Free Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.An original pine door leads to the well-equipped kitchen, featuring an oven, hob, extractor, fridge with freezer box, and washer-dryer. There's a small table and chairs for dining. The kitchen has a quirky charm, with a door leading to narrow, steep stairs to the first floor, which may not be suitable for all guests.
The main bedroom features a comfortable double bed, two bedside cabinets, and a fitted wardrobe, along with an original decorative fireplace. The second bedroom is bright and airy, equipped with a single bed, chest of drawers, and bedside table. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional guest, increasing occupancy to four.
The newly renovated bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and a full bath with a waterfall shower overhead, along with fresh towels for your convenience.
At the rear of the property, you’ll find a small yard with a brick-built shed and a table with chairs.
Guest access
Guests have access to the full property. The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.Please note the cottage features steep, narrow stairs - unsuitable for those with mobility issues.
The cottage is situated on one of the main roads into Cromer, so inevitably there is road noise at busy times. However, your location in the heart of Cromer more than makes up for it!

Dirty with weeds growing outside. Terrible bed slept in the chair it was more comfortable. It was poorly equipped things looked like they were from a car boot sale. The kettle was disgusting the toaster only half worked the shower heads black came out of them the sink didn't drain properly if filled up with gunge. The kitchen sink disgusting we bought domestos to clean it. The single bed was loose and had to wedge a cushion between the headboard and wall. Over it needed a good clean and paint the doors were a disgrace. Your site won't let me send photos I have tried. The tin openers should be binned rusty and disgusting. We got wet and the heating wouldn't work to dry out clothes.
The kitchen stank when we arrived and would have not stayed if we could have found another place to stay.

- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
