Please note, as this apartment hosts numerous parties and events daily - it features minor wear and tear but is nonetheless ideal for those wanting a base close to the action of Liverpool's concert square district and the surrounding areas!

Located in the heart of Liverpool city-centre, this apartment occupies a fantastic location - just a 2-minute walk to Concert Square and Liverpool ONE , the main shopping area.

These spacious and modern apartments are perfect for large groups, based in a large historical building we are lucky to be situated in the most sought after area in Liverpool for visitors.

Please note that enjoying such a central location does come with background noise.

This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building which is home to two other apartments.

We host stag and hen parties in this apartment.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.

The apartment is located on the ground floor.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Please note, in any case the fire alarms are sounding, please call us and evacuate the property. We will have a member of the team come to the apartment to ensure the correct fire safety protocols take place.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out. Any damage found to the smoke alarms will result in a charge of £1,000.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Location was ideal, some of the communication with the company to check we were aware of the potential of noise etc was useful.

The communal area was tiny when there were 11 of us trying to enjoy time together. No oven or anything so thankfully we hadn’t brought oven food. The door was tricky to lock and we weren’t always confident that it was properly locked.

Separate rooms. Clean sheets. Kitchen area.

Al the damages that we found when we arrived broken mirror shower holes in kitchen chair holes in beds. Made me panic I would get charged with all the messages I was getting about damage.
The smell of sewage that came from the bathroom sink not draining water correctly obviously blocked drainage somewhere

Amazing location in the city centre, bedding was clean. Host was quick at responding to messages and was very helpful.

It wasn’t very clean inside the apartment, the floor was stained in the lounge, walls dirty, and no ventilation or working windows, we had the basement apartment so it was very humid with 16 of us. We found earrings that did not belong to the group as well as false eyelashes, the sensors kept turning the lights on in the lounge (I slept in the lounge on the sofa bed) and this meant very little sleep. The apartment looked nothing like any of the photos but we made the best of it and appreciated the late booking after another apartment cancelled us with 24 hours notice.

Very central to all shops, pubs etc.

Very noise from outside, had issues with bedding for 3 of our party. When contacted, the host found it extremely stressful and unhelpful to get this resolved. Had cold showers from Saturday morning. The living room looks extremely tired and needs updating. Not be suitable for people with reduced mobility due to all the steps and heavy doors.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
