The apartment benefits from contemporary furnishings and boasts a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. Perfect for home-cooked meals, our apartment's built-in kitchen features all the essentials including a fridge freezer, oven, hob, and fan. With 3 double bedrooms, one large enough to include a double sofa bed and a second comfy double sofa bed in the living room area sleeps 10 guests in style! Enjoy a cup of coffee made from the Nespresso machine provided. A super-fast 110MB WiFI from Virgin is also included.Based in Liverpool's commercial district, Moorfields train station is located just a few minutes walk away from Liverpool Lime Street Station a 5-minute walk. The famous Liverpool One Shopping Centre is right on your doorstep and an abundance of city centre restaurants and bars to make the most of city living.
Host & Stay are committed to our owners so that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge), or to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.Other things to note
IMPORTANT NOTICE:Building works & lift: The building is undergoing renovations and the communal area is affected by this. There may be background noise at day time. Also, the lift is out of use due to building maintenance. Rest assured that the apartment itself is not affected as we aim to provide our quality standard of service!
Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited on the apartment balcony due to safety regulations. We ask all guests to please be mindful of the resident and furniture below.
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor.
The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with X1 hand towel and X1 bath mat.
Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L15AQ.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 4 minute walk or 2-3 minutes drive. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!
The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.
We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation"

This is the worst Airbnb I have stayed in, in 8 years. It is a construction site with cables hanging from the wall and leaks everywhere. The apartment is ok but getting into it isn't. I had a message whilst traveling to Liverpool to say they couldn't offer me the 3 bed apartment I had booked. instead I had to take a 2 bed with no discount. The photo's and description do not show how bad the interior of this building is.

The apartment is a really good space. 3 bedrooms are all very good sizes so 6 of us staying there comfortably. The building works are annoying to have to walk up the stairs with cases, buggy etc but the team were very open about it so we were prepared. I would just say you couldn’t plan to cook in the apartment for many people - no baking tray, toaster, only small saucepan etc. The company was responsive and offered to bring a baking tray so worth asking if you’re there and need anything.

Additional rules
• We do not allow stag and hen nights in our property as it is in a residential building. • Any fobs which are lost during the stay will be charged at £50 per fob. • Collecting the keys before 3pm is strictly forbidden unless otherwise arranged and will be subject to a minimum charge of £20 per hour or part thereof, for the delays in cause to our cleaner’s schedule. This applies to dropping the keys back later than the check-out time of 10am. • No large groups under the age of 25. • Guests will be charged £100 if there are any signs of smoking on the property.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
