This wonderfully modern apartment has comfy double beds in the bedrooms and sofa beds in the living area, perfect for families!We offer a 50" inch TV to watch on whilst you kick back and relax along with a fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, wifi and secure parking!

Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - l1 Minimarket that is about 4 minute walk. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
This 4th floor apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

I recently stayed here, and while it had some positives, overall, I was quite disappointed. The location was great—very central and convenient for getting around. The apartment itself was spacious, which was a plus.
However, cleanliness was a major issue. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the pull-out beds were in bad condition—broken and covered in stains, making them uncomfortable. It’s clear that more attention needs to be given to maintenance and hygiene.
The apartment came with a designated parking space in a small underground car park, but it was extremely tight, and we struggled to park as we had a large car. That said, I appreciated the host’s quick response when I called for help, as they provided alternative parking options nearby.
With some improvements, this place could be a great stay, but as it is now I would probably book elsewhere if I was to come to Liverpool again.

The properties washing machine was broken. We were not made aware of this prior to arrival.

Locality, the host was always to hand. Style of the apartment.
Think if a picture of the actual building was on the website to find it initially also a grab rail to get out the bath as nothing to hold on to on the long drop down. Also maybe two parking places as most was empty and as the apartment can host eight one space really wasn’t enough,

Got to admit it was a huge effort checking in at 1am in the morning. We had to find the security box which was ages away from the property not sure why the key box wasn’t on duke street didn’t make sense at all. We were driving through the centre while everyone was trying to get in the car people were getting arrested and it wasn’t a great or helpful experience

Great central location, hard to beat as it is walking distance to everything in the city centre within five minutes. Internal courtyard a bit rundown/depressing and the stairs/lift area had an overpowering bleach smell. One of our kids couldn’t sleep due to the neighbours above partying until 3am on a school night. But it’s an apartment block in a city centre location, so I guess comes with the territory. Host very responsive to all my questions/queries.

Xmas Eve and we are all almost crying because we had to remove the carpets because they were dirty. Once we rolled the carpets, the sofa moved a bit and we found hairs, a used cue tip and lostnof dustbunnies and feathers. thst place has not been hoovered nor mopped in a long time.
we had to wash all the cutlery and dishes before using them - pictures to follow.
the bathroom was not even finished! with broken tiles and debris on the floor and lots of mouldy parts on walls.

This is our second stay with the same host!! Our first was in 2018 although at different location, this place is equally great!
Clear & Easy Instructions from Host for check in & check out process. Place is clean and as per description & pictures. Walkable to Liverpool 1.
Charlie is very quick & responsive at all times to assists and answers to our queries.
The only thing is Wifi! Unable to connect throughout our stay! Even after all the self
Troubleshooting done. Really hope host can look into this to avoid inconvenience for future guests.
Overall, Great Stay. Will be back to Merseyside!

Clean, modern, elegant, plenty of CCTV security, staff were very responsive to requests/ question before visit. Shop owner/ staff where we picked up keys.
Courtyard was untidy and could do with clean up and although it was emphasised that faculty was non smoking there was cigarette butts everywhere. Main bedroom could do with blinds or net curtain for privacy, as full length window that was directly opposite another balcony. The rm did have full length draw curtain but that meant using electricity unnecessarily.

The neighbours were extremely nosey, looking through our windows and stood outside watching our every move and even reported us for noise complaints when we had the TV on. This was the only thing that ruined our stay and because of this we will not book this location again. Such a shame because the apartment itself was great and very good value for money!

We were a group of 8 in Liverpool for our close friends wedding. The flat is located in a great location - within 10 minutes walking distance of cool places like the Baltic Triangle and also the city centre. Even with such a large group, the place did not feel small. Can highly recommend this place for those wishing to see what Liverpool has to offer!

Unfortunately this place fell short on many aspects, firstly this is NOT a self checkin apartment. You have to collect the keys from a corner store from the cashier and then you have to drop them back off again when you leave, VERY inconvenient. Does not mention this at all until you've booked your stay.
Whilst the apartment was mostly clean, some of the light fixtures simply just didn't work and there seemed to be random bits of junk inside the wardrobes. All of the plates and utensils stunk like old dish water so we had to rewash everything before we could use it.
The fobs are a nightmare to use as most of the time they don't work so you're either stuck in or out until they decide to work.
It's bang in the middle of the student area of Liverpool so if you want to sit outside on the balcony be prepared to look at a sea of empty vodka bottles stacked against the adjacent apartment block windows.
Other than that it was fairly decent, it's pretty central so quite convenient.

