Merely a short walk from Liverpool One Shopping Centre, this exquisite apartment is still within reach of many incredible restaurants, bars and theatres!
**Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**
Guest access
Guests have complete private access to the whole apartment, with the communal hallways being a shared area with other residents and guests within the building.Our apartments also come with a self-check-in service which is accessed from the communal space.
Please note that there are two flights of the stairs up to the apartment.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Location. That it was advertised as having a parking permit. Decor. Pull out sofa bed.
No parking permit was left. We had to park elsewhere and were told the money would be refunded for this. I'm still waiting for this to happen and have had to submit a complaint form. The kitchen wasn't that clean primarily the cooking utensils and the fridge door wouldn't shut. If the parking hadn't been a nightmare, then overall this would have been a far better stay.

To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.

Apartments was nice, location was also good. The decor was nice. Wasn’t very clear on entrance to getting in to the apartment so had to ring help line.
Sofa bed was awful.
How ever the first night we came back we witnessed a rat running from the living room to the kitchen.
That obviously put a dampener on staying there. Wouldn’t pay nor more than we did to stay again

Mouse in kitchen on first night. Huge lack of towels for the amount of people staying there. Doors didn’t lock. Main door constantly open and on the latch so anybody could push it in. Windows didn’t open. And after I raised my concern about the mouse I asked could me and my friends have a late check out at the very least and it was refused. Would not return.

Property was clean and big enough for our group but………..
I don’t recommend staying here if you have a group of 11 people in a top floor apartment. We got a message from the owner at 19:57pm to say we were being too noisy 🫣 I mean it wasn’t even 8pm on a Friday night we’re top floor with 11 people and it has wooden floors. Unfortunately we didn’t come for a weekend to sit in silence 🤐 so if you’re Scottish and a bit loud and enjoying your weekend I wouldn’t recommend this apartment. Also the sick in the upstairs bathroom was blocked 6 of us upstairs, we all brushed our teeth on the Friday night and it was still blocked on the Sunday morning, we all had to go downstairs and brush our teeth which isn’t ideal 11 people sharing one bathroom.

Location is very well - only 30 minutes on foot from city center, also close to the bus station. The flat is fantastic - located in cozy neighborhood. It had than you can expect for a few days stay - from TV through washing machine, iron or coffee machine. The beds are very comfortable and kitchen is large, so preparing meals is easily.
The only one disadvantage of this place was the difficult process of returning the keys due to early checkout.

Really nice apartment. Beds were comfortable. It is compact but for a family of 4 it was fine. The decor was very nice and the finish was very good. The apartment is in an excellent location. 3 minute walk to Liverpool Cathedral and a 10 minute walk maximum into the City Centre. Only downside is the fact the building is old so you can hear every movement in the apartment above. However, this didn't detract from a lovely stay. Even complimentary packaged ear plugs are provided. Good communication by the hosts and I'd stay here again for sure.

No hot water on first night due to a faulty immersion heater switch and on both nights of our stay we were disturbed in the early hours by drunken people in the apartment above, banging doors, shouting and laughing. Sound proofing is very poor.
Informed hosts but all they did was offer a 20% discount on a future stay. We will not be returning or recommending to others

The House is where you want to be in Liverpool, not in the exact centre but just up hill from it, everything is within reach. And you stay in the Georgian Quarter, so at stylish address.
Maybe due to a lack of technical skill I did just get two heaters running, but there is a movable one additionally, so all fine. Due to a slight plumming problem we did not get the pressure to the shower, so we had some cosy historically apropriate bathing in the bathtube.

Great location, near town, lovely Georgian quarter, nice restaurants and pubs nearby. Close to Tesco. Well equipped kitchen. Massive TV. Easy admin with keys etc. Responsive staff when I was there. Free parking. Good storage in bedroom. It was pretty quiet (I stayed Sunday to Thursday). Shower pretty decent, plus a bath.
It's cold. The heaters are not very powerful and switch off regularly. Thermostat seems to be set at 20 deg in the sitting room. There is a small mobile heater which is much needed. No heating in kitchen. Windows drafty and not double glazed. No dishwasher.
It's quite small. Fine for 2 people but I wouldn't stay with more. There's only seating in the sitting room for 2 people and a very small table (for 2). It's a small double bed.
Could do with a lick of paint and a bit of TLC. And double glazing.
Too many emails in the run up asking me my age, purpose of stay etc, which i'd already answered.
Please get rid of scatter cushions and throws and beds - they're so unhygienic.
Be careful which pictures you look at as some of them are for the larger 2 bed flat not the 1 bed flat.

