Located just a 10-minute walk from the sandy beach of Great Yarmouth, you can enjoy the convenience of being close to the town centre with easy access to the beautiful East Norfolk coastline. The well-equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, electric hob, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, and microwave. There is also a dining table for up to six guests.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a bright bay window, plus a workstation for remote work. The second bedroom features a double bed and a dressing table. Fresh towels and linens are provided.
The bathroom features a shower/bathtub combo, wash basin, and toilet, with fresh towels provided.
The spacious front garden is perfect for family games, with outdoor furniture for al fresco dining.
One well-behaved dog is welcome to stay at the property.
For those travelling as a party of 5 or 6 guests, there is a sofa bed located in the living room. Guests will need to request the sofa bed at the time of booking should it be required.

- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