Had a lovely stay this weekend and couldn’t fault the apartment itself, super comfy bed and good communication from our hosts. Apartment is in a great location and only short walking distance to many of the attractions and popular spots in Liverpool. The only downside was the noise in the streets outside of the main bedroom however not the fault of our hosts and this was to be expected considering it was a weekend close to many popular drinking spots! Thanks Katy & Joe for our stay, I am sure we will be back when we return to Liverpool in the future :)

Our group had a lovely stay here! Location is brilliant, it was easily walkable to all the spots we wanted to go to.
The beds were very comfortable and the sofa beds, though perhaps not as comfortable, were perfectly good for a short stay. The one bathroom between 8 girls was a bit of a juggle but we made it work so anyone can!

Great stay in a great location, bonus of parking as well. Close to everything and generally pretty quiet. Everything you need in the apartment as well. The only annoying thing is the very loud extractor type fan on top of the building, this doesn’t run all the time though!

We collected the keys from a local shop from a charming gentleman who was happy to chat about the city. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We were most impressed with the sound proofing. Security was superb and we felt very safe. Extremely comfortable beds and sofas. Wonderful bathroom. What can I say? It was perfect and amazing value for money. Free secure parking was a bonus. Already planning on booking Duke Street for our next trip.

Unfortunately the hot water was not working in the shower for us. The manager of the property did reply immediately and booked someone to fix it after our stay due to only staying for one more night.
Only 2 toilet rolls for 2 days for 4 people is definitely not enough xD
I would have liked some sort of cleaning products, just to wipe surfaces as we were using them.
There were some old contraceptive pills and toothbrush boxes left in the flat from previous stays.

There is a keep quiet requirement from 10pm which is absolutely ridiculous because everyone else in the apartment block party until the small hours.
The apartment reeked of weed even in the bathroom... Presumably emanating from the apartments near by.
The property management claimed we had damaged a microwave and 'stole' £70 from our security deposit- we didn't even USE the microwave. This is currently being disputed through the property manager and booking.com

I had found lots of hair on the floor at master bedroom upon arrival so its not really hygenic!

Fantastic location…walking distance to everything you would like to experience on your trip to Liverpool. There is plenty of space in the accommodation for two families, loved the facilities within the house. Could not fault anything. I would definitely recommend booking to anyone who wants to explore the main areas of Liverpool

Great place, really well located and good value for how central it is. Myself and my friends had a lovely staycation weekend. Only thing to be aware of is the pick up/drop off place for keys is a few streets away, meaning checking in and out is a bit more time consuming so I'd factor that in time-wise. we'd all would love to stay again. Thanks for having us!

a group of 6 of us booked this apartment and loved it. the hosts kept in touch since the moment we booked to make sure we knew what we needed to and vice versa. the apartment was lovely. it was a really hot weekend and it gets hot in there, but those big balcony doors and fan in one of the bedrooms made such a difference. i would definitely recommend

The flat was clean, in a great location, well-equipped and really spacious. We appreciated being able to park so close to the city centre, and the host team's quick responses to a couple of issues that we raised during our stay.

The apartment was clean, spacious, stylish and perfectly located if you want to explore Liverpool City Centre - within walking distance to everywhere and there are lots of restaurants and bars nearby! The building is located on a main road, but the apartment is actually around the side, so it's quieter at night and we had no issues with noise at all. Check-in ran smoothly. The office where you pick up the keys is literally around the corner from the apartment. We had a couple of issues getting into the building but staff were on hand to help and sorted the issue quickly for us! Any questions we had, there was always someone to take our call.
We did have a few issues with the car park though, which was a shame as it's the only thing we found to be a problem. The fob that should open and close the gate didn't work at all. We were told it was a building maintenance issue but no one else seemed to have the issue that we did and we were told that the only thing that could be done to get out or in would be to wait for someone to either enter/exit the car park and follow behind them. This led to us being stuck in the car park several times, including a time where we were stuck for thirty minutes and missed our pre-booked tour of Anfield.
Without the parking issues, would recommend!

This place was very nice for the location and price. Unfortunately for us there were a few problems with the car park gate not working, and the difficulty in finding the offices to collect the keys. After driving a long distance alone with young children, three of whom had special needs this was a huge hassle. I do think depending on the group visiting, allowances should be made and a member of staff meeting you with the keys at the property on arrival would have been much easier. Upon leaving, a gentleman who worked there (and who helped us with our luggage because the lift was not working) accepted our keys to save us the hassle of going back to the office to return the keys, this was very kind and appreciated.