Had a lovely stay in the property for my daughter’s 18th Birthday. Nice touch with happy birthday balloons,card and chocolates. Well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, very clean apartment, home from home close to my other daughter’s student digs. Close to pubs and restaurants and shops. We went on the Beatles magical mystery tour whilst we were there. Will definitely stay again when visiting my daughter. Thank you

This apartment was perfect for a group of 5 adults varying from age 24- 57 on a city break. The apartment was clean to a high standard and was exactly as listed. It was spacious and within walking distance of the city centre and the Philharmonic Hall, where we were attending for a concert. There are lots of good quality restaurants within walking distance offering a range of cuisine. Although we didn't require any assistance, Dale was in contact via email throughout our visit.
There is one thing I would like to mention though, the guest that stayed on the sofa bed in the lounge area was kept awake for part of the night by a high pitched beeping noise that went off intermittently. We suspected the noise was from the fridge freezer so we didn't want to switch it off. We found some ear plugs, that were in the master bedroom, these helped with the sleeping issue on the second night.
Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment.

Our stay was excellent! The location was great, just 25 mins walking to the centre, the property was clean and well-organized, and it’s situated in a quiet area. The landlord was very responsive to all our queries and messages. Highly recommended!

We spent a fantastic three nights in this lovely apartment. It's in a beautiful building in the Georgian Quarter in a quiet, safe neighbourhood. It was easily walkable into town and also had a Tesco Metro 5 minutes walk away plus a few lovely bars and restaurants.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It also had very comfortable beds. The flexible check in process with the key in the lock box was also great.
It's up a flight of stairs but even my mum who struggles a bit managed it fine – and when she couldn't walk into town, an Uber was cheap enough.
All in all, a fantastic stay – and being able to park right outside the building for free was a brilliant bonus. Thank you - we'd come and stay again without a second thought.

L'appartamento è in una posizione eccellente, lontano dai rumori del centro in un contesto vittoriano bellissimo. Allo stesso tempo vicinissimo al centro, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Molto curato nei dettagli e ben fornito . L' unica pecca , scarseggia nella fornitura di biancheria. Eravamo una famiglia di 4 adulti ed è stato fornito 1 solo asciugamano da viso e 1 solo rotolo di carta igienica perlopiù già iniziato probabilmente dagli ospiti precedenti.

La facilité d'accès, nous sommes arrivés tard nous avons fait un self check in très facilement, tout était clair dans les instructions pour récupérer les clefs. L'appartement est très bien situé, et la taille du logement parfaite. Service client H24 super pratique ! Bouilloire et café a dispo.
Nous avions précisé que nous arrivions tard, nous étions 3 voyageurs (appartement avec une chambre) à notre arrivée à 2h du matin, le canapé lit n'était pas déplié et fait, une déception. J'ai appelé le service client aucun geste commercial n'a été fait. De plus attention : Les photos sur Booking peuvent induire en erreur : nous n'avions pas du tout l'appartement avec deux chambres et canapé marron malgré ce qui était montré sur la page booking. A notre arrivée l'appartement était plus petit avec une chambre et un canapé lit.

It was light and nicely furnished. Love having a bath as well as shower.
The sofa bed was very easy to use.
Good amount of hanging space and room for luggage.
The location was excellent. A 20 min walk into the city, close to the cathedrals and nice places to eat.
Noise was the big factor, the property seems to lack any sort of soundproofing. My 2 friends there for the first 2 nights didn’t get much sleep. When the 2 children ran across the floor, ( as children do) and it sounded like a heard of elephants! We were then worried that the flat downstairs were worried by us walking around.
In the back bedroom the noise from the bathroom upstairs was also an issue.
The shower pressure wasn’t great and complicated to use. Need something to hold onto when getting in and out and a shelf to put toiletries on.
Both rugs need cleaned and the front bedroom rug needs a non slip mat underneath, my friend rolled it up as she slid when stepping on it.,
Was dismayed at how difficult the booking procedure was, not the usual and not happy about the extra insurance required / or bond. Never had this on booking .com before.

A group of 9 stayed in this apartment for a graduation ceremony. The apartment was incredibly clean and in a fantastic location- very close to the city but also quiet enough for a restful sleep. The check-in instructions were also very easy to follow.
Nothing really, the only slight negative was that we had more than one car with us and there was only one parking permit available at the property.

