be resolved when the most of them weren’t going to be resolved without an entire property move. Wouldn’t have minded so much had the pictures were more accurate or the price was reflective but we were expecting something quite nice which we didn’t get.

Couldn’t get a better location for our stag party, everyone felt connected in the apartment with being in the same room.
1 downside is, With being on Fleet street, you can hear the clubs until 3/4am, which makes it hard to sleep.
Hosts are easy to communicate with, and had the place tidy and ready for our arrival.
Would recommend to any large group.

The apartment was in a poor state compared to the listing - holes in the benches, marks on the walls, most of the pictures not properly in frames, the neon light half lit and buzzing. This was dismissed as ‘general wear and tear’ but be advised it does differ from the photos.
The flat was not as clean as it could have been - sticky floors, lots of water in the fridges and, unfortunately, still some remains in the toilet. This was disputed as apparently they had pictures of a perfect clean - not sure why my word wasn’t to be trusted!
The listing advertises that the apartment is in a central area so is noisy. Definitely bring some earplugs as it was right in the middle of concert square with music playing loudly until 4am and then the street cleaning teams out in force from 7.30/8am!
Not the team’s fault but the main front door was kicked in one night we stayed. However, no one was on hand to answer the emergency number, which was disappointing.
Not the best stay if I’m honest, and the team were quite defensive on all fronts when presented with feedback.

The location is fantastic if you're headed out for the long haul. The listing mentions some background noise from nearby bars and clubs and this was most definitely present! Super loud until 6am on a Saturday night which might be off putting for some.

We recently stayed here for my Sisters hen do - 18 girls wanting a central location and somewhere to host games before we went out. This apartment was perfect for that! The apartment is so central that it’s perfect for large groups who want to be right in the heart of it and not have to worry about getting to the nightlife. Given the location, it is virtually impossible to sleep as clubs open until 5am and 6am but if that’s something that doesn’t bother you then this is perfect!
The large bedroom doesn’t have any space to hang or store clothes so be mindful of that if going for longer than a night. But the smaller bedrooms had a small bar in each to hang a few things. Also, there aren’t many plug sockets, especially in the large bedroom, so might be worth packing an extension lead. When I raised some issues with the team they were more than accommodating listening to them and assuring me they would take them on board. And they replied to messages quickly too. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would return.

The location is smack bang in the middle of the city centre, the purpose of our trip being a hen do was perfect for the night life!
Most of my communication was with 1 member of staff named Charlie, they were extremely helpful, responding to all messages and questions extremely fast and was honestly the best part of the stay.
One of the only places we could find that allowed all members of the hen party to stay together, with 5 separate bedrooms which is rare and extremely useful.
A short walk away from a decently priced multi storey car park for a city centre.

Extremely noisy, windows are paper thin as are the blinds so let in all the light from the street lights as well as all the noisy from party goers directly below and some sort of club entrance, beds uncomfortable. Prior to and during our stay we were sent multiple messages stating how important it is we don’t leave any mess or damage or anything of the sort otherwise we will loose our substantial security deposit. It is fair enough if they have had bad experiences in the past but unfortunately we arrived to sticky floors, rubbish behind one of the bedroom doors and confetti on the floors.

the heating system wasn’t working, told them but it wasn’t fixed. not enough tissue left in the apartment considering they knew it was for a large group. we had to go shop and buy our own toilet roll. This is a very nice apartment in a central position. Everything was as described. It is a perfect apartment when you are visiting Liverpool with a group of friends. It is very close to several pubs, restaurants and nightclubs.
The communication with the Host team was always very friendly and they responded very quick. They also did communicate very correctly that they had made a slight change in the number of bedrooms (now 3 rooms of 3 persons, and 1 room of 9 persons).
I can recommend staying at this apartment.

Myself and my colleagues were in town for a work related event in the city. The location was amazing, close to everything you'd need!
The amenities were perfect for myself . The service was excellent and the team friendly, there were very soft towels and the kitchen was well stocked with mugs and glasses. The large dining table in the kitchen was great for communal working.
Unfortunately there was a club night happening at the pop music venue next door and it kept us awake til very late (gone 4am, on a Thursday). With this in mind it might not be the best venue if you're travelling for work and need to depend on a good night's sleep.

Fantastic location! I had my stag here and you are minutes form concert square and Liverpool one and multiple restaurants and bars. A big Tesco is close by. Mathew street is about 10 minutes walk.
The apartment slept 15 of us comfortably. The bathrooms were good standard and very clean.
Linen and towels were provided.
Communication was super from hosts, always got back to me very quickly with any questions I had.

Fantastic apartment and location if you are in Liverpool to party!! Very clean, comfy beds and plenty of space. We had an issue with the boiler not working so it was freezing when we first arrived and the fridge having water in the bottom but after ringing the hosts they were there within 10 minutes to get it all sorted and even came back an hour later to make sure the heating was still working! Nothing seemed like to much trouble and quick responses throughout the booking process!! We had a great stay for our hen party! Would recommend highly for large groups in Liverpool!! Thank you! Really clean and really central. Would highly recommend. In a very lively and loud area, and this is not somewhere for people who want to retire early as noise continues very late into the night and early into the morning. Only suggestions would be curtains on bedrooms and if possible double glazing but highly recommended for groups like ours (stag do). Top stuff overall.
