Cavern Club is only 2 mins walk with plenty of bars & restaurants a stone-throw away. Castle Street is also only 5 minutes where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal liver building and bars & restaurants such as Rudys' pizza!
The space
Cosy Studio Apartment Sleeps 4:

• Fitted with a double size bed for 2 guests and super comfy double sofa bed with a deep spring matress. A handy wall divider spaced between the beds.
• A super large Smart TV can swivel from the lounge to face the main bed - you can stream your favourite shows on your favourite apps
• Dining table for four
• A fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, kettle, oven, and much more! A handy Nespresso coffee machine to start your mornings right.

The apartment is in the perfect location if you are a night owl or are looking to enjoy the nightlife.

The apartment is located above a bar with a live singer and so close to other great bars and restaurants - everything's within manageable walking distance!

**Please note: Due to the incredibly central locations this apartment does get loud in the afternoons and evenings with nightlife venues around the area. You may also hear noise from pubs emptying bins early morning.

There is a CCTV in the building. Whilst there is street noise from surrounding establishments, we kindly ask our guests to remain respectful of the other residents in the building.

There is strictly no access to the balcony. For health and safety reasons, it will be locked off.**

**Please note: The apartment is just above a bar with a live singer - it can get loud in the afternoons and evenings with bands practicing and/or performing. You may also hear noise from pubs emptying bins early morning.

The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift in the building.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 21 at this property.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Couldn’t gain access to property as front door broke, Mold in bathroom, un finished DIY, dirty bedsheets and mattress, dirty cups/glasses in cupboard, broken glass on carpet, WiFi doesn’t work, very loud in the evenings - wouldn’t say it’s fit for use.

Loved the location, and large TV.

Received a key from a Newsagents for the property. The key did not work. Wasted 1 and a half hours on the phone speaking to 3/4 different staff members. Finally got the spare key after being on hold for half an hour.

    • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 21. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Any parties or events are not allowed on this property, however if you are looking for somewhere to enjoy a quiet hen or stag stays, please reach out to us and we are happy to review this for you.