Fridge was dirty when we arrived has to clean it myself, not what I want to be doing when I’m on a weekend break with my family. Noise was atrocious from other apartments as we were middle floor I could hear everything from upstairs. Got 2 hours sleep if that.

Bed in smaller bedroom was right up against the window so no chance of 2nd person trying to get out of the bed.
Lounge is small. Dining table was right under the tv on the wall. Table only had 4 chairs. Wasn’t 100% clean when we arrived. Cobwebs, previous guests rubbish in drawers, loose plug socket in bedroom.
Uncomfortable sofa bed. Had to sleep on the floor instead. Apartment too small for 6 people

Property generally grubby. Wasn't mentioned it was up 3 flights of stairs despite me telling the company beforehand my 92 y/o grandmother was coming. No bedding sheets for the sofabed. Really small rooms.

The property was very clean and plenty of cutlery, glasses, bedding and towels.
It advertised two bathrooms.. clearly wasn’t checked before our arrival. One of the showers didn’t work. Meaning 9 had to share a bathroom. Was reported on the Friday and the communication was really poor. We reported an issue with the smoke alarm continuously beeping on the Friday and was again promised a call back and there was no answer.
There was only a few toilet rolls. We ended up running out on the last day as it was stated there was enough toilet rolls.
Next time, they need to check their amenities before advertising two bathrooms!

A lovely apartment in a beautiful area in easy walking distance from central Liverpool. but also in a quite area so no noise at night. A good size for four people but a bit of a squeeze for 6, perfectly ok though if you’re happy to move furniture around and put the sofa bed up and down. The sofa bed was apparently very comfortable. Check in was really easy with great communication and the expresso machine was a welcome addition. I would definitely recommend this apartment for a Liverpool stay.

Vorab die Kommunikation hat mir absolut nicht gefallen. Ich konnte die Kaution nicht über Kreditkarte zahlen, es gab seitens der Agentur kein Entgegenkommen. Es gab etliche unterschiedliche Ansprechpartner, die immer wieder mich vertröstet haben. Auch der Rückruf ist bis heute nicht erwidert worden. Zudem ist die Wohnung extrem hellhörig und liegt an einer dicht befahrenen Straße. Verkehrslärm. Ausziehsofa sehr unbequem und wuitschig.

Great communication from owner.
Was a little noisy at night due to other flats having parties and people coming in and out but that can’t be helped as it’s people’s homes and was no fault of the owner.

Taking €10 admin fee off a refundable deposit is not sound. We felt like we may as well just pay the full €30 to waiver it.

The property could have been cleaned a bit better. The bins were emptied from the previous occupiers. The carpet had not been vacuumed. Didn’t seem like it had been swept either. However the beds and linen were all clean and comfy.

The location was in a gorgeous part of the city. Amazing pub and breakfast places 5 mins walk. We walked into the city centre in less than 15 mins also. Even quicker in a cab. Beds weren’t the comfiest i’ve stayed in but also it’s not a hotel. The kitchen was clean as were the toilets but always room for improvement.The upstairs bathroom was one of the nicest i’ve ever seen. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of glasses and ware. The finish on the bedrooms was lovely and cosy and each room had a tv which was great for some down time. Will definitely stay again.
One pillow per person per bed and the matress’s were a bit thin. Lots of stairs with suitcases but that’s out of control as it’s an old building.

De badkamers waren niet schoon, zwarte haren in bad en douche en urine resten op een van de wc's.

We came up with a few friends to watch a show and this flat did not disappoint. The team was super proactive before arrival and constantly kept in touch. Super clean and very modern flat in a victorian location. Close enough to everything and far enough for a good nights sleep.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in einem typisch, englischen Townhouse. Mein Bett war sehr bequem. Schnelles Internet und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Lage ist ideal, wenn man es ruhig möchte fernab vom Trubel. Dennoch, innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist man auf der Boldstreet. Alles im allem hat es an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit, ein Lob an das Reinigungspersonal.
Gewöhnungsbedürftiger Duschmechanismus im
Bad. Das Schlafsofa hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Komplette Wohnung wird mit Strom geheizt, die Fenster sind sicher nicht Isolierverglast. Muss der Vermieter selber wissen, nachhaltig ist das jedoch nicht. Das Haus ist dem Alter entsprechend sehr gepflegt, jedoch sieht man auf dem zweiten Blick hier und da ein paar Kleinigkeiten die dem Wohnerlebnis allerdings nichts nehmen. Das Haus ist generell sehr hellhörig, haben in Flat B gewohnt und jeden Schritt von oben gehört. Ich würde aber sicher wiederkommen.

