• Also fitted with a double size bed sleeping 2 guests.

• Equipped with a Microwave, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Oven, Washing Machine and much more!

• Fitted with a shower over bath, toilet, and sink

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 1 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Spacious, beds were decent (sofa bed a little bit worn, but fine for one adult). Kitchen fully equipped, nice amount of tea and coffee pods provided. Basic cooking ware and plates etc.
Bathroom clean and functional. Good location about ten minutes walk from waterfront, but just outside most crowded area. Good communication with host company.
Couple of window blinds didn’t work, second set of keys was not in location described. Key pickup from neighboring shop was easy, so was return (but did receive a call after checkout asking if we’d returned the keys, wasn’t a big issue).
A bit noisy at night because near a busy street, but hey it’s downtown city life. Also some of the noise was from celebrating Liverpool FC fans, but that’s why we were there!

We had a good stay except for a few things. The key was not in a lockbox like we thought, we had to get the key from a corner store nearby which was not clearly instructed before check in and it took a while to figure out since we couldn’t find any information about that. There was also a bad smell from the kitchen sink whenever we would turn on the tap.

Apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well furnished. It was also well equipped and there wasn't anything we missed. I found location convenient - about 10 minutes walk to the Lime Street station or waterfront. Tesco Express also just behind the corner.
The apartment was cleaned. It was shame that I we had lovely sunny days, sun was showing how dirty the windows were. Apartment has lovely big windows and French door in the living room, and when sun shines in - it showed how dirty windows were. But the apartment itself was clean. There was also no oportunity to leave luggage anywhere before check in or after check out. There are many storage facilities, but its extra cost and inconvenience.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be subject to charge. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
