• Fitted with shower over bath, standard sized bath, toilet, and basin.

• Fitted with a double bed than can sleep up to 2 guests
• Equipped with a 32'' Smart TV
Bedroom 4:
• Also fitted with a double bed than can sleep up to 2 guests
• Equipped with a 32'' Smart TV
Bedroom 5:
• Has a double bed sleeping up to 2 guests
• Equipped with a 32'' Smart TV
Bathroom:
• Fitted with a shower, toilet, and basin.
If you are arriving with a car, we are also offering a parking permit for one car.
A short walk from Liverpool One shopping centre, this fantastic apartment is still within distance of so many beautiful restaurants, bars and theatres!
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
Please note that there are four flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor.
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Great location - walkable and cheap, easy taxis into the city centre. The apartment was clean, well laid out, and had everything we needed for our group of five; bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. I’d personally think it would feel cramped with a full group of 12, but overall it’s very convenient. We dropped a point because the heating was set very low on arrival and took quite a while to warm up (which was just annoying), and communication, while responsive, felt a bit excessive with repeated messages during our short stay. Overall, we had a great time!

Apartment was as described. Living space was small for all 9 us but I expected that. Table only seats 4 with a 2 seater sofa and one chair. Main issue was the Apartment not being ready until after 4pm when check in was 3pm. The cleaner was lovely & very apologetic but it did cause us to be late for our Birthday celebrations. I did ask if we could check out an hour later because of the late check in but this was refused (due to the cleaning schedule apparently). They did say I could pay to stay longer which confused me as my request had been refused already but if I paid extra we could stay longer?? On Monday night there was loud dance music being played until 2am which could be heard in the lower bedrooms and the buzzer went off a few times. Overall I was happy with the Apartment, just not the late check in and loud music.

This apartment is in an ideal location and perfect for a city break. In the Georgian area there are lots of places of interest: many of buildings are beautiful. Many sights are within walking distance but there are regular buses along Catharine Street. The information book in the apartment was useful and the recommendations were good. The Quarter has very good food and is reasonably priced. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and absolutely fine for our group of 5. The kitchen has all the basics although the cupboards are a bit tired. The sitting/dining room is smaller than we’d expected as the apartment can sleep 10/12. The maximum number of seats was 8. I must say that the communication from Host & Stay was excellent.

To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
