Great stay overall. Charlie was an excellent host—very prompt and helpful with communication from start to finish. The house itself was spacious, clean, and well-presented, with plenty of room for everyone. The location is ideal, with easy access to Norwich city centre. The garden was a real bonus too—secure and spacious, perfect for our dog to enjoy. Having an EV charger on-site was also extremely convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay again. We had an issue and got locked out (our fault) and Charlie was very understanding and helpful which we really appreciated. The small touches were nice, individually wrapped cosmetic products, books on the shelves, 2 towels for each guest, local takeaway menus, etc.

This was our second visit to St Clement House as we regularly visit our son who lives in Norwich. The house is very comfortable ,warm and has everything to hand that is needed for an enjoyable visit. The kitchen is especially well equipped & the beds are extremely comfortable too. We hope to return in the summer to enjoy the lovely outside space & garden. The host is very accommodating & friendly.

Lovely stay at Clements House. Fabulous location on a quiet street, very private with easy access to Norwich city centre and lots of excellent parks nearby. The house was perfect for our family of four - spacious, well equipped, with a huge garden and convenient off-road parking. Would happily stay again!

The house is exactly as described. It is very clean and very spacious. The rooms are large and plenty of clothes storage. I would recommend this house to anyone who appreciates cleanliness and spacious accommodation.

House is lovely but is in need of maintence and TLC. Black mold and damp in bathrooms along with water seeping through kitchen ceiling and peeling paint in most rooms. It is very creaky so if staying with young children bare this in mind as bedtimes were made very difficult by the excessive noise of the stairs and doors. House has a lot of great potential just needs some love put into it. Nice enough area.

The house was exactly what we needed for our break in Norwich. It is ideally situated forblocal ameneties, the Broads and the walk into town was so easy. Tea and coffee is always welcome on arrival and it was a bonus to have lots of other kitchen essentials available. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and replied promptly. I would recommend and would definitely stay again when returning to Norwich.

The house was clean & very homely with extremely comfortable beds. It was easy to find in daylight but we struggled a bit to find in the dark! There is a really nice play park for children less than 5 mins walk away which our grandchildren loved. House very well equipped and the heating was efficiently run. All in all a really nice find and we hope to stay there again when visiting our son.

The house was lovely and spacious and clean.with lots of kitchen facilities, eg pots and pans. I unfortunately set the fire alarm to go off (cooking bacon) and we realised that we couldnt find the back door keys easily so putting them in an obvious place would be helpful. The house was well situated with shops, takeaways and bus stops all within a short distance. In the photo, the driveway looks like many cars could be there in reality only 2. A few issues, the heating came on during the night ? Why, the back door keys,and could you please update your information leaflet especially on bins. and heating and bus time tables . The single bed was apparently not very comfy whereas the others where great. Overall we had a lovely stay thankyou. This was the first time we had used airbnb and didnt realise we went through host and stay who were easy to talk to when needed. So communication with airbnb was a none starter and i needed more info on the process of hiring and using the house .

Just returned from a nice stay. For what we needed it fit the bill. Good for parking however difficult to get out of drive at times. Location for what we needed was really good, close to Norwich and not too far to venture out to local Hingham/cromer/Sheringham/Wroxham It was nice to have a house that had a cosy family living room. We made use of the dining room and the kitchen was well equipped although a bit smaller than expected it was very well stocked. Really useful to have two bathrooms and spacious bedrooms with very comfy beds, the rooms a real highlight. Garden lovely and big which would be good in summer. The house was a bit tired/ not as clean as hoped in parts. Overall would recommend and we enjoyed our time.

exactly as described ! quiet residential area of Norwich but pubs and shops around, walkable down into centre and Veezu cab back only £8 a time. Well equipped, comfortable beds and everything worked well. Recommended

This house was perfect for us. Located in a quiet walkable neighbourhood we felt right at home. Having a parking space was super helpful. The back garden was lovely. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen made for an excellent restful stay.

Loved the house, great layout with separate living room and kitchen, and lovely garden for sitting in. Beds were really comfy. All very clean. Host very quick to reply with any questions I had. Could have happily stayed much longer, lots to do in Norwich and Norfolk, and will hopefully come back one day soon! Thank you!

Such a beautiful place... We were 6 people and had the best time at this place. We came to attend the graudation ceremony of our son and it was worth it. I would recommend this to anyone at any point in time. Just the possibility of late checkout would make it even more better

We have been using Airbnb for our UK visits for a few years now, this is one of the nicest homes that we have stayed in. In a way, it's a pity that we spent most of our time sightseeing that we only got to enjoy the home when we came back to sleep. When I visit a home, I always imagine what I would change about the layout. Here I probably would not change anything. The home is in a very quiet neighborhood and the city is easily accessible by car.

Lovely comfortable house with spacious rooms. Beds and furniture comfortable, and kitchen well equipped. Good quality appliances. Efficinet heating and the house was warm with constant hot water. Spotlessly clean throughout. Great fully enclosed garden ideal for doggy visitors-ours loved it. Convenient location in a pleasant leafy area, easy to get into the city or out to the coast or Broads. Host responded quickly to any queries. Would definitely recommend.

Our daughter loved the garden and the location was great, close enough to the city but not directly in the hussle and bussle. The bathrooms were very generous in size and the additional toilet downstairs was great. The laundry facilities were new and worked well. The house itself is older, and there's a few stains on the entry way carpet, however the house is still in great condition overall. The host also goes above and beyond with the details like extremely comfortable beds and linen, great facilities in the kitchen. Would recommend to others needing bigger accommodation with parking.

What a wonderful property, this is by far my favourite Airbnb to date! The house was very spacious and clean with everything we needed in it, a real home from home. Everything was spotlessly clean and of a very high standard and quality! The garden was beautiful, very well kept and huge, much to the delight of our two dogs. It’s very centrally located within walking distance to the city centre and yet also very peaceful, located in a beautiful leafy Avenue! My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the only regret was that it wasn’t long enough and we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be rebooking and are already planning our next visit! 🥰

We enjoyed our stay at St Clements House. The house was spacious, clean and very well equipped. It really did feel like a home away from home. The garden is enormous and was enjoyed by our children and the dogs. Very good location, easy to get into the city but also easy to get out into the norfolk countryside.

Excellent base for Norwich and surrounding area. Good 30 minutes stroll into Norwich. House very clean lovely comfortable beds. Garden nice and secure if you have dogs. Kitchen slightly small but workable the drive its suitable for one large car or 2 small ones at a push Good information once inside the house

Probably my best experience with Airbnb to date. The house was lovely and very well set up, and the area was quiet and within walking distance of the city centre and parks. Georgia and Holly were incredibly helpful, including allowing us to arrange the dropoff of a wheelchair in advance and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out 🤦‍♀️ I would be very happy to stay again. We were in Norwich for a family wedding, a big birthday and a family reunion. A perfect location on the outskirts of the city for those who wanted to walk in to shop or eat. Easy check in, good communication from Georgia and Holly. Clean and well equipped. Would recommend.
