Location, storage and very spacious

Safety issues outside lighting and VERY STEEP AND GREEN steps down, very surprised there was no rat issues due to cleanliness around the outside area where bin is located, items not available I.e wine glasses, oven glove, tongs, shower mat (bath slippy) could not watch television anywhere in apartment only
You tube. No ventilation and very bad smell when entering the apartment (DAMP) this one needs urgent attention as does the stairs. For these reasons I wouldn’t book here again . Also a Key box on wall would help instead of having to collect and take back keys to another location, when check out is 10am.

Lovely spacious property!

Toilet wouldn’t flush!
Went in one of en-suite showers 1st night , water kept filling up in bath couldn’t unplug plug so was out of use rest of stay! so 1 shower for rest of stay for 6 us 🙄
Phoned to report it the reply was.. can’t send anyone out it’s weekend! but you took good money off us for weekend!
I would sack the cleaners! i read a review before about the property not being clean and not enough cups etc! so i phoned before hand about my concerns.
Shame really it’s a beautiful spacious apt,
fab location. didn’t let it spoil our Special occasion!! But sort it out Bookings.com!!!

Nice large apartment. Great location. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night.

Wasn’t very clean. There was ketchup or something all over the kitchen cupboards and what looked like haribo sweets on the door frame. Only 3 mugs in the whole place. Plastic glasses only. Tv didn’t work other than Netflix.

The stay was disappointing due to several avoidable issues. Key collection and return were required at a separate address 10 minutes away, with no prior notice. Access instructions were unclear, and the listing did not mention visible damp, dehumidifiers, or a strong musty smell. The floors and oven were not clean. No usable WiFi details were provided, and the digital guidebook showed the wrong location. Communication with the managing company was unhelpful.

We had a great time at the apartment! It’s centrally located and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and communication was easy. The only downside: since the apartment is partially below ground level, the air felt a bit damp when we arrived and it’s a bit tricky to fully air it out.

I stayed here with 5 friends and it was perfect for our group. The place is exactly as described and the host is very friendly and responds quickly which is very helpful. The location is in walking distance to great restraunts and bars and it is down a quiet street. The accommodation is very spacious and I really couldn’t recommend this place more! Beds are very comfy and it is also clean. Overall, the accommodation is fantastic value and I will be sure to stay here again next time I visit Liverpool.

Location excellent. Very quiet and spacious accommodation.

The comments we read before our visit were not addressed. Strong smell of damp, mould in second bedroom (largest room) and above front door not clean. Handle fell off ensuite door in second bedroom (largest room) already on comments. One lady in party got shut in. On Arrival we tried the kettle which blew the fuse box no lights in the kitchen. Kettle was eventually replaced after a lengthy phone call. IMPORTANT labels on the Portable items out of date. Last PAT (Portable Appliance Testing) January 2024. Lack of crockery for 8 people, plenty of cutlery. Extractor Fans in both bathroom ceilings NOT working? Causing condensation which did not help the damp/mould issue. Toilet in second bedroom did not flush. No Spare Keys on back of door as notified? Sofa Bed in second bedroom did not open flat, very dirty mattress. No lights down steep steps to entry of property.

All they really did was ignore us until we left. Very disappointed with the house with the basic amenities and support.

Absolutely massive apartment, mostly open plan. Thrones were full length with lots of wardrobe space. Had two full sized bathrooms and a separate loo off the kitchen utility area. Great location just off old hall street (few mins walk from castle street with all it's bars and restaurants). Within 1 min walk of mini Tesco, Sainsbury's, greggs and restaurants. Lots of hot water st the apartment for all 6 of us to have showers, two double beds and a sofa bed...sofa bed quite narrow, so I decided to sleep on the couch rather than share the sofa bed. It was plenty comfy and we had lots of spare linen and pillows to do so. Fabulous vegan amd veg indian restaurant on the corner (sanskruti)
Excellent value for money, we stayed 2x nights for 6 ladies and paid less than 100 pp for both nights

Was a little hard to find initially..basement flat so set down steps from the main road, behind a black gate/railings. About the door is frosted glass with 'apartment 1P'... but it was dark when I arrived (november) and although there is am outdoor lights about the door and on the steps they were not switched on, so I didn't see the door sign... if you get stuck it's ust a little further up and opposite side the cotton exchange sign (heading towards tithbarn St). .... because it's a basement flat it had that typical damp odour (though, no sign of any actual damp) ..so if you are sensitive to smells pack some room spray! We soon got use to it and only really noticed it when we went out and came back again

Would I stay again? Yes...!