The Appartement is more suitable for four than six people. Once you open the sofa bed, there’s almost no space left in the living room. The sofa bed isn’t comfortable and the bedding isn’t clean. The floor smells.

We had a lovely time in Liverpool and found the space the perfect base our stay. We would say that the apartment does require a little tlc, some paint work need doing particularly on the bathroom door; the rug in the living area had some staining and looked a little tired but nothing major. We did fine the pressure of shower disappointing but again didn’t detract from our enjoyment of our stay. There was some refurbishment work taking place within the building but we were made aware of this with plenty of notice before our stay and the communal areas were left clear and clean, or if used to store items they were tidy and didn’t obscure our access to the apartment. We would choose to stay here again either as our family of four or on our own.

The location is close to the university and it is walkable into the city.
There was a overwhelming sickly smell on entry to the building which lingered throughout our stay. This really put me off the place. The apartment is smaller than it looks on the pictures but it is comfortable enough and nicely decorated . There is a bit of wear and tear and the shower pressure is terrible. The bathroom door did not close properly.
There was an awful lot of contact about what the purpose or our trip was, our ages etc. I understand the hen parties aren’t wanted but it was fairly clear we weren’t going to party considering we were a family of 3. I also contacted them following the trip about a piece of lost property and they have been extremely poor in their response. I have sent messages and phoned but now that our money has been paid, they do not seem interested in helping.

Recently returned from a mid week stay at this beautifully furnished 2nd floor apartment as we enjoyed it so much last year. Spotlessly clean, very modern and plenty of space to park directly outside using the permit provided. The smart tv’s in the lounge and bedrooms were ideal for me and my family, and the location is within walking distance to main attractions. Katy, Joe & their team were great hosts, with excellent communication throughout our stay, I would highly recommend them and hope to return again next year!

The apartment was clean and spacious. Everyone looks very new and the location is very close to the city centre. The TV was especially create due to the size.
The bed was a bit small for our liking and my pillow had a hole in it that left the inside exposed. Also the back garden was full of trash (this is probably because they are refurbishing the upstairs what it seems like). Furthermore, its a bit noise because the windows have single glass on the street side.

Sofa bed in the living room was horrible to sleep on for two people. The mattress and sofa springs do not hold the weight of a person properly . It should be definitely replaced .
There are no shelves in the bathroom so nowhere to store your toiletries.

Location was excellent . We were there for a graduation . Service provided by Charlie the host was excellent . Very prompt , informative and professional in all communications.
Absolute tip out the back of the property. In addition to what looked like a builder had just dumped the entire contents of a house clearance out the back bins were over flowing with domestic litter all over the floor . Not great if you are a smoker as this was the only place to go !
First floor landing stunk of sick which didn’t go for the two days we were there. Not good as this is where the door to our appartment was. Whilst clean the appartment , especially kitchen dinning room had an overpowering smell of Chinese takeaway. Again had to open all the windows whist we were there and the smell didn’t dissipate whilst we were there.

We had a great stay. Loved the location, easy parking, (including parking permit provided by hosts) and within walking distance of Liverpool City Centre, the two Cathedral's, the World Museum and Walkers Art Gallery. Also Reid's of Liverpool a second hand book shop we chanced upon and the only surviving Georgian, purpose built retail premises (circa 1785), where we had a great chat with Gerard. Liverpool has some amazing building and many a fine example, can be seen in the Georgian Quarter of Liverpool and beyond, along with some great cafes listed by the host, which was helpful to get us started.
Accommodation was perfect for us to bring my 95 year old mum too, because once in the apartment, everything was on one level and other family members were easily able to pick mum up and take her off by car, while we enjoyed walking. We all agreed the apartment has the most comfortable settee for snoozing, relaxing, reading a book and simply chilling out on, at the end of a day :) Sarah Lee

We were visiting Liverpool for the Grand National and stayed in a one bed flat on the ground floor of this property with my sister and her partner too. The property sleeps 4 with a comfortable sofa bed in the living room area. We did not meet the owner but communication was fantastic. Any questions were answered promptly and we were provided with clear directions, advice about things to do, places to eat in the locality etc. We were given a code for the main door and lock box for key collection which worked perfectly. The apartment is located in a lovely residential area within a 10 minute walk of the city centre. It is well equipped and we had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and a comfortable place to stay. We would definitely recommend it to others and hope to stay again ourselves.

