This apartment is perfect for groups looking to soak in the buzzing Lark Lane atmosphere or stroll around the beautiful grounds of Sefton Park. With some of Liverpool's best independent shops, bars and restaurants to explore. Sefton Park Palm House is also close-by and hosts multiple events throughout the year.

• Has an ensuite bathroom complete with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and basin

Other things to note
This apartment is situated in the bustling city centre, where background noise from nearby establishments can be expected. We provide complimentary earplugs upon request to ensure that you will have a wonderful stay with us.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

I would recommend this as the best location for accommodation in Liverpool. A bustling street of cafes, bars and restaurants next to beautiful Sefton Park, within easy reach of town by bus or taxi.

Big apartment, fully equipped kitchen. Helpful host, responding fast. There are a lot of places for food and drinks at Lark Lane.

Noise, especially in the morning. Be prepared with ear caps. 🙂

We stayed here for a handball tournament at Greenbank Sports Hall and the location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to both the venue and beautiful Sefton Park. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped, with a large kitchen that had everything we needed for our stay.
There’s convenient on-street parking available right in front of the apartment, which was a big plus.
One thing to be aware of: the apartment is located above a COOP supermarket, and early morning deliveries (around 5–6 AM) did cause some noise that affected our sleep. Light sleepers may have a problem to sleep.
The living room sofas could also be a bit more comfortable, but overall, this was a convenient and practical place to stay—especially if you're attending an event nearby.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights on our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs/keys which are lost during the stay will be subject to charge. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property