The apartment is in a great location,very central and very quiet.
Very large, good facilties and a beautiful building.
Good for families or group of friends

Currently the apartment is not suitable for guests. It has an overwhelming smell of damp and mould and black tide marks on the doors and tiles. The utility room and second bedroom smells like something has died in the walls. There was a dead rat on the stairs when we arrived.
The mattress on the sofa bed is stained and dirty so nobody wanted to sleep on it.
We didn't sleep at all despite having all the facilities we needed as it was so smelly and grubby. Everything felt dirty and even the glasses when you drank from them smelt of mould.
Several reviews point to this.
We only stayed one night out of our two booked and found alternative accommodation for our second night which was a real hassle having to move.
I contacted the owner and booking.com several times to discuss and have had no acknowledgement of the problems we were having or to discuss the state of the apartment , neither during our stay or after. I would not recommend this apartment at all unless you are accustomed to the smell of mould.
Upon calling the company on our return we have simply been sent a form to fill in and wait 10 days. Disgraceful service. There are plenty of fabulous accommodation options in Liverpool, do not risk staying here

Lovely spacious apartment with open plan kitchen / diner. 3 toilets and 2 en suite’s was great. It was located in the best spot in town, in walking distance to everything you need, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping.

We had a little trouble locating the property when we arrived, we walked past it several times only to realise it was on an underground floor meaning there were steps leading down from the street. It would be good if there was a sign on the fence where the stairs are leading down to the front door.

Die Lage ist sehr gut man ist gleich in der Stadt zu Fuss

Es wird nirgends erwähnt vorab das es sich um einen Keller handelt.
Die Wohnung ist top wie auf den Bildern.
Jedoch kann man kein Fenster öffnen und es gibt keine Lüftung
Sehr muffig!
Wir hatten die Haustüre aufgelassen um frische Luft zu haben.
Sehr enttäuschend würde ich nicht weiter empfehlen

Alojamiento muy espacioso y bien equipado. En el centro de Liverpool.

Para recoger las llaves hay que ir a una tienda que está a unos 500 metros del alojamiento. Esto no queda claro en ninguno de los larguísimos mensajes que los gestores del alojamiento envían. Tampoco queda claro que, para obtener las instrucciones de check-in, hay que pagar un depósito de alrededor de 300 libras o contratar un seguro de 30 libras.

Los sofás-cama no son muy cómodos.

La cancela que da acceso al apartamento, que está por debajo del nivel de la calle, no se cierra. Esto da sensación de poca seguridad.

Hay dos habitaciones, dos baños completos y un aseo. El espacio da para 4 habitaciones y 3-4 baños completos.

It was a nice and spacious apartment close to the center. Plenty of towels and storage space. Contact with Charlie was also excellent and you had a response in no time.

Collecting the keys is in a supermarket and that took some searching. Because the apartment is located in a basement, it is often damp. This means that the blankets were often a bit damp and you could smell it.

Alot bigger than it looks in pictures.

Not alot of natural light given the fact its in a basement with hazardous dangerous steps leading to entrance.
From start to finish dealing with staff has been terrible. Struggling as language barrier was a problem. Having to go to a news agents to collect keys was off putting, no where near apartment and having to drop key on departure to a closed building into a letter box 🤔 again other side of town has not been very convenient.
Also numerous emails demanding monies that had already been paid. Having to send proof of payment every time became tedious.
Almost like no one knew what was going on. Plus having to contently prove that you have dropped the key of to the designated area. It's been very stressful and ruined our stay.😭

Špatně označený apartmán, pokud bych neviděla v recenzích fotku vchodu, asi bychom ho hledali doteď.