The company that manages the apartment were really quick to sort issue with noisy builders and relocate us to other apartment nearby.
Both apartments great, just a shame we weren’t notified of the building work ( as flat with builders above run by same company, so was known about
beforehand ).
Both places well equipped and in great location. Would stay again.

We had such a lovely stay at this apartment, it was only a 15-20 min walk into the centre and free parking with the permit which is always a bonus!
Checking in and out was easy too with clear instructions and the apartment itself was clean and tidy!

Ideal location for a few nights in Liverpool. Flat was clean and comfortable and as described. Well equipped. Nice touch of a Christmas tree and festive light.
One armchair a little precarious with a dodgy wheel so we avoided sitting in that!
One downside is the very thin floors and we were unfortunate to have very noisy shouting neighbours for one night which kept us awake. Not the fault of the hosts at all but the quiet rules were not abided to by the other party, which was a shame.

The apartment was great, everything we expected. The only issue was that the sound Insulation in the block is poor so you can hear a lot from the other apartments therefore it might not be the best place if you have loud kids or wanted to listen to music ect. They do provide ear plugs if you are a bad sleeper which is considerate. The location is good, an Uber is £6 to the centre of town or a 20min walk (up a hill). It was close enough to the town without being in the centre which was ideal for us. We would stay here again.

54 Canning St was the perfect spot to spend a magical, Dickensian Christmas back in my beloved Home City! A Christmas tree and fairy lights greeted us as we opened the door to the cosy and perfectly-appointed apartment, and even as a non-believer I couldn’t resist the short walk to the Cathedral for Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve! An attractive apartment which was extremely comfortable. We had a very relaxing time. It was furnished with everything we needed including little things like washing up liquid and teatowels. The staff were quick to respond if there were queries.
A check out later than 10am would be more reasonable, although we did know about this before-hand.

The location is great, it’s so beautiful in the Georgian Quarter. Two lovely restaurants are a couple of mins walk away and then it’s an easy walk into the city centre. It was clean and beds comfy. Huge TV with Netflix etc.
It’s a little bit noisy ( floorboards from upstairs) but we didn’t spoil our stay.

This property is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are light, bright and airy and the location was also perfect for us. We were initially considering something more central, but this location provided us with the best of both worlds being a 15-20 minute walk from the city centre and we definitely made the right choice. Furthermore, the communication from the team was first class from start to finish.
Were it not for an interupted first night's sleep due to noisy neighbours above, we would have had no hesitation in giving our visit a 5 star rating and, to be fair, this is probably what the accomodation deserves.

Very clean, tidy, well decorated and heated. Nice to have a space to sit in the evening when travelling with children, instead of sharing a hotel room. Note: Check the sofa bed has been replaced as it was uncomfortable and noisy to sleep in when we stayed. Handy for the top end of town, with parking on the road outside easy enough. A lovely old building, near town, so be realistic about taking a pair of earplugs for single glazed windows and boilers working.

Great location, great flat. Some furniture is cheap and shoddy - a dodgy stool collapsed out from under one of us. The company had the gall to ask us to pay for it... The floors are so poorly constructed, the guest above made the windows rattle whilst walking around.
Win some lose some, this wasn't worth the money.

Other than dishes flat was clean. Easy directions on use of appliances and great location. Walking distance to center.

The apartment size is a bit small but enough for maximum 5 adults.

Great location, beautiful modern interior with all the classic features of the Georgian exterior. It is very closeby to the city centre and the comms from the host is second to none. Would stay again for longer next time I visit Liverpool.

The apartment is as pretty as in the pictures and is situated in a nice location. Also the two rooms are very convenient when travelling as a group.
Since we were traveling with a baby, we wanted a clean, quiet apartment. But this is the opposite. Despite the ban on partying, it was very, very loud on 2 nights (and the walls are extremely thin) but what was even worse: it was incredibly dirty (see photos). There were expired products in the fridge, the dishes in the closet were absolutely disgustingly dirty, dust everywhere, the bathtub was a disgusting disaster and there was confetti everywhere. When I contacted the hotel about this, they said they sent a cleaning lady, but she didn't clean anything. all in all we had to clean for about an hour to get rid of the dirt of the predecessors.

