The space
This contemporary apartment houses two private bedrooms each fitted with a comfy double bed - one of which is huge enough to fit another sofa bed. Alongside this, the apartment boasts a spacious living area with a double sofa bed, ideal for groups to relax and unwind! There is also a travel cot in this property so that the whole family can enjoy their stay safely!The stylish, bright kitchen has all the utilities you will need for your stay, including a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and all the cooking amenities you will need to treat yourself to a home-cooked meal.
The primary bathroom features a bathtub with an overhead shower, perfect after a long day exploring the city.
Our balcony space offers a bistro table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy a fresh morning coffee using our Nespresso machine provided in the kitchen!
Featuring rattan furniture, bold colours, and statement pieces, this apartment is a perfect juxtaposition between cosy and contemporary.
Guest access
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle-free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them.Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - L1 Mini Market that is about 3 minute walk or 2 minute drive. This is located at Unit 1, 1 Sankey Street, Liverpool, L1 5EA. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

The apartment was very clean and had everything you could need. Location was great as Liverpool centre was a short walk away. Having a parking space is a massive bonus. Charlie our host was polite and very quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely recommend and we would not hesitate to book here again on our next visit to Liverpool.

We had a lovely time at the apartment. It's in a great location for local restaurants, museums and theatre. Even though the apartment is quite central and within a complex, the place was quiet, we slept well, and we felt safe walking back after a show one night with our kids. We highly recommend as a base for visiting Liverpool!
Note that entry by car into the carpark is via a button-press fob on the keys you pick up locally (all fine). The car space is closest to the lift up to the apartment, but there are other lifts to other blocks from the carpark, and there are no signs anywhere. To get to the lift, you need another (passive) fob - note that the spare key/fob in the flat seems only to work on the main entrance door from the street (not the carpark lift door).

N/A re Breakfast, Location was good.
The apartment had not been cleaned from the previous occupants when we arrived on Friday 11th April at 3pm. Finally after a number of calls to the host company the cleaning was done & we were able to take possession of the apartment at 7.30pm.
One of the 2 showers was not working(except for cold water) & the other was fine but it was in one of the bedrooms which made showering difficult for all 5 of us.
The mattress in one of the pull-out beds was badly stained & we have sent a photo of this to the host company.
I have filled a complete complaint form & emailed it to the host company & sent above details to them + requested a monetary compensation for the serious inconvenience we experienced.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please do not take the parking permit home, kindly leave it in the same location where you found it upon your check in. If you take it home, or you lose it, you will be charged £250.00 as it takes a long time to get replaced. You will also remain liable for future guests’ parking until the permit is replaced/returned.