Overall had a great stay. Apartment was spacious, well decorated and everything we needed for our weekend stay. Walk in showers in both bathrooms that were in each bedroom. A toilet through a door in the kitchen. Little things such as dishwasher tablets were there for us to put on before we left, washing tabs if needed to use washing machine. A large dinning table if we were to eat in the apartment. Shops, restaurants etc were a 15 min walk or a quick and cheap Uber ride away. The steps down to apartment are a bit steep but just be carful and you’ll be fine.
There was 6 of us girls stayed and could of got another on the sofa bed.
Charlie was great, helping me with any questions or queries before our arrival (even with my 101 messages nothing was a problem)
Would definitely recommend this apartment and we are booking again in the near future

Sofa’s comfortable, the apartment was of a good size, beds very comfortable, good location

Smelt very musty, not a lot of cutlery or crockery. Bath towels felt very cheap & not very big plus not enough of them. Stairs down to the apartment very dangerous & dark .
No information booklet which would have been of help especially if you didn’t have a mobile phone.
Only found light switch for outside lights on the last day not labeled.

Stayed here with my wife and our daughter, had a great couple of days sightseeing. The apartment was lovely and was walkable to all the main attractions and was very quiet with little or no traffic outside.
The hosts were great and are always very quick to respond to any queries.

The apartment was exactly what we needed for a stay in Liverpool with our 3 older boys. There was loads of space, ample storage, and the location is so central for the waterfront, shops, public transport and restaurant. The team communicated clearly and gave us all the info we needed. Thank you!

The property is a really great size and decorated nice and modern. In a good location walking distance to nice restaurants bars etc. Really good communication with hosts. However after booking I had seen that many people in reviews had commented on a dampness issue. I asked if this was still an issue and was assured that this had long been dealt with however on entering the property was faced with a strong stench of dampness. The couches and beds actually felt quite damp. It is a basement property so I imagine this is quite common. The beds and sofa beds did not have mattress protectors on them therefore were quite badly stained. I communicated this issue with the hosts and was told this was something they would look into.

Team was very responsive to questions. Apartment is in the basement and there is a musky smell from moisture, but it was a minor issue. Apartment in general and rooms specifically were very large. Plenty of room for everyone. Showers had great pressure. Beds were comfortable. We were there for Open Championship week. Apartment was great location with close proximity to public transportation. Apartment cost more than normally oils pay but it may have been because of the Open. Apartment shows some wear (scratches on wood floor) and cleaning could have been better (refuse spill on wall behind trash can), but overall the experience was excellent and I recommend the place and the team.

El apartamento es muy cómodo, grande, todo esta nuevo, la cocina esta muy bien equipada, la decoración y los detalles del apartamento hace que te sientas en casa.
Cada dormitorio tiene su baño privado más otro baño.
Todo está nuevo e impecable.
Mis hijos lo disfrutaron mucho. Esta en una ubicación maravillosa, llegas caminando a la costanera, restaurante, museo de Liverpool, zona de bares ( donde tocaban los Beatles) etc.. lo recomiendo 100%

The property was absolutely stunning. It has such a homey and warm feel to it yet modern and stylish. It had everything we needed and more I was really impressed. It was the most beautiful apartment I have stayed. The team were amazing in providing all the information needed for our stay and they were so approachable if we were to need to ask anything (which we didn’t!) :)

The location was great.