Due to problems with connectivity I wasn't able to allows access my emails. I do think that once one has made a payment a telephonic follow-up should happen if no response is received via email. I speak under correction and perhaps I didn't read the terms and conditions but are all the requirements for the booking stated before one actually makes the payment? There was a problem with the security deposit and my bank card. My brother-in-law, who lives in the UK had a problem supplying his card details via email or telephonically due to scammers and hackers. He asked for proof of identification but this was not possible. He then asked for someone to meet us but this was also not possible.

A well appointed flat with great amenities. It was also well stocked with condiments and beverages. The location was great and the flat very comfortable. Good bathroom and lots of kitchen stuff. Checking in was easy. On street parking.
Two of the armchairs had broken legs which made sitting on them perilous. Sound traveled quite easily between flats which was worrying with a baby.

Great location, communication with the staff, all info provided in advance, apartment nicely decorated.
Unfortunately a lot depends on how lucky you are with the neighbours (other guests in the building), ours decided to ring the doorbell of every apartment in the middle of the night trying to get into the building, two nights in a row... you can also hear all the noise from other apartments.

The location was amazing because it was quiet and away from the city excitement, Which is great when you are trying to have a quiet night in
It was difficult to work the shower as the circuit breaker kept on clicking off intern switching off the hot water. we were not sure why this was happening.

Lovely ground floor flat in the Georgian Quarter. Great decor. Had everything we needed. Really appreciated the parking permit too. The booking experience was also very good.
Sadly the sound proofing between ground and first flat wasn't good.

The heater in the bedroom wouldn’t turn on, but the mobile heater worked fine for that. The heater in the living room worked, but took quite a bit before we could get to the settings listed in the handbook.

Zarezerwowałem pokój na dwie noce. Pierwszy raz spotkałem się z koniecznością wniesienia dodatkowej opłaty (depozyt) za pobyt w kwocie 250 Funtów. Mimo dokonania rezerwacji i wniesienia opłaty za pobyt przez Booking i otrzymania potwierdzenia pobytu w dniu przybycia do Liverpoolu nie zostaliśmy wpuszczeni do obiektu ze względu na brak dokonania depozytu. Mimo natychmiastowego wpłacenia depozytu (czyli pobyt zamiast 210 Ft kosztował nas 460 Ft) też do godz 16 dnia następnego musieliśmy czekać na łaskę wpuszczenia do i tak już opłaconego lokalu. Bardzo mocno to zakłóciło nasz wypoczynek i pobyt w Liverpoolu. Nie polecam rezerwacji z koniecznością wpłaty depozytu, a booking dopiero gdzieś na końcu informuje o takiej konieczności i to wprowadza straszny chaos i konieczność posiadania kolejnych środków na zabezpieczenie podróży

A car parking permit made parking outside the apartment easy. It was nice to have the kitchen to be able to make hot drinks whenever you want and breakfast. The apartment was situated in nice, safe area, parking, easy check in, kitchen, hot water with either bath or shower, comfy beds. Short walk away from nice restaurants and bars.

Central location in a residential street. We got the keys very easily thanks to the instructions given by the owner. Apartment B well equipped, bright and nicely furnished. Coffee machine and milk frother were a nice touch. There is everything you need to cook. Free car parking with permit.
Owner has replied to my email after 24 hr. Not sure why there were some dishwasher tablets in the apartment despite there wasn’t a dishwasher machine. Would have been nice to have more body wash as only one little sample was left despite being 5 people. Noisy neighbours upstairs, had to sleep using earplugs. Dining table top a bit unstable.

Apartment was wonderful! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Great location and plenty of space. We were able to eat in a few nights which was great with younger kids. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds/rooms were comfortable. We walked all over Liverpool. Would recommend staying here.

Nice flat, good location and modern. Pictures do make the living room look bigger than it is. We were in the middle apartment and insulation between that and above was not great so were woken early a few times.

Great communication. Lovely and clean, well stocked which was greatly appreciated. Fantastic location and a beautiful apartment. A very informative guide to the apartment, it's appliances and to the city with great recommendations.
Being a period property it did get cold overnight, but plenty of heating in the apartment sorted it out.