This apartment is well located and in an position for walking to Liverpool One, the Albert docks, the Baltic triangle and the cathedral. It’s also very near to Bold Street where there are lots of restaurants and a lively night ambience.
The hosts were always available to contact and a minor problem at the beginning was swiftly dealt with. When we left something behind and phoned to ask if the keys could be made available for us to go back, they were extremely accommodating.
I would definitely use these hosts again. Thank you!

Lets talk about the bathroom, 7 people we booked for. One person was then unable to make it so 6 people in the flat for the weekend and how much toilet roll was there? 2 rolls. By Saturday morning we had run out. Could we find anywhere to buy some more nope, all the shelves had been cleared out in the 3 tescos I knew of locally and home bargains. Perhaps you want to take your own?
Messages I recieved upon booking were friendly and they sent a guide, knowing liverpool already it wasnt needed for me but a first time visit would be helpful. Though found messages a bit sharp after the first message.
Please note though it says soap provided 🤔 2 mini bottles (by mini I mean tiny) and a small bar of soap... good job we all bought our own with us!
A good location, with entertaining neighbours in the flats opposite.

Only one fob and key for an apartment that could cater for 8 people , two of our group booked into another hotel . Blankets on the two double beds were filthy . Fold out bed was too uncomfortable to sleep in . The hosts gave excuses and just didn’t want to be bothered with getting us any extra keys or fobs for front door , if a group is staying in this apartment than can cater for 8 people everyone has to leave and arrive back at the same time , we will never stay there again

The apartment is in a great location and nicely decorated. Communication is a definite plus as they are very quick at responding, are polite and open with their responses and very helpful with their tips around the area. They even informed us of road closures and diversions before arrival. There was some damage to a door before our arrival which they were not aware of but were very professional in dealing with asking us about it and accepting my response in confirming that it hadn’t happened at our hands. The only (very minor) negative was that the coffee pods didn’t fit the coffee machine but it was easily solved as we bought our own, it was nice to have the option of a nespresso machine :)

Me and my friends rented this apartment for my graduation week and we all loved it. It is spacious, located in the centre and very easy to reach. The beds were very comfy and the sleeping couches, too. Everything you need is available and the hosts were very responsive. I can recommend this apartment!

Absolutely loved this accommodation. Was located in the centre of everything! Was clean and spacious, my guests loved it. I love the fact that the TV has Netflix available for us, was a lovely bonus. Will definitely be using this apartment again.

Good sized apartmemt, very spacious lounge, living area and fully functioning open kitchen (minor issue with greasy cups and plates but easily self resolved). Check-in and check-out is an effort as key pick up is from an office at a different location in town. Secure parking underneath apartment block is simple - just need to take care as entry and exit gates are a bit of a squeeze. Location is excellent - 10 minute walk down to the main shopping district. Good stay had by all.

This apartment is spacious, modern and very comfortable. A 5 minute walk takes you to the city centre and not too much further to Albert Dock. The beds are super comfy. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for self catering. The secure parking space is an extra bonus. A great apartment for a city break, and the city of Liverpool is a fantastic city to visit!! Great trip!

A very nice apartment easy accessible to the main tourist attractions ;on foot!!! ...a very good thing is the parking space in the basement to go via lift to the apartment. We had a wonderful day and enjoy ourselves. Hope to again.

This is a very modern, stylish little apartment. The beds were very comfy and there were very few things to fault in the apartment. The building itself could do with a few signs especially in the parking area and trying to find the way out of the building. Otherwise it was a very pleasant experience.

Nice place within the chinatown area, near the city centre 10 mins walk. A lot of restaurants and groceries options with free parking on site. Lots of space in the apartment.
The keys needs to be picked up and drop off at a different location with 8 mins walk.
Other than that all great and nice experience

All in All it was a great stay.
The place is really as described and better. Within few hours you feel home. Everything is easily accessible and the furniture are in perfect shape and highly comfortable.
Location is perfect since we were there to watch the champions league game of Liverpool Vs Barcelona. Equidistant from city Centre and Anfield stadium.
Only issue was that wifi was included in the initial listing, but wasn't in the house as it was new and we were clearly the first to stay in it ( which makes it understanble).
To sum up - we had 3 nights - rested well when we were there.
No disappointments.