We were given keys for the apartment but not for the gate… left us standing in the middle of Liverpool with three kids, after travelling all day whilst they demanded pictures of the keys we collected! Two hours later they arrive after 9pm at night to open the gate and give us correct keys 😡 We then had to cook tea for the children and the oven was so filthy that just heating it up set off all the fire alarms in the place… there was not one baking tray… only a Pyrex bowl 🤷🏻‍♀️ We contacted the “hosts” and they came out the next day and cleaned the oven and gave us baking trays. We then asked if we could extend our stay by one night, given the issues we had to the start of our break and they said no problem, that’s it all sorted, don’t worry about it, we will “handle” at our end… only to discover when we got home that they had charged us for the “extra” night on the card for booking, despite not invoicing or agreeing a rate etc. contacted them and got palmed off and then ignored!

we had an excellent stay for 4 nights. the property had everything we needed. a short walk to the car park around the corner which was fairly priced. we loved having the facilities to be able to cook our own food for our stay. it was spacious and felt homely.

I did miss my colander and wooden spoon! a few more utensils would be beneficial.

The place was very damp, and so really smelled. Extractor fans didn't work in any bathroom so that didn't help. Adequately equipped but no cloths for wiping surfaces, and no bins in the bathrooms. If these are remedied, then the accommodation would be perfect.

Huge apartment, not far from the city centre, quiet location, comfortable beds in the bedrooms, contact with the owners was seamless when we needed anything. Key collection and drop off was easy and quick.

The steps into it were narrow and steep. Wouldn’t be suitable for anyone with balance issues.
A clearer sign on the location of the gate would be really benefital, especially arriving in the dark and rain - it was hard to know where it was as the gate blends with the black fence.

The property is located in the basement so there is not much natural light and because you can't really open the windows, the apartment has a musty smell. The apartment could also have been a little bit cleaner. The apartment has noise sensors.

Black mould, damp and a hovel. All is not what it seems... Booked for two nights, stayed for one, would have stayed for NONE had it been possible.
Having booked this property in Liverpool we travelled from Scotland with two young children to what looked like an amazing property online. Spacious, modern interior and well laid out, this however was not the case! Photographs can be deceiving, bit like cat-fishing for properties this one!
The listing states self-entry via keypad, no you collect the keys from a newsagent a few roads away. Ok can forgive that one. What we couldn't forgive, was the stench of damp as soon as you opened the doors and the humidity caused by this in the apartment. As soon as you opened the door you were hit with a wall of 'this is going to be awful'.
We entered the property and noticed straight away that it was far from clean. Settees were all stained and smelly and also felt damp. This in turn led to us discovering a large cupboard in the dining area that had such a stench of damp that is would have been unusable. It was however unusable due to it being rammed floor to ceiling with boxes of whatever and manky mops, bedding and towels. You couldn't have the door open for more than 10 seconds or the aroma of eau de damper than a fish's left ear hit the rest of the apartment. The toilet beside this, dear lord, what died in there? Again utterly stinking of damp and completely unusable.
On we went into the larger bedroom, again stinking of damp, the bedding on the bed feeling damp and the cushions smelling of damp. Like if you had worn a t-shirt to the gym, sweated like you were running marathon, let it dry, put it back on, did the same again, let it dry and then put it back on again....stinking. We'll get onto the list of yuck soon.
The second bedroom, same story, stained carpets, stink of damp, bedding damp, bathroom unclean and generally just not very nice to be in; This is where we sent messages to both the 'host' and AirBnB explaining the situation and that it was not somewhere we could stay with two children. We immediately wanted out but at 9.18pm it was proving difficult to find somewhere. (This we have been penalised for by AirBnB!)
So the list, where on earth do I begin. Also to the host, I do not want a reply like the message replies that you are in there fixing the issues, this has been an issue since 2018 as far as I can see in reviews.
The issues, bearing in mind they have a cleaning team and we also have a catalogue of photos to back everything up:
Sickening gut wrenching smell of damp and humidity on the air that left everything damp, even the pictures in their frames are curling up and trying to fold themselves out of the frames to get away.
Flooring all marked and dirty carpets
Settees all stained and smelling of damp. Arms of setters broken. Lift the cushions and surprise surprise, enough crumbs to make a loaf of bread and top it off with the deflated balloons also under there. Dirt, crumbs and dust under each of the three settees.
Spiders and their webs which look like they have made a wee holiday home, not just little spiders. Yet the cleaning team didn't notice this?
Black mould on the bedroom blinds, a health hazard. Manky dusty blinds AND Black Mould.
Hand prints all over the walls.
Heavy Dust on all light fittings, even the ones that didn't work which was the majority of the light fittings in the apartment. Party the night before? Love to know what they had on the cable ties hanging from the chandelier. Skirtings boards covered in dust. microwave unclean and rusting...I could go on and on.
We were then told that the cleaning team hadn't noticed any of this when they were in, well that's obvious as it's still there! And the damp smell? They say that was rectified some time ago and they cleaning team hadn't noticed. hadn't noticed a smell that would turn the stomach of anyone. Nose blind and eye blind?? The ensuite door should have been a clue of one issue, as it's quarter of the door tide mark of damp from the floor up tells you everything you need to know. The cupboard of doom, the settees with tide marks.
Sorry you can throw every excuse at me all you want Katy, Joe and Charlie but you have known about the issues at this property for at least 4 years and that's just looking at the reviews. You have reviews stating they could smell the damp when they walked in, but it was fine after a while. Only because they are now nose blind to the stink. I can't put into words the strength of the damp smell and to knowingly place myself and family (5 and 11 year olds) in there is beyond forgivable.
AirBnB refunded one night as they have stated we stayed the first night. Only because it was late and there was nowhere else to go with two young boys! Apart from sleep in the car. I will be fighting for the other half back which you didn't even think to offer. We booked alternative accommodation first thing the following day to get us out of the hovel with the strip club at the end of the street.
Please anyone reading this, do not book this accommodation. Airbnb have already said they have broken host regulations, yet the listing is still active. (showing they don't actually care either) It is a damp, dirty, cold, horrid space at the moment and not fit for human habitation. It needs removed from AirBnB and rectified properly with a structural engineer and a ventilation expert as there is none.