Beautiful decor - very modern and stylish. Loved the modern touches. Very obvious a lot of effort went into the decoration. Both apartments were very spacious and so convenient that parking was available for free via permit right outside of the property!
Hosts were sooo helpful prior to the visit, as well as during our stay. Facilities are great and easy to use.
Had a couple of issues with the shower - please be aware that water pressure is very low and temperatures fluctuated unexpectedly. Also a short (20ish) minute walk to the centre.
Also worth noting all apartments are on separate floors in the same building - as we had 2 apartments booked, this meant travelling between the two floors to visit the other apartment. Not a big issue but worth noting

This is a lovely flat in the Georgian Quarter. It was tastefully decorated as can be seen in the photos with several Beatles posters which I liked. The beds were comfy and it was easy to keep the flat warm with electric radiators. The kitchen is equipped suitably for a short stay although I had thought there might have been milk and bread available alongside the nespresso. We walked into town or took the bus from round the corner for the Albert Dock which was very convenient. Hope Street is a short stroll away and we loved brunch at Moose and drinks at a hip bar with a lovely courtyard garden there.

This was a great place to stay for a family of four with two teenagers. The flat was in a great location for a family as it was quiet but only a 15 min walk to the centre. The flat itself was excellent, beautifully furnished and comfortable for a smaller apartment. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Liverpool.

Lovely apartment perfect for a small getaway and great for exploring the Georgian quarter in Liverpool. Very comfy beds with beautiful furnishing and kitchen was kitted out with all that we needed, coffee and tea was included too. Parking was very easy too with lots of room on the street outside with the permit provided. Will definitely stay here again!

We loved this flat! It's in a fabulous location but also quiet, a great combination. The Hope Street area is just a short walk away and the Georgian quarter has a lovely feel to it. The furnishing and decor in the flat is lovely and we thought the beds were really comfy - a rare thing in holiday lets. One thing that would be a nice touch and a little improvement would be to provide some basics in the kitchen, particularly salt and pepper and oil. These are the kinds of things you don't want to bring with you and only need a little of, just a thought. All in all a great apartment to use as a stylish base whilst exploring Liverpool. Recommended.

Location was good
No heating on when arrived-flat was freezing and only 2 small heaters for the entire flat.Completely inadequate heating.
Bedroom window frame rattled the entire two nights and very noisy.
Flat advertised for possibly 4-2 of us stayed and when our 2 children came to eat tiny table for 2 with 2 chairs.
1 tiny soap ,shampoo and conditioner left for 2 adults for 2 days.

Beautiful stay for anyone looking to feel at home. Katy, Joe & Team were very clear on the process for checking in and out and were very responsive before and during our stay. The flat is in a lovely Georgian area and about a 20 minute walk from the city center. Would definitely recommend and return if visiting Liverpool again.

The flat is nice, stylish and well located. 5’ by car from Liverpool ONE and with on street parking. We found it a bit noisy with many parties and people shouting loudly in from of it but could be because of Halloween. The kitchen is basic and there were no ammenities like salt, pepper and olive oil. We missed it. Shower was really good and warm! We would return!

Beautifully presented luxurious apartment. Excellent city central location, within walking distance of all the sites, saved us a fortune in taxi fares and with free parking right outside the apartment too. Excellent communication from Charlie and the team, there if needed but also left us to it. The team had thought of every single aspect, ensuring we had a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing few days away. Thank you so much. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay with you again.

The property is very well situated in a very well kept street, with parking right outside the front door which is included in the price using the permit supplied.
The 2 bed apartment is in very good condition and cleaned to a very high standard. Everything you need for a city break is available within the apartment.
The check in process was seamless and the communication was very clear and informative.
Would definitely book this apartment again if we were coming back to Liverpool.

This is a newly refurbished flat which has been very thoughtfully curatored for the perfect b&b stay.
It was really clean and the management of the stay was very slick. The parking permit was a great touch.

This is a seriously fabulous Georgian flat. It's on the second floor so not many stairs but there are some. Inside it was spacious and lovely, really clean and well equipped. Really comfortable beds, I think it could be a squeeze to have six people in there but would be possible. In a lovely area with restaurants not far away and around a half mile walk into the city centre.
People of Liverpool were fabulous and friendly, I really can't fault this flat and would recommend it to anyone.

We had a lovely stay in this flat. The location is great (15min walking to the city center), clean and really nice decorated. We had some troubles with noise but they were quickly resolved. I’ll definitely recommend to stay here.
