The space
When booking The Old Meeting Hall, you are booking two neighbouring properties together - Oddfellows Hall and The Old Antique Shop.You’ll have access to both properties during your stay. Both properties come with fully equipped kitchens that include modern appliances such as an oven, grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine, and microwave. All necessary cutlery, crockery, cookware, and utensils are provided. A washer dryer is also available in each property's utility room for your convenience.
Oddfellows Hall:
The lounge includes a large L-shaped sofa, smart TV, and a glass dining table for six. A mezzanine level provides extra seating and a table football game for added fun.
All the bedrooms are located on the ground floor: the master bedroom boasts a super king-size bed (which can convert into twin beds upon request) plus two additional bedrooms offering comfortable double beds.
The master bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower. The second bedroom also features an ensuite with a rainfall shower. Additionally, a family bathroom with a shower over the bath is located on the ground floor.
The Old Antique Shop:
This property features two sofas, a smart TV, and a large dining table seating six. The mezzanine, accessed by a charming spiral staircase, offers a cosy seating nook.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with the third bedroom situated upstairs. Two bedrooms boast super king-size beds and the third room has two single beds.
Each of the three bedrooms comes with an ensuite bathroom. The master ensuite boasts both a large rainfall shower and a bathtub.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property.The keys to The Old Meeting Hall are accessed via a key safe box, and full details will be provided prior to check-in.

Well appointed with an exceptional quality of build; bathrooms kitchens etc Large fluffy towels were supplied. Lots of crockery etc. too. Persevere opening the skylights. Party of nine… three couples and three singles. We loved the layout of the two living rooms/ kitchens, with interconnected doors allowing the space to almost be as one. Very well conceived. King bedrooms were large; the doubles / twin were small with limited space for much more than the bed So FOUR STARS, I’m afraid. The let was advertised, and still is, as PARKING ON SITE. THIS IS NOT THE CASE. The very small area at the front of each property has NO PARKING signs. Two spaces, one for each property, are available in a parking area a short walk away. No instructions to said parking. Allotted parking number in the information book wrong for one house. The misinformation re parking nearly brought my review to THREE stars but there is so much about this property to applaud.

The property was fabulously located, right in the centre of town. We had both properties which worked well with a large group and interconnecting door. Plenty of space for us all, bedrooms were well appointed and good sized. We all really enjoyed our time at this property. Only one very small issues was there were no tea towels which was odd as the property was very well appointed other than that, you don’t realise how much you use one lol! More info on how to find the additional allotment parking would have been great. Things for future guests, there is no outside space and the front is straight onto the road so if you are taking dogs you will need to be prepared to walk them round the block for their toilet needs, the roads are super quiet though and lots of great walking. Also the two small parking space are just that, anything much bigger that and fiesta size car and you will need to find the space at the allotments near by or park nearby. It’s wasn’t an issue for us though.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