We really enjoyed staying in this large and spacious apartment. The environment is really quiet and we all have nice nights of sleep after a whole day of sightseeing. The apartment is also within walking distance of most of the attractions and amenities. There was a slight issue on our last day while some maintenance had to be carried out about the building, but Charlie and the team have informed us beforehand and provided prompt assistance in solving the issue. So would definitely recommend booking this apartment if you are planning to travel to Liverpool.

Property was much larger than displayed in the photos, property was very clean and off a busy main street, was very modern with plenty of facilities, not really much that could be improved on. possibly the kitchen could be better stocked but location is very close to a 245/7 supermarket.

Not much that was bad about the property, if you are hoping for a scenic or bright apartment, probably not the best choice as it's below street level, and slight smell of damp due to location. nothing else I can say as a negative.

The property was very spacious as we had a group of 8 girls. Having three bathrooms was a god send when getting ready to go out.

I do feel the bedrooms are big enough to put another double bed in rather than having the sofa bed in the bedroom.

I would also recommend additional towels as we were staying for three nights.

Over all the size and location was perfect for us and I would recommend this property for large groups.

The smell of damp in the apartment is very unpleasant and there was mould on the windows blinds. This should be addressed sooner rather than later as it would be a simple fix.

We had an amazing 4 night stay in Liverpool. The basement apartment is really spacious as shown in the photos which was great with our 2 young boys (5yrs and 2yrs) who enjoyed running around a lot! The location is ideal - situated down a quiet cobbled street off from main streets, with barely any noise from neighbouring flats or the street at night. The apartment is within walking distance to loads of Liverpool’s sights and attractions. We highly recommend visiting the World Museum - it’s free admission but get there early to avoid queues. The Marina and Albert Docks aren’t too far away either and all the shops in Liverpool One are a short walk away too. We were initially concerned about finding a car park nearby but there are several to choose from - all NCP which you can top up via the app during your stay. We would definitely stay again!

