• Fitted with a Shower over Bath, Standard sized Bath, Toilet and Basin.

This pet-friendly apartment welcomes one furry companion. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.

Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.

Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.

Please note that there are 4 flights of stairs up to the apartment.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. We have a noise sensor in the apartment that measures decibels and alerts us when the noise is above acceptable threshold.

Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (up 3 flights of stairs).

Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.


Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Location amazing. Nice street and very close to local pub. Only 10mins walk to many bars (Ropewalks). Apartment has everything you need (iron, hairdryer, oven, microwave etc). Comfy beds. TV in each room.

Only thing was the electric shower was not good. The temperature fluctuated. That’s it.

The property was in the perfect location, walking distance to the cathedral and town centre. There is a bus stop outside that takes you to and from the airport. The property was stylish and clean, we were all very impressed.

Location was great! Having a whole apartment was nice - nicely equipped kitchen.

Mixed bag on this property, location is 30 minutes walk from the city centre, pictures onsite are true to the apartment you accommodate, there is a 24 hour help line an communication is very good, would consider staying again, tv in each room, fans was provided for the hot and car permit for one person, plenty of towels and shower was amazing after a hot weekend, fridge and other amenities in kitchen all clean and tidy

This so where it gets complicated, they send you a form to state about damages my wavier is for damage and loss of up to 500 check your forms, when I went in to the property there was already some damage I took photos and town stamped before arrival including a broken mirror panel that was on the floor, one key was provided and when I called as there was a medical emergency (one girl had epilepsy and had a fit behind the door and it shut before the rest of party could gain access, I called the host to ask for another key as an emergency they said that we had both, we didn’t and to try calling my friend, she was out cold on the floor and was trying to avoid an ambulance possibly breaking down the door

After an hour of back and fourth the ambulance arrived and my friend had become conscious again and opened the door, the next day an message arrived about charging for missing keys I think not under the booking,com terms and conditions property’s can not slap feed on to consumers after purchase if it hasn’t been highlighted already before sale, then more messages arrived about damages etc, lucky this was already recorded via myself, also advise take a video of the condition the house on upon arrive and once when you leave

Cleaning wise most places where very clean others where not, bedding when stripped was covered in stains and hair and pillows are a bit yellow and stained, some areas had lots of dust, kitchen and living room was very good but no washing up liquid provided to wash up when leaving so purchased it myself, only one roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 days

The intercom for some of the apartments are hooked up wrong we was in D and anyone in C keep buzzing up to us and vise versa when I was using the intercom for D is was ringing though to E

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out.
