Location perfect for Norwich city centre, when you eventually find it! Half a postcode and no point does it state the property is in a terrace off the main road they give… However, that’s is where the positive comments end. Unfortunately the property had an awful smell of damp on arrival and evidently had not been aired and freshened up since the last guests. The carpet was desperate for a vacuum and cobweb’s everywhere. On entering the bathroom the fan had a thick layer of dust and the shower tray bits of black, not very inviting! The garden is not private as advertised, you walk pass three terraced houses to get there and the garden overlooks the 3rd property, as it was such a beautiful sunny day you would expect the pavement outside would have been swept, leaves and debris all over the chairs and table just a perfect example of taking your money and not caring about welcoming your guests and ensuring they are comfortable. We did contact the agent but evidently a rehearsed script

Beautiful place to stay only downfall was could have done with instructions on how to walk from station on arrival. But once found our way it was easy. plenty to see and do in Norwich . would definatly return the old laundry house had everything required .

Great little room and bathroom with private entrance tucked at the end of a quiet mews. Panoramic view of Norwich from the entrance and a short walk down the hill to the city centre. Modern bathroom, nice shower - had everything we needed.