This apartment is absolutely amazing, the size is so much bigger than the pictures make it look and it’s also so central!
Communication is given every step of the way and also very quick to respond so you feel very informed about the stay!
The steps are steep however this is mentioned in the description and we managed to bring our big suitcases down them without any real problem.
There’s a slight damp smell as you first walk in but I assume this is because it is below ground and heating may not always be on - the weather was also awful so this will not have helped I think.
Overall I would definitely return on any stay to Liverpool!

Loved the location, was handy for the Albert docks, shopping at L1 and great bars/restaurants nearby. Loved the size of the apartment, very spacious & did not feel cramped when in a big group. Lovely modern decor.

Unfortunately, the apartment smelt of damp and I think this is just due to it being below street level. You didn’t notice it as much once you had been in the apartment for a while but could do with some dehumidifiers or scented candles.
Also lack of certain utensils such as pizza cutter, baking trays or cloths.

My second time staying here and once again it was excellent. This is such a great apartment in Liverpool City Centre. The main living area is huge, both bedrooms have their own bathroom and TV. Netflix works great and the kitchen is fully equipped. Hosts are quick to answer questions through the Airbnb app. Next time I stay in Liverpool this will be the first place I look up.

This place is amazing, they have all the necessary amenities to make the stay pleasant and want for nothing. The apartment was fantastic. As soon as you walk in you find a beautifully set up sitting room and kitchen with everything you need, and so well appointed.
The bedrooms were massive and so clean. The beds were very comfortable as well.

This place is stunning! I loved staying here and was very sad to leave. It is even better than the pictures. The 2 bedrooms are huge, both en suite with their own TV and walk through wardrobe. What a wonderful space! We were two couple and two toddlers and it was absolutely perfect. It is a basement flat so we had to contend with the steep stairs and buggies but the owners had alerted us to this so we were fully aware and it didn’t cause any issues.

The apartment was beautiful and much bigger than we expected. Perfectly clean and plenty of towels and bedding. We also appreciated the washer/dryer which we didn’t expect to find in the apartment, but it meant not bringing home loads of laundry! The apartment felt private, was warm and comfortable and a quiet relaxing place to hang out between walks to the city. It was ideally located within a few minutes walk to the centre or the pier, and has a handy local Sainsbury’s and Tesco just around the corner.
Parking at the nearest NCP car park is very expensive, but we found a cheaper secure car park on Kent Street which was £25 for 5 days. Quite a long walk (20 mins away) but we didn’t use the car for the duration of our stay as the city had everything within walking distance.
We would happily stay again if we visit Liverpool and have recommended to all our family and friends.

This place is great. Stylish, well located and very spacious. The hosts are also great, they are very quick to respond to any questions and always available. Lots of information and great communication with the hosts. Massive place, bigger than you expect. Very comfy beds and triple glazed in bedrooms so don't hear a thing, however the sofa bed in living room its noisier. Great location, very central to everything. Perfect for a group night out as not on top of each other. For girls bring your own mirror for makeup as the lighting isnt amazing as it's more underground. Reccomend it.

This apartment was very spacious for 5 of us. The 2 bedrooms were huge and had ample storage space. The hosts were brilliant in keeping communication with us promptly with any questions we had. The location of the apartment was great too, not too near the center of Liverpool One, but close enough to bob into town which only took about 5/7 minute walk. Great for the docks, only a few minutes walk away and so much architecture to take in on the way!

Katy, Joe & Team have definitely put their place in the top notch group as this place is wonderfully setup and spacious, with full complement of amenities. My wife with three adult children enjoyed the place, especially the rooms which were bright, and full of storage space. Wow! What you see is what you get. This beautiful apartment is at least as large as it appears in the photos. The location is perfect, just a short walk from a nice breakfast restaurant and a Tesco Express. The comfortable beds and quiet location led to a great nights sleep. I’d stay here again.

Amazing property! We were a group of 8 and had plenty of room. Everywhere was sparkling clean and the location is perfect to get anywhere central. Hosts were extremely fast with responding to questions and very helpful. Thank you I will be recommending you :)

Es war eine sehr tolle und schöne Unterkunft, sehr Zentral. Mit dem Schlüsselcode hat es sehr gut funktioniert. Bezüglich der Wegbeschreibung immer auf die E-Mail achten.

