Amazing location, spacious apartment, modern. However, a few improvements needed (others also mentioned online and in guest book) - No clear instructions for heating system. Living area very cold and we were increasing the temp but wasn’t making any difference. I contacted Host & Stay for proper instructions but they were unable to provide any or tell me what zone the living area was set to. Had to resort to increasing other areas and leaving living room door open to let some heat through. - Carcasses of several dead pigeons stuck in netting outside the bedroom windows. I have no idea what the purpose of the netting is, but it’s cruel that they are getting stuck and awful to look at rotting carcasses. - Needs a thorough deep clean, lots of dust on all lampshades, bathroom fans, tops of doors. Mould in shower room area. - Missing cosy home touches such as proper throws for sofa, dishcloth, dw tabs, blinds that work in lounge. - No security light / street light in alley way

Down a dark, dirty alleyway, beset by pigeons. The rear windows overlook roofs with roosting (and also dead) pigeons. The lock box is *not* bottom right, try middle right, and the host support had no clue about this - we worked it out for ourselves - but got us sending pointless photos and videos to them. Otherwise, location is very central with a light, bright spacious sitting room and well equipped. Sadly the arrival experience and location down the alley means we'd never rent this again.

Charlie was amazing to communicate with. If I had a question, he would help straight away. The location is absolutely perfect!! So central to everything with the Norwich markets right outside your window. The lift is great for suitcases and prams too. The apartment was clean and super spacious. We would definitely stay again though! Such a fabulous place. Thank you Charlie!!

Excellent large apartment in great location, good value for money. Only issue was getting in, with the lockbox wrongly described as being bottom right (should have been middle right). But the person monitoring the after-hours phone (7.30 pm on a Friday night) was very helpful and stayed on the line until we were inside. We would gladly stay there again. Norwich is a friendly little town and the Norfolk countryside is beautiful. Fans of “Masters of the Air” will love the 100th Bomb Group museum- fantastic collection and it’s free!

This apartment is flipping gorgeous! Spacious and spotlessly clean throughout with a beautifully appointed living area and kitchen. Right in the centre of the city overlooking the market and close to everything within the city making most places easily walkable. For trips further afield, the bus stops are just a couple of streets across so we had a wonderful trip out to Wroxham for a visit to the broads. Our only issue was getting into the place! It's really not very clear and caused much confusion. Some photo's of the actual entrance and instruction for gaining access would be a useful addition. Finally, and rather joyfully there IS a lift! (we were advised there was not so we nearly didn't book the place) Good to know as the apartment is on the 3rd floor. If you're looking for a safe, central location in this wonderful friendly city, I can highly recommend the Old Post Office.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
