We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor.
Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can results in a deposit charge of £100.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorized late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
It is important that guests understand that travel cots and high chairs are not permanently available in every apartment and must be requested 48 hours before arrival, subject to availability.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

Ideal and beautiful location in the Georgian Quarter. Flat was a decent size for 2 + baby. Some of the furniture was in need of replacement / a deep clean. Sofa particulary needed some TLC. Flat was largely clean but were cobwebs around the ceiling. Host was overly communicative with instructions (mutiple messages per day, mutiple reminders about fines, and several reminders to leave the parking permit on checkout) which we didn't particulary enjoy. Especially as when we requested something (high chair and spare key) the request was either not accomodated or forgotten.

Really beautiful and interesting area and house. Really excellent parking right outside which was such a bonus as parking is expensive in the city! Big kitchen with everything you could need and spotlessly clean. Loved the sash windows and the very comfortable beds. This flat is nicely decorated and furnished with a warm atmosphere. Would have enjoyed a more powerful shower but it was fine. Would come back again for sure.

To minimise disruption to our Neighbours & Guests, we kindly ask guests to follow the following house rules: • Stag, Hen or Party Groups are not allowed in our Apartments. Please be aware you may be asked to leave if found in violation of this rule with no refund given. • Key collection is from 15:00 unless the early collection is arranged before arrival. This will be subject to availability and charged at £20 per hour. This also applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10:00. • We are a non-smoking building. £250 will be charged if any signs of smoking are found following your stay within the flat. Please use the designated smoking area located at the back of the building and do not smoke in front of the building - Guests found doing so will be subject to a £100 charge. • Unfortunately reservations with large groups under the age of 25 will not be accepted. • Please make sure to return the parking permit into the flat upon check-out. Missing of parking permit can result in a deposit charge of £100.