Excellent flat for our long weekend in Liverpool. Perfect location - we were able to walk to most places and the flat itself is in a quiet street with a very private entrance. Very spacious accommodation and great style interior with a fully stocked kitchen. Highly recommend this flat. The host was very communicative and supplied all information and we didn’t need to ask any further questions.

This is a beautiful apartment, very lavishly decorated. It has Netflix and beautiful sofas and living spaces. It’s lovely and warm for a winter stay. We were very comfortable and felt really happy there the whole time.
It’s within walking distance of the docks and the central shopping/sightseeing district. It felt secure and safe in a city district of town.
We found it was lacking in a few basics in the kitchen for cooking a nice dinner (lacking a few utensils etc.), but I’ve shared that with the hosts - who have been great at being in contact throughout the stay - and I’m sure they’ll see to adding the things I’ve listed.
I would highly recommend!

A truly wonderful stay! The apartment was huge, spotlessly clean and in a great location. It had all the amenities we could possibly need, with supermarkets close to hand (not to mention a 10/10 Indian restaurant on the same block) and the city centre a short walk away. Will definitely book again the next time we're in Liverpool.

Fantastic apartment in a great location. Large and spacious properly, decorated to a very high standard and with everything you could possibly need. Plenty of eating and drinking establishments within a stones throw. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the city.

Overall is a good appartment, but not enought for 8 people as adverticed.
Not clean enought, no toilet paper, no shower gel in one of the bathrooms.

Cet appartement situé au -1 d'un immeuble du centre ville de Liverpool manque de lumière naturelle de ce fait. Il reste pour autant une très bonne adresse où séjourner, l'appartement étant très spacieux et très bien équipé avec télévision et salle de bains dans chacune des 2 grandes chambres, accès wifi, netflix.

The location of the apartment was very central, making getting around the city easy. We used a car park round the corner for £12 for 24 hours.
The living space is spacious and comfortable with plenty of space.
We travelled with family and our toddler and would recommend the apartment more for groups, couples or older families.

We were in Liverpool for 3 nights and booked this place for its location being central, must say it was absolutely spot on, right in the heart of downtown and only a few blocks away from the waterfront couldn't have been better,
The apartment itself was very spacious, we were staying with another friend and both families had a very comfortable stay. Would highly recommend someone looking to book a decent place in the centre of Liverpool :)

Upon arrival we were greeted by Paul to help check in as there was issues with parking from the pervious visitors. He told us how to check in and quickly left. Straight away we had parking issues (We have been refunded and parking doesn’t seem to be available on this listing anymore). Upon entering the apartment we were greeted with a damp smell. Assuming it would dissipate in a hour or so we carried on unpacking where we noticed drink stains on tables and counters, an old damp patch on the wall in the dining room, crumbs on dining room floor and found some rubbish in the wardrobe in one of the bedrooms. The damp smell lasted the entire stay and seemed to be worse in the bigger bedroom and ensuite.
The apartment was beautiful. The bathrooms were clean. Wifi wasn’t the best and seemed to be spotty but got better once we moved the router out of the cupboard.
Communication was polite and refunded our parking with no issues. Location is amazing. Perfect if not wanting to use a car.
Would love to stay again once we know the damp smell is gone.

If you want a lovely, comfortable place to stay in Liverpool's city center, look no further. I would love to LIVE her full-time. One hint....drive a small car. We had a van, and it was too long and tall to fit into the designated parking space.

