Welcome to our lovingly furnished two-bedroom apartment, perfectly located in the heart of Liverpool. Just a stone's throw from the famous Liverpool One, the city's top shops, bars, and restaurants are all within walking distance.

Our two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably. It's the perfect hideaway for families, tourists, or even business travellers who would like to enjoy the top tourist spots in Liverpool while still enjoying a peaceful stay.
The space
A contemporary two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Liverpool. Newly refurbished, with cosy interiors and plenty of space for all guests - everything you could need for that home away from home stay.

Open plan living/kitchen/dining room:
• Fitted with a double sofa bed sleeping up to 2 guests comfortably.
• Equipped with a fully kitted kitchen with a microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster, and more - everything you need for a comfortable stay.
• Comes with a private balcony (perfect for morning coffee or a pre-dinner aperitifs).
• Has a large wall mounted Smart TV for streaming your favourite online shows.

Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.
• Comes with an ensuite bathroom that has toilet, sink, and a shower.

Bedroom 2:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.

Main Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, and a shower over bath.

Our property comes with garage parking ideal for one compact car. Please see the garage's dimensions: 2.2m height, 2.2m width, 4.5m length

If you are coming with a larger or a second vehicle, there are plenty of secure car parks in the area.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

There is private on site parking for one compact vehicle in the parking garage. Please see the garage's dimensions: 2.2m height, 2.2m width, 4.5m length.

If you are coming with a larger or a second vehicle, there are pay and display carparks nearby.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool, L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Please note that CCTV is installed outside the property and in communal areas for the purposes of guest safety and security.
Other things to note
The keys will be available to collect from a lockbox outside the entrance to the property.

The store is open from 07:00 - 23:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 7:00-00:00 on Fridays, 08:00 - 00:00 every Saturday and 09:00 - 23:00 on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The location was amazing, with good access to key sites and just 5 minutes walk from the waterfront. Even though the apartment was central, it was quiet and away from the main hubbub. The immediate view wasn't great, but was shielded well by the balcony - which we also made good use of! The apartment felt fresh, clean and welcoming.

Although the apartment itself was very clean, making the sofa bed we saw that the mattress needed replacing. Also a few more glassware / crockery items wouldn't go amiss.

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential area. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
