This stylish, unique apartment is located next to Liverpool's famous Baltic Triangle with views directly over the vibrant Cains Brewery Village. From here you can visit 'The Baltic Market' - just a short walk from the apt, experience delicious food and drink, and take in the bustling atmosphere! Situated just a 10-minute walk from the City Centre, The Albert Dock and some of Liverpool's most iconic attractions, this apt is the perfect base!
The space
This homely 2-bedroom apartment boasts a modern open plan kitchen/living area with floor-to-ceiling windows - ideal for taking in the views of the baltic triangle, a large flat-screen TV and a cosy kitchen/dining area that has all of the essentials you'll need to cook up some delicious meals!

The blue bedroom has a comfortable double bed, two large clothes rails, a spacious chest of drawers and a full-length mirror. The green room offers a small double bed, a full-length mirror and a roomy chest of drawers. Both rooms are perfect for relaxing after a busy day in Liverpool!

The modern bathroom has a full bath tub and overhead shower. We will provide x1 bath towel for each guest and a hand towel in the bathroom, along with complimentary soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

The living area of the apt features several unique and quirky lamps, adding to the trendy feel of the apartment!

Please note this apartment is located in a residential building and is not suitable for louder groups/stays. Hen & Stag groups are not allowed.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.
Guest access
Our guests have exclusive access to the whole apartment during their stay. We are always available when needed but want this to be a hassle free and flexible experience for our guests so will not be present unless requested by them.
Other things to note
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor. There are stairs going to the apartment building and lift.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Baltic Triangle - Go Local that is about 9 minute walk. This is located at 46 St James St, Liverpool L1 0AB.

The store is open from 07:00 - 00:00 everyday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

    • We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.