I traveled to Liverpool with my family to celebrate my mother's milestone birthday. I was looking for a place that had all the amenities we were looking for and had plenty of space. This place did not disappoint. It was HUGE! Plenty of room in both bedrooms, plenty of toilets, and the sitting area was more than enough to have family congregate and get re-acquainted.
We had a mix-up when we initially got there with the wrong apartment being cleaned. I called the host immediately indicating that the apartment we were in had been missed for a cleaning. Louie got to work immediately having someone come in and clean the apartment within an hour or two. We had to wait a little longer for towels and toiletries but, once again, when I brought it to Louie's attention it was taken care of right away and within 30 minutes someone came and dropped everything off. In addition, we received some compensation for the mishap and confusion with multiple apologies, which was very thoughtful. Clearly this situation is not the norm.
We all received one towel for our stay but we stayed over more than a week so it would have been nice to have more than one towel; however, there was a washer and dryer which we were able to use so that solved that problem.
Overall, even with minor hiccups we really loved the place. It was the perfect size, had everything we needed, and an excellent location with walking distance to Liverpool One and a short distance from coffee shops and other places. Even across from a busy place, any noise was minimal.
I would not hesitate staying here again the next time I'm in Liverpool and appreciate the constant communication. Certainly set my mind at ease. Thank you!!!

A stylish apartment that is well positioned, being in walking distance to Moorfields train station.
The apartment is kitted out with everything you could need. It is v spacious with 2 en-suites and separate wc.
I couldn’t recommend more!

The place is in a great location very close to city center. I was in Liverpool for the weekend with the family and we pretty much walked everywhere. Check-in and parking were simple and straightforward. The hosts were very easy to get hold of and more than happy to help with any of our inquiries. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

The hosts were wonderful and made my stay feel like home. They provided support and I felt prepared. The flat is lovely and even better than the pictures. The location is great and short walking distance to great restaurants and 2 express grocery stores. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

It is a lovely apartment but unfortunately our stay was marred as we only had access to one bathroom between 5 of us due to a plumbing issue we only found out about a few hours before our arrival. It is in a convenient location for Albert Dock. We didn’t know it was a basement apartment until after we’d booked but that doesn’t really detract from the property unless you enjoy lots of natural daylight.

Would definitely come back. It was a really nice space which had everything we needed in there and was well kept. The location was spot on for us in easy reach of everything including being round the corner from Moorfields station which got us to Aintree. We had 6 people and thought there was plenty of room for us all.

This apartment is such a great space for a group to get together. The rooms are beautifully decorated and it feels more like being in a hotel than an apartment. The communal area is perfect for a group to enjoy drinks and dinner with loads of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The location is a short stroll to most nearby amenities and about 15 mins to the doc or alternatively taxi's are cheap and easy to come by. We will definitely look to go back again next year!

We had a lovely 2 night stay in Liverpool to catch up with family . The communication was brilliant, access to the basement apartment very easy , although the stairs are a little steep and tricky ! Hold on tight to the rails! Location is perfect. Quiet area with parking next door ! Beautifully fitted out .. HUGE space . Very stylish and tastefully done . Local Tesco//Sainsbury’s a 2 min walk and the Pier Head is but a few minutes more . Would definitely recommend !

A very nice 4 star apartment.
Very spacious living space with a budget kitchen. By budget we mean a cheap electric hop and a NON-fan assisted oven. (I didn't even know they still made ovens like that) and what looked like the cheapest sink/tap combo you could find in B & Q.
The bathrooms were much more luxurious and other than some shabby towels we couldn't complain.
The living and dinning space were both great. The three smart Tv's were a great touch (maybe the tv's were the reason they ran out of money in the kitchen)
Awesome location, close to the centre and there is a Tesco express and Sainsburys local 450 feet from the apartment.
The hosts were great and we would definitely stay in one of their properties again.

A spacious apartment within walking distance (10 minutes or so) to the centre of Liverpool. Prompt communication from the host which is always appreciated when booking for a large group of people. The place is newly furbished to a high standard. Take care on the steep steps that lead down to the apartment!

The apartment was absolutely stunning and a great space. Unfortunately there was no WiFi as they had just finished a renovation, but the host was so brilliant and even offered a refund for the lack of WiFi without us even asking.
Just brilliant, and such great communication with the hosts.
