The space
St Joseph’s Cottage combines modern comforts with charming coastal aesthetics.The open-plan living and dining area features a log burner, flat screen TV, and seating for relaxing evenings. The dining table seats six, perfect for family meals and group breakfasts. The fully equipped kitchen includes gas hobs, a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer.
All three bedrooms are furnished to a high standard. There’s a super-king, a king (which can be converted to twin beds), and a double. The ground-floor king room has direct access to the garden through patio doors.
The cottage has two bathrooms: a family bathroom upstairs with a rainfall shower over the bath, and a second bathroom with a rainfall shower on the ground floor.
Enjoy views over West Runton Common from the front of the property and the master bedroom. The spacious garden includes an outdoor dining table and umbrella.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this lovely cottage in West Runton. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing break. It’s in a great location — peaceful, but still close to the beach and local walks. The cottage had a cozy feel without feeling cramped, and we appreciated the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Communication was easy and everything was exactly as described. Would happily stay again!

The cottage was lovely. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was and the helpful note from the owners with recommendations of local shops and restaurants. The cottage was comfortable and cosy for a winter break and nicely decorated. We have visited West Runton before so knew it was a great location. We’d recommend it for easy walking distance to the beach and coastal path, couple of pubs in walking distance too, handy shop and the lovely Hillside animal sanctuary (closed in Winter). It’s very easy by train, bus or car to reach all the local areas of interest.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
